So do you remember you probably do, you're old enough to remember this, But do you remember when the Supreme Court came down with its ruling that temporary the word temporary means temporary, and that when a law says there shall be no judicial review of an administration's decisions, that that means there can be no judicial review of an administrative administration's decisions. Do you remember that ruling came down yesterday? We covered it yesterday. Yeah, I mean, that was the ruling. Such groundbreaking rulings like we got yesterday, including the one that said arrives the word arrives means arrives, right, this was trailblazing stuff. Thank god we have the Supreme Court to decipher the nuance of this nebulous legislation. But this did not sit well with the new Sultan of socialism out of New York City, Zorn Mamdani, who is uh, he is definitely riding high now, you know, he's seizing the means of production of votes basically in the Democrat Party. We're gonna get into this. We're gonna we're gonna spend a lot of time because this is this is truly a threat a lot of people heretofore have kind of dismissed the Democratic Socialists of America as you know, a bunch of NEPO baby silver spoon rich kids LARPing as kamis. And while that is true, it is now become increasingly dangerous for the Republic. The Constitution is not a suicide pact, Okay, So we're going to get into that, but I want to start with Mam Donnie's response to the Supreme Court ruling yesterday, because it's it's an interesting window in to the third worldiest philosophy and which you know, this comes from France, Fanone. This is who was a communist and like this, this third world ism is now just sort of baked into all of our cultural institutions. It's why you have you know, these Hamas Holaes and the Tentifada folks that you know, we're saying, what did you think decolonization looked like? You know, as as Hamas was still rampaging through Israel, murdering and raping and slaughtering men, women and children. This is part that is third worldism, that is Fennone. That is the new Man, as he calls it, born through violence against the oppressor. Okay, and that's how you cleanse yourself, Okay. That's why violence is a part of Marxism. It has always been. Okay, people want to they want to put some window dressing on it, maybe some lipstick on that pig. But it's always the same, which is why violence is always part of every iteration of this philosophy. Once tried, and yes it has been tried, despite what they will tell you that real socialism has never been tried. Real communism has never been tried. It has and it fails. It is intrinsically self defeating. The only thing it succeeds at is murder, poverty, destitution. Right, So, mom Donnie's response. He put out a video and this is about the temporary Protected Status for Syrians and Haitians that the Trump administration removed, which they have complete authority to do. But the Left sue over this authority even though it's clear in the law, and they sued in order to try to you know, slow it down, throw sand in the gears of the process with the hopes that a Democrat will win or a democratic socialist will win in twenty twenty eight and then they can extend the TPS for these groups of people. Now, remember like the TPS for Syria was adopted back in or was offered to Syrians during Bashar al Assad's rain, and that was like fourteen years ago. The Haiti TPS was offered like sixteen years ago after an earthquake, and the t In TPS is temporary protected status, Okay, so they were only here temporarily. However, people don't want that to be temporary because when you're talking about the left, they want unrestricted, unmitigated, migration, legal, illegal. They don't care. They see it all as the same thing, which is why they keep trying to change the language around illegal immigration, making it you know, undocumented, turning immigrants into migrants, right, But a migrant is one who moves within their own nation, right. They're like, so, like somebody. Moving from the People's Republic of California to say, Montana, they would be a migrant. That's migration. And that's why they call them migrants. They don't like calling them immigrants because that would be people from another country. And they don't want to recognize any border. They want to. Abolish the borders, abolish ice, abolished prisons, abolished police, like all of that. And by the way, just want to say this before I forget, because these DSA candidates that one up in New York City on what two I guess it was, or maybe it was Wednesday, I don't know, in their primary you know, they say they want to abolish prisons. And here's the thing. First off, Number one remember about communists is that they lie. Rule number one. Communes lie because they don't want to actually abolish the prisons. In fact, every communist nation has always had prisons. They just want different people in the prisons. That's all. They imprison a lot of people. They just don't want prison for violent offenders. They don't want prison for criminals. They want prison for their political opponents. If you are a criminal, if you're a sociopath, psychopath, whatever, well then they want you in the party so you can then be directed at the political opponents. So you can. Engage in your psychopathic behavior, but it's going to be directed towards enemies of the party. Okay, that's how that works. The Sultan of socialism New York City Mayor Zorhan Mom, Donnie Gihati a Jason Kami. I just want people to be clear my thoughts