[00:00:30] And that's the story. Does the name Juan Merchon sound familiar? Maybe not because I don't
[00:00:37] know how he pronounces the last name, it could be Merchand or Merchon. I don't know.
[00:00:45] First name one, I'm pretty sure on that one.
[00:00:48] That is the Manhattan Supreme Court justice Juan Merchon.
[00:00:56] Juan Merchon is the judge that is overseeing one of Donald Trump's cases, the hush money case,
[00:01:09] the money that he allegedly paid, Stormy Daniels, the porn star, the hush money that he
[00:01:19] allegedly paid her. So she wouldn't talk about the affair that he had had which he denies.
[00:01:24] And then there's the other woman Karen McDougall is another one who said I think she was the
[00:01:29] one who at one point said that she was in love with Donald Trump, I think anyway the judge
[00:01:37] in this case Juan Merchon. Trump's attorneys are trying to get him to recuse himself from the
[00:01:44] trial which is set to begin on April 15th. Why? Well, Juan Merchon has a daughter named Lauren
[00:01:55] Merchon and Lauren is the president of a Chicago based progressive political consulting firm.
[00:02:07] The name of that firm is quote, authentic campaigns, which is something so perfect about hiring a
[00:02:17] political consulting firm named authentic campaigns. Right? And by the way, then taking on as a client,
[00:02:27] Adam Schiff for brains. Yeah, Adam Schiff is one of their people. So his daughter, the judge's
[00:02:38] daughter is the president of a political consulting firm whose top clients include Adam Schiff who was
[00:02:49] the lead prosecutor in Trump's first impeachment trial. Also one of their clients is the Senate
[00:02:56] majority pack, the political action committee. This is a major Democrat party fundraiser. Senate
[00:03:03] majority pack. Trump has pleaded not guilty to felony counts of falsifying business records
[00:03:11] related to the alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels as well as Karen
[00:03:18] McDougall. He has denied having an affair with Daniels if convicted. He faces up to four years in
[00:03:25] prison. Schiff has been obviously fundraising off of this trial going after Donald Trump. He's
[00:03:36] running for the US Senate seat against Steve Garvey, the baseball player, the retired baseball player,
[00:03:43] Dodgers, great. And because Steve Garvey finished second in the, they call it the jungle primary
[00:03:53] system where it's just like top two vote trainers go on to the general election. So Democrats are
[00:03:59] like, you know, assured to always have the seats and never have a Republican challenging them. But
[00:04:04] Steve Garvey kind of messed that all up because he's got such high name recognition as a former
[00:04:12] pro athlete in California, right? Anyway, so that that's who Schiff is running against. The Senate
[00:04:17] majority political action committee has done more than $15 million in business with authentic
[00:04:25] campaigns. So they've spent 15 million with this judges daughter's company since 2019. So just
[00:04:34] over the last four years or so. Schiff Senate campaign has paid authentic campaign,
[00:04:42] I mean, authentic campaigns more than $10 million for digital advertising and other consulting services
[00:04:50] just in the past year. So this company has taken $25 million since 2019, right? From Schiff and
[00:05:00] Senate majority pack. And oh, by the way, Lauren, the daughter of the judge overseeing the Trump
[00:05:08] trial, she worked for vice president Kamala Harris's failed 2020 presidential campaign. She was
[00:05:16] the director of digital persuasion, which did not go very well. She was unable to persuade anybody
[00:05:24] really except Joe that yeah, she was able and I guess that's the most important thing is to persuade
[00:05:30] the guy that you accused of being a racist to put you on the ticket with him, right?
[00:05:35] But Lauren says her father detests politicians using Twitter. She said this in a podcast appearance
[00:05:46] that she made back in June of 2019. Here's what she said, quote, I've actually had a couple
[00:05:52] conversations with my dad recently where he's kind of like, I hate that politicians use Twitter
[00:05:58] and like, it's so unprofessional. And you know, that's not how a politician, oh, that's not how
[00:06:04] a politician should behave themselves. And then I explain that like, yeah, I think there are a lot
[00:06:09] of instances where it is not used in like when our president Trump tweets anything that he thinks
[00:06:16] and like, that's not what he should be using it for. So they're talking, she's reeling a conversation
[00:06:24] she had with her dad about basically what she does for the digital persuasion stuff, right?
