As I said last hour, I am being asked to believe the Bidens when they tell me something about Joe Biden's health, and I do not believe them. I cannot believe them. So that's the position that I am put in, that we are all put in. And there are a lot of Democrats now that are going to say, and I already gave you two different quotes that are like, move on, he's out of office. Here you go, I got a here's a tweet the original nice guy. Have you considered leaving him alone? He doesn't have a lot of life left. Maybe you should read my article on I'm not going to read your article on LinkedIn, but yeah, just just go let him go away and he's dealing with cancer now and just everybody move on. And no, I'm not going to stop talking about the biggest political scandal in my lifetime that unfolded in plain view for everybody to see. And now this only adds another layer into it. And I'm not going to take the Biden's word at when the diagnosis occurred, because I don't believe them because of all of their all of their past experience and the people that have been around Joe Biden kept a lot of this stuff seeking from the wheelchair, right, they were like, well, we're gonna have to put them in a wheelchair, but don't do it. Before the election, they were invested in in throne sniffing, that's what they were, right, They had power. They were not elected, but they had the power and they were making trillions of dollars worth of decisions. They opened our borders to ten million illegal aliens. Yes, I'm going to keep talking about it because I demand accountability for whoever the hell it was that was running the country for the last four years and everybody around them that knew and lied in order to protect their power to continue with their governing. And I find the timing of the announcement to be suspicious, I do. I am skeptical. I am skeptical that just as the her audio tapes get released, just as the book is about to be published by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, I'm supposed to believe that it's just coincidental that the Sunday before the publication of the book and the Sunday after the Friday publication of some of her audio from the deposition, I'm supposed to believe that that's just purely coincidental. And then the calls for everybody to mute the conversation a little bit, give the family some time and all of this to just stop talking about the biggest scandal that's now starting to be exposed. And by the way, Democrats need the Democrats need this to go away. This is not good for them. Let me go over and get a phone call. Here's Jeff. Hello, Jeff, welcome to the show. Hi, feed the Happy Monday to you. Yes, sir, you too, Yeah, thanks for taking my call. You know comment I wanted to make is, you know, the the conservatives are so easily duped by anything that comes out of the Biden mouthpiece. You know, the first thing is you've got the sympathy ploy going on here, which, yeah, I don't want anybody to cancer, but typically prostate cancer is slow moving. By the time that it gets to the reported g score that they have of nine point nine or whatever, it's advanced and it's rapid because it's gone too far. Well, but I've had we had a caller, we had a caller in the first hour who said that it can do that. And I've got another email from from a listener and the same thing happened to her husband. So four or five months. Well then okay, well then that's easy. Let's see the PSA results from the last Yes, my theory is that there weren't any physical exams. The doctor would visit the White House but not do anything because you know, ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies. Well, he could still do I mean, he could do the exams. But he was a he was a family friend. I think I'm trying to remember. There was something about I don't know if he was a big donor or something, but he he was. He was like in the Biden orbit. He was one of theirs, and so he could protect any secrets under privilege, right so he didn't have to divulge anything without lying, Like he could just not he could just not say stuff. But I don't believe the doctor's assessments when he came out and said, oh, he's perfectly fit and all this, but he would refuse to order the cognitive tests. He probably didn't need anything. Again, every time, every time a man of his age, you understand this, they do a PSA test that's the first indicator of PROS take answer and it shows up well before the digital exam reveals anything. Well, that's what the caller in the first hour, who is a physician, and he said that he has been diagnosed with this very same type of cancer that has also metastasized into his bones. And he said that's the that he had gotten. He's gotten exams every year and there was no problem. And then like halfway through the next year, he gets diagnosed with the with the cancer and had already gone to the bones. So according to him, it can happen that quickly. The vast majority of prostate cancer is caught early and then you know, remedies are done. It's like one hundred percent five The five year survival rate on it was one hundred percent. But that's before it spreads. But if you get one that's really aggressive, apparently it can go into other organs or into the bones. Apparently it usually goes into the bones. Well yeah, but again, the PSA is your early detector. Yeah, and it typically reacts many, many months before there's any type of sign that would show up later on. But anyway, the only other comment I have is, you know, this is sad, but you know, according to Hoopy Goldberg, doctor Gill was a phenomenal MD. How all this got past doctor Jill? So yeah, no, she's not that kind of doctor. Jeff's not that but you make sure you call her doctor. But make sure you call her doctor. Where's the ram