on this guy. Okay, I'm trying to work out something with Smarmy too, smarm Donnie, maybe smart Donnie Zoron. I've heard zor On the moron, But that's the thing like that underestimates this guy, all right. So here he is reacting to the Supreme Court ruling yesterday that temporary means temporary and that no judicial review means no judicial review. We saw today the Supreme Court make a decision that is putting so many people's lives in jeopardy. And I just came back from a rally with eleven ninety nine as I stood alongside a number of Haite New Yorkers who are concerned about what this means for their status in our city. And frankly, this city, the one that we love, is one that has been built by so many from so many different parts of the world, and that includes our Haitian brothers and sisters, our Syrian brothers and sisters. And we stand here ready to be in solidarity with all of those who are concerned by today's decision, and beyond just the language of solidarity. Actions of solidarity. Ok Now, what that means when it comes to our city is if you are worried about what this means for your status, if you're worried about what this means for your family, I would encourage you to call our Mayor's office at Immigrant Affairs Hotline, and you can do so at one eight hundred three five four zero three six y five. Hang on a second, I'm going to write that down so I can send a bunch of pizzas. Wait. No, So his actions of solidarity is to call an eight hundred number. Okay, I mean that's there at I mean that Okay, that would be the action of the immigrant to call so again, all right, so the actions of solidarity, it's not just words, right, you gotta have actions of solidarity. So maybe there's something else here. Again, that's one eight hundred three five four zero three sixty five. Now, many of you know it's a city of eight and a half million people. More than three million of us were born elsewhere. I'm one of them. We're a city that's proud of our immigrant heritage, and when we think about especially what Haitian New Yorkers have had to deal with, not just for weeks or months or years, but frankly for decades, we have seen a cruelty that has become normalized. Right, and to have people who frankly taught the world about freedom have their own freedom be put in jeopardy by the actions of a Supreme Court in a federal administration, it is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept. And so we stand here as New Yorker's proud of stand in solidarity and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes and to keep people together. Okay, so really no concrete plan there. However, this is what might be referred to depending on what transpires down the road. Here a term that the left began using quite often within the last decade. This term is stochastic terrorism. Right, Like, I'm unclear when you say you won't allow this to happen, You won't allow what people to be deported that are in the country illegally, Okay, you're not going to allow that to occur. I have talked about this. This is the same argument that the sanctuary cities use. It's the same argument that the Macclamburg County Sheriff Gary not my fault, McFadden. This is the same thing he was doing until the state legislature stepped in multiple times with different versions of law to force local sheriffs to cooperate with ICE, to remove illegal aliens from the jails by telling ICE that the illegal alien is in the jail and then to hold on to that alien until ICE can come get them, okay, to honor the ICE detainers. All of these actions in. Order to thwart immigration enforcement, federal law enforcement. This is a form of nullification. Nullification is what created what led to the Civil War. Right you had Southern states not wanting to abide by federal law. That's essentially what right. That was sort of the impetus of it, like we don't recognize we don't recognize your authority. You want to do these things, We're not cool with it, and so we're out. That's nullification. Fought a war over it. And that's what. The Democrats once again, because they were the ones making this argument about. Slavery load those many years ago. And I knows many economics are many factors in the Civil War, economics, and cultural. I get all of that, okay, but. I've never been one who has bought into this idea that slavery had nothing to do with the Civil War. You can try to make those arguments, you're not going to convince me. I cite the Cornerstone speech. That's it. It's all I need to do, and I'm not going to argue this. The point here is that Democrats have a long history of attempting to nullify by just not following laws that they don't like, which then lead to. Secession efforts. Because that's what occurs, right, if you have a jurisdiction under the color of law that has police forces, that has guns, right, they've got guns, and they disagree with another governmental unit, then how do you solve that? Because when it goes through the courts, and the courts come down on the side against the Democrats in this case, or against the Democratic socialists, but even sanctuary cities, right, the courts keep coming down against them, and then what they just succeede. They're like, well, we're not going to abide by these laws. So then the federal government has to say, okay, well, if you're not going to abide by these laws, then we're going to force you to. And that's what government is. It's the monopoly on force. Right except at the local and even the state levels, they have a monopoly on force as