[00:06:31] And Donald Trump. And now that judge is overseeing this trial. So they, yeah, they
[00:06:40] filed a motion to have the judge recuse himself. We'll see how that comes to actually you know what,
[00:06:44] hang on, there's a piece here by our friend, Kurt Schlichter, retired US Army colonel,
[00:06:54] and he's a lawyer, he's a trial lawyer in California. I think he's the only conservative lawyer
[00:07:02] like in California in the entire state like his yeah, because he would know he has said that to
[00:07:10] me that he's the only one that he's aware of. So anyway, he did a big write up at townhall.com
[00:07:16] where he's also a colonist by the way. And he says, and it's a very lengthy piece. I'm not going
[00:07:22] to go over all of it because he's going over some basic law stuff is what he calls it for conservatives
[00:07:29] that are watching what's happening with Donald Trump. And he says, if it appears that
[00:07:37] like the wheels have fallen off, it's all this is all chaos and craziness. He said there's a reason
[00:07:42] why it looks like that because it is. This is not normal. The way that the left
[00:07:52] is using law fair here is not normal even for them. It's it is like for people who actually practice
[00:08:00] law such as himself, such as Kurt Schlichter, he's like this is not the way that stuff usually works
[00:08:07] in the way this stuff usually proceeds. He says it is complete chaos. There is almost no resemblance
[00:08:16] between what is happening with Trump and the law as normally practiced among normal people
[00:08:22] in normal times. Now remember, there is a Trump exception to all the rules and all the norms
[00:08:30] that rejects any kind of precedent and procedure as well as simple fairness all in pursuit
[00:08:37] of the bad orange man and his allies. So you always got to keep in mind that there is this exception.
[00:08:42] Apparently, that is out there where you can break whatever rules whether whatever laws,
[00:08:46] whatever norms, you just throw all of that aside if it's in service of getting the orange man.
[00:08:53] Right? My legal opinion about what's going on is it has nothing to do with the law at all.
[00:09:02] Understand that what we are seeing now are attempts to frame Donald Trump and people affiliated
[00:09:07] with him to abuse and misuse the legal system to gain a political advantage. This is nothing new.
[00:09:14] It is something that scumbags have been doing for thousands of years actually. Remember, Caesar
[00:09:20] crossed the Rubicon, the river with his legion because if he had left his troops behind they
[00:09:27] were going to prosecute him into oblivion. Law fair is nothing new. It's modern practitioners
[00:09:35] just better hope that they don't end up provoking warfare as well. There are two main points.
[00:09:41] Like I said, this is a very lengthy piece. I'm not going to go over all of it but on the second page
[00:09:46] here there are two main points and he has to say this I think for like legal purposes. He's like,
[00:09:50] I'm not your lawyer. I'm not giving you legal advice. Okay? Nor am I. I'm just relaying what Kurt
[00:09:55] wrote. Got some breaking news. Israel has sent Mohammed Reza Zaheddi to the celestial dirt nap.
[00:10:09] Israeli airstrike kills the senior Iranian kooz force commander.
[00:10:15] Mohammed Reza Zaheddi. This guy apparently has been on our most wanted list for quite a long time.
[00:10:24] He was the commander of the IRGC, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Lebanon.
[00:10:33] plays a key role according to the US Department of the Treasury that put out this. Let's see when was
[00:10:40] this. August 3rd 2010 US Treasury Department targets Iran's support for terrorism.
[00:10:51] Treasury announces new sanctions against Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Kooz force leadership
[00:10:58] and this was one of them. Mohammed Reza Zaheddi. And let's see here to do with Zaheddi held several
[00:11:05] senior positions in the IRGC kooz force, including commander of the Lebanon Corps and deputy
[00:11:14] commander of the kooz force. I think I'm saying that correctly. I'm trying to be accurate in my
[00:11:20] pronunciations here. Okay? He has also acted as a liaison to Hezbollah and to Syrian intelligence
[00:11:29] services and is reportedly charged with guaranteeing weapons shipments to Hezbollah.
[00:11:37] So one of the bad guys taken out by Israel. Okay, so retired Army Colonel Kurt Schlichter,
[00:11:48] a trial lawyer in California. He says legal professionals talk procedure while amateurs talk facts.
[00:11:57] So now just as a heads up from now on, I am never going to talk facts again. I'm just going to
[00:12:04] talk procedure from now on. I'm not a legal professional. Anyway, when somebody comes to me with a case
[00:12:11] he says they want to tell me all the facts about who said what and who did what and what happened
[00:12:17] and how and I don't care about any of that. Well, at least not yet. The first thing I want to do
[00:12:23] is understand the procedural status. Procedure is essential. Where is the case being brought?
