[00:01:10] party for apparently just getting stuff done that I did not know that now apparently that's

[00:01:18] what gets you removed. As far as I know, he does not have his own Bible, he's not selling shoes,

[00:01:25] gold shoes, he's not selling his own trading cards, nothing like that. Now he just apparently

[00:01:35] he won the lawsuit by the way against Disney. Yeah, he kicked the mouse's tail. So that came down

[00:01:42] like yesterday or day before. Even the last minute machinations that Disney did to try to maintain control

[00:01:51] over the Florida property, basically they were running their own government down there and

[00:01:58] avoiding a bunch of taxes and whatever. I went into some of the details on this lawsuit

[00:02:04] what a year or two ago when it was first filed but I just remember a lot of the pro anti-Trumpers

[00:02:10] and the anti pro-Trumpers. Well, these are people that specifically I'm looking at like the Lincoln

[00:02:20] project, the Bullwark people. These are your Rick Wilson's Tom Nichols. What's a guy's name?

[00:02:29] Charlie Sykes right? Oh, these Republicans, these quote unquote conservatives, these political

[00:02:35] campaign operatives and such that spent years and years and years losing elections for Republicans

[00:02:41] made a nice living doing so. Then when Trump came along, they became never Trumpers, anti-Trumpers

[00:02:52] and then they just started torching every single Republican that they could find. So now they've

[00:02:58] just become this caricature and look, I get it. You got to make a living somehow and you're

[00:03:05] just kind of grifting on these lefties who love holding you up much like they love holding people

[00:03:14] like Chris Christie up. I mean, there's a bunch of them. It's a team effort to lift

[00:03:19] Christie up but be that as it may. They love to hold these Republicans up that have left the

[00:03:25] reservations so to speak. Am I allowed to say that? They've defected. Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger when

[00:03:32] he's not crying. Like that, those kinds of people, right? There is a market for that supply.

[00:03:41] And if you are that kind of a Republican that leaves the party over Donald Trump, you will find a

[00:03:47] soft landing in many places. Okay. And so look guys like Rick Wilson at the Lincoln project, they see

[00:03:54] that, right? And they take a lot of money from leftists and so I'm okay with it. Like I put up with a

[00:04:02] little bit of a lot of money. I know, I do. Like I still follow Rick. I think he still follows me on

[00:04:09] Twitter. I still read his stuff. It's just all over the top Trump bashing stuff but I still

[00:04:14] read it because it's like this perfect window into the delusional broken brain of the left

[00:04:24] where and some on the right there are some on the right true but he's so over the top

[00:04:30] and just nasty and you know personal attacks and that sort of stuff.

[00:04:36] And the left just gobbles it all up and they just send him their money. And I look at it like,

[00:04:41] okay, well keep sending him the money rather than sending it to like you know legitimate

[00:04:48] organizations that might actually influence elections just send it to Rick's bank account so he

[00:04:53] can buy another cooler with the Confederate flag on it. Oh I mean seriously, he you know,

[00:05:00] I don't think he had some sort of road to Damascus moment. I think it's just about the grift but whatever

[00:05:06] like he's a political consultant. This is what he has done his entire you know profession so

[00:05:10] yeah whatever he's a hired gun that's what he's doing. So I recognize that but he along with

[00:05:15] that whole crowd right that like oh look at us we're so anti-Trump meanwhile knowing that without

[00:05:21] Trump they have no paycheck anymore right which is why they started saying you know fill in the

[00:05:26] blank is worse than Trump. Everybody's worse than Trump except Trump unless Trump is not there then

[00:05:31] everybody else is worse than Trump again right that's kind of the model it's got to be so because

[00:05:37] otherwise that you don't need the chicken little running around telling you that this person's

[00:05:41] literally Hitler right they people need to hear that fill in the blank is worse than Hitler

[00:05:49] and if it's not going to be Trump in the blank then somebody else has to be in that blank

[00:05:54] and however bad you think Donald Trump is literally Hitler this other person is worse than Trump.