well at their levels. That then creates the secession effort. And this is what Vicki Palladino from New York City, She's a council member from Queens. This is what she said, quote, we are in the first state pages of secession. Mamdani considers New York an independent city state with its own foreign policy, immigration policy, and economic policy. He does not recognize the legitimacy of the federal government or even the United States as a nation to any extent beyond that which his party can directly control or benefit from financially. He does not talk about himself as an American, nor does he speak of New York as a component of the United States. Quite the opposite. In fact, and aside from his official portraits, he is never voluntarily photographed with or around an American flag. He is way too conscious of optics for that to be anything other than deliberate. He and the DSA with him will use the power of this city to wage a soft civil war against the nation itself. It is long past time for an appropriately severe reaction from the federal government. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. This is not politics. This is the enemy. But happy Friday to one end all except maybe that guy over there. Seven four five nine. Talking about this nullification effort that the DSA is is articulating. And look, this is not new. The Democratic Party has also embraced this via the sanctuary city policies that they have adopted in the jurisdictions that they control, Virginia being the latest one that they just made their entire state. After Democrats swept the House and the Senate and the governor's race in the last election, they they basically said no more cooperation with Ice. So that is nullification. And so in my view, what needs to happen is, Okay, no more federal funds. You don't get any more federal money. That's the deal, right. If you're going to obstruct federal law enforcement and you're going to attempt to nullify federal law, then we're going to not give you any federal funds. But you have to be willing to have that fight. And I think there are a lot of Republicans that don't recognize what time it is where we are. I do. I've been warning about this for several years now. I've been watching it. I've been monitoring it, and as it's like, guys, this is not good. And now it's exploded right after this election of these Democratic socialists. Now all of a sudden, people are starting to kind of recognize whoa, whoa, Wait a minute, I was feeding that alligator, you know, hoping it would eat me last, and now wait, now it's trying to eat me. Yes, yes, that's how that works. Like, that's the whole point of the axiom, is that you think that it's going to eat you last, but eventually it does eat you. Brad Palumbo journalist YouTuber. He's the host of Brad Versus Everyone. He's also a contributor at the DC The Washington d c Examiner. He said, the Democratic Socialists of America are the flat earthers of economics and public policy. Which is a great line. It's so true. It's funny because it's true, the flat earthers of economics, they are also in public policy and to wit Mamdani's Board of Rent Control or whatever, it's called like, he's got his Mamdanni loyalists on that board and they just voted yesterday to freeze all the rents for two years. And they're like, you know, the people in New York City and all the socialists are like. Oh, people said it could have been done. He has delivered for us. Now rents are going to go down. Like, no, that's actually not how that happens. A rent freeze freezes the rents in the rent control departments, and then in all of the other apartments. You know what happens. The rents go up. Yes, that's what happens. The rents go up in all of the other units. You know why a little thing called supply and demand. I know, that's like kryptonite to the Kamis. I understand this idea right produces much ogita, But you cannot fool the invisible hand of the free market, which is why force violence is always part of Marxism, because it runs antithetical to human nature. And so people who are not in rent control departments, they're about to get nailed with rent increases, which will make the city less affordable. He goes on to say they are also genuinely authoritarian in their revolutionary anti American worldview. I think he's a never Trumper guy because he says, anybody exhausted by Donald Trump who wants to see America return to sane or normal politics, this is not the way, right see, Because he's a never Trumper, I suspect he suffers from a touch of the TDS. He views everything through this prism of Trump, and so Trump is the reason for this thing. Trump is the reason why we have Mamdani. Right, But that's if you believe history began when Trump came down that escalator, which history did not begin then, right, the Democrat Party was drifting further and further to the left every year. They were adopting more of these rat positions. They were harnessing the youth vote for a very long time after they had put the youth through K twelve education and college, and you know, just immersed them in the anti colonial Fennones style. Third world is communist theory. That's I mean, it is evident if you look at the demographics of where the DSA pulls their support from. It's not the working poor, it's not really even minorities. It's the upper to middle or or upper middle class and upper class, white college educated. Voter. That's who that's there, that's who leads the revolution. I've talked about this many times as well. This is the