[00:12:30] We call that venue, right? I want to know if it's Washington, DC where everybody is a Democrat
[00:12:37] or Texas where everybody's a patriot except in Austin. I want to know the court. Is it state?
[00:12:44] Is it federal? Who with the judges? It shouldn't matter but the first thing every lawyer checks
[00:12:51] is what judge the case has been assigned to. In normal cases, it is often significant.
[00:12:57] In political ones, it is often dispositive. In other words, the judge you get will determine
[00:13:05] the outcome of your case and this is nothing new. He says in normal cases, this is significant.
[00:13:11] Who the judge is is significant. But when it's a political case, judge shopping venue shopping
[00:13:17] is all the more critical. He says, and I want to know when the stuff happened. There's a thing
[00:13:24] called the statute of limitations and that is a hard deadline to file a lawsuit or you lose your
[00:13:31] potential rights. Now there's a reason for a statute of limitations. Memories fade, evidence
[00:13:38] disappears and it's almost impossible to defend yourself against something that happened 30 years
[00:13:44] ago. You saw that in the E. Jean Carroll case where she couldn't even tell you when the alleged
[00:13:50] sexual assault happened 30 years ago. How the hell are you supposed to defend against that?
[00:13:56] Right, in order to get Trump, the New York legislature lifted the statute of limitations
[00:14:01] to allow her to sue. The Trump exception strikes again and of course, venue matters too in that case.
[00:14:09] In New York, everybody's a damn communist. If you had a feeling that this was scummy,
[00:14:15] you were absolutely right. That's Kurt Schlichter writing at townhall.com. It's a good piece if
[00:14:22] you want to learn more. It goes into like all of the process stuff with these cases. It's called
[00:14:28] some basic law stuff for conservatives watching this legal chaos. Now think about 15, 20 minutes.
[00:14:36] All right, it is turnie time and it's also a good time to check out Draft King's sports book

[00:15:55] Yeah, oh, hmm. Le Pizzahate. Apparently pizza hut is now as introduced a cosmetics line.
[00:16:10] Hmm. It lay so L-E with a little apostrophe thing over the E lay.
[00:16:21] Pisa H-A-U-T-E. How do you? Is that horny? Is that horny?
[00:16:29] Le Pisa howtay coming April 31st it uses fresh ingredients
[00:16:37] um it smells like pizza and you can eat it introducing the all new skincare line that empowers
[00:16:46] hut rewards members to pamper themselves the pizza hut way. That's interesting.
[00:16:55] April 31st doesn't sound right anyway um so just like my want to know about that uh oh also
[00:17:04] remember last week we talked about the uh the new entirely new job that Joe Biden had created
[00:17:13] because Bidenomics is going so well. I mean minus the shrink flation and the uh you know
[00:17:20] the smaller candy bars and such but there's an entirely new job that that has emerged which is
[00:17:27] migrant influencer. Remember that remember this guy? Leonelle Moreno he is an illegal migrant influencer.
[00:17:37] He's on the TikTok or the Instagram or something I think he's on TikTok and uh he is on their
[00:17:43] teaching people how to get all the taxpayer funded goodies you can get.
