Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was convicted on all counts in the murder of George Floyd. Almost immediately, a chorus began rising from Black Lives Matter activists, Democrats, and media that this was not, in fact, justice at all. In the most cringe-inducing comments, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi thanked Floyd for "sacrificing your life for justice." Meanwhile, a cop in Ohio shot and killed a 15-year old Black teenaged girl who was trying to stab another Black woman.
