So last hour went over some of the details of the raid on Ilhan Omar's D.C. house, her Washington, D.C. home, I believe it was. And she's a sitting U.S. congresswoman, but there are questions about her immigration naturalization process, whether there was lying that occurred in order to get asylum through her father. There's also questions about financial irregularities. And I mentioned also that the search warrants were approved by a Democrat judge in So, um, and the investigation was actually started while, uh, Joe Biden was president. So, uh, the accusations that this is somehow, uh, you know, Trump weaponizing the DOJ against an outspoken critic, um, like that may be true, but you don't really have any evidence of that yet. And all the evidence so far as I just laid out there, the two pieces indicated it had nothing to do really with Donald Trump. Um, And I read a message from a texter named Kevin, the fake Republican, as I call him, because he claims to be a Republican. And Kevin followed up with a text. And I think this is important because if you listen to this program, you've heard Kevin's texts in the past. And so here's an explanation. This is why I call him a fake Republican. And Kevin, I think you believe that you were making a reasoned and rational point here when you explain why you voted Republican. But you actually do the opposite. And I'll break it down for you because it's pretty obvious, but also kind of comical. So Kevin says, and he has told me this before, and maybe this time he'll understand why I keep calling him this. I voted Republican for one reason, to see Roe v. Wade overturned. Mission accomplished. Now I'm free to vote what actually matters to me, my family, and the country. Now there's more, and I will read the rest of his text here. So Kevin, what you are is you are the last of a dying breed, which is the blue dog Democrats. See, Democrats used to be not as cool with abortion. Like abortion was not always the litmus test for every single Democrat to clear a primary, especially in areas in the Southeast and Southwest, right? Traditionally conservative leaning areas, right? But Democrats kept moving further and further towards the radical fringe side of the abortion issue. And now if you are pro-life, You have no place in the Democrat Party. OK, so you voting for Republicans on that one issue does not make you a Republican. OK, you have to adhere to some of the core principles that Republicans hold. Right. You'd be better off as an unaffiliated. You shouldn't claim yourself to be a Republican. Right. You're you were just a single issue Democrat voter. Like, that's what you were. Because all of your other ideas seem to line up with Democrats. For example, when you just said that, I'm free to vote for what matters to me, my family and the country. And if you think putting Democrats in charge of the country is good for your country, then you're not a Republican. Because the Democrats' values are completely antithetical to protecting your country. See, this is how I know that you're a fake Republican. You claim to be a Republican simply because you used the Republican party in order to advance your one issue. That's it. See, I'm unaffiliated. And that means I don't agree with a lot of the things Republicans do. And so I never signed on to the party. I don't like some of their positions. I don't like a lot of the Trump positions. And I made that very clear. when he first ran for office in 2015 and I railed against Donald Trump and I brought all of the evidence I could bring to convince my audience that this is not the path that the Republicans want to go down. And I lost that argument. Okay. And so they, the Republican voters and the general election voters, they wanted Donald Trump. And so we got Donald Trump and then they wanted Joe Biden and we got Joe Biden. And then they wanted Donald Trump again. And that was in the last election, 2024. That was the first time that I voted for Donald Trump. First time. And it wasn't even a vote for Donald Trump. It was a vote to punish the left and the media and people like you. Because y'all were telling me that Joe Biden was not in cognitive decline. So when you lie to me like that and you gaslight me with the level of gaslighting, that I'm seeing things with my own eyes, I'm hearing speech with my own ears, and you lie to me and tell me that I'm not seeing those things and I'm not hearing those things and that I'm somehow crazy for seeing this change and seeing these gaps and these mistakes and these tumbles and falls and such. And I'm crazy for noticing it. So that was the only reason, again, because I always use my presidential vote as a protest vote. And the last election, that vote for Trump was a protest vote against you, basically. Now, I don't know if you were out there gaslighting people, specifically, Kevin, but people like you that were telling me that Joe Biden was fine. that there wasn't a coup that chucked him out, that the family wasn't protecting him from the media, and that the media was playing no role, even though they were getting their questions in advance given to the president so he could call on them. They had the picture on the card and the question written down at the press conferences. Like, none of that was happening. I didn't see that with my own eyes, right? And then swap him out for Kamala Harris. And, oh, no, I'm supposed to believe that she's not a terrible campaigner because you're telling me that you got the vibes for her. And wouldn't she be better? And no, actually, she would