So once again, just a disclaimer. Not just because it's a Monday, but I'm kind of out of whack. I blame the changing of the clocks for then messing with my cat and their feeding schedule. So that's, yeah, that's what we had to deal with this early morning, starting around 3.30 a.m. Yeah. So thanks a lot for that big daylight saving time. Can we just leave it here now? Can we just leave it here? Please? Okay. So what in the world is going on up in Michigan? Apparently, the people who have been telling us that the highest principle is to put your country over your party are very, very upset that somebody from their own party has decided to put the country over their party. Very, very angry at this. Very angry. Outrage has ensued. From Politico, U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed's campaign, he's running to represent Palestine, is asking Haley Stevens to stay away from all future campaign events. This was over the weekend. Okay, this is how it started. Although it didn't really start here, it's been going on for a while. Remember, they ran against each other in the primary. And he was, all the polling showed that he was going to just trounce her. You know, her donors got scared by the polling, the money dried up, and she did lose, but she lost in a very close race. And everybody was shocked, shocked, I tell you, at how close the race turned out to be. Because Abdul El-Sayed, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood Party, I'm just kidding. He says he's not a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. He just defends them and has family who has worked with them and all of this. Anyway, it doesn't matter. The point here is that he cares about your grocery prices. And that's why he squeaked out this Democrat primary win. And Haley Stevens, who... definitely gives off the Chris Farley in a van down by the river vibes, you know, just that whole, like that, oh, you betcha, kind of, that's Sarah Palin, but like that, yeah, like she has this very pronounced accent, and she's, I. Don't want to be mean. She has a certain look about her that is... not what you would consider to be of a classic political figure. Let me just say it that way. And she's a progressive, but not progressive enough because she apparently did not pay the cover charge in the Democrat primary nowadays. That is, you got to hate Israel. And maybe all the Jews, but definitely Israel. And she did not, does not hate Israel. And so she got to go. And so she lost. But then remember, she came out and endorsed Abdul El-Sayed. And everybody thought that was that. Well, not so fast. Not so fast. Because Abdul El-Sayed has continuously, since the primary, said really— unsettling and disturbing things. He's been palling around with terrorists and people who are saying things in the mosque, and then he goes to the mosque or he goes to a conference and he shares a stage with people who are saying things like death to the infidels and all of this. We are not supposed to judge him, though, by all of the people that he surrounds himself with, all of the donors. Now, we can do that, by the way, when Haley Stevens, she got money from AIPAC, Yes, I said it, AIPAC. So AIPAC was, they were endorsing her in the primary, and that was wrong. That's Jewish money. Bad. Muslim Brotherhood money? A-OK. That's totally fine. OK, you want to be part, and I went over this about a week or so ago. I went through all of the Muslim Brotherhood connections that Abdul El-Sayed has. Mike Rogers has been hammering him on this, which of course has prompted Democrats and media, but I repeat myself, to say things like, oh, he's engaging in Islamophobia. It's not Islamophobia to quote the Muslim Brotherhood documents. They literally wrote a plan on how to conquer Western civilization. Civilizational jihad is what they called it. It's not Islamophobia to read their manifesto, to read their planning documents. And then to say, hey, that doesn't sound like it would jive very well with our U.S. Constitution, the founding principles of America, like what they're talking about wanting to implement. That seems like the exact opposite. So maybe we could ask him about that. Well, Abdullah El-Sayed doesn't like to be asked about these things, and so he's tried to always, like, deflect and distract away for, in fact, um, remember he wrote a, um, he signed on and he wrote, he's written columns. He did YouTube. Videos cause he had a podcast cause it's constitutionally required that every American have one nowadays. And so he, he talked at length about this stuff. He even signed a letter. Again, I covered all of this about two weeks ago. Um, he signed onto a letter back in 2012, um, that was calling on the newly elected president of Egypt, who was a Muslim Brotherhood leader, calling on him to purge the police and media in Egypt of anybody opposed to the Muslim Brotherhood. This is what Abdul