Platner blames "establishment operatives" for latest rape scandal | Hour 3

This episode is presented by Create A Video – The campaign for Maine US Senate candidate Graham Platner says the latest sexual assault accusation is false and is being orchestrated by "out of state establishment operatives." But Democrats who endorsed the man with the Nazi tattoo and stood by him through a dozen earlier scandals are now saying he should drop out before next week. That would allow the Democrat Party to put someone else's name on the ballot.

So I just came across I think what is the best name for Graham Platner. Brad Slager apparently coined this name. It's the first I've seen it. He calls him. He calls him Deir Oyster Feer. They're a oyster fuor so. A former girl friend of Graham Platner, US candidate for Maine, self described communist, self pleasurer in Porta John's guy with the Nazi tattoo? Did I say that already? As there's so many scandals. Former girlfriend claims that he showed up at her house in twenty twenty one, came into the house and raped her. Of course, the Platner campaign says this is not true. The campaign reiterated his denial and accused critics of trying to drive him out of the race. Well that I mean, well that part is true, right, His critics are absolutely trying to drive them out of the race. In fact, even Bernie Sanders has now said he should drop out when your two scandal played a comedy for Bernie, that's a lot of scandals because he was willing to put up with you for the first like dozen, thirteen, fourteen scandals. This one like this now is the line too far? You went too far? Now, if only there were signs, like if only there was a sign that this guy might be a degenerate, like I don't know, a problematic tattoo, something like that, like something that's so obvious that everybody would be like, ooh, no, can't have that guy. Why would you get that tattoo put on your chest? Like I'm just making this example up right, Like where everybody could have just been in agreements as a civil society, as a bunch of good people, moral, ethical people, you'd be like, no, I would not want, say, you know, somebody with a Nazi tattoo to be in the US Senate. That might be a disqualification. So here's what the campaign said, these allegations are very serious, and Graham vigorously denies them. They are also coached and coordinated by out of state establishment operatives. Is it? The Jews? Are the Jews in the room with you right now? Coached and coordinated by out of state establishment operatives? So who are they blaming? See when it was Lindsey Fiffeld who came out last month and was the victim of medium malpractice by The New York Times, they hung her out to dry when she made accusations. They just they dismissed all of that as, oh, well, she was a Republican activist, so you can't believe her. Obviously, she's motivated to try to bring down Graham the Great Right, So we can just ignore that. Move on. As I went over in the last hour, the New York Times was given by her five different sources that the Times could talk to to corroborate her story. She told the Times reporter two of those five would not be able to corroborate the story of abuse that she described to them, but the other three could. But all five could corroborate that she had an abusive boyfriend. So of the five, three of those people could corroborate the incident that was then published in the New York Times. They never called them. The New York Times never called those three friends. And then it reported that her story was uncorroborated because it talked to the two that could not corroborate that specific story. That's called a soft catch and kill story. New York Times caught the story and they killed it because that allowed the Platner campaign to say basically the same thing, which is, didn't happen. I deny this vigorously. And she's a Republican. So even if I, you know, even if it is true and I, you know, got a little handsy with her, maybe engaged in some light kidnapping, she's a Republican. That's what is totally fine? Right? What was everybody getting worked up for? Are we not progressives here? Right? Believe all women? Okay, but this woman another former girlfriend who also talked to The New York Times, she's former girlfriend, she's a progressive, and she had said in this piece with Politico, one of the reasons I did not come forward sooner was the huge moral conflict I had between supporting his politics but not supporting him as a person. I just want the truth out there. I just want people to have a whole scope of who he is as a person. See, so she obviously is being coached and coordinated by out of state establishment operative. So in other words, the Democratic leadership and as we saw in twenty twenty four, the Democrat Party leadership, they do know how to run a coup. They are adept at this. They do know how to get the timing right, and with their allies in the media that will hold a story for right now, because this is the window they have. They have one week. They've got less than a week, six days. Platner has to withdraw by Monday, right and if he withdraws, then the party gets to appoint a replacement