So all right, in the last twenty four hours, we have gotten more information about the assassin of Charlie Kirk. Individual by the name of Tyler Robinson, and according to the article by Chris NeSSI at the New York Post, Robinson had grown quote more pro gay and trans writes oriented in the past year. That's according to his mother, who told the police that. In new details that were revealed yesterday, as the accused Charlie Kirk assassin was hit with charges that could land him in front of a firing squad. Utah has the death penalty and it has the firing squad as one of the options. Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray called Kirk's killing quote an American tragedy. He provided more details about the role that Robinson's parents played in his surrender while speaking at that press conference, which we carried live yesterday in the third hour. If you want to go back and hear the outlining of all of the evidence that was presented by County Attorney Gray, you can do that. It's in the podcast at the peapod dot com. The developments came as the seven state charges were announced against Robinson, a twenty two year old with a trans boyfriend, including the top rap of aggravated murder, which qualifies for the death penalty. Later in the story here, a disturbing text exchange revealed in Robinson's indictment between the suspect and his trans roommate slash romantic partner shed new light on the alleged killer's twisted mindset in the hours before the shooting, which he said he had been planning for a bit over a week. The okay, well, the. Text exchange is now being used by leftists as well as conspiracy theorists on the right who blame Israel see Jews behind every tree for some reason. The text exchange is now proof that law enforcement actually made up the entire conversation. They're just ask good questions. Here, people were just asking the questions. This is the thing I've talked about this for years with conspiracy theories, is that when people go down that path, they they don't ever stop with one. Right, They're like, what are they ruffles or something? You can't stop? You can't have just one. People who go down the path on conspiracy theorizing never encounter a conspiracy theory that they don't they don't adopt, or they don't kind of sort of believe in just asking questions. So I am at a loss to understand that kind of a mindset and having a conspiracy theory and believing in one is not the same as having skepticism. And they use the just asking questions as sort of affront, They use it as a deflection. They use it so they don't have to make the assertion. And that's why whenever I encounter them, usually say something like, what's the assertion? Make the assertion? Don't don't just ask questions because that's sort of the Michael Moore way of conspiracy theorizing, Right, That's what Michael Moore did, and he would he would do this this argument by juxtaposition. I think I heard it referenced a long time ago, which is I'm going to put out this piece of information, I'm going to put out this other piece of information. The two do not have really any relationship to one another. And then I'm going to ask you, well, what do you think it means? No, no, no, no, that's on you to make this connection, right, That's how you present evidence to build a case. Okay, And this is why you know the woke left and the woke right, this horseshoe theory of politics, where people on the far edges here the woke on each side, they engage in the same sort of te tactics. And you're seeing it in this in this conspiracy theorizing because even when presented with the evidence which comes from the shooter's phone and it comes from his boyfriend's phone, right, they have the information from the phones, but it is apparently somehow easier to believe that what the entire law enforcement mechanism system in Utah is colluding and creating a fake transcript of text messages that I guess also, then what planted DNA or maybe lied about the DNA that's on the trigger of the gun. That's on the towel that the gun was in. They've I guess, fabricated all of the videos. They've apparently convinced the parents that came forward and identified their own son to law enforcement in the first place, I get or maybe they didn't. Maybe law enforcement's just lying about all of that too. Like you have to believe that every single person involved in the investigation is lying about all of these pieces of evidence. And if you are the type. Of person that goes down that path, if you are the person that's just asking the questions, I implore you never serve on a jury. Please do not ever serve on a jury. You will never be able to come to any kind of a decision. You won't be able to because you will construct facts, quote unquote facts, You will construct evidence. You will ask questions that aren't relevant, that have already been answered because, by the way, that's another part of these theories is that when you have the answer to the question, then that's just proof that the conspiracy exists. I don't understand the mindset. I really don't. I don't understand the mindset that, when presented with this EVAs, that you feel the need to somehow find a connection to Israel, to the Jews. It's just beyond me. This is from the New York Post. While no definitive motive has officially been announced, and I know what you're gonna say. I read that the first time and I was like, we do know the motive. He literally told us the motive and the text messages and in the note that he wrote to the boyfriend that he hid under the keyboard, we know the motive, but they say, I read it again, No definitive motive has been officially announced. Okay, so like in the