El-Sayed signed on to. And when he was asked about it by Fox News' Brett Baer, It became very clear he doesn't want to talk about it. Mike Rogers has been really hitting this Muslim Brotherhood thing. I know you don't want to talk about your family and the history there, but he. Goes back to his campaign sites. No, no, no, let me just stop there. You are asking this question to raise a question about whether or not I have dual loyalty. This is specific. His campaign sites say 2012 statement. My loyalty will be to the Constitution of the United States. Thank you. And as every senator who's ever served. I will swear an oath to that constitution. I'm not interested. I'm not interested. In a ridiculous 2012 statement, in a letter, you're going to pull that out of context. You're going to ask questions about my allegiance. Let me just be clear. This is Roger's campaign. Don't be Roger's campaign. All right. You hear what he's doing? This is out of context. Dude, Habibi, there is no other context for the letter that is not being divulged. We have the whole letter. It was published. OK, it was an open letter. You signed it. There isn't anything to take out of context. And if there is some context, maybe you could provide that. Oh, you refuse. You don't want to provide the context because there isn't any. There isn't any. You're a Muslim Brotherhood supporter. That's what you were in it for. That's why you signed the letter. You were very happy when they took over Egypt. Be a journalist. So as a journalist, if you're asking the question about my allegiance to the Constitution. He hasn't. I've never been a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. I never will be a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. I am interested in serving the United States. I'm interested in swearing an oath to the Constitution that every senator. Has sworn oath to. You already said that. If the question about my faith is the issue, which Mike Rogers wants it to be. That's not it either. I think it is sad and beneath him and frankly beneath the President of the United States to make that an issue. Because under our Constitution, you're guaranteed the right to pray as. You choose to pray. Yeah. See, again, note what he's doing. Deflecting away from the question, which was about this letter that he signed onto in support of the Muslim Brotherhood, calling for the Muslim Brotherhood to purge police ranks and media of anybody that opposed them. That's not an attack on your faith or even a question about it. It's not a question about dual citizenship, dual loyalty, which you were totally fine raising when it comes to people who support Israel. Then everybody's a dual loyalty, dual citizen. Oh, they're too close to some foreign country. But you writing in support of authoritarian crackdowns by the Muslim Brotherhood, you doing that. That's the context, dude. That's the question. That's all it is. And he wouldn't even let Bret Baier... asked the question. Essentially, it was shut up. Shut up about these things that harm my electoral prospects, which is why he fits in at the Democrat Party, because shut upery is sort of their just knee-jerk default strategy when it comes to this kind of thing. They were not kind. Me telling them to look at my watch did not help at all. No, it doesn't. I try to tell that to Knox as well. My cat, he just, he just keeps meowing at me. Doesn't want to hear it. Graham says November 4th, 2026 cannot get here quick enough for me. Well, I, I think it's going to take about 48 hours. Maybe that probably about. It's actually going to go into the next, next, because we're going to, we're going to talk about it, you know, through the fifth probably. So just a heads up on that. Um, why is it acceptable to when legal to lie in political ads seems like trickery and deception. Uh, yes, that is one of the, um, That's one of the downsides of freedom of speech. You can say things particularly about public figures. North Carolina had a law on the books for a long time that you can't spread malicious lies, known lies about your opponent. But that law got challenged. Actually, it was challenged by my good friend Ray. Cut him loose, Cooper. Running for U.S. Senate now. He had to apologize because he made up a bunch of stuff about one of his political opponents when he was running for attorney general. He fought that lawsuit for years, proving that he does actually know how to fight a lawsuit when he wants to. But when it came to releasing the thousands of inmates, he just, no, I don't know how to fight this. I guess I just got to cave, got to enter into a collusive agreement with these far left groups who are my political base. No collusion there whatsoever. And then Mini Cooper, Governor Josh Stein, he got sued as well for lying about his political opponent. He litigated that too. So yeah, those are the guys in North Carolina that have used