[00:01:10] to vacate the chair speaker and do you know that the Republicans have I think it's about

[00:01:20] a two seat majority is what they're left with? It's they just had somebody else I forget

[00:01:25] who was it was a Ken Buck or was it Michael Mike Rogers who just left yeah so you're

[00:01:36] down to a two seat majority, two seats and you know there's a chunk of these Republicans

[00:01:45] you can call them rhinos you can call them whatever you want. It doesn't matter to me what

[00:01:49] name you give them they still hold the seat and because they hold the seats that are in

[00:01:57] districts that went for Biden, they're very, very worried about doing stuff that's going

[00:02:04] to get them unelected. Again you can say that that's not patriotic, that they stink

[00:02:11] because of that and they're they're awful people whatever that does not change their incentives

[00:02:17] right so we are left then with a Republican majority that is a coalition because that's how you

[00:02:22] get a majority and you've got this coalition now of some some Biden district Republican elected

[00:02:32] officials, elected congressman and they're they're not interested in fighting the fiscal fights

[00:02:39] that the House Freedom Caucus is interested in fighting what other people inside the the Republican

[00:02:46] coalition they're not interested in, well as I was going to say they I mean Marjorie look

[00:02:53] they're always look for the incentives okay always look for the incentives Marjorie Taylor

[00:02:59] Greens incentive is to get exactly what she's getting right now which is media coverage

[00:03:07] that's her incentive structure she's going to go down to the House floor she's going to file

[00:03:12] the the motion to vacate and she's going to get all this coverage and she's going to get YouTube

[00:03:17] video clips and she's going to make the rounds on the talking head circuits and it doesn't matter

[00:03:21] to her if we end up with a Democrat Speaker of the House with a keen Jeffries because that's

[00:03:28] where this could go just like it was a possibility last time it's probably a greater possibility this time

[00:03:34] so she actually benefits from that as do a lot of the more you know rigid fire bomb throwers

[00:03:45] in the the Republican coalition they benefit from a Democrat Speaker of the House because they

[00:03:52] get to raise money off of that they personally then get to rail against the the Democrats

[00:03:57] controlling everything and the Democrats doing some bad stuff which the Democrats would be able

[00:04:02] to do because they will have control of the trifecta now right they will have the Senate and

[00:04:06] they have the presidency and then they will have the House and they will be able to do stuff

[00:04:12] in the final days of a Joe Biden presidency that's what Marjorie Taylor Green is incentivizing

[00:04:21] big like I don't see how like does this end up in a different in a different way than the last time

[00:04:28] Mike Johnson's gonna what he's going to emerge victorious he's only going to lose Marjorie Taylor

[00:04:35] Green's vote that's it only one vote and I guess she's doing this because of the spending bill

[00:04:41] that they just pushed through because some people say let just you know shut the government down

[00:04:45] just shut it all down use it for border security you know you know try to leverage the fiscal fight

[00:04:50] for the border fight okay well if that's if that's the the fight you want to have and you think

[00:04:59] you're gonna win it I guess we're gonna do this again I thought we didn't win it last time

[00:05:05] took what two weeks right a couple dozen rounds of voting half a dozen different potential candidates

[00:05:13] but I'm sure this time it will be different and this time the minority of the Republican coalition

[00:05:19] will emerge victorious that they will somehow or another get everybody to bow to them

[00:05:25] in the coalition I'm sure that could happen look I'm not I'm not weighing in on

[00:05:30] who's right who's wrong I'm just I'm just surveying the game board here right and

[00:05:37] the Democrats will remain united because see here's the thing when those districts flip

[00:05:41] for you know when you get a you get a district that voted for Biden and then

[00:05:47] a Republican wins it for Congress that means that the Democrat who was in that district

[00:05:57] who could win that district has to be a moderate because that's where obviously that district is

[00:06:02] right if they're they're gonna vote for Biden for president but they're gonna vote for a Republican

[00:06:06] for Congress then that's more of a moderate district and so a Democrat is not going you're not

[00:06:13] gonna have like a flamen commie you know like AOC coming out of that district but what that means

[00:06:22] also is that if the Democrats are in the majority they've won that district with a more moderate

[00:06:27] Democrat who then votes in lockstep with you know the radical left wing anyway

[00:06:34] but the point there is that the Democrats don't have to deal with this right now because