and that name will be on the ballot. If he does not withdraw by Monday day, his name's on the ballot. Even if he drops out after Monday, and you know, they've got more stuff, and so if he shows hesitancy here, then they may start dropping more stuff, using their allies in the media to dump more and more stories. Then you've got the oppo research that the Republicans have, and they're keeping all of that powder dry. They want Platner in and the reason why all of this stuff as I saw somebody refer to it as a code read they ordered. Yeah, it was Clay Travis. He says, Democrats waited until after the July fourth holiday to code red. Platiner, You're doing right. I ordered the code read. They did it with a full week left to force him out of the race. It's diabolical how they are fine with the racing primaries and handpicking new nominees all while claiming Republicans will destroy democracy. Same playbook they ran on Biden. Okay, so they're going to try to force him out over the next six days. And the reason why they're doing it now is because they know, because they know the opposition research, they know these stories. They're still a third woman. There's still a third woman that the New York Times referred to, but she didn't want to go on the record. So they know this stuff is out there. But most importantly, his polling numbers. Ever since last month when the New when the allegations from Lindsay FIFTHELD came out, his numbers keep dropping. And I saw a poll from yesterday, this guy was up. Like in some of the early polls from a couple months ago he was up double digits, like ten, eleven, twelve percent. Now less than one percent. That's what's got them spooked. They saw this as a necessary race to pick up. And while he was pulling ahead and he had all the energy and the youth and the commis behind him, they were like, we're gonna ride this tiger baby. And now the mood all changed. Now he is not such a shoeing so that means he's got to go much like Joe, much like Joe Biden. The campaign for Graham Platner accusing out of state establishment operatives for the accusation that he raped his ex girlfriend because she gave a story to she gave her story to Politico and CNN. By the way, she also talked to the New York Times, but they didn't include any of that in their initial report last month. The campaign says for a year, opponents of this campaign have thrown everything they can at Graham, calling him a Nazi. I mean that had to do with the whole Nazi tattoo. I think a war criminal and a communist, but he called himself a communist on that one. None of it has been true, and this is no different. It is not a coincidence that this story comes a week before the ballot deadline, just as the previous false allegations came a week before the primary. Yes, they are timed to try to force Platner out. I saw a report that he is trying to demand that he name his replacement, like he'll step aside. He's telling apparently the Democrat establishment, the out of state establishment operatives, that he'll step out if well, I shouldn't say step out because that means something else. And he has a kick account, and he was on these aps sexting with other women, so that's probably not a great term to use here. But he will, he will step aside. He will, he will withdraw from the race if the establishment agrees to pick the person that he wants the establishment to pick. I'm not sure you understand the position you are in here, sir. The following morning after the attack, Platner, according to Jenny Rassico, the ex girlfriend, tried to put his arm around her and she pushed him away. She said she asked him whether he remembered what had happened the previous night. Platner said he did not remember. Rasco said she told him to leave and never contact her again. She told him that she said he was blackout drunk. And see, here's the problem when you make these these denials, when you say that this is a false allegation. The problem here is that you've already acknowledged that you would get blackout drunk regularly, and what that means is that you don't remember anything, So how can you say that it's not true. It's one of the downsides of getting blackout drunk is that now you don't have any ability to believably say you did not do something or you did something like you can't you can't confirm it because you don't know because you got you blacked out. Rasco shared details about the alleged assault to the man she dated after Platner. His account of what Rasco told him about the incident matched what Rassico told Politico as well. She also shared with Politico a series of private Facebook messages that she exchanged with an acquaintance in twenty twenty three, also corroborated her story. She said she feared retaliation from Platner and at first she only confided in her therapist, and she showed Politico emails that she had with her therapist further corroboration. Politico also spoke with a friend that Rassico had told about the alleged assault last summer, so before Platner was a candidate, and that person also corroborated the story. See what happens when Politico actually goes to the to the corroborative sources and