these types of ads. All righty, so let's go back to Politico. Over the weekend, there was a big event. They were bringing in James Clyburn to help Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan shore up the black vote. because he's not doing very well, apparently, among black voters and Jewish voters for some reason. I'm not sure what's going on there. So they were going to do a political event at a church, which is not allowed, is allowed, is allowed if you're a black church. What's the deal? I forget what the law is on this because I thought you weren't supposed to be engaging in the partisan political activity. in the churches, but they're like, oh, that'll jeopardize your nonprofit status and all that. But I guess in black churches for Democrats, then that's allowed. I guess that's the standard. Anyway, they were going to do this event at a black church and Haley Stevens was not invited. In fact, they told her to stay away. So Abdul El-Sayed's campaign is quote, asking Haley Stevens to stay away from all future campaign events in the closing days of the race. A source tells Politico that his team wants her to stay away, quote, as not to distract from the central issues of the campaign. Okay. Why? Why would they not be asking her for help to bring over all of the people that voted for her in the Democrat primary? Why would you stiff-arm this woman? Well, it's because she wasn't comfortable with some of the things that Abdul El-Sayed's pals have been saying and doing and running ads, things that he has said, not distancing himself from certain radical Muslims and such. And so she has, like, she called on him. to condemn this ad that was done by Chunk Uyghur. Chang, sorry. Chang Uyghur, sorry. The sweaty guy from Young Turks, uncle of Hasan Piker, another pal of Abdul El-Sayed. Abdul actually invited Hasan Piker out onto the campaign trail, right? Went to his house for the election party. Like, they're pals. Hasan Piker, who said America deserved 9-11. That guy. So, Former congressman and combat veteran Peter Mayer, or Mayer, I never remember how to pronounce his name. He pointed out, to be clear, Haley Stevens' highly sensible ask was that Abdul condemn a blatantly anti-Semitic ad that Cenk Uygur put out. That bar proved too high, and instead he's lashing or crashing out against his primary challenger who was willing to support him and who got 49% of the vote in the primary. This is the thing. When you win, you're supposed to welcome that contingent and that candidate into your camp. You have to make them feel at home. It's not on them to ingratiate themselves with you. You're supposed to be the one to reach out and say, be a part of this. But instead, the campaign says, we don't want you. And now they're mad that she said, okay, message received. Now they're mad at her. All right, real quick. Every government number gets revised, right? Every projection gets walked back. Gold does not file corrections like GovCo. There is a link in the podcast description. Or if you want to talk to somebody, you can call 888-465-3049. Gary on the Twitter machine says, are the Democrats having a civil war with Haley Stevens? No, no, only the Republicans have a civil war. Democrats. No Democrats are in disarray. That's, and they hate when the media does that Democrats in disarray, they, they hate that, but never a civil war inside their ranks. Although it does kind of look like, yeah, like, If the same thing were happening inside the Republican Party, it would be called the Civil War. Yes, to be sure. And then he mentions the Anderson Cooper interview. I do have the audio from that. We will take a listen to as well. It was not great. Not great. Let me jump over here and talk to David. Hello, David. Welcome to the program. All right, Pete. You know, you remember about a month or so ago, there was a convention, a midterm convention down in Dallas. And Trump got up on the podium and he made every attendee pledge to cheat like hell. He made everybody pledge to cheat? To cheat like hell. Not just cheat, but to cheat like hell. Right? Who did he have take the pledge? Everybody in the Republican Party convention down in Dallas a couple of months ago. And this was televised? You saw this on TV? You saw it on TV? Oh, do a quick search. Cheat like hell. You're going to Trump. pledge, cheat like hell. You see, every comedian was laughing about it, NPR, Forbes, the business pages. And so looking at the Republican Party, how are they dealing with that? So do you think that that was an actual call to cheat? Well, does Trump want, well, first of all. Just answer the question. It was a direct question. Do you think that was an actual call to cheat, or do you think that was a joke? Personally, I think it was an actual call to do that. Why was everybody laughing about it then? Hang on, David, you just said, though, that all these people were all laughing about it