shot? All right, I'll give you one. There you go, all right, Jeff, I appreciate the call, buddy, Thank you. So Joe Biden got deposed in October of twenty twenty three. This was right after the Hamas attack on Israel, right, but this was also then three months before the Democrat primaries started. That's when Joe Biden sat for the deposition, and the White House at the time was still claiming that he was, you know, sharp As attack, he was doing you know, laps around all of the twenty two year old interns and stuff. He was. He was just like the fittest man. Ever, it was still several months before the White House and the media claimed videos that depicted Biden in the very same state were quote cheap baits, right, that's what we were being gaslet about at the time. So they had kept this lie going. We could see Joe Biden's performances, right, We were talking about it. I've been talking about it his entire term. And then they gasled us, told us that we're crazy, you're engaging in deception. Cheap fai. Our news director asked coring John Pierre, White House Press Secretary, you know, does he have dementia? And she got all outraged about it. But now we have audio, the audio from the deposition. Two pieces of the audio got released on Friday, and I got questions about that too, like how did that happen? Two chunks of audio. I have them. You'll hear them, and once you hear him, you will realize why Democrats fought so hard to keep the audio from being released, because there's no reason to not release it. The transcripts were already released. They got the White House got subpoena for these and Merrek Garland refused something that he threw Steve Bannon in jail for doing, but he himself is above the law. All right. If you're listening to this show, you know I try to keep up with all sorts of current events, and I know you do too. And you probably heard me say get your news from multiple sources. Friday, axios dot Com published the audio file of the deposition of Joe Biden. Here's how they wrote it up. Amid long, uncomfortable pauses, Joe Biden struggled to recall when his son died, when he left office as Vice president, what year Donald Trump was elected, or why he had classified documents that he shouldn't have had. According to audio Axios obtained of his October twenty twenty three interviews with Special Counsel Robert Hurr, he occasionally slurred his words. He would mutter, you may recall at the time Jamie Raskin opposed the subpoena to get these things released from the House Republicans. And here is nothing relevant or material that our committee can learn from an audio tape which we cannot learn from the two hundred and fifty pages of the transcript. The format of the medium does not change the content of the communications. M Yeah, I'm not sure about that. The audio shows what the transcript lacks, the President's dry whisper voice, the long silences as he struggles to find the right words or dates. Those often were supplied by his attorneys, who acted as caretakers of his memory. Ed Morrissey at hot air dot com. He writes, so, just how bad could it be? Right? Well? Bad, really bad? So during his timelier Chambers Road and were doings related to the Bio Center, the bio Where did you keep papers that those things? Where did you keep the papers? Well, I don't know. This is what twenty seventeen eighteen, that period. Remember, in this timeframe, my son is either been deployed or is dying. And and so if it was. And by the way, there were still a lot of people at the time when I got out of the Senate that were encouraging me to run in this period, except the president. I'm not me, say man, but he felt the need to say it. Right, A lot of people are encouraging him to run, but not Barack Obama. That always stung him. He just thought that she had a better shot. But when president and I did, and. So I hadn't. I hadn't at this point, even I'm a pan I hadn't walked away from the idea that I may run for office again. If I ran again and been running for president and and so what was happening though when Bode got amazed? Third years twenty eighteen. When twenty fifteen and died made twenty fifteen May it's twenty fifteen, all. Right, twenty fifteen. The question was about later. But also note who brought up his son's death. It was Joe Robert Hurr did not ask about bo Biden's death. And that will become important in a moment. Yeah, the month, so it goes, yeah, that's right, it's a president because and what's happened in the meantime is that. Has and. Trump gets elected in November of twenty seventeen, sixteen, twenty sixteen. All right, so. Why I have twenty seventeen here? That's when you left office in January twenty seven. Okay, Now he asks, why do I have twenty seventeen written here, because that's when you left office. The election was in sixteen. You left office in seventeen January inauguration. But that's when Trump gets sworn in. Krakat has looked and in twenty seventeen both had passed, and man, it was this personal the genesis of the book, and the title promised me dad was a uh, I know they're all close to your sons and daughters, but ooh, it's like my right arm, and that was my left. These guys were a year and a day apart, and they could finish each other's sentences and boh, I used to go home on the train, and. The period. That I was still the sentence. Anyway, there is pressure, not pressure, BO do how much I do? And uh. It sounds maybe it sounds so everybody knew how close you were there. It's not anybody who want to wonder whether. Or not. Anyway. And so. You know, let me just keep going. You gotta done take a break. I'm gonna take a break. Do you remember what the question was? It was about the documents, like how did you end up with these documents? And he's talking about riding