Last hour I talked about Jay Jones, this Virginia AG candidate who fantasized about murdering the former Republican Speaker of the House in a series of text messages that have now surfaced over the weekend, not only murdering him, but also having his children murdered and his wife having to watch them die in her arms. And so he is Virginia's MO Davis, and that's what we're seeing. Remember Davis retired, I think Air Force colonel and MSNBC talkinghead guy ran against Madison Cawthorn for Congress. Was out in the mountains, and he had a whole series of tweets that I had uncovered, not uncovered, I just went looking through his timeline, and he had this he had this violence fetish fantasizing thing that he would do. And remember one of them was about crushing Republicans necks into the pavement until you can hear the pop of their spine and that sort of thing. And then when I asked him about it during a debate, he just said something like, well, you know that was yeah. I was working as a as a media talkinghead person, you know, like you. And I'm like, well, not like me, Like, I don't say anything like that, because that's grotesque. I disagree with people. I view them as Americans. I view them as human beings. I do not view them as people that need to be murdered. But this mentality has been brewing for a very very long time inside the Democrat Party. I've been talking about it for years, and I've been calling on Democrats to stand up and say this is not acceptable, and here is an easy way for them to do it, and they cannot bring themselves to do it. Case in point aside from the all of these elected Democrats in Virginia who are coming out and saying we still stand with Jay Jones. We're not going to rescind our endorsements. People still need to vote for him, right, So they have a problem. And here's another one from the text line. He's a lefty who likes to tweet or likes to text status and says, so what about the whole story? So what See, it doesn't matter to them. They don't care. They don't care about their rhetoric. Which is amazing because now they do care. Actually they care because there was a judge is a judge in South Carolina who has a house on at a Stow beach and this judge had her house burned. Don't know if it was accidental, don't know if it was arson. Don't know if it was arson. Why we have no details except her beach house burned down. And her husband, who was a former state lawmaker, Democrat, former state lawmaker who's eighty one. I believe at this point severely injured when he jumped out of the window, second floor window, I believe, and he broke multiple bones and his hips, his legs, his feet, just terrible. And I think her son also adult son and the grandkid or two were in the house. Also. Everybody got out, that's the report. Everybody got out, but some suffered injuries. And if this does turn out to be a targeted attack based on politics or a case ruling, I'm gonna go into these details here. This is unacceptable too. Like this, this is not the way you settle political policy disagreements, because if we cannot settle these things with words, then you end up with this violence. And what that means then is the breakdown of society. I would not would like to have that not happen. I do not want to see that happen, because that is chaos. That is murdering and rioting and looting and m victimization. It's just awful. You do not want to be in a society that goes down that path. You may never recover this idea that people think, oh, we'll just do this, It'll be brief and then will emerge stronger. No, you don't know that. You have no idea what happens in this kind of a scenario. But there are a lot of people that feel they're justified in articulating these kinds of these kinds of stances. So I have no problem condemning violence no matter who is doing it. I have no problem saying that, hey, guys need to turn down your rhetoric, because you know who doesn't use this kind of inflammatory rhetoric me, I don't use it. I never have because it's dangerous when you start encouraging people to do things that hurt other people. I don't want that on my conscience. I have been clear about this for nearly twenty five years in doing this work. And there are a lot of people, though, that have bought into this permission structure that with their own printing press aka social media, they get to say every inner thought they have, no matter how deranged or stupid it is. If you don't believe me, go take a look at what's happening on my Twitter feed right now. You know, dealing with dumb people is just sort of part of my job. But you know, this acceptance of this kind of violence is unacceptable. It's and it should be shunned and people should be called out for it. And I'm watching a political party and its adherents become more and more comfortable with it. We've got another poll that came out that shows young people, like a third of young liberal Democrats college educated and a third of them think violence is acceptable against your political opponents. This is not good, not good, and so the people that have been unable to unequivocally condemn the murder of Charlie Kirk, to unequivocally say, no, you shouldn't go hunting down the Supreme Court justice. No, you shouldn't you know, get political opponents and ice agents, and you shouldn't be engaged in this kind of violence. This rebellion is what it is. It's it is rebellion, and it's once again the