[00:06:00] Oh he's just so worse than Trump and that's what that's what these you know anti-pro Trumpers are all

[00:06:07] about they say they're against Trump but in actuality they need him so they're kind of pro Trump too

[00:06:13] you know I mean if Trump were to go away if Trump were to retire he would say you know what I

[00:06:19] don't want to run anymore you know I've accomplished what I need to accomplish whatever or he goes

[00:06:23] to prison so he can't run or he passes away whatever if he's not on the scene there are a lot of

[00:06:28] people's paychecks that go away right and I've said this from the very beginning since he came

[00:06:34] down the escalator right I don't want my show to be consumed by Donald Trump I don't I make a point

[00:06:40] not to okay so like I say these things but I recognize that's very easy to just you know read

[00:06:47] Donald Trump's tweets or whatever they're called now what the truths are the socials or truth

[00:06:51] socials whatever um you read those and you just make your whole show about that I mean I could go on

[00:06:55] today about disinformator or misinformation right how he made up these words and put them in his post

[00:07:02] I yeah sure I could do a whole segment on it but why there's no need to all of that is just to say

[00:07:10] that guys like the Lincoln project you know when they're not macking on underage boys

[00:07:16] um right they were attacking Ron DeSantis for all sorts of things and one of them was the Disney

[00:07:22] lawsuit this you know taken away the special these special privileges that Disney enjoyed and now

[00:07:27] when Disney uh went to court and uh you know the Lincoln project guys were like all that said they're

[00:07:33] so toast oh Ron DeSantis is gonna be smacked around and no actually DeSantis just won that one

[00:07:39] and on the squatters we hear all these stories we're seeing all these stories about people

[00:07:45] losing their properties to squatters and like like if you're gonna just complain about this stuff

[00:07:53] and not welcome solutions and you know me I am all about solutions right well then I don't really

[00:07:59] care to listen anymore right if you're just if you're if the griff that you are into is simply

[00:08:04] to yell and scream about stuff right but then to then to uh not welcome and celebrate solutions

[00:08:11] when somebody presents them this is a solution with the the Florida legislature and the Florida

[00:08:18] governor DeSantis just signed a law that's gonna crack down on squatters taking over homes in the state

[00:08:25] the legislation speeds up the process to remove squatters from homes

[00:08:31] this was house bill 621 it streamlines the process it allows homeowners to just go to the sheriff's

[00:08:37] office and fill out some papers to get them to come remove the squatters from their property

[00:08:44] and the bill goes or the law goes into effect on July the first

[00:08:50] this is a great idea great North Carolina should follow suit with this too i don't know what the

[00:08:56] squatting laws are like in North Carolina but can't be too sure just go ahead and all right although

[00:09:02] I do see a problem actually i do see a problem with this it would be that we have to go to our

[00:09:09] county sheriff to get this done and i'm not so sure that our i'm not so sure that the mecklenburg

[00:09:14] county sheriff is on board with this kind of law enforcement by the way did you uh did you hear

[00:09:20] that a resident saved a uh a mecklenburg county sheriff deputy sheriff's deputy uh a corrections officer

[00:09:31] at the detention center their life was saved by a mecklenburg county resident oh well okay actually

[00:09:41] that's their word the sheriff uses those the sheriff uses the term resident because he doesn't like

[00:09:47] to call the people that are incarcerated at the jail inmates so it was actually an inmate

[00:09:53] that uh had some quote quick thinking and saved an officer from chalking the officer began

[00:10:02] chalking i'm just reading from the press release here people the officer began chalking while

[00:10:10] working in the kitchen area another officer performed the heimlich maneuver but was unsuccessful

[00:10:16] a resident intervene and when i read this statement i was like what the hell is a resident doing in

[00:10:20] the in the kitchen at the jail and i was like oh that's right that's right sheriff is like their

[00:10:29] residents which is just a bastardization of the term in order to convince everybody that they're not

[00:10:35] actually being incarcerated oh we're just going to change the word to resident to see that's

[00:10:41] going to make everybody feel good about being deprived of their liberty right to see it's just a