they corroborate the story. See that's how you do journalism. What the New York Times did was to not go to the corroborating sources and then print that you could not corroborate the story. That allows the Platner campaign to say, we didn't do anything, he's innocent. Can't corroborate it? Oh well, story dies because that victim was a Republican, but this one, she's a progressive. Rasco says she was contacted by The New York Times in the spring and shared off the record that Platner had assaulted her. She told the Times that she had some positive memories of her relationship with Platner, but thought he did not respect women and had cut off contact with him after an incident in twenty twenty one when Platner had come to her house drunk. But the Times article stated that Rassico declined to elaborate about what had happened, only describing his behavior as quote reckless and unsettling. A spokesperson for The New York Times has declined to comment for the story. After the publication of the New York Times report, Rassico connected with a woman named Cheyenne Hunt, a progressive Democrat lawyer who founded a nonprofit called Reckoning Action. Hunt says, quote, we became aware of allegations before ever being connected with Jenny Rassico, So they knew of these allegations before Jenny reached out to them. They have been in contact with multiple women and with really troubling allegations, and it just became clear that this is someone who's not fit to hold public office. After the Times report last month, Plattter had said the allegations of physical misconduct were simply not true. You remember at the time when he was denying all of this, and then he was asked, is there anything else coming out? No? No, no, no, sorry, no no, no, nothing else coming out? Right, And remember what the Democrat elected officials and campaign aids and consultants. Remember what they were saying. They were like, you know, if there's any allegation of sexual assault, that would obviously be the red line. So like you can, like you can shove around a Republican woman, that's that's not a problem really, But if there's any allegation of rape, then like, all right now, that would be the red line. Looking back, do you think that they knew this story was out there and they were trying to say you need to get out that They were saying, if this co like, if this comes out, that's it for you, because we've heard these rumors too, Because they all know these rumors, they all know about this stuff. Republicans are holding fire. This is all Democrat on democrat, all hot d on d that's all that's happening right now from the Twitter machine, an account well worth the follow It's called end wokeness. So Platner claimed that he embodied healthy masculinity. Remember that broke into his ex girlfriend's home, raped her. Remember Doug m Off, Remember that guy, Kamala Harris's husband, and he talked about toxic masculinity. A toxic masculinity is a crisis. And he impregnated his child's nanny. And remember Eric swall Well, who got the exact same treatment here that Platner is getting from the Democrat Party. Swalwell was all about believe all women, and he assaulted like more than half a dozen women. And then I was very interested to see this. You know who finally weighed in on all of this, Roy Cooper. I don't know where he has been. I know it's not like, uh, North Carolina. You know, media has been interested to ask him whether or not he you know, supports Graham Platner. As he's standing by Platner. Should Platner be the nominee up in Maine. Nobody's asked him that. But now now now Roy Cooper gets to come out against Roy or against Graham Platner, somebody from his comm shop because he usually if it's him, he'll put rc at the end of a tweet. So this is his comm shot. This goes beyond politics. These are disturbing allegations, and I believe Graham Platner should drop out of this race. Okay, So finally we have a comment from Cooper. Didn't have anything from him for the last what five months? Nobody ever asked Cooper to defend or disavow. This is the game only Republicans are forced to play. If there is some long shot candidate out of some po dunk town somewhere, everybody who's running as a Republican has to be asked, has to defend or disavow this long shot, no name, nothing candidate from nowhere. They say something stupid. Every Republican is going to be asked. So and so said this thing. Do you agree with? This? Is that someone who has a place the Republican party. But this is the Democrat privilege, or as I call it, the big d shield. It's a nice big shield that as long as you have the Democrat party shield, it blocks all of those types of questions from media. So Roy Cooper finally, like, is anybody gonna ask him Okay, so now you say this goes beyond politics. These are disturbing allegations, and I believe platter should drop out of the race. So now he says this last night, nine o'clock at night on Twitter, his campaign puts that out. So any of the previous things. So like, if I were ever moderating a debate with Roy Cooper, I would run through every single scandal uplicause. Now like, now you've opened that door. Now you say Platner