charging documents, I guess. But his own texts say that he had to eliminate Charlie Kirk because of all of the hate that he was saying. It's the only way to have confronted that hate. That's a motive. And I see people that when Charlie Kirk was alive, bashed Charlie Kirk, accused him of taking money from Israel, accused him of all sorts of you know, nefarious motives and such. And these are people on the right, these are your groypers, these are your your Candae Owens types and such. While Charlie was alive, they attacked him. But now they want his audience share, and so I guess now they're like, oh, Charlie, I can't believe you know they This is why I know why they killed him. I alone know the reason. You know, Okay, no, not alone. Everybody who's aware of the text messages understands the motive here. A picture has emerged over the last week casting Robinson as having a deep seated disdain for Kirk and having been steeped in far left politics, particularly in recent years. When his roommate asked in a text message why he carried out the assassination, Robinson said, quote, I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiate out. That's in the charging document. That seems to me to be a pretty clear motive. He was killed for what he believed in and what he said. That's why he was murdered. He also expressed consternation about his father's support of President Trump. He said, since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty die hard MAGA. He also held leftist ideology and was radicalized online in the last few years, according to prosecutors that accused him of murdering Kirk, father of two young children, While he debated students at UVU last Wednesday, he allegedly confessed to the assassination via messages sent through the online community on discord as a messaging platform, and the FBI director Cash Bettel said while he was testifying an a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday morning that quote a lot more than the twenty people in the Discord chat were being investigated by the bureau. Quote we are running them all down. I'm going to get into some of this and a later in the program here because Andy No just sat for an interview with Winston Marshall and some pretty interesting details came out of that interview. All right, you hear me talk a lot about incentives, right, Well, let's talk about incentive trips, the kind that companies offer employees to fire them up and reward their teams. If you own a business or you work somewhere that offers these incentive trips, first. Off, good for you. But also there is a custom app that's a game changer for these trips. It's called Incentive Trip Kit. Private group messaging, shared photos, you're itinerary, travel details all built into a single, easy to use app. There's even a traveler locator, so carl from Accounting doesn't get left behind. It's simple, clean and secure, and when the trip is over, incentive trip Kit turns those highlights into a professional storytelling video. So think about it. When you launch next year's incentive Trips campaign, that video becomes your greatest motivator. Talk about a return on investment, right, You got to check out incentive trip Kit for your business. Visit incentive tripkit dot com because great trips deserve even better returns. Yesterday we gave you the breaking news that the guy that was initially arrested in the wake of the shooting, like immediately, like when the news broke that Charlie Kirk had been shot at I mean almost within I guess, I mean it was within half an hour, if even that long. They said. They said that they had the shooter in custody, and then it turned out shooter wasn't in custody, right. Well, that was because this guy, George Zinn, fabricated a confession right there on the spot saying I shot him, Now shoot me, That's what he was yelling, and so police took him into custody and they thought, this is the guy who did it, and turns out he admitted he lied. He lied about that on the spot in order to allow the shooter to escape. And so now he has been charged as well obstruction of justice and possession of child sexual abuse material because when they looked at his phone, they found some stuff that he shouldn't have and then they did some deeper diving and they found out, oh my gosh, this guy's a pedo. And then he actually admitted to this guy's seventy one years old, and he later told investigators he faked the confession to help the real suspect escape. Authorady said an investigation led to the discovery of explicit material on his phone, including more than twenty images of children between the ages of five and twelve. I did see somebody else make the point that when Kyle written house, remember shot at the Antifa BLM thugs that were trying to murder him on the streets during the mostly peaceful but sometimes fiery riots up in I think it was Kenosha, Wisconsin maybe, or was that the one where the leftist drove his car into a crowd. I get these I get these terrorist acts confused, but one of the guys he shot turned out to also be convicted pedophile. I'm not saying that. All pedophiles are Antifa, but there just seems to be an overrepresentation here anyway. Look, there's no indication this guy George's in was Antifa, and there's no evidence that he worked with the actual gunman, So like we don't. It just appears like he just screamed it out because he hated Charlie Kirk also, and when Charlie Kirk got shot, he screams that out in order to distract law enforcement from catching the actual killer. Over the years, this guy has built a reputation in Salt Lake City as a persistent disruptor with a record of minor crimes. He has a history of run ins with the law. I am as shocked