NYC Mayoral candidate says he'll lie about supporting intifada (07-16-2025--Hour3)

This episode is presented by Create A Video – The Communist Islamist who won the New York City Democrat Mayoral primary, Zohran Mamdani, told high-powered business leaders yesterday that he would discourage the use of "globalize the intifada," but not the idea behind it. The intifada was a campaign of terrorism targeting Jews. Which if you don't know what I'm about to reference, you got to go back and listen to the end of the last hour about a local judge that gave a guy who ran a red light and killed a woman four years ago, gave him a suspended sentence and that was a judge. Hang on, let me get the press release. George C. Bell, Superior Court judge. Got a text on the WBT text line driven by Liberty Buick GMC from Brian who says Judge Bell is a so called Republican. He is also a moron that doesn't know the law. He is running for North Carolina Court of Appeals and Brian is correct. According to ballot Pedia, George Bell, Republican is a judge for Judicial District twenty sixth C of the North Carolina Fifth Superior Court Division. He assumed office January one, twenty nineteen. His current term ends in twenty twenty six. He ran for election he won in twenty eighteen. The North Carolina Superior Courts are split into five divisions forty eight districts. And then it just tells you that he's got a biography here. He got a BS and Business Management from Cornell in two thousand and is jd from Regent University School of Law in two thousand and three. He worked as a law clerk to David PW and became a managing partner at Bell and Bell Law Firm in two thousand and six. He's a volunteer wrestling coach at Mooresville High School and a volunteer soccer coach at Striker Soccer Center. And I believe his area of law is. Let me see here. I think I just saw it was. Well. According to the AI synopsis, he handled traffic offenses, DWI misdemeanors, felony, family law issues, and personal injury cases. So that was the kind of law you practiced before he became a judge. I don't know if that informs his his rulings, his sentencing to let a guy who murdered a fifty four year old woman with his vehicle by running a red light at sixty seven miles an hour through a thirty five zone and then claimed he was under the influence of marijuana and LSD, which he had taken the night before, twenty four hours prior, and like, that's not how that works, guys. Trust me. Okay. Moving on a new poll from Harris X. It's a polling out that finds that New York City mayoral the New York City mayoral race is shaping up to be a tight and competitive contest. I'm not so sure about that, okay. And it was interesting because I saw different ways this poll was framed by. First off, the press release from the polling firm, which is what I'm reading from. This is on PRNewswire dot com, which is just press releases. You know, you posted the PR newswire. But then I also saw sort of a crafting of a narrative that came from the Republican in the race, Curtis Sliwa, who is the founder of the Guardian Angels. Right, they are the unarmed group of you know, people that like helped to keep the streets of New York safe. They have the green or sorry, they have the red berets, you know, and they hold people until the cops come. They report crimes and all that stuff. He's the founder of the Guardian Angels. He's running in this mayoral race. He's a Republican, so you'll recall the Jihati adjacent leftist commie zorn Mam Danny. He cleared the Democrat primary and he beat Andrew Cuomo. And I think there was like there was an there's like one or two other Democrat candidates, and they did ranked choice voting, which I am not in favor of this. It's a convoluted method and it takes forever to count up all the votes and you actually end up with I think people that get in there when they shouldn't actually have gotten in there. But anyway, that's how the Democrats have chosen to run their primary. But now you go to the general and in the general election, you've got no prohibition against anybody who lost in a primary from mounting an independent run. North Carolina prohibits this. If you lose in a primary, you don't get to then run in the general under a different party label. Okay, New York does not have that prohibition, which is why Andrew Cuomo is now going to run as an independent because he lost in the Democrat primary, so now he's going to run in the general as well, and that now is going to split the vote again. So here's what the polling shows that where was I here? It's a competitive contest with assembly member because Zoran Mamdani he's actually a member of the North Carolina Legislature. He's an assemblyman the General Assembly. So he is statistically tied with Cuomo, the former governor of New York, and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa in a four way race. Okay, so they're all neck and neck, all three of these guys, which tells me that if one of them were to drop out, along with Mayor Eric Adams who's also running as an independent, right, if there is a field clearing effort and a unifying around an anti Mandanami sorry Mam Danny candidate, then that's the way you probably defeat this guy. But if you got four candidates in the running and they're going to split the they're gonna split the votes, and three of them are like the anti Zoron candidate. You're splitting the anti Zoron vote. So, in a head to head race between the current mayor, Eric Adams versus Zoron Mamdani ma'm Danny leads. The poll shows Cuomo defeating Mam Danny in a head to head race by fifteen points. So, like, I don't know, like