[00:06:39] they're in the minority and when you're in the minority you have lost those swing districts

[00:06:43] so you don't have the more moderate members to protect anymore right you don't have to worry about

[00:12:39] kind of a border like between the cheap seats and the field at rfk stadium so i could get down

[00:12:47] close to the stage ahead of the bob dillin and the grateful dead show and it relies on like

[00:12:55] a lot of people just flooding the zone all at once because they they might could get one of us

[00:12:59] and they did they got me

[00:13:03] but then i but then when they put me back in the stands i just jumped back down again and then

[00:13:06] i made it past on the next round so i they can get they can get a couple they can't get all

[00:13:12] right and so that's what they did these migrants quote unquote migris these unauthorized

[00:13:18] immigrants these illegal aliens or i know there's some people who don't like this term

[00:13:23] it's being thrown around a bit now invaders but i got to tell you watch the video

[00:13:31] they did seem to be kind of invady they did a little invady i mean they were like yellow and

[00:13:39] screaming they were tearing down barriers and they just like plow it over and you know knocked over

[00:13:44] a bunch of uh texas national guardsman but then it was weird because they ran up to another

[00:13:52] like stronger fence if you haven't seen the video there's like a whole bunch of this concertina

[00:13:59] wire like the barbed wire stuff and it's all you know in a in a line and there are a bunch of

[00:14:04] guardsmen that are standing there and the the immigrants have they've torn apart the concertina

[00:14:12] wire they were wearing like gloves and stuff and so they they broke it apart and now there's like

[00:14:17] this i don't know 20 to 30 foot wide gap in the in the wire and that's where the guardsman are

[00:14:24] standing and you get there's like you know more than a hundred of these they're all male military

[00:14:31] age and there's a reason for that by the way um i'll tell you in a minute but they were all they were

[00:14:36] all massed there and they're yelling and screaming some of them are putting their hands up like oh

[00:14:40] don't shoot don't shoot and then they just like plow across these guys they just push them aside

[00:14:45] and then they run forward and that's when you realize oh there's like a there's like a permanent

[00:14:52] wall gate there like heavy duty like 30 feet high or something or maybe 20 feet high

[00:14:59] and there there are more guards on the other side of this gate and so they migrants run

[00:15:03] up to the gate and they're banging on it and whatever and like did you not see the other gate

[00:15:10] what's the point of ripping through the the the barbed wire and then running up to this other gate

[00:15:16] I guess they're technically now on on US soil is that how that works

[00:15:22] by the way the reason why it was all just a bunch of dudes is because they had already

[00:15:26] separated out the women and children from the men that's why there were all men there

[00:17:06] Thursday i mean it's a concertina wire uh... then they did get up to the they got up to a wall

[00:17:12] after that they broke through razor wire knocked over guards in the process the post the new york post

[00:17:19] had earlier witnessed around 600 migrants amassed at the international border as part of a spring

[00:17:24] surge of migrants arriving and hoping to gain access to the u.s. gosh i hope so and you never know

[00:17:33] well here's here's my takeaway um it is proof that what we you know have always known but a lot of

[00:17:43] people have been able to deny and ignore which is that uh... the border invasion is in fact violent

[00:17:52] it is and it always has been by the way it always has been

[00:17:56] because uh... the only reason that it has not appeared to be violent is because joe biden has kept

[00:18:05] the doors open to allow people to walk in and get processed but make no mistake if the door was

[00:18:15] not being held open for them right they would rush the gates as they did right

[00:18:23] texas national guard were attempting to organize them into smaller groups but the situation grew tense

[00:18:29] after some women and children were separated from adult males by the guardsman video taken by the

[00:18:35] new york post showed one set of migrants mostly single men then rushing the texas troops

[00:18:41] a group of men with hoodies gloves and winter jackets are seen pulling fencing away and dashing

[00:18:48] through the concertina wire as a group of five guards formed a defensive position to fill the gap

[00:18:55] the group then scrambled to the border gate and started to shout at guardsman on the other side

[00:18:59] quote we have women and children we are hungry the post heard one uh... male migrant scream even though

[00:19:06] most of the children were in another group um that was actually being prepared for processing

[00:19:12] to be let into the country so even when they get the access they're still angry anyway a source told

[00:19:21] the post the rowdy group who had amassed in the area known as gay thirty six located next to the