[00:17:51] Uh he says you know how much money he makes uh you know basically you know
[00:17:54] standing on a street corner begging for money for an hour or two a day. He takes advantage of all
[00:18:00] of the uh uh the gift cards that could hand it out and all of the programs and services that are
[00:18:06] available to him as a uh as a new comer I believe is the term that everybody is wanting to use
[00:18:11] nowadays the newcomers um he has now been arrested which may be the fastest that an illegal alien has
[00:18:23] been picked up for no underlying crime first you know like I'm not sure what and this is going to
[00:18:32] be a problem because ice hasn't told us really how they located Moreno or if he attempted to
[00:18:39] evade them did he try to resist arrest um he would normally be eligible to be sent back to his home
[00:18:47] country of Venezuela but our relationship with Venezuela isn't exactly on the best
[00:18:56] terms right now so they're probably not going to be interested to take him back you know um
[00:19:05] now this is a jazz show writing at hot air dot com he says that uh while we can thank ice
[00:19:12] for their efforts in this matter the lion share of the credit should probably go to the New York post
[00:19:16] right because they were the ones that did the story which alerted everybody to this guy
[00:19:22] they're the ones who first brought the story to America and made it go viral people were just
[00:19:27] a fireably outraged prior to the news hitting the headlines Moreno was just another one of Joe
[00:19:32] Biden's millions of illegal aliens roaming the country and he hadn't been convicted of anything
[00:19:40] nothing that would put him you know near the top of ice's priority list right
[00:19:47] but he was making ice and the whole system look bad that was his crime it's a safe bet that a
[00:19:55] number of agents were quickly dispatched to the Columbus Ohio area and told to be on the lookout for
[00:20:01] him and it certainly did not take long to find him the problem is it's probably not a lot of good
[00:20:08] options when it comes to this guy you can't detain him indefinitely there are probably already some
[00:20:16] left wing activists that are trying to uh make him into some sort of a folk hero to get him sprung
[00:20:22] from detention if we ship him back to Venezuela even if we could do that if they take him he'll probably
[00:20:30] just leave again and then start making his way back to America assuming that Joe Biden doesn't send
[00:20:36] a plane to go pick him up and bring him here right let's not rule that out as a possibility because
[00:20:42] like they have been running these flights literally flying people into the country right like 300
[00:20:48] something thousand of them we went over that story last week he could easily get a fake ID with
[00:20:53] a new name on it and come right back into the country and then we'll be right back where we started
[00:20:59] at least until he you know fires up his influencer channel again and don't think he won't do that
[00:21:05] either by the way right if anything like now he's going to get way more traffic to his side
[00:21:14] soon as this guy gets out I expect him to pop up with another channel talking about
[00:21:21] the experience and all this because it's gonna let's we get you the eyeballs you know and then
[00:21:25] if he's on Twitter and he grows his account super fast and he gets all sorts of engagements then
[00:21:31] um he'll get paid by Twitter are you aware of the Twitter pays people did you know that
[00:21:39] Twitter pays if you are if you pay for the blue check mark right you pay to get verified
[00:21:46] and you are a big account and you have a lot of engagement you're able to drive engagement
[00:21:52] with other blue checks blue verified blue check mark accounts and get a lot of people you know
[00:21:58] to respond to your stuff and retweet it and comment on it and all this um they will pay you I don't
[00:22:05] know what the formula is but some people are making thousands of dollars a month just by tweeting stuff
[00:22:13] which now incentivizes what
[00:22:19] outrage clicks and farming for engagement they call an engagement farming that's what a lot of
[00:22:26] accounts are doing so why wouldn't this guy do that I mean I would oh and then there's this
[00:22:34] in Denver you know Denver is a uh uh sanctuary city right because they're better than everyone else
[00:22:42] right that's that's that's really the key in declaring yourself to be a sanctuary city the purpose
[00:22:47] is to to signal to to all other cities and everyone else that the people that lead your city
[00:22:54] democrats are are morally and ethically superior to everybody else that is not a sanctuary city right
[00:23:02] they're better than you that's the point of declaring yourself to be a sanctuary city it's the way
[00:23:06] that you can morally preem um to the rest of the country um so on needless to say uh the Texas
[00:23:14] governor Greg Abbott when he was looking to ship uh migrants or newcomers uh to other sanctuary cities
[00:23:24] Denver was an attractive target because they have declared themselves to be a sanctuary city
[00:23:30] and there's so much better than you Texas so okay here you go have some now nine news out of Denver
[00:23:42] has a video they were they were given a video that was shot from inside a migrant shelter in Denver
[00:23:50] and it shows a guy by the name of Andres Carrera who is not only the political director for the mayor
[00:24:02] Mike Johnston but he is also the quote newcomer communications liaison
[00:24:11] newcomer communications liaison right and so he is there at the migrant center on video
[00:24:22] telling people to leave get out of Denver we have nothing here for you there's nothing here for you
[00:24:30] you used all the people that came before you used it all up
[00:24:33] and he's offering tickets
[00:24:40] I think that's human trafficking isn't it that's what we were told that Texas was doing