Democrats. And they have been unable to make any kind of connection between rhetoric and violence because they're doing it until now, until this weekend, all of a sudden, everybody, stochastic terrorism is back. It's back because of this judge's house that burned. It's like a one and a half million dollar waterfront mansion burned to the ground. There was a report that there was an explosion as well, don't know from what could have been, you know, gas line or something, don't know, and the family got out, but there were injuries. And immediately immediately the left has dare i say, pounced on this, seized upon this, and they are tying it now to political rhetoric after a month of them saying that the Left has no fingerprints or responsibility on the assassination of Charlie Kirk. They are not to blame for any of this now all of a sudden, Republicans are That's how fast they pivot. It's like they have no actual standard by which to measure these things. Just whatever gives them the upper hand in a power dynamic, because of course that is because that's what that's Marxism. Everything is power dynamics. That's at the core. Everything is power dynamics. So here is the right of This is a Time magazine, which I don't even know if they still publish. It may just be online now I don't even know. But I remember when Time and Newsweek, Like I actually had a subscription to Newsweek when I was a kid. I know that's going to be a shock to many people. But the home of South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Diane Goodstein was set on fire. That's the headline, or that's the first sentence, was set on fire. We actually don't know if it was set on fire. It could have caught fire. We literally do not know yet. There is an arson investigation to find out what was the cause of the fire. But without any information, how dare you as a journalist Miranda j rannam something. How dare you write that that the house was set on fire because you don't know that to be true? She had The judge had reportedly received death threats as well. State law enforcement is investigating the house fire on Edistow Beach, which began at around eleven thirty am on Saturday. And there is video of this. By the way, some boter shot video of it from some of the sitting in the water off the marsh near the house. I mean it was fully engulfed, it was it looked bad, it was raging. And Goudstein was reportedly not at home at the time of the fire. She reportedly was out walking on the beach alone when the house caught fire. You know, stories are powerful. They help us make sense of things, to understand experiences. They support democracy, and we all know that democracy is just a shorter name for mob rule. Indeed it is. It's you know, the old two wolves and a lamb voting on dinner. That's democracy. So also, let me play this clip for you. This is from the Attorney General. I know I'm kind of bridging both of these topics here, but from the first hour, we're talking about Jay Jones, the Virginia Attorney General candidate Democrat. All these messages surfaced about him wishing murder on a Republican Speaker of the House, as well as that Republican's two young children in order to affect policy change, like make him feel pain, so he'll do what I want, which is actually the definition of terrorism. Here is here's an ad that the incumbent Republican Attorney General, Jason Mallaris Majas has now put out about the situation, and it is very it is. It's to the point My Washington Post confirms j Jones sent texts that imagine shooting the Republican Speaker of the House. J Jones wish the speaker's wife could watch her own child die in her arms. It's so disgusting, it's hard to believe, but it's true. J Jones confirmed that he hoped an opponent's children could die to advance his political agenda. Can you trust Jay Jones to protect your children? I'm Jason Yarrez, candidate for Attorney General. I sponsor this ad. There you go. The d literally wrote itself for him. Well, actually, Jay Jones wrote the ad for him. There you go. So the people that were, you know, telling us Saturday morning, Friday night, Saturday morning, and really for a while now that none of their language does anything to inspire any kind of violence, even though their language catastrophizes everything from climate change to immigration control to gun policy, like everything is the end of the world. You know, we have literally worse than Hitler in the White House. We've got authoritarians and fascism and all of this stuff. It's going to end the democraas it's going to end America. In fact, here, don't take my word for it. Let's say here, this is to do. Here it is. This is Governor Gavin Newsom, this is from yesterday. This is it. This is it. We're losing this country. We're losing it in real time. This is a chaos presidency. He is a wrecking ball. This is unlike anything we've experienced in our lifetime. It is code read. No time for neutrality. It's time to stand up, pick a side, and be firm and resolute. That's what I'm calling for. All right, So there you go, pick a side, stand up, Code red. You damn night, I ordered the code red. There you go. But his words are obviously not an incitement to do anything. Of course, not saw this uh, you know those stupid signs that people put out in front of their houses to to virtue signal morally preen to say that they are morally superior to you, because you don't have one of these signs