[00:19:26] highway in alpasso texas uh... that they were pushed back to mexico however some were arrested and

[00:19:34] the rest of the people in the group were brought into the u.s. for processing border patrol agent or

[00:19:39] lando morero told the local k fox fourteen new station quote the migrants that we encountered here

[00:19:45] today at gate thirty six will be taken into a processing center fox news reporter bill mulligen

[00:19:52] later wrote on twitter that there had been one arrest for assaulting a soldier and more

[00:19:58] charges related to destruction of property and assault were likely um despite the commotion

[00:20:04] the city of alpasso's migrant dashboard showed seven hundred forty three people had been released

[00:20:10] from custody and into the u.s. on thursday they were either released on parole or to pursue asylum

[00:20:18] claims in accordance with president bydons current policies which is by the way um this is what

[00:20:28] Joe Biden promised it is this was um well here let me go and pull up the uh audio here i would in

[00:20:37] fact make sure that there is we immediately served to the border all those people are seeking a

[00:20:43] asylum they deserve to be heard that's who we are where a nation says if you want to flee

[00:21:26] debate democratic debate um oh and then there's this uh immigration judges dismissed deportation

[00:21:34] cases against some two hundred thousand migrants under president Biden because the homeland security

[00:21:42] failed to file the the required paperwork before their court dates two hundred thousand

[00:21:50] so as uh

[00:21:52] Brett Winterble the afternoon host here from three to seven on wbt would point out this is

[00:21:58] the system failed right the system failed nobody can be held accountable for this

[00:22:04] uh department of homeland securities failure to file thousands of notices to appear before

[00:22:08] scheduled hearing dates left courts without jurisdiction to handle deportation cases and rule

[00:22:14] on asylum claims this is according to the transactional records access clearing house or the

[00:22:21] T. R. A. C. uh or as i like to call it the track at Syracuse these large numbers of dismissals

[00:22:29] and what then happens raised serious concerns according to the track report

[00:22:34] the nonpartisan research organization called it troubling that there was a an almost total

[00:22:40] lack of transparency on where and why these DHS failures occurred equally troubling the lack

[00:22:49] of solid information on what happened to the many many many many migrants immigrants when

[00:22:55] homeland security never rectified its failure by reissuing and filing new notices to appear

[00:23:05] which would then restart all of these people's cases but they didn't do that

[00:23:12] okay so now what right when when somebody comes in and they claim asylum they are assigned a hearing

[00:23:21] date and we've heard these stories too that the hearing dates are you know six years down the road

[00:23:26] or some ridiculous amount of time and at that point then they are offered the opportunity to explain

[00:23:32] to an immigration judge why they should not be deported but the notice to appear or the NTA

[00:23:38] also has to be filed with the court where the individual is told to appear

[00:23:43] and that has not occurred in six years from 2014 to 2020 less than 1% of deportation cases got

[00:23:52] dismissed because these notices to appear were not filed with the courts right less than 1% in Biden's

[00:23:57] first three years in office that number is now 8.4% right so okay so maybe not the system failed

[00:27:51] cultural institutions and you you push down to the masses the culture that you know you want them

[00:28:00] to adopt and adhere to and that's why you get the cultural messaging coming from schools and Hollywood

[00:28:08] media they control all of these and so when you control the messaging and you control the culture

[00:28:13] then you push down like what is acceptable what it norms how do people live their lives we're

[00:28:17] going to tell you we're going to show you and all of that um I got a message here from Alan

[00:28:23] regarding the uh motion to vacate who asks what else do we do just let that uh

[00:28:30] what else do we do just let them keep running the country into the ground

[00:28:36] all be it at a slightly slower pace at some point the benefits of politics need to kick in and

[00:28:41] perhaps avoid what becoming more inevitable with every trillion dollar spending bill right uh no

[00:28:48] look there there is a there's a group of people that think you have to burn it all down to save it

[00:28:52] I am not one of them I'm not I fully acknowledge it I'm not one of them there are people that believe

[00:28:58] we are at a point of no return so we're going to have to just torch the whole thing and give

[00:29:02] Democrats all the power let them run as far left as quickly as possible and put us all into

[00:29:07] chains and then people will rise up in revolt I would prefer not to go through all of that and try

[00:29:12] to stop it from occurring so yes slower pace for me please slower pace because there's more chance