as you are to learn that, including a twenty thirteen arrest for sending a threatening email to the organizers of the Salt Lake City Marathon just days after the Boston Marathon bombing. He is also known for attending public events where he often attempts to disrupt speakers or forums. So I suspect that's. What he was doing at the Charlie Kirk event, trying to disrupt the event, right, That seems to track, but I don't know. But if this guy's got a history of doing that very kind of thing, I suspect that's what he was there for. I mentioned yesterday that I had seen reports that this guy was like some local crank, and it does seem like that now has been confirmed. But he is facing charges and we'll probably spend the rest of his what's left of his short life behind barns due to the Childboard. Obviously. So when I was a kid, my grandpa died with Alzheimer's, and before he died, my mom and my dad took care of him as he got worse. Forty years ago, there were no treatments and not much support for caregivers and family. But things are different today because of the work of so many people, including the Alzheimer's Association of Western Carolina. It's a great organization with awesome people with huge hearts. I've been a supporter for twenty five years. This cause means a lot to me. I participate in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's and I'm leading a Charlotte team again this year and it's called once again Pete's Pack. You can sign up and you can join the team and walk with us. It's on October eighteenth, that truest field. Sign up at alz dot org slash walk and then you could search for my team name Pete's Pack. There's also a link at the petepod dot com. There's also a link in the dip of this podcast. Also, I'll be am seeing the Gastonia Walk on October eleventh then, so you can make a team and join that one too, or make a donation and help me hit my goal of five thousand dollars. If you do, I really appreciate it. There are a bunch of other walks all over the Carolinas. You can go to alz dot org slash walk for all the dates and locations. We're closer than ever to stopping Alzheimer's. Can you help us get there? Will you walk with me? For a different future, for families, for more time for treatments. This is why we walk. We get to some texts from the WBT text line driven by Liberty Buick GMC. Eric says the folks, saying that the text messages don't read like two typical twenty somethings are right, but it does read like how two people on the autism spectrum would interact, or one on one not trying to reach them would or or one oh sorry, or one on the spectrum and another nod who is trying to reach them. People on the spectrum like clear, direct language and formal structure. They don't do well with abstract language or slang. Now look at the fact that one was transgender and also a furry And for people who aren't aware, these are furries or people who like to dress up in like mascot uniform costumes kind of stuff, and there is a subset of the furry culture that then engages in sexual activity whilst wearing the outfits, which you but also like, what must their dry cleaning budget look like? But anyway, there are huge overlaps with people on the autism spectrum, and you can understand that you are not seeing a text exchange between two typical twenty somethings. Yeah, like, of all the conspiracy theories, I don't understand this one where it's like I don't think this sounds like people would write Okay, well, just because you don't think that, like what is the evidence that you have that they did. Not write it? Just your feeling. You're feeling that this isn't the way two people would write to each other on a text exchange, and the evidence against you on that is, oh, I don't know, they're freaking phones. But then you would have to then layer into the conspiracy theory that law enforcement made up the text exchanges, which I suspect would be quite easy for the defense to rip apart. So, oh, but what they planted it on the phones and somehow another got into the code to change the metadata? Right? Is that what happened? Also? See what I mean it in order to construct that you're building a house of cards. It's just absolutely ridiculous. Kevin says, do you believe that Republicans are more prone to believe in conspiracy theories? I know that's a partisan question, but it amazes me what people will believe is truth. I'm trying to think back to you. I remember seeing some sort of a study that was done years ago that said that that Republicans were more prone to it. But I also remember that there was that the the analysis, the methodology was somewhat flawed because things that were categorized as conspiracies were not actually conspiracy theories, right, they were, they were true. And then of course you have on the other side, the left believes in conspiracy theories but has them reinforced by a massive institutional advantage via media, Hollywood and and uh uh and academia. For example, Donald Trump is a Russian asset, just to pick a recent one, right, right, that's that's one of them, Or that Donald Trump's a Nazi as another one, and all conservatives are fascists, and there's another one. These are conspiracy theories as well, but conservatives don't have the kind of infrastructure to make you know, people quote normies believe their theories. But but yeah, I don't know. I'd have to go back and pull that research. Look, everybody is prone to this sort of stuff because when you start thinking tribal us versus them, and you know, my tribe is you know, I'm going to do anything and it doesn't matter, and my tribe's always good, and evil doesn't affect my tribe. Evil affects everybody. Okay, evil