needs to drop out. Now, remember Roy Cooper was involved with the Democratic Governor's Association, right, he was out there helping to raise money campaigning for all of these Democrat governors. So he is part of this national infrastructure for the Democrat machine. Okay, so I would ask him, So if Platner, you know he did this, He had the Nazi tattoo, he said this online, He said this other thing online, he said this other thing. He says he would rape somebody who broke into his house, but not in a gay way, right, But he said all these things. He's done all of these things one by one by one by one, and that wasn't enough. That wasn't enough, that wasn't enough. So it's just it's just this one allegation. So in other words, a Democrat candidate can do all of those other things and you're fine with that, that's not enough to cause you to call him to resign. See now everyone in the Democrat Party now, they are all saying he has to drop out. I mentioned Bernie Sanders. Also, we have a statement from Senator Focahontas, Elizabeth Worn, she of the high cheekbones. Now more than ever, we need leaders in Washington who reflect our values. There can be no tolerance for sexual assault. Working families are counting on Democrats to win the Senate election in Maine to unrig our economy and hold Donald Trump accountable. With so much at stake, the best path forward is for Graham Platner to step aside as the Democratic nominee and address these serious allegations outside the Senate race. Again, the reason why they're now saying this is because the polling has tanked for him. They are worried he's gonna lose. If he could win, if his polling was unchanged, they wouldn't care, wouldn't matter. Talk show host Eric Erickson, he says, I'm beginning to conclude that The reason all the progressive white women are so neurotic and struggling with mental illness is that they surround themselves with men like Platner, and that's who they think normal guys are. Yeah, I've made this observation for years. He also said, I've seen this movie before. The Nazi drops out after everybody has admitted he's a Nazi, and the people who supported the Nazi pretend that they never supported him. And not only will they pretend that they never supported Platinner, they're going to demand credit for him being forced to drop out, and then they're going to hold up platners dropping out as an example of what makes their side morally better than the side that didn't nominate a woman abusing Nazi. Right, they're gonna want credit for forcing Platner out after refusing to force him out after fifteen scandals. But this is the red line. So now they're like, oh, red line cross, now you've got to drop out. Now you need to give us credit for forcing him to drop out. Ag Hamilton political commentator. He says they were willing to vote for a Nazi tattoo, they were willing to vote for a communist self described communist. They were willing to vote for a guy who hated the cops. They were willing to vote for a guy who blamed women for their own sexual assaults. They were willing to vote for a guy who was clearly a compulsive liar. They were willing to vote for a guy who was credibly accused of abuse by multiple women. And they defended all of that despite what it obviously said about them and their candidate, even when we warned them that there was more to come. See, it wasn't the sexual assault allegation that changed all of this. It was the fear that there is more to come and it's going to cost them the election. That's what's going on here. And if it sounds familiar, it's because it's the exact same calculation that was made with Joe Biden. Exact same calculation, except in Biden's case, it was the sniffing of the hair and the cognitive decline. Well, actually it was the debate performance. Oh. By the way, Hillary Clinton accidentally revealed something very interesting about that whole episode that that coud it ta. I'll tell you what she said in an interview kind of went under the radar, but I'll tell you what she said in a moment. All right, so I mentioned Hillary Clinton, But at this point, really, what difference does it make. Well, Actually, in case you were like unclear as to whether or not you've been gas lit, you have been for a few years now. So Hillary Clinton a couple of weeks ago, sat down with The New Yorker the reporter David Remnick, and, according to a piece over at PJ Media by Matt Margolis, in between trying to rewrite her own role in the Joe Biden disaster, she let slip the one admission Democrats have spent a year trying to bury. Everyone's talking about how Hillary Clinton called Biden's reelection bid a terrible mistake. But that's not even the biggest reveal in the interview. You may have seen some of these headlines a few days back where it's like Hillary says Biden's reelection bid terrible mistake. That's what everybody ran with, because she said, quote, he made a terrible mistake for himself, his legacy, and for the country. She went on to claim that if Biden had stepped aside as he promised, quote, we would have had a real contest, in other words, a primary election where you know, voters would have been able to cast