in front of there, in front of your house. You know, it's a it's got the black background and then all of the different lines, you know, in this house, we believe, and then it's got all these things, you know, these slogans of the left in different you know, rainbow colors. And there's a new sign apparently that's being offered up in the Virginia race, but it really is beyond just Virginia. It could you know, you could put this in your yard in any state. Really, it says, in this house, we believe. Political violence is never the answer, except when our guys literally fantasize about murdering Republicans. But other than that, be kind and stuff. That's yeah, there you go, that's a that's a good sign. Put that in your front yards, please, The Hellion says on the text line, when folks say I take responsibility for something, or sorry, I take responsibility for X, something usually comes along with that, you know, resignation, demotion, something, but not for DEM's and Jay Jones. Hillary even stepped up once or twice and took responsibility for whatever, but there was nothing that came with it. So it's empty, right, Right. That's the thing, like, I take full responsibility for this thing, which means what, whatever the consequences are, I will accept them. I will atone for them. Right. But that's not what he's doing. He's saying, yes, I said it. I'm sorry. I said it. I'm sorry, you know I said it. Please elect me, in other words, reward me for it, Reward me despite what I said. That's what he's saying. Chris says, I have a solution for Virginia. Have Barack Obama and George Clooney approached the murder hungry candidate to force him out of the race, and then they could simply put Kamala Harris in his place. That's a solid plan, Chris. I like it. That is a solid, solid plan. So back to this article at Time Magazine about this South Carolina Circuit Court judge Diane Goudstein her house set on fire. This was at eleven thirty am and her husband, eighty one year old former state lawmaker Arnold Goodstein, had to jump out of a window. He broke multiple bones. He's eighty one years old. I mean hip injury, broken hips and legs and feet, just broken bones from jumping out of the window at his age. His son, their son also hospitalized with serious injuries. According to the Saint Paul Fire District, which responded to the scene, the occupants had to be rescued via kayak. Law enforcement have not disclosed whether the fire is being investigated as an arson attack, which okay, I mean, I think it would be like you're going to be doing an investigation, and I would imagine you approach any kind of an investigation like this as if it's either accidental or intentional. Right, You're looking for any signs as to the cause, and once you see those signs or you find the source of where it started, then you're able to make a determination. You know, is it more likely this was intentional or accidental? And we don't know at this time. Here's a quote. At this time, we do not know whether the fire was accidental or arson until that determination is made. Sleds Chief Mark Keel has alerted local law enforcement to provide extra patrols and security. According to South Carolina Chief Justice John Kittridge. I told that to Fitz News, adding that the fire appeared to have been caused by an explosion. So again, we don't know what exploded was it? I mean, we had one of these happened in Mecklenburg County, right, it blew up. There was an explosion at a house and it killed wasn't it a Carolina Panther player's father or something? And he was in the house sleeping and the house just blew up. It was like a natural gas line explosion. The sixty nine year old judge had received death threats in the weeks leading up to the fire, according to multiple sources telling fitz News. Last month, Goudstein had temporarily blocked the state's election Commission from releasing its voter files to the Department of Justice, a decision that was openly criticized by Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights harmyat Dylan. That decision was later reversed by the State Supreme Court. So this is now what they're saying. They're now saying that Harmony Dylan targeted this judge. Now I have what Harmony Dylan said on Twitter. Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ. Harmey Dillon responded after a South Carolina state judge blocked that state from giving voter data over to the federal government for the purpose of ensuring the roles are accurate. Okay, that was the reason why the DOJ wanted the information the voter rules was to make sure that they're being maintained, that they're that they're clean, and that there aren't people on there that shouldn't be on there. And the state, or I should say, a resident, a voter, an crook? Really, what is it with these names? I am living in a simulation and crook a South Carolina voter, sued saying that disclosing her personal information would violate her right to privacy under the state's constitution. And this judge died in Goudstein put a tro in place, blocked the DOJ from getting the information, and Harmeie Dillon with the DOJ, said the following on Twitter quote, This Justice Department's Civil Rights Office will not stand for a state court judge's hasty nullification of our federal voting laws. I will allow nothing to stand in the way of our mandate to maintain clean voter rules. One citizen, one vote, that's oh my gosh. I mean she's