the amtrak anyway, and then just loses his train of thought, just starts talking about stuff that's completely unrelated. Here's a great idea. How about making an escape to a really special and secluded getaway in western North Carolina? Just a quick drive up the mountain and cabins of Asheville is your connection. Somebody asked, uh, oh yeah, Rodney Rodney emails, why do these things always sound like they are done in a waffle house? So part of it is that the rooms that they sit in, these depositions for are not acoustically optimized. Shall we say, you've got to you've got to do stuff to a room in order to make the sound not ricochet all around off of the walls and windows and stuff. And most rooms are not soundproofed, and there's no such thing as soundproofing sound mitigation. But you get to you know, you get the foam on the walls and stuff, pillows and you know, heavy drapery and that kind of stuff. So that's the first part of it. The second part of it is that Joe Biden's voice is so low. He whispers as he talks so often that you have to crank the mic way up and so you get all that room noise. So that's why these clips sound like they do. This clip is shorter. This is he is not quite as rambley and disjointed, but you'll hear in this clip he actually admits that he intended to retain one classified document regarding his position on Afghanistan was this. Memo, mister president, Was this something that you consciously kept after your term as vice president? Is this something that he wanted to hold on to? I don't recall, Right, did I have this in my position is spent? Yes. And to give you some context for this, mister president, he was found in the front of the notebook that's on the first page, and that notebook was founded in the library at the Lake House, in one of the troy. And answered, you don't I don't recall how I got back. I mean, I don't recall how I got back in the book because I sent it to the president. I gave it to the president, and this looks like the original. I don't think there's maybe there's a copy made it, but I don't think. It was fact. Just oh okay, that's why. Yeah, all right, No, I got it. I wasn't sure how I got how I whether I'm gay handed the president it was fact to the President, which I had to copy. I had the reason and I just put it in the book and that was it. Okay. Were you aware that you had kept it after your charmed vice president? Did you know who you had it? I don't know that I knew wouldn't one's times something I would have time to think about it. The reason I ask is it's been written it out about wood Word wrote it out and one of his books, Jewels would Cover, wrote about it, and he's buy out of you you so that that's the reason I asked is if it was something that he wanted to hang on to. You, he cause he was gonna be. Such reporting or his ni's gonna be such reporting. But I I I wanted to hang out. I guess I wanted to hang on with just preposterity set. I mean, I think my position on Afghanistan. I I've been a view from a historical standpoint that there are certain points in history, world history where fundamental things change, usually technology. For example, without Gutenberg's printing press, Europe gonna be a very different place, literally a different place, because countries would not have known what I what was happening in another country of the parts of the country. You know, Uh, think about a stupid idea, an notion. Nixon probably been un president where he used to television where he sweatings. I'm I'm used to say his sweatings so profusely. In that debate, a lot of people thought he won the debate, but he lost the debate because of his demeanor. The So there's a lot of things that I think are fundamentally changing how international society's function, and they related a lot to technology. And one of the things that I was in the view that a lot has changed in terms of everything from the Internet to UH to the way which we communicate with one another to that that has fundamentally older it built. Like I've had this discussion with the press, is for that? Yeah, sorry, And I mean that's that's what I wanted to do. I I, uh, I didn't know, didn't do with that gainst okay paid that and. Mark just really quickly, I promise it will be brief. I just really would like to avoid, for the purpose of the clean record, getting into speculative areas. When the President responded and said, I don't recall intending to keep this memo, you then said, well, you know, might you have thought it was important to keeping whatever he said, Well, I guess I could his recollection as I understand it is he does not recall specifically intending to keep this memo after he left the vice presidency. And I want that to be I. Want these questions to be as clearly answered and recorded on the transcript as possible. I bet we should take a Brabians. What was he talking about, the printing press, the internet, Nixon's sweaty debate performance. What did any of that have to do with him keeping the Afghanistan document that he drew up and facts over to Obama? And then you heard his lawyer. They're trying to like, oh, let's just try to keep the transcript clean. Yeah, like take out all of the stuff that that's incriminating, the part where he says, yeah, I would Yeah, I wanted to keep it for that reason. WHOA well, because that shows intent, right. And then, of course you'll recall after Robert Hurr said that he's not going to recommend charges against the president because a jury would find him to be a sympathetic old man with a faltering memory and they would not convict him because he would not be able to remember any of this stuff. And then Biden did the news conference and he came out he's angry. There's even reference that I don't remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked a question, I thought to myself, wasn't another damn business. He raised it. They never asked him that he lied. He lied. They did not ask him about his dead son. He mentioned bo And then you'll recall everybody else went on the attack against Robert Hurr. They were not pouncing. There was no seizing. These are democrats, they don't do that. Only Republicans pounce and sees upon things. Because remember, when the scandal is about a Democrat, the story is the Republican reaction to that scandal. And that's what we're seeing now with the reaction now, Oh my gosh, I can't believe the Republicans are still wanting to talk about, you know, Joe Biden's mental infirmity and now you know cancer. It's the reaction stories that's where the media will shift focus to, unless, of course, some of them have learned something in the last year or two. Maybe I'm not holding my breath all right. Ed Morrissey at hotair dot com, pointing out the timing of the Axios, the leaked audio, and the publication by Axios from the her deposition. He says, while this obviously raises questions about who was actually running the White House at this point, the leak of these audio files raises another question who gave the tapes to Axios? Right, The Department of Justice had been planning to publicly release them, but Axios does not credit the DJ. And you would think that if they were they said they were going to release it, you would think that they would release it to everybody. They wouldn't leak it to Axios of all places who had access to these audio files, the DOJ, Robert Hurr's team, and the Biden's attorney. There's also the question of the timing. He calls it curious. He says, this is basically a Friday night news dump technique, which is normally deployed to bury bad news over a weekend to keep it from becoming a bigger headache. Who benefits from that strategy in this case? And you can wonder whether her and by the way, I present to you no answers, because I don't have any of the answers. These are the questions. We'll just ask good questions. These are the questions that Ed Morrissey presents. I share the question. I would like to hear an answer on that too. Maybe Robert Herr or somebody in his office or his investigators. Maybe they grew tired of the constant attempts by Democrats to claim that they never saw Joe Biden slow down until the June twenty twenty four debate. That's when they realized, oh my gosh, what is this guy doing. You know, I've not seen that Joe Biden. Right. And Robert Herr I remember saying this at the time when he he wrote his report and he said, this is why we're not charging him. He was sending up a signal flare to all of America like this guy could not be convicted at trial because a jury would not would find him to be sympathetic, and they would view him as this elderly old man with a failing memory. And do you remember what the Democrat response was. They smeared Robert Herr, who is it? Harris Kamala Harris called it gratuitous, inaccurate, and inappropriate, and Adam Schiff for Brains called it a political sliming or by Robert Herr. That's how they responded, which was essentially to claim that no, no, no, Joe Biden is mentally fit to stand trial, right, which was an odd position to take at the time. I remember saying that too, like, wait, they're not charging you and your argument is that the reason why they're not charging you is not true, so you should be charged. And then. They charged Donald Trump with the same stuff, right, the holding on of classified materials. Ed Morrissey's colleague at hot air dot com, David Strom. He said, every person who was pretending to be appalled by how bad Biden sounds in the tapes pretty much knew that he would sound just as rambling and senile as he in fact does. That's why nobody said boom when Merrick Garland broke the law by refusing a subpoena to turn over the tapes, committing a crime for which he had recently put Steve Bannon in jail. Every Democrat who scrambled to justify all of this knew why it was vital to suppress the evidence, and every partisan Democrat who defended Garland as a brave, non partisan soldier just doing his job was fully aware of what they would reveal. They just didn't want to be confronted with the incontrovertible evidence. They wanted to believe that the king was dressed in finery, so they pretended he wasn't naked. The point of these psychological operations is not so much to fool people into believing things that are false. I mean, who actually believes that Donald trumpere Elon Musk is a Nazi, or that Trump was a Russian asset for decades, or that Biden was sharp as attack Nobody. The point is to give people permission to say these things and create a sufficiently plausible illusion that they can maintain their allegiance to their tribe. And when you have the entire establishment repeat the lies ever more confidently. That that is a powerful tool to give Democrats permission to pretend that the reality before their eyes is an illusion. Nobody believed that the BLM protests were mostly peaceful. Nobody believed that sitting at a restaurant was dangerous, but mass protests in the streets were necessary for public health. Nobody believed Joe Biden was sharp as attack. Strom says, and I've seen him use this reference over the years, which is that the media generated reality is the Truman Show, right, But he says that's not quite right, because the main character in the movie, when he discovers that his world is an illusion, he escapes into the messy reality because he refuses to live in an illusion. Today's Democrats love the illusion and pretend not to see that it is all fake. They know it's a lie, they just. Like it all right. That'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