that would tell me that Cuomo is the best shot to defeat this communist Jihati adjacent guy, this silver spoon. He's a communist. I mean he like, I've already gone over this before I went on vacation. I you know, when he won the primary, we started, you know, looking into this guy. And yeah, he says stuff that me say, like literally, I'm not just saying that because oh he's a leftist. No, No, he's like communist. He talked about seizing the means of production. That's the goal. The survey of five hundred and eighty five registered New York City voters. So okay, well, now. Is this really a legit poll then, because it's not likely voters, it's just voters, not to anybody who showed up to get a driver's license and they register you to vote. You know, in a four way race, mem Danny is at twenty six percent, Cuomo twenty three percent, Sliwa twenty two percent. But that's all within the margin of error. Adams is at thirteen fifteen percent are undecided. So Eric Adams is trailing very badly even in a one to one. Adams needs to drop out. He needs to drop out and let those votes go someplace else, Let that support go somewhere else. See where that goes. In a three way race without Adams, Cuomo is at thirty one percent, ma'm danny at twenty nine and Sliwa at twenty eight, Right, So that seems like if Eric Adams drops out, most of that vote would go to Cuomo. How badly do the leaders of New York City, like the business leaders, the state leaders, right, how badly do they want me'm danny out? Because if you want them out bad enough, I think you might want to offer Eric Adams a job someplace. You don't give them a scholarship someplace and make them drop out. Visit creative video dot com. We have our first pull on the potential match up here in the New York City Mayor's race. It's granted, it's I'm not going to put a lot of faith in this thing, and I usually don't do polling like this. I don't cover this kind of polling because it's just a napshot, and people vote in different ways, and what's the sample size and is it likely voters, and so this one doesn't. It's not very. I would not say this is terribly credible at this point. However, I look at trends, and so when I'm looking at the breakdown of the numbers to see where voters that were asked in this poll where they would move their votes to, I think there is value in understanding what would happen if all four of these candidates stay in the race. You got ma'm Danny, who is the Democrat nominee. You got Eric Adams, he's the current mayor, left the Democrat Party when he knew he wasn't going to win reelection and so he's running as an independent. You got Andrew Cuomo who lost to ma'am Danny in the Democrat primary and now turned around and says I'm going to run in the general. And you've got Eric Adams or sorry, Curtis Sliwa the Republican. And so if any of them were to drop out, they tested these different scenarios and if it's a four way race, Ma'm Danny wins, but it's still close twenty six percent over Como's twenty three Sliwa at twenty two, Adams distant thirteen percent. If Adams isn't there, those votes tend to go to Como, and now he wins by two points thirty one twenty nine over Mam Danny. Sliwa is at twenty eight percent in a three way race if Cuomo's not there, so you just would have the Democrat, the Republican, and Eric Adams. Mam Danny leads Sliwa by ten points thirty five to twenty five, and Adams picks up a few points there. He comes in at nineteen. In head to head matchups, Ma'm danny beats Adams, but he loses to Cuomo. He benefits the most if Cuomo is not in the race. Cuomo gains the most, benefits the most. If Adams is not in the race, he would and he would win. Cuomo would win a straight up head to head match up with Mam Danny, which means that all those Republican votes in New York City for Curtis Sliwa, virtually all of them would go to Cuomo. All right, So. Ma'm danny finally had his first meeting with the business elites in New York City, and there are still some there, at least for the time being, which is interesting because Ma'm Danny has said he doesn't think any of them should be allowed to be billionaires, but yet he needs all of their money to pay for all the free crap that he wants to give away, so people vote for him. It's the thing about communism. You gotta you vote your way into it, but you got to shoot your way out. So Zora and Mehmdani, according to the Wall Street Journal, said he would discourage the use of the slogan globalize the Intifada. The headline, by the way, on this Wall Street Journal piece is called Memdani clarifies globalize the Intifada stance in meeting with business elites. Yeah, he he actually does not do that. This is one of those instances where the headline is exactly the opposite of what the story says. Okay, because he doesn't clarify, If anything, he muddies the stance. So he says he will discourage the use of the slogan. Okay, so we shouldn't say that, everybody. We shouldn't say that everybody. He said, he's willing to discourage the specific language, but not the idea behind it. So he's telling the business elites that he will lie. I'll lie, and I just won't use the term. I'm willing to discourage it. I'm willing to tell people not to use it. Wink wink, But I still believe it. Don't worry kill all the Jews, because that's what that means. And anybody that tells you different is either stupid or they are lying to you. That's what globalized. The Indefada meets, because the Endefada was when the Palestinians went around murdering people on buses and in pizza shops and stuff by blowing themselves up. Okay, that was the terror campaign