like literally called for violence. Of course, no, of course she didn't. But this is what the left is going to stretch in order to make this, to make this fit the stochastic terrorism culpability framework. This is what they're going to do. This is what they are doing. We again, we don't even know the cause of the fire in that house, and if it was intentionally set, if it was a bomb, If it was a intentionally set fire, then I hope they catch the person and I hope that they put them either in prison. Well I think that would be it, because it wasn't any actual I don't know if you can go the death penalty because South Carolina still does the death penalty, so I don't know if they could do that if nobody was actually murdered with the attempted murder of a judge. But that's an aggravating circumstance, so it actually could be. But I want them, I want you to drop the hammer on the person if that's what it was. But we don't know that yet. But the narrative is already being written, so it calcifies in enough people's minds before we move on to the next left wing attack, in which case they will tell us that stochastic terrorism was not a thing when a Republican is targeted if the fire hang on. Second, let me back up. In this New York Times peace right, the DOJ was seeking the information, including the names, addresses, driver's license numbers, and social security numbers of more than three million registered voters as part of President Trump's March executive order restricting non citizens from registering to vote, And then Time magazine helpfully puts in in parentheses non citizens because you can't call them illegal aliens. Non citizens are already not allowed to vote in federal and state elections. Yes, technically that is true, but as we covered just last week, it doesn't always work out like that. We had a guy in North Carolina who has been in America for like sixty years, and he voted in at least the last two elections. So how did that happen? That's why proper maintenance of the voter roles is essential to election in techy. And if you're fighting that, well, now I have some thoughts about why you might be doing so. And no, I don't believe your argument from Krook and Krook the I'm sure dispassionate voter that just happened to file a suit all on her own and not without the backing of any kind of left wing organizations. Right, I'm sure, I'm sure that it's really about privacy concerns. If the fire at the judge's house turns out to be targeted, it may mark the latest incident of a startling rise in political violence in the US. And while the Trump administration has blamed the left rhetoric for inspiring violence such as the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, an attack on a judge would come as the administration has increasingly vilified the judiciary, blasting judges that rule against it as quote USA hating end quote insurrectionists. There's actually a better comparison. It would be the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh. That would be a better analogy because he too is a judge, and Democrats whipped up their mob against Kavanaugh. Cavin reaped the woolwin, remember Chuck Schumer, So that would be a better analogy rather than the Charlie Kirk analogy. Although I understand why they made that. This is now this is a quote from Nancy Gertner, a former judge current professor of practice at Harwood, Quoted in The Guardian in May, she says, I'm hearing everywhere that judges are worried about their own safety. There are people who are inflamed by the incendiary comments of our president and members of Congress about judges public officials. By the way, judges in the past, my understanding, they are usually murdered by leftists. But anyway, public officials have legitimized attacks on judges with whom they disagree, She said, so, by the way, I don't know if this whole stochastic terrorism. I don't know if that works when it's the Democrats attacking Republican judges. Less than a year into his second presidential term, Trump has asserted an expansive view of his executive orders. As of October, Trump has issued over three hundred orders, proclamations, and memoranda, many of which have resulted in thorny and protracted legal battles. Between May one and June twenty third, federal district courts blocked Trump's actions with temporary restraining orders or preliminary injunctions around ninety four percent of the time, that's according to data analyzed by some guy named Adam Bonica and associate professor of political science at Stanford. So ninety four percent of the time federal district courts have blocked Trump's actions, the Supreme Court reversed those orders in ninety four percent of the cases. So Time Magazine's reporter here does not dive any deeper. And you know me, I'm a why guy. I like to ask why what does this mean? Why would the Supreme Court reverse ninety four percent of these orders? Why would these district court judges be blocking ninety four percent of his actions? Does this indicate something I would submit it does? It indicates venue shopping, judge shopping by leftist attorneys and plaintiffs and these you know, NGOs and nonprofits. They sue, they get a friendly judge who blocks the order, and then this Supreme Court has to weigh in smack down the lower court saying you're ridiculous, which is what happened in this case, by the way, with this judge herself, when she said, no, we're not turning