not. She would not. Because why? All of her other policies. But you being a single issue voter on abortion doesn't make you a Republican. So you should stop claiming to be one. You should stop claiming to be, oh, I'm a former Republican or I voted Republican. You voted an issue, Kevin. You voted one issue. And when you claim to be a Republican because you think it gives you some sort of cachet that like, I'm a Republican and I hate Trump. And oh, look at Kevin. He hates Trump, but he's a Republican. Like you were a single issue voter. That's what you are. And now now you're you're going to vote for all sorts of things that you claim will help the country. Yet we look at what the Democrats are promising to do and what they are doing. And you think that helps the country. So no. All right, here's the rest of it. I'm officially a never again Trumper, and here's the best part Republicans should be sweating over. Millions of voters like me supported the party for that one issue. Now that it's off the table, what exactly is the sales pitch? Trump's personality? No. The chaos? No. The endless scandals? No. That's not the sales pitch. But I would note your false premise, the leading nature of your questions, right? And the false choices that you're offering me. Those aren't the sales pitches. In fact, a lot of Republicans in office would prefer there be less of the chaos, less of the scandals, right? They would prefer there to be less of those things. Sure. That's not the pitch. And if you've been listening to me, you've heard my pitch. I refuse to empower the red-green alliance. I don't want to give them any inches in the fight. And that's what the Democrats are doing. They are being eaten from the inside by Marxists and Islam. That's what's happening. You don't have to believe me. You can go look it up for yourself. Go look at what they're saying. Go look at the candidates on the campaign trail, right? Being anti-Israel is the bare minimum cover charge to get through a primary. Being anti-Semitic Bonus points. So, yeah, those are the things that I'm fighting against, and the Republicans are the only ones that even come close to arguing against it. So, no. Congratulations, Republicans. You won the battle over abortion and may have lost the voters who helped you win it, like you. But you never agreed with Republicans on any other thing except that one issue. So don't pretend like your vote was up for grabs, right? that was your one issue you just said that the lies man just dishonesty The holidays will be here before you know it, and so now is the time to create precious and priceless family heirlooms that will last for generations. Democrats in power will bring abortion back everywhere. It's still an issue. Yeah, that's a good point. Kevin, the fake Republican, claims that he was a single issue voter, which was the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which, look, by the way, like, you know, it was actually Casey v. Planned Parenthood, but which gutted Roe v. Wade in the first place. But I get it. So the the Dobbs decision. Right. And it basically kicked it back down to the states to to decide. And so now you've got states that are doing all of these different things. Not sure where Kevin resides, if he's in North or South Carolina, if he's full-on anti-abortion, life begins at conception, whatever. So I'm not sure if he's working at the state level where he lives in order to get that codified. Because if he's living in some other state, then that state may allow abortion. Like some states are– what was it– Minnesota, I think, or maybe Massachusetts. I forget. I was going to say Canada, but no. In Canada, they'll kill everybody. They don't care about the age. But it may have been Massachusetts where they just signed into law abortion up until the point of birth. So, yeah, and that's not the Republicans doing that. So, like, if that is your issue and you're like, there's no other reason to vote for Republicans now, like, well, I disagree because Democrats still try to move the ball on the abortion issue. And so if you vote for Democrats at the local level, state level, even national level, they're going to keep doing this. And by the way, you're so worried about Roe v. Wade, and you're so worried about that one issue. What do you think happens, Kevin, when Democrats get back into power and they pack the U.S. Supreme Court? What do you think happens then? Do you think maybe another case comes along? pushed by left-wing organizations, some plaintiffs in some Democrat states, or an abortion provider or somebody? Do you think that maybe a state passes a law that then becomes subject to litigation and then makes it to the U.S. Supreme Court and now it's got, you know, I don't know, 21 members on the Supreme Court and, you know, all but four of them are appointees of Kamala Harris? What do you think happens? Do you think that they follow the rule of law? Do you think they do you think they follow the Dobbs decision? Or do you think it's more likely that they toss out the Dobbs decision and they once again find some meaning in the Constitution to do a federal abortion law and then conservatives have to fight for another 50 years to undo it? Because that's how that's how that happened. Right. It was conservatives voting for 50 years and litigating for 50 years. That's how long that took. So do you think do you think that's more likely the scenario that I just painted? You think it's more likely under Democrat control or less likely? But at least you won't have Orange Man. Right