called the Intifada. In a roughly hour long meeting with some of New York City's most powerful executives yesterday, Ma'm danny sought to diffuse an issue that has prompted a betacklash from the business community and beyond. Yeah, well, calling for a mass murder of an entire religious minority does sometimes do that, especially when you want to be elected by that minority. Mem Danny is the Democrat nominee for New York City mayor. He was questioned by a room of more than one hundred executives at an event hosted by the Partnership for New York City that is, an influential business group. The audience included finance and real estate executives, high powered lawyers, even a handful of billionaires. Many an attendance said they walked away impressed by the thirty three year old candidates' ability to work a crowd, but no more comfortable with his ideas. Yeah, nor should you be Nor should you be comfortable with communism. You should not be comfortable with it. Once you get comfortable with communism, you get very uncomfortable soon thereafter. That's kind of Communism's jam. All right. Message from Floyd who says bring back Rudy Giuliani to New York City and Barry texts in saying I think Adams dropping out is a great idea. Eric Adams could endorse one of the other candidates on the way out. Of course, Adams presumably would not endorse mem Danny so glad I'm not a city of New Yorker, well, a resident of Gotham, A Gothamist, shall we say, Yeah, I would be terrified if I lived in New York City, I would be terrified that this guy is going to win. And maybe this is the kind of candidacy that inspires people to get more involved and vote against him and support other candidates and whatever. Maybe we'll see. He met yesterday, ma'm danny, the communist Islamist dude. He met with like a hundred of the top leaders in New York City, this very influential group called the Partnership for New York City, and one attendee told The Wall Street Journal afterwards, quote, it could have been a lot worse, which isn't exactly It's not exactly a I don't know, a rising stamp of approval, I guess you'd say. Pfiser chief executive Officer Albert Borla and Robert Speyer, who is the CEO of the real estate firm Tishman Speyer. They moderated the event, which also included questions from the audience. Borla, Albert Borla, the Pfiser CEO, is the son of Holocaust survivors, and he confronted Mam Danny about the phrase globalize the Intifada, which Memdani has used. And as the Wall Street Journal reports it, they say globalize the Intifada, which some see as a call for violence against Jews. Yes, that would be Jiehattists, right, Palestinians. They use the term to call for violence against Jews. And that's why when you hear people say it, you should assume that they are talking about globalizing violence against Jews. Like what we saw in Colorado where that Egyptian guy firebomb did a makeshift flamethrower to attack a bunch of pro Israel people. That's globalizing the Intifada. The guy who murdered the two Israeli embassy employees after they went to some you know, piece of at the museum and he shoots them dead in the street, saying free Palestine. Yes, that's globalizing the Intifada. Now, just because you don't want to think that that's what you're saying when you're saying it, because I'm not calling for violence, I'm just saying we need to rise up against the oppressor. Well, what did you think globalized the Intefada meant? To quote some prominent Twitter users pro Palestine Twitter users after the double murder of the Israeli embassy workers, this is what they mean. This is what the Palestinians meant. It's what the PLO meant. It's what Hamas means. Globalizing the Intafada means killing Jews everywhere you find them all around the world. In a response that lasted several minutes to this question, mem Dani said that for him, the phrase means protest against the Israeli occupation of Gaza by killing Jews. That's that's what it means. It's not simply. This is the same line of crap that they fed us about the use of the word jihad, and they try to tell us that jihad means something other than the way it is used by jihadists when they say they're on a jihod. What does that mean? It means to kill the unbelievers? Right, But no, no, no, When Western folks start picking up on this use of the term and we're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, Wait a minute, what do you mean you're going to engage in jihad against the West? What are you talking about there? And oh no, no, it just means a personal struggle. It's a personal struggle. If you bought that line of crap, you might buy this line of crap. I do not, I do not, don't whiz on my boots and tell me it's raining. Okay, you're using that term, and I know what the term means. So he says in response to this, in response to this question from the son of Holocaust survivors, that he's willing to discourage the specific language, but not the idea behind it. Well, then just come up with a different slogan, buddy. You can keep saying end the occupation. Just say that. Why wouldn't you say that? Why wouldn't you say end the occupation? If you say that, globalize the Intifada means end the Israeli occupation of Gaza. Why wouldn't you just say that? Why would you say globalize the into fada? Right? Because it means something else. See when you want to say and the occupation, that leaves open the door for peace, right Lbalizing the Intifada means a call for murder, murder of civilian Jews. That's what that was, Ma'm Danny at one point said that he's posted a lot on social media over the years and that viewpoints can