this over. You don't have to turn this over and block the DOJ from accessing the election data, and she got smacked down by the State Supreme Court. Also, I would point out here this is actually establishing a legal framework and precedent for all of these cases that the Left keeps bringing. Trump is actually building a legal framework now that is going to have the precedent and is going to lock the judiciary into these with these rulings, into staying within the judicial guardrails. And because the Left can't help themselves, they are helping in creating this structure too. Here's a great idea. How about making an escape to a really special and secluded getaway in western North Carolina. Just a quick drive up the mountain and Cabins of Ashville is your connection. Call her text eight two eight three six seven seventy sixty eight or check out all there is to offer at Cabins Offashville dot com and make memories that'll last a lifetime. So here's another story we're talking about these, uh, the violence against judges right because the South Carolina judge whose home burned down at Edistow and whether or not this was an act of domestic terrorism, was she put you know, targeted because of her ruling against the DOJ. So about I guess it was like a month ago it was overturned by the State Supreme Court. She reportedly got death threats. We don't know what the cause of the fire was I'm glad nobody died, but there were injuries, some of them pretty severe. Her husband, eighty one years old, has a bunch of broken bones and his hips, knees, legs, and feet from jumping out of the window. And I hope they, I hope everybody recovers. And it's it's a terrible story, but we don't know the cause. And so I always, you know, point this out to people. Just wait, give it forty eight hours, let them do the investigations. Let's get some information first. But of course everybody rushes in to try to fill the void and craft a narrative that will then take hold. So now there's this story. This is out of DC Police arrested and charged Amand with possession of explosives yesterday outside of a Washington, d c. Church where an annual mass to mark the start of the Supreme Court term was set to play take place hours later. The so called Red Mass is held each year to invoke God's blessings on those responsible for the administration of justice, according to Saint Matthew's Cathedral. A spokesperson for the Supreme Court told CNN that no justices were in attendance on Sunday, though members of the High Court have previously gone to that mass. The Supreme Court's new term begins today. The DC Metro Police Department said in a statement that the suspect, Lewis Jerry, a forty one year old from Vineland, New Jersey, faces preliminary charges of unlawful entry, threats to kidnap or injure a person, and possession of a Molotov cocktail. It's all the information I've got. Officers assigned to protect the event approached Jerry, who had set up a tent on the steps of the cathedral just before six am. They arrested him after he refused to vacate, though he had been previously barred from the premises. Okay, so I've got some questions here now. You set up a tent on the steps of the church, but you had also been barred from the church premises, which means you've been there before, caused some trouble, cops were you got banned? But you're from New Jersey? So are you like making frequent trips to this church or are you from New Jersey but actually living on the streets in DC? Is this a homeless guy who put up his tent on the steps, But that seems weird unless it's like a landing area, because why would you like that seems really uncomfortable, you know, to pitch a tent on steps. I don't know how you would do that. The Metro teams that investigate explosives and arson incidents searched his belongings and found vials of liquid and possible fireworks. So right now, I'm not sure that this was attack planning. I like, I would be surprised if this was some sort of targeted political attack that he was planning on doing something. However, there's this charge threats to kidnap or injure a person, so maybe it's it's not the kidnapping part, it's just injuring a person. But he obviously made some threats, so I don't know. I don't know what that is now. This incident came just days after the person who admitted to trying to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh in twenty twenty two was sentenced to just over eight years in prison that charge. Nicholas Rosky, a man who now identifies as a woman in the court proceedings, pleaded guilty and was sentenced. He got a little over eight years and a lifetime of supervised release. He could have been looking at life. The prosecutors asked for like thirty years, but the judge, Deborah Boardman, said, while reprehensible, he did cooperate and he did confess, and so those were all mitigating factors. And so also he's trans and so we're gonna, you know, we're not going to give him the thirty years. I'm only going to give him eight. By the way, Deborah Boardman, she was the judge or not, but well, she was a judge and she was appointed to this post by the Biden administration. And in her confirmation hearings, Senator Kennedy from Louisiana asked her if she knew what the rational basis test was, which is a sort of fundamental legal concept, and she did not know. That's who this judge is, same judge. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