doesn't care. Evil is nonpartisan. There will be people on all sides of any political issue that that are evil. Psychopaths are attracted to whatever will get them what they want. It doesn't matter. The ideology doesn't matter to them. So if they see an opportunity to you know, get clout and influence others and such, they will they will go to wherever that space is. I've been listening to the Candice Owen podcast. All right, well, there's your first mistake live, don't it's that is a very bad path. She's been talking about the same thing you are speaking of now. I would highly recommend listening to it. Not gonna happen. It's on YouTube. Yes, I'm aware. I can find it on YouTube. I'm not interested in giving her any views. Oh, here you go. She's gonna explain some, she says. The news says the gun was found wrapped in a towel in the woods, but on video they have the gunman escaping the building didn't have a gun on him, leaving the scene. That it takes a screwdriver to dissemble the gun to put in a backpack he had, but the gun was found completely assembled in the woods. Very interesting information, makes you go, No, it doesn't. The prosecutor said that he dropped the gun off the top of the building before he jumped and then he picked it up and ran it into the woods. The screwdriver, while I understand you're you're saying, well, that would be necessary to take the gun apart. Well, the screwdriver was also found right that was recovered had his DNA on. And also what I posited was that the screwdriver was probably brought in order to gain access through any doors that he may have needed to like prop open or pry. Open or something. Don't know why he had the screwdriver, that's my guess. I don't know that to be true. I find that to be a little bit more of a reasonable. Guess. Then he brought it to disassemble the gun, but never used it to do so, So therefore somebody else planted the gun or something like that. Doesn't even I don't even follow that logic. And they found his fingerprint or his DNA rather on the trigger as well as on the towel. He talked in the text messages about how he ditched the gun, but he couldn't go back for it because there was a patrol vehicle police vehicle that was stationed near the site of the shooting, and so we couldn't he couldn't go there without being spotted. And by the way, there is a reason why law enforcement does that. You know what the reason is why they post a vehicle near a site like that. It's to catch the killer if he comes back, because so many times the killers come back because they can't help themselves, or they're trying to dispose of evidence they may have ditched someplace, which is exactly what this guy is alleged to have done. That's why they do that. That's why they look at people that gather around a crime scene because a lot of time the criminals like to visit the crime scene and watch what's happening. Thank you Jason, the CEO of Discord, Steam, Twitch, and Reddit are set to testify before Congress on the left wing radicalization of its users and quote open incitement to commit politically motivated acts. That's a positive development. That's I think the way forward. Um, we go over to some hang on a second. I had a message here also from Russ who says, when you reported that Zin had been arrested, I was thinking, wait, was that the dude's name with the transgender multi state murder cult that killed one of the girl's parents and a Border patrol agent. Those are the Zizians. He goes by Ziz, not Zin. Zin is like a white sparkling wine. I think I don't know who this is. From no name, says just curious. I'm not buying into all the conspiracy talk. But as a question, have they said how he accessed the roof of the building. I have not seen or heard any account of how he got access to the top to the roof that I don't know they may have said, I I have not seen that. Another thing, I wonder if all these people that are advocating that Charlie Kirk deserved to die for his speech believe it would be okay for them personally to be assassinated for their speech. Oh see, because they're on the right side. They they view themselves as the good and so if you have to murder a bunch of people to silence them in order to usher in the revolution aka the utopia, which of course always has violence in it, then they are justified. And they have created this moral framework that permits them, this permission structure that allows them to dehumanize their opponents because they are the good ones. And that is why you are seeing the media react the way it's reacting. I suspect is that they don't want to have to acknowledge it. They don't want to have to acknowledge that they have played some part in, you know, building this framework, this permission structure. Dave in Concorde says, I would imagine that the screwdriver would be used to put the gun back together, being that he must have had it disassemble, then the backpack while getting to the roof. Also maybe for doors as well. So the video that they showed at the press conference yesterday showed the killer walking across campus and he got out of his car and he was walking, and he was walking with a limp. People said that they when we first saw the videos, they were like, oh, he's walking with a limp, because people first thought he hurt himself jumping off of the roof and maybe hurt his leg when he fell off of the roof because it was probably a good you know, ten fifteen feet up. But then people were like, no, no, no, because there's a video showing before he got on the roof that he was walking with a limp. But when watching the video as they showed it yesterday during the press conference, it's clear to me he's not walking with a limp. He's