afterwards. So did they think it was a joke? Is that why they were laughing at it? No, I'm talking about the late-night comedians were laughing about it. Right, so did they think it was a joke? So you're not denying that it happened? I don't know if it happened. I don't know if that happened. Oh, you don't know. So you must be cheating like hell. That is a non sequitur, David. That's an illogical fallacy you've just described. So you don't remember? No, I didn't say I don't remember. I had not heard that. Oh, okay. So you must be blind as hell because. I'm not, no, that, see, there you go again. That's another non sequitur. Me not having, no, hang on, David, me not hearing a single line from that convention, which I did not watch because it was just basically another rally. It's not really a convention. They called it that, but it's not a real convention. So it was just a rally. That's it. So I didn't watch any of that. So I didn't hear the, I did not hear the comment. I don't watch any of the late night talk show hosts because I don't find them to be worth my time. They're not funny. So I don't watch those programs. So, no, I've not heard that he made everybody pledge to cheat. Now, having observed Donald Trump over the last decade, that does sound like something he would say. However, he says a lot of things like that. Funny thing. Yeah. And accepting a half billion dollar. Hang on. Hang on. Now we're moving. So are we moving on from the pledge then? Are you shifting to a different argument now? Hang on, and just see, I want to be clear where we are, because I wasn't done with that one. So before you want to move some, hang on, no, David, David, David, before you move on to the next thing, I just had a follow-up question on why you were bringing that up. Like, what was the point of that, of you citing this comment that was made in that speech? What was the point of that? Well, election day is coming, and all of these Republicans that were at that convention pledged to cheat like hell. So what's the— and so go ahead and land it. Make the assertion. What is it you're saying? That the Republican Party cheats like hell. Ah. Well, I believe you articulating that is, as I understand it, I'm going by the old rules. So maybe these have changed, but, uh, you, what you've just expressed is undermining and a threat to our democracy. In what way? Oh, well, when, when, uh, Donald Trump. Talked about rigged elections and Democrats cheating, when he talked about that for, you know, what, gosh, almost a decade now, right? He's been saying these things and, and that was the response was that he's undermining confidence in the elections and He's undermining the democracy. So that's what you're doing, too. No, no, because what he's talking about is the election. That's what he was talking about. The performance. So on a daily basis, Republicans have been cheating America like hell. They've refused to investigate Trump's cheating. They've refused to investigate the collapse of. What cheating has Trump done that you want investigated? Oh, well, when he allowed Elon Musk to get into the Treasury and steal our Social Security data. He wasn't stolen. And then they took it to the Supreme Court, and the crooked Supreme Court said, not only does Doge get to keep our Social Security data, but that if we, the people, try to find out how they are using our data, we can't. The Freedom of Information Act does not work in finding out how Elon Musk has stolen our Social Security data. Yeah. Right? No. Yep. No. And so the fact is that he has blackmailed the Supreme Court. Who blackmailed? Wait, who blackmailed? Wait, Trump has? He blackmailed the Congress. Who's blackmailing? Who? Who? You are not protecting us. Who is, David, who is doing the blackmailing? Donald Trump and his Roy Cohn techniques, his Epstein files. Donald Trump is blackmailing. Well, I mean, I don't know if you want to go down the Epstein route because the major funders in your party, they're actually in the Epstein files. So Donald Trump is blackmailing the U.S. Supreme Court. Sure. Okay, how? Well, you remember that ruling in 23, right? where the Supreme Court said that a crooked mayor, it's called Snyder versus the U.S., and the crooked mayor takes a bribe, and the Supreme Court says, no, it wasn't a bribe, it was a tip. If he took the money before the vote, it was a bribe, but if he took the money after the vote, it becomes a tip. And then Trump doubles down on that, and he says he doesn't want to tax tips anymore. So now if a crooked politician takes money for their vote, then that becomes a non-taxable tip, and we the people don't even get to find out what money they took. Explain to me how that's a blackmail. How is that a blackmail of the Supreme Court? Well, what Supreme Court justice would be stupid enough to think that a bribe is a... No, no, no. What is the blackmail? Well, let's wonder about