now, I get it, you know. Single-issue voting, man. It is a way to go. And by the way, lest you think that I'm being hyperbolic in assigning a position to Kamala Harris about packing the U.S. Supreme Court that she doesn't actually hold, you would be incorrect. She said this. She said this like three days ago. Yeah. Yeah. She said, I believe that we need to expand the Supreme Court. We need more justices on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually reinforces the spirit and principles behind the Constitution of the United States. That's what she told a podcaster named Kiki Palmer. The name of the podcast, in case you're interested, is Baby, This is Kiki Palmer. Yeah, so she wants an expanded court. This is court packing. OK, that's what this is. This is not the same as making appointments to fill vacant positions. That's what the left wants you to think. Like, oh, we wanted to put Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court and and we could and we got blocked. And that was court packing that that is not court packing. That's politics. You may not like the way that unfolded. That was actually the Biden rule, by the way. That was something Biden promoted. But anyway, that's not court packing. Court packing has a definition, and it actually has historical roots in the exact same thing that FDR tried to do. And that's when the slogan or the description of court packing was first coined. It was FDR wanted a Supreme Court to rule in his favor on things that were obviously unconstitutional. And the court was not ruling the way he wanted them to. So he threatened to expand the number of seats and pack them with his allies, people who would vote the way he wants them to rule. And the Supreme Court was so scared by that threat that they caved and they began ruling in his favor. That's how that happened. FDR, hero of the Democrats. See, so this is on brand for Democrats. When they cannot win legislatively, they can't get their stuff through in a legislative order. They will rig courts in order to basically act as legislators in robes. So if you think Kamala Harris... is going to protect abortion rights, or sorry, is going to keep Dobbs on the books. You think she's not going to pack the court? She has said she would. And this is a position held by many Democrats who have spoken on it. That's what you're up against, Kevin, if you are, in fact, a single-issue voter. All right, real quick. Every government number gets revised, right? Every projection gets walked back. Gold does not file corrections like GovCo. I am pretty sure that's the same size as the imprint on Kevin the Fake Republican's posterior. Coincidence? What would the process be for increasing the number of Supreme Court justices, asks Rick. Well, it's It would just be I believe it would be a function of the executive branch. I'm not sure. There's no there's no process for it. There's nothing spelled out in the Constitution. It's not the number of seats is not assigned, you know, and to prove that the motive for Democrats is a power grab to then ram through not just, you know, overturning Dobbs and putting in some sort of a protection for abortion up until birth across the all of the states, even those that reject this, it's not just that. It would be for a whole raft of things. All of you Second Amendment enthusiasts, how long do you think that it takes for a packed Supreme Court to figure out that the Founding Fathers didn't actually mean everybody should be able to own a firearm to protect themselves for a from a government that goes tyrannical. That it was just for hunting. That's the only reason they put it in there. How long do you think it takes them for that? Oh, they just had muskets. So you can only own a musket. Do you think that a packed Supreme Court Do you think that they may come to that conclusion? I do. That's the whole point of packing a court. It's to get the results you want. Right? So, yeah. And you know that the Democrats are only in it for this end because Republicans ran a bill just this session to expand the court. And Democrats opposed it. Why? Well... because they would not be able to make the appointments. They don't want Trump to pack it. And by the way, if you think that it stops, see, this is the other thing. People always forget this. The other team gets an at-bat, right? Your opponent gets a say. And I know it's fashionable for people on the left to believe that It's the Republicans who are engaged in this culture war and, you know, the the the meager Democrats and moderates and liberals and, you know, the moral superiors like that. You were just sitting back minding your own business. And then all of a sudden these people did this stuff to you. They started on this culture war and you have no idea why these things are even being brought up. I mean, I don't know why you're talking about putting, you know, boys into the girls' bathrooms and on their sports teams. I don't understand why you're talking all of a sudden about chopping off genitals for children. Like, oh, what are you, pedophiles or something? You're all interested in this? Like, all of these culture war battles have been picked by the left. You're mad that your opponent's have an at-bat and that's just stupid because of course they do. Of course. And this goes for Republicans who don't think that the left gets an at-bat too. Your opponents, you know, they get to participate in the battle too. Right. And so what do you think happens lefties when you move forward with, as Kamala Harris is promoting in this