their vote of support for a particular candidate instead of Joe Biden or Kamala Harris or whatever. Right, they would have been able to engage in a thing I think they refer to as democracy. Right, so we could add a real contest, and whoever emerged from it would have beaten Donald Trump. Which this is kind of funny, Margola says, considering that Hillary Clinton enthusiastically endorsed Joe Biden's reelection bid in twenty twenty three when he said he was going to run again, she endorsed that. Now, she says, terrible mistake. Now that the wreckage is impossible to ignore. Once again, Democrats are rushing to rewrite history and their roles in the cover up. And that's what it was. And I've talked about this, I've gone over. I was talking about Joe Biden's cognitive decline. It was obvious to basically everybody, but then we were gas lit by the media and Democrats. But I repeat myself that no, no, no, he's sharp as attack. He's actually you know, doing jumpin' jacks and burpies, and he's running ring around all of the twenty two year old staffers. When he's not sniffing their hair, he's you know, he's fit as a fiddle. And we could all see he was not. He was behaving in erratic ways. And so when it came time to have to cast a vote, and my choices in the race where Joe Biden or Donald Trump. And I've always used my vote for president as a as a protest vote. I had never voted for a Republican or a Democrat for president. Ever. It was always for Libertarians. There were always it was, and it was always a protest vote. And last time, twenty twenty four, my protest was against what the media did in covering up the Joe Biden scandal, their role, the Democrats role, the Biden administration's role, everybody who engaged in that gaslighting. I wanted to punish them. So I'm gonna give you Donald Trump. That's how I get I gave my vote to Trump as a protest against you. But the real story, writes marglus was after Hillary made these comments, when Remnick pushed Hillary on why none of the Democrat Party's supposedly powerful voices, people like Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, or Hillary herself. Why didn't they say anything publicly before Biden's catastrophic debate in June of twenty twenty four. Right, and here's what she said, quote, I think there were a lot of conversations going on behind the scenes. I certainly am aware of that and participated in a number of them, but there was no way to convince him by going public. Well, now, what's that you say? Private conversations, multiple plural conversations that occurred before the debate. Why would you be having conversations before the debate if nobody knew that Joe Biden was in such terrible shape before the debate. Remember, everybody was just shocked. Oh my gosh, he has a cold, it's a stutter. We heard all of these excuses. Right, But now the truth can be told. I guess the official Democrat party story has been Biden's meltdown on that debate stage was a shocking, one off event that nobody saw coming, and that the party only began discussing his viability afterward. But Hillary's comments just torched that narrative. She admitted that efforts to push Biden out were already underway behind close doors, well before he ever stumbled through a sentence on stage. Remnick then asked her whether any of anyone of Hillary's stature went directly to Biden to tell him that it's over, and she says, quote, I know of a few people who tried that, and they were met with total denial, and not just from him but from the people around him. Well, now that's an interesting wrinkle. And by interesting, I mean we all knew this, right. We had heard that the circle around Joe Biden was closing ever tighter. People were being kept away. It was just basically Jill but sorry, doctor Jill, you call her doctor Jill, Doctor Jill Biden, and Hunter Biden, the smartest man that Joe's ever known, that his inner core was only a few people, and they were the ones who were looking out for him by keeping him in the race, and they didn't want to hear any of this. So now you've got people of high stature that have been going to Joe saying you need to drop out, but nobody would entertain the idea. It confirms the pre debate concern wasn't some abstract worry shared by anonymous staffers or concerned donors. It was serious enough that people close to Biden made a direct appeal to step aside and serious enough that he and his inner circle shut it down completely. Hillary then described the White House's posture in two phases before the debate, before what happened to the debate, there was a belief and it was strongly held inside the White House. She said that he would win again. After the debate, she says, I think they were in a state of disbelief about what happened and kept trying to explain it, rationalize it, and justify it. Marglus says, so, in other words, the people running the show were not blindsided. They were not blindsided. They were warned repeatedly. They chose denial instead. The debate did not create the crisis. It just made the crisis impossible to hide anymore. That's what we're seeing with Graham Platner. Two. All right, that'll do it for this episode.