Harlan Crowe, you know, and his fat money to Clarence Thomas. What is the blackmail? And how about Alito? What is the blackmail? What is the blackmail? What happened at Bohemian Grove? What is the blackmail? With the videos that come out of Bohemian Grove, where these old boys get to sit around and party with each other for a week. What happens in that? What happens in. The Epstein file? So I'm trying to be clear because you're accusing Supreme Court justices, I'm sure just the Republican ones, of being blackmailed. And you're saying that there are videos from a hotel and resort. that are being used in order to make the Supreme Court rule for Donald Trump. Do I have that right? Is that the accusation? No, no, no, no. Bohemian Grove is out in the woods. What is the blackmail? Videos? Well, I guess you could have any number of different ones. You don't know. They're probably paper. Right, so you don't know, actually. They're probably audio. Hang on, David. You know, there's a multitude. Right, but you don't know. Oh, well. You haven't seen the video, right? You haven't heard any of the audio. You haven't heard any stories. It exists. It exists. Where? A big part of the Epstein file that Trump is not allowing. Oh, I see. So you know what the video and the audio has on it based on the Epstein documents that you can't see. Do I have that right? The crooked attorney general. Right, so you haven't seen or heard this stuff. I just want to be clear, David. David, David, you're making a lot of accusations, and I'm trying to figure out if you're just full of crap or not, and you're just kind of spinning fantasy, because what you just keep alleging is a crime of some kind, and whenever I ask you for the evidence to support the accusation, you don't have any. Oh, sure, there's evidence. You don't have any. There's so much evidence. What is the evidence of blackmail occurring against the Supreme Court justices? The attorney general is not releasing the evidence. That's not evidence. That is not evidence of blackmail. How come you're protecting these guys? I'm not. I'm all I'm doing, David. All I'm doing is I'm pressure testing your accusations and you're failing miserably at it. This is why I say unchallenged ideas are easy to hold. And I'm sure that when you talk with your friends and family who all agree with you on politics, you say these things and everybody probably nods along with you. Oh, David's so smart. He knows all of this stuff. And because you shotgun information, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, all over the place. So then it's called a gish gallop. So people can't follow along. They can't fact check you all along the way, which is why I keep trying to stop you at every, at every point that you are raising. I'm trying to go through those points. And so far, when I keep asking you, what is the black male of the Supreme court justices? You have no evidence. Well, let's see, uh, right now you've got, uh, the Senate race and the sister is running. Uh, What does this have to do with the Supreme Court blackmail? Well, we're talking about the blackmail. I want you to give me some proof. Do you think Lindsay was being blackmailed? I don't know. I'm asking about the Supreme Court blackmail. Well, I think they just had some release of of some boy toys that, uh, Lindsay. I'm asking you about your accusation that the sitting justices of the U S Supreme court are being blackmailed by Donald Trump. What is your evidence of that? Well, we could go through them one by one. Give me one. Give me one piece of evidence. I'm thinking, uh, the, the seller from, uh, Colorado Gorsuch, uh, Gorsuch made all sorts of strange business relationships. The sale of his cabin in the woods went for a fantastically high price when it wasn't worth crap. And so the idea that there was never an investigation of him. That's not blackmail. Oh, well, um, soft on crime. Do you know what blackmail means? Hang on. Do you know what blackmailing means? Well, sure. What? You do my bidding. Otherwise, I'm going to expose a crime of yours. So what is the blackmail? What is the blackmail occurring? If you know about the sale of the cabin, that's not a very good blackmail piece of evidence, right? You know about it. By gosh, there was never an investigation of him. Could it be that there wasn't anything illegal? No, that couldn't be the case. No, no, no. Because Colorado is just a hotbed of Republicans. All right, David, I think we're done here. I just ate another lunch. I had like two today. That's just too much. Too many lunches. Tom points out, Pete, there is a black male of the U.S. Supreme Court. His name is Clarence Thomas. That is correct. There is, I don't know why I didn't see it. Thank you, Tom. I don't know why I didn't see it. Maybe that's the blackmail that David was talking about at the Supreme Court. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