[00:10:46] different dynamic look kudos to the guy to the inmate that saved the officer's life if i if i'm

[00:10:51] the sheriff i'm like let's find a way to get this guy out i mean depending on the charges of course

[00:10:56] but the sheriff said quote i am happy to know that our officer is doing fine after this

[00:11:00] frightening situation it is a frightening situation detracting that is our mecklenburg county sheriff's

[00:11:07] office press release okay i'm just seeing this come down on the twitter machine

[00:11:19] that apparently the governor florida ronda santa says now just signed a law that allows you to

[00:11:25] purchase those massive bottles of wine you know like the the cartoonishly large ones you know

[00:11:35] like that are two feet tall i don't even know how you would

[00:11:42] how would you pour that there's no way you can even put that you got to i mean that's like both

[00:11:46] hands around the i'm looking at a picture of this thing you got the big ones or then you got he calls

[00:11:52] it the nebuchadnezzar nebuchadnezzar which was i think the ship in the matrix but um yeah he's got

[00:11:59] this massive bottle of wine that like that's something if that's glass maybe they're not glass

[00:12:04] if that's a glass bottle that thing i mean that's the size of his torso i got to that's how tall

[00:12:10] this thing is i got to believe that you got two hands around that sucker so it doesn't fall and

[00:12:14] shatter so make it you make you kill somebody you drop that bottle of wine that's going to kill

[00:12:20] somebody this has got to be something that you would like have like a pump system for you know

[00:12:26] but that's Florida man oh not Florida man but like that's Florida folks um

[00:12:35] Jeff says uh peed my fear is what happens if trump does not win he does not get elected then we have

[00:12:42] to put up with him on the next election cycle that's i mean it's possible i wished our primary system

[00:12:49] was different i wanted to santa's on the ticket but now i have to vote for the lester of two evils

[00:12:53] and that's trump right um so look i may like i'm probably going to vote for trump just to prevent this

[00:12:59] very thing from happening right like fine put him in get him out then we're done he's never going

[00:13:05] to run again but then of course you put him in then he's he's going to be able to like build up

[00:13:10] nepo baby stuff and then you're gonna get dawn junior or eric or lara or vanka he's building a

[00:13:17] dynasty here people yeah by the way you see this story about uh the uh police department that's

[00:13:27] been posting the photos of the suspects that have been arrested and because they can't post photos of

[00:13:31] the suspects real faces they've been swapping out the faces with lego faces like the lego figures

[00:13:39] they've been putting those i guess it's a filter on snapchat i don't know all right it is turni time

[00:15:24] not allowed to show the suspects faces because that would be harmful to the suspects right so

[00:15:33] they've got to cover them up so rather than just go with the smudging this or the

[00:15:38] or like a blurred out thing or like a blacked out you know circle or whatever they're going with

[00:15:45] i think these are like snapchat filters or instagram filters right where you can like mess you

[00:15:51] could put things over people's faces so they've been doing it with the lego heads you know like

[00:15:57] the lego people the little yellow they almost look like emoticons you know little smiley faces but

[00:16:03] their lego heads and so some of them are pretty hilarious because the lego people and their their

[00:16:10] faces have all different expressions if it's been a while since you've seen the lego figures

[00:16:17] and the faces they they've come a long way back in my day sorry back in my day they used to

[00:16:23] just be a smiley face that was it it looked very much like the have an ice day you know smiley

[00:16:28] face guy that's it or like the the smile the yellow wells that that are now all over the place

[00:16:36] and the lego heads nowadays they've got all sorts of like you know facial features like some of them

[00:16:46] have scars some of them have mustaches and beards some of them are laughing some are crying and so

[00:16:52] they put some of these like images on their instagram page showed the lego blocks with a variety

[00:16:58] of facial expressions crying frowning smirking angry rage they're digitally superimposed onto the

[00:17:07] bodies of people getting arrested so again so making a list here okay so first off constitutional

[00:17:15] amendment on non-citizens voting right to prohibit that uh what number two banning of the squatters