haves versus the have mores. These revolutions are always led, these Marxist revolutions are Marx included. Marx was he was like the poster child. He was the og Nepo baby silver spooner who you know, failure to launch kind of thing where he was just lazy. He never wanted to do any work on his own. He just wanted to sit around in the beer halls and you know, get drunk, not bathe impregnate women and you know, write treatises about how the world should be where you know, he wouldn't have to work, just lazy. And so like you have these these over educated and I use that term just as like degrees only you know, like they have a lot of diplomas and such, not that they're smart and not that they are actually educated. They just have a lot of degrees. So these over degreed upper crusties Trustafarians, right, that failed to access the elite strata. Their parents are up there, right, they come from that world, but they either are not smart enough they're not talented enough to actually break into that, so they want to tear it all down. They have grievances against to have mores. They want to be in charge their children, right they they're emotionally and maturity stunted. That's who always leads these things, and that's who we see leading this stuff. Now, this is not Trump's fault. Communism rises and falls periodically all around the globe, and this is now our turn to try to beat this back because this is quote unquote the great debate. You got it. You have to stay vigilant. And there are a lot of people that have you know, been very dare I say privileged living in America to not have to worry about this stuff. Well those days are over because it is here. We now have to confront this enemy once again. I know it's been about sixty years or so, but time to confront this. If we let these socialists slash communists slash Islamo fascists have their way, Americans will be eating zoo animals within three years like they did in Venezuela. We can stop them. Yeah right, mom, Donnie packed the city's housing board with loyalists that he got his two year rent freeze. Let the confiscations begin. Yeah, I think I mentioned this yesterday. But like the idea behind the rent freezing, like this is an attempt to confiscate the property, because that's what communists do. And by the way, for people who are like they're democratic socialist. Yeah, if you actually read the DSA and I've got their stuff here. If you read the DSA platform, they talk about seizing private property. They want to nationalize industries, take them over and such like. There and their leadership proclaims themselves to be communist. See, so these distinctions that the apologists want to try to carve out, I ignore you because you are trying to distract from the actual threat, and so I lump you in with the threat. Okay, that's that's how I am viewing this. If you're trying to tell me that I just don't understand there's a difference between communism. Yeah, that may work on people who, for example, did not study communism for a great period of time in college. But I'm not that person. Okay, I did, so I have a pretty good understanding of it and the philosophy, the ideology, the Marxist roots of all of this, the Fenen, the Graham, Cheese like. I got a pretty good handle on this. And I recognize the propaganda tactic when people try to make this case that oh no, no, it's not really communism, it's socialism, and that's different. I'm not getting into that argument. It's pointless because I listened to the people who are in charge of this movement, and they will tell you that the things they want to do are Marxist that's what they are interested in accomplishing. So that's what I'm addressing. I believe I don't know. Uh oh, okay. So this is from Frank who says I just called Mam Donnie's number, the one he provided, and it states you have reached the mayor's immigration hotline at Catholic ministries. Oh my gosh, not a surprise, I knew it. He says, Catholics are definitely supporting a ton of this illegal immigration overload. I'm Catholic, by the way, and very upset with the Church about this and consider it a legitimate reason to disconnect my family from the church. Yeah, the Catholic Church better be really, really careful playing around with this stuff. I have not called the number, but that would not surprise me. Moron Zamdani seems to be itching for a secession, and people like Hakim Jeffries are busy denying that he's also in the communist crosshairs. Yeah. I'm gonna get into that too. They're now targeting Kathy Hulkeel and Hakim Jeffries. They're like they are going to burn down the Democrat Party, which, on the one hand, okay, but on the other hand, what are you replacing it with it's a. Bunch of communist radicals? Uh? Seven oh four number says do you think we can beat back the kami push? I fear the left has been too effective in poisoning the young minds they have brought up in public schools. The anti capitalist message has been spreading like wildfire in the last ten years. Well, it's been going on longer than that, and it is not going to be easy and victory is not assured. However, all that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. This is why I call out and I try to embarrass the Black pillars, because what you're doing is surrendering. You're surrendering because you don't want to make an effort to fight, that's all. And that's I mean, that's fine if you want to do that, but I'm going to mock you for it, especially as we approach the two hundred and fiftieth birthday of America.