podcast, packing the U S Supreme court, but not just that, um, changing the electoral college. which is in the Constitution, by the way. But I'm not sure that that's going to stop them. I mean, if you pack the Supreme Court, then those lawyers with a wardrobe change into the black robes, they'll be able to figure out that what those words mean don't actually mean that anymore, right? It's a living, breathing document. So now it means something else, right? What else will they be able to do with that? They'll change the Electoral College. Well, what's the point of that? It's to get rid of it. So this way, States are now no longer equal. We do not have a national election. We have an election of 50 states or in 50 states on the same day. That was the structure. And you don't like that structure. I get it. You don't like it because too many states mess up your popular votes counts and stuff. I get it. However, that's the system that we have and it's meant to protect the smaller states who never would have signed on to this agreement called the constitution had they not had those protections. Okay. So you are now fundamentally altering the terms of the contract because that's what the constitution is. And when you fundamentally alter the terms of a contract that disempowers small states, well, now you've created really only one pressure release valve and that's violence. That's it. That's how that ends. Now, maybe you're okay with that. Maybe you're just itching for it and you think some other people will fight for your cause and they'll win and you'll get everything you want at that point and you're living in a fantasy land. That never happens. There really aren't a lot of revolutions through world history that ended like ours. After the violence, we ended up with a freer nation. Not sure. I'm not sure there's another one, actually. Usually it devolves. into tyranny so what do you do with the blown up electoral college now democrats have solidified their position in the law right they get their they get all their ideology put into law through supreme court rulings assuming of course that states will adhere to these but of course there will be red states that say pound sand we do not recognize your authority and now you have a So you have that that route. And then you also have the Electoral College getting blown up. So now Democrats get to enjoy the presidency, the executive branch. They get to control the the gears of the administrative state in perpetuity. Right. So they get to crush their opponents. They get to imprison them, investigate them like we saw with Jack Smith under Joe Biden. We saw with the IRS under Barack Obama. That's how they behaved before. So I assume they will behave that way again. And what else? Let's add in, she says, statehood for Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. And what's that for? Well, that's so you can control the U.S. Senate. You see, you add in some extra states that are, quote unquote, blue. They're Democrat leaning. You figure they're going to keep voting for you. And now you've added four seats to the U.S. Senate. So you don't have to use the pesky constitutional restrictions on approval numbers and gets rid of all of this filibuster stuff. You just basically pack the Senate. Right. So you're packing the Supreme Court. You're abolishing the Electoral College. You're packing the U.S. Senate. And what is all of that for? It's so Democrats never lose control. They want a one party country. That's what they want. That's what this is. That's what all this lines up to. And I hope you're on board with everything that they believe in, for today at least, because they have a really bad habit of just throwing out principles and adopting new ones, depending on whatever demographic they're trying to appeal to. So that's what you're voting on. And we will be voting on, not just in this election, but in many, many years to come. It's become clearer and clearer. I said I've been saying for years that the parties are realigning and recognize where the Democrats are realigning to. That's where they're realigning. They're realigning towards one party control them. Back to the text line here. John says, Trump should try to pack the U.S. Supreme Court as soon as the election is over so the Democrats fight tooth and nail to stop it. That would be great. Yeah. The only way, I fear, the only way for the left to stop pushing these kinds of norm-breaking policies and standards is to force them to live by them. I don't know what else to do. You keep trying to make, I keep trying to make these arguments, trying to appeal to reason, but at some point when it's clear that you don't care, you don't care to preserve the institutions that we have and all you are interested in is tearing it down and forcing others to live a standard that you yourself do not live, then I'm going to try to force you to live by it too. And we're going to both be in this poop hole together. We'll both be there together. Fantastic. Great job. But I'm not going to be here alone, you know. Bebop in Rock Thrill. The Constitution was written for a moral people. It will not serve another. That is very. that is profound bebop were you one of the founders i think i see i think i remember seeing your name on the declaration of independence it was right there next to john hancocks wasn't it bebop and rock thrill signature of the uh signatory of the declaration now that's the famous line from uh what john adams um Mike says, yeah. And who are the fascists? Right. This gets to that whole every