[00:17:22] uh number three uh let's get some lego pictures let's get some lego faces here um

[00:17:29] one appears to one of the photos appears to show two people handcuffed in the back of a squad car

[00:17:34] with one has the lego face that is angrily looking at the other person and that one's head is crying

[00:17:40] see so there are two people in the back cuffed in a squad card one of them is

[00:17:46] scowling and yelling at the other one who's crying

[00:17:49] um another one shows five people in a police line up obviously unrecognizable because the of

[00:17:56] their toy heads although they all do kind of look the same which is i think that is the point of

[00:18:01] a lineup right you put people that are kind of they have a similar physical description you know

[00:18:06] um the photoshop savvy law enforcement agency explained that it is shielding detainees faces

[00:18:12] to comply with the new state law prohibiting the release of mug shots and booking photos of those

[00:18:17] accused of non violent crimes and that's the key here is that these are non violent offenders

[00:18:23] and honestly have you heard any of the stories and the details about how this scam works of um

[00:18:29] uh these these websites that get your your mug shots your booking photos have you heard any of this

[00:18:36] they will like there were publications and there's been various efforts to crack down on them um

[00:18:42] they will they'll uh take all of the public records all these images they put them up on websites

[00:18:48] showing that oh look at this person you know busted and whatever and they have various website names

[00:18:53] and then they they spread it all around it if they can find you which they can because they have

[00:18:58] your booking information then they send you uh basically ransom notes right or emails

[00:19:06] they say hey we'll take down your mug shot off of this website if you um if you pay us to do so

[00:19:15] thousands and thousands of dollars that kind of thing so it's a whole racket that has sort of uh

[00:19:22] popped up around the mug shots and so various states have uh have limited the ways that these

[00:19:28] websites can uh profit off of the booking photos and such so these are non violent crimes uh the law

[00:19:35] in california uh signed into uh law by the democrat governor gavin news some last september it was

[00:19:41] implemented on jenuary one um the practice is actually nothing new for this particular department

[00:19:48] they have been obscuring suspects faces for a couple of years now they also use emojis they use

[00:19:54] barbie doll heads they even used uh shrek the yeah the the ogre the troll guy whatever the cartoon

[00:20:03] character shrek because one of the guys that got arrested had a shrek t-shirt on so they thought

[00:20:09] it would be hilarious to put the shrek face on that guy which they did and they were correct it was

[00:20:16] hilarious um some of the reasons that they did so according to the uh police department was that

[00:20:23] the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in accord of law also uh the effects that a

[00:20:28] post could have on an individual or their families outside of the criminal proceedings

[00:20:33] um like public shaming whatever um and uh some of it comes down to workload as well i guess

[00:20:40] rather than having to go through and figure out like you know what's this person charged with

[00:20:47] and do they have any kind of uh extenuating circumstances and whatever so they just go ahead

[00:20:51] and say you know i just cover up all their faces um now the other side of this argument is

[00:20:57] that you're basically protecting uh criminals but here's the thing we don't know if their criminals

[00:21:04] are not just because they got arrested for something doesn't automatically make them a criminal

[00:21:08] which by the way if you're ever trying to get out of jury duty that's what you say um not that i

[00:21:13] am saying you should do that i'm just saying like if they ask you're like well look obviously

[00:21:17] the defendant's guilty because otherwise you wouldn't be here no i kid don't say that the system needs

[00:21:25] people like us to participate in the jury trial system okay stop my fault that i always get thrown

[00:21:31] off and it's not even really my it isn't my fault i just usually know people in the courtroom

[00:21:36] literally every time i've been thrown off of the jury it's because i know people in the courtroom

[00:21:41] trying the cases not to defend it no i bet like the lawyers and the judge and whatever and

[00:21:47] in one case like up in ashville i appeared it for jury trial and the uh and i knew going

[00:21:55] in i was going to be thrown off because there was only one trial scheduled that day and my wife

[00:22:01] worked for the lawyer whose case was going to trial that day and i knew this because she was talking