[00:24:44] okay if you're listening to this podcast you are obviously paying attention to the world around us
[00:24:49] you also have really great taste i might add but if you haven't started getting prepared for various
[00:24:54] emergencies i gotta ask what are you waiting for please call my friends bill and Jan at Carolina
[00:25:00] readiness supply and they'll help get you started if you have no idea how to start they can help you
[00:25:04] if you're an experienced prepper they can help you to being prepared is just smart we've already
[00:25:10] established that you're smart i mean you listen to this podcast after all so let's put those
[00:25:14] smarts into action go to Carolina readiness dot com that's Carolina readiness dot com or call them
[00:25:22] at eight to eight two two six seventy two thirty nine Carolina readiness supply has two thousand
[00:25:27] square feet of supplies as well as educational materials that you're going to need for any kind
[00:25:31] of emergency veteran owned Carolina readiness supply will you be ready when the lights go out
[00:25:38] nine news out of Denver Colorado got a video of the city's new cover communications liaison
[00:25:49] and risk carreira also serves as mayor mike john stones political director telling newly arrived
[00:25:56] migrants that Denver cannot support them quote the opportunities are over he says to the group in
[00:26:04] spanish new york gives you more chicago gives you more so i suggest you go there where there is
[00:26:12] longer term shelter there are also more job opportunities there the migrants carreira is seen
[00:26:20] speaking to on video arrived in Denver on march twenty six they were on a bus organized by
[00:26:28] republican texas governor greg abit according to a city spokesperson abit has bragged about flooding
[00:26:37] and other so-called sanctuary cities with migrants who have crossed the u.s border with mexico
[00:26:43] quote this is from carreira again the newcomer liaison quote we have received too many migrants
[00:26:50] and that is why we ran out of resources
[00:26:56] it has an interesting concept there Daniel or sorry on trace i don't know why i thought his name
[00:27:04] was daniel carreira is that a baseball player some net andres
[00:27:09] andress and re whatever mr carreira we are not going to block you if you want to stay here if you
[00:27:18] stay here you are going to suffer even more and i don't want to see this
[00:27:24] this is what he's telling the crowd um denver is enforcing strict limits on how long newly
[00:27:32] arrived migrants can stay in city shelters they've put a so they've capped them they put a limit
[00:27:41] for how long they can stay at their shelters if you are an individual you get two weeks if you
[00:27:46] are a family with kids you get six weeks you can stay at the shelter he says quote you don't have
[00:27:53] to walk anywhere we can buy you a free ticket you can go to any city we can take you up to the
[00:27:59] Canadian border wherever so now we're okay so now these people who have have walked some you know
[00:28:11] cross 12 countries right to cross into america now they get on a bus from texas to denver and now
[00:28:20] you want to put them on another bus from denver to canada so they basically to be able to like
[00:28:26] travel the entire southern and northern hemisphere basically just get them just keep pushing them
[00:28:34] i don't think canada is going to like that by the way a city spokesperson clarified
[00:28:40] that denver is not buying bus tickets to canadian cities okay they're just they're just going
[00:28:49] to run them right to the border and then just kick them out of they're not even going into a city
[00:28:53] i'm kidding about that no they say they're going to help the migrants travel to american cities
[00:28:58] near the canadian border but only if they ask okay only if the migrants ask if they want to go
[00:29:05] then they will totally get them to an american city near the canadian border and then you're on
[00:29:11] your own okay in this clip carara makes an impassioned pitch to the migrants to leave denver right
[00:29:19] saying that they get all of the they got way more resources in my army new york chicago and they
[00:29:24] have more spanish speakers there okay and so as he wraps up the remarks he asks the crowd okay who
[00:29:34] wants to travel to different cities where there is more work and there's like no reaction nobody
[00:29:41] raises their hands nobody reacts he then says okay who wants to stay in denver and one of the
[00:29:48] migrants says dodos in other words everyone they're not going anywhere they're not going anywhere
[00:29:56] much like the cop city protesters down in Atlanta yeah they're still doing that thing
[00:30:03] they're still doing it uh they apparently locked themselves to a 250 foot crane
[00:30:13] the other day uh the third such protest action in recent months uh two activists
[00:30:23] they are both trans i don't know if that matters but they are um
[00:30:28] they chained themselves to the crane using handcuffs locked inside pbc pipes
[00:30:34] right and um police said the pipes then uh were covered in feces so it makes it difficult for
[00:30:48] the first responders to have to deal with it right so you handcuff yourself to another person inside
[00:30:57] but you but your hands are are through like a pbc pipe so they can't see the cuffs
[00:31:04] and they can't separate the two of you and the pbc pipe keeps it hidden and so you got to cut
[00:31:11] through that so just to make it extra gross they yeah then yeah totally sane people obviously right
[00:31:21] oh by the way while the police were trying to free these idiots um so the the construction
[00:31:27] guys could get back to work uh building the police training center uh they actually had a local
[00:31:32] elementary school that had a carbon monoxide leak and kids got sick and the first responders were
[00:31:38] delayed going to that school all right that'll do it for this episode thank you so much for