accusation is a confession axiom. You know, they're guilty of that which they accuse you. Back to this story. This is from Fox News about Kamala Harris's appearance on the baby. This is Kiki Palmer podcast where she talked about how we need. more justices on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually, quote, reinforces the spirit and principles behind the Constitution. Not the law. No mention of the law, which is odd because remember she was a lawyer and she was an attorney general and she was tough on crime. She knows the law. I'm the law boss, whatever. But no, not to apply the law. That's not what this is about. No, no, this is to reinforce the spirit. And the spirit, see, that's the nice thing is when you say things like this, that it's to reinforce the spirit. of the constitution. Well, then you get to decide what the spirit is for now. This is the living, breathing document, new spirit, new spirit. Um, so this is from David Scharf, chairman of Morrison Cohen, LLP head of its government strategies and controversies practice. Um, He said that Harris's proposed changes would set a, quote, dangerous precedent. Yes, I concur. Nine justices have been the number since 1869. FDR tried to pack the Supreme Court and even his own party pushed back. Well, those were different days. Even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the notorious RBG, right? She herself warned that expanding the court would make it look partisan. Well, there's a reason why it would be made to look partisan is because it would be. That's the point. There isn't another reason to expand the Supreme Court with more seats that you then stuff with your own allies. Like, that's the reason you do it. That's why it would look partisan. The Electoral College is written into the Constitution. He says eliminating it requires a constitutional amendment, not a Democratic majority in Congress. You don't get to change the referee because you don't like the calls. Harris may think this is a winning message for the Democratic base, but it's a much tougher sell to the independent and swing voters her party needs. I'm not so sure when you when you control the education system for three generations, at least you can churn out a lot of ignorant dumbasses. So I'm not so sure that people will object. In fact, Democrats are busily running around the country and getting states to join this interstate national vote compact or whatever it's called, where Democrats the states agree, and these are all Democrat states, so really there's no pushback going on. Well, there's minimal pushback, let me say, because what they want to do is to say, we will give all of our electoral college votes to whoever wins the popular vote at the national level. That's what they're saying. Now, whether they do that, Right. Because Donald Trump, he won the national vote. He won the popular vote. So what, California going to hand over all of your electoral votes to Trump? So in other words, it's a winner take all. So this way there is it's just now it's just a popular vote. Whoever wins the popular vote. Oh, and by the way, we're going to bring in like 20, 30 million people, give them all amnesty and then they're going to vote for us. And then we'll be winning the popular vote in perpetuity again. See, that's the whole point. It's about installing and then calcifying Democrat control in perpetuity. So nobody can ever win unless they're a Democrat. Again, that's the point, right? So that's why all these states are trying to band together. Whoever wins the popular vote, we'll give our electoral college votes to. Now, it's going to get a little trickier, obviously, when you don't have all of the states signing on to this. But the idea is that if you can if you can get this in place and then you have a close election, let's say in, oh, North Carolina. Right. Maybe the popular vote is only like one percentage point difference. And now. The state is now it's OK. Well, the state is one percent for Trump or he loses by one percent in North Carolina or Obama wins, whatever. And then, OK, we're going to give all the electoral votes away to the other party and then That determines the outcome. So what you end up having is the most populated states deciding on the president. That's the end result. And again, that's the point. On the text line here, Ben says, I think what Kevin, the fake Republican texter, he's basically saying for Republicans to act like Democrats. Yeah. If the Democrats ever get the chance to do these things, Republicans will have no one to blame but themselves for being lazy and not voting. I refuse to believe that common sense is in the minority in this country yet. Yeah, that's why voting is important. Republicans, whatever changes you want to do, number one, it takes time. Number two, it takes you winning. It takes you winning elections. During the Convention of States, add an amendment to wipe clean voter. Oh, that was from yesterday. Sorry, from earlier. Spencer says Article three, U.S. Constitution, the power to structure and organize the federal judiciary, including setting the number of Supreme Court justices belongs to Congress rather than the court itself or the president. Yeah. But is it set at nine right now? Did Congress do that? Trump should try to pack the court as soon as the election. I already read that. This may be a record breaking news. The White House press secretary is transitioning out of her role. That was fast. She didn't even last to Scaramucci. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