change. Not that his half. He didn't say that. He just said, I posted a lot of stuff, and you know viewpoints can change. I mean, mine haven't but they can change, he said, they can. They can also be taken out of context, not that they were right. He's he's not made any claims that I've seen that his views have in a Barack Obama style way, that they've evolved, like okay, fine, you know, I used to think we should kill all the Jews. Now it's just half. You know. Like he hasn't He hasn't offered any kind of explanation as to how those viewpoints may have changed or how he was taken out of context. He asked the alle audience not to hold every old tweet against him. In other words, don't hold him accountable for stuff he has said, particularly the stuff calling for the murder of Jews like that. That's what he told these people. I don't know if they're going to buy it. These are very powerful, influential and I would assume some of them might even be smart, smart people. I don't know. They may buy it, they may not. I would not buy it. Cuomo is not leaving the race with a field that executives worry is unlikely to narrow. Some of them in the meaning at the meeting are now more focused on influencing who Mendani might include in his administration. Here's a great idea. There was a piece at National Review by Mark Pinkert and Susan Green. Pinkert and Green are litigation and appellate partners at the law firm Holtzmann Vogel. Pinkert works in Miami and Green works in New York, and they wrote. A piece. Which should sound the highlights here should sound familiar. I'm just going to give you the highlights of it. I try to talk about, like all of my shows and all of my topics, I'm usually talking about ideas, except with like the Sheriff, but like mostly it's about ideas, the stuff that's upstream of like the policy that we see or the behaviors that we see, and so there's something strange happening, they write in the social justice movements du jour, they have all been fused with anti Israel activism. Right, you got the anti ice pro tests, you got the anti and the rioters in Los Angeles, environmental activists, anti capitalists, feminists, New York City mayoral candidate. Right. At this point, the anti Israel movement has become fully intertwined with every progressive movement in ways that seem not only counterintuitive but fundamentally contradictory. They then start documenting each of these different categories, like the La riots and among the sea of Mexican flags, there were just as many, if not more, Palestinian flags and catheas. Which are the looks like the tablecloth thing that people wrap around their head and neck, right, like that that garment that's a fashion accessory for people. Now on the left, it's like a Shagua Vara shirt. You got Greta Thuneberg hoh dare you? You've got her trying to crush Zionism and you know Rod on her boat to try to break the blockade and was promptly picked up by the Israel. Gender activists and feminists have also taken up the anti Israel mantle. This is how you end up with the ridiculous queers for Palestine thing. Right, feminists who you know, do not enjoy the rights of Israeli women or women in Israel. They do not enjoy those rights outside of Israel in that region. Right, it doesn't make any any sense, right, So what's going on? Why would you have this Like Mamdani himself, who's a communist, you would think he would he would like the idea of the kibbutz. These these collective farms, that's what those that's what Hamas attacked. By the way, these were like the lefties in Israel that moved down to the border with Gaza in order to help the Palestinians, right, gave them jobs and stuff, and they were on these communes, these little farming communes, and that's who the Pumas jihadists murdered. So back to the piece, they say, there's a spirit that unites all of these seemingly incompatible ideas, and here's the idea, a deep hatred for the West. Right, the issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution. The revolution is to tear down Western civilization. That's at the heart of all of this. It's to destabilize, to divide and destroy. They go on to say, it's not a series of disparate causes, but an amalgamated movement to destroy the Western quote unquote establishment in all its manifestations, businesses, capitalism, institutions, nation states, the nuclear family, organized religion, and all the foundations of Western civilization that have been built up over century. And believers don't make any secret of it anymore. At rallies they burn American flags right next to the burning Israeli flags, and they chant death to Israel, and they chant death to the West. Believe them when they tell you this people, this ideology or religion. I would say this communism. It is inherently destructive. It is not constructive. The fusion of the anti Israel movement and progressivism anti westernism has its roots in the USSR and has benefited from billions in funding from Muslim countries. America's enemies have fostered those destructive ideas for decades, and since the nineteen sixties, the postmodernist deconstructionist schools of thought have given it a veneer of academic legitimacy, describing the world through the simple binary oppressor versus oppressed Jews and the West. They're the your pressors, obviously, so they are the targets for deconstruction. That is, anti westernism, anti Israel ideology came from the same laboratory exactly as the Soviets and their allies intended. The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution. All right. That'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