[00:22:08] about how she'd been preparing for trial and he's going to court today and i said oh i got called

[00:22:13] for jury duty that day she's like oh yeah you're probably gonna go that's there's only one case

[00:22:18] it's ashville's only one case sure enough i walk in there and so when they ask me do you know

[00:22:23] anybody and i was like yes i do as who you know i'm like the the lawyer right there and they said

[00:22:28] how do you know i said that's my boss's boss and uh yeah and so they they asked me to be they

[00:22:36] asked the judge to remove me and i was but i lost half a day anyway there you go that's usually

[00:24:09] years older and my first Lego people had no faces just a blank yellow piece if we wanted faces back

[00:24:18] in my day we had to draw them on ourselves i do recall those as well also we had some that had

[00:24:26] faces but back in those days the printing the graphics whatever were not there and they were

[00:24:32] not built to last you know so they just they wore off very quickly so even if you had a smiley

[00:24:38] face on your uh... lego figure the face would eventually just wear off pretty quickly so you end

[00:24:44] up with just a a blank face to but yes we had some of those the blank face people look the people

[00:24:50] were like a new invention to us i remember like when i was a real little kid we never even had

[00:24:56] the people right it was all just legos now i don't know if that was just because we were in

[00:25:01] purchasing the kits with the people in them i just don't ever remember seeing them until

[00:25:07] like we were older like i don't know ten eleven twelve years old kind of time for him but when we

[00:25:13] were younger kids it was all just the blocks you know you just had to build like they weren't any

[00:25:18] of these special things i like i got nephews and nieces they would get we'd buy them Lego stuff and

[00:25:25] oh they open it up and they want us to obviously help them assemble and it's like you know forty two

[00:25:30] steps to assemble this thing and it's got all of these special pieces made and everything like

[00:25:35] i don't know no back in our day no a windshield was just imagined you know like it was just this big

[00:25:42] empty space on the top of your rectangle that was supposed to be the car and the tires those were

[00:25:48] rectangles too like everything it was just a block right there were no curves there were no special

[00:25:54] pieces there were no weapons there were like there weren't even faces my goodness did you just

[00:25:58] hear right wait hang on oh my goodness really hang on a second

[00:26:04] lego has now asked california that police department to stop using its toy heads

[00:26:15] we can't have anything

[00:26:18] we the toy company lego asked a southern california police department to refrain from using the

[00:26:25] well okay well hang on a second i haven't seen the explicit language of the ask here but if

[00:26:31] they're asking the police department to refrain from using the company's toy heads that doesn't

[00:26:36] sound like a demand that's just like hey could you stop using them and so the the police department

[00:26:42] could be like no we're going to use them the online images prompted lego to contact the police

[00:26:47] department lego respectfully asked us to refrain from using their intellectual property in our social

[00:26:53] media content which of course we understand and will comply with call

[00:27:00] i'll tell you what man you cops following the laws and stuff gosh man

[00:27:14] now i was just uh having a flashback i'll be 53 in man yeah i had the lego's i did get the ones with

[00:27:34] no yeah and like now they've got like their bodies too they've got uniforms and stuff and i

[00:27:39] just remember they were just like they were just like there were no there was no detail on any of

[00:27:44] their bodies yeah no no if you got one it was like a construction guy then wow that was amazing

[00:27:50] that you had the ones best right and he had a hat that was the big deal for us with a hat or hair

[00:27:56] remember they like you could get hair for the guys yeah the first one's come with a hair piece

[00:28:03] yeah it's like joe biden oh i can't believe it still looking for that one

[00:28:10] yeah yeah yeah dan i appreciate yeah i appreciate the call man thank you no it's true like back in

[00:28:15] those days and uh i like we're not that old that was that was the norm that was the norm um

[00:28:57] fans page but how else do you do that as a law enforcement agency right they're going to have to

[00:29:02] figure out some uh i mean i guess they could just why not just do the smiley face emoticons that

[00:29:07] would i mean you get you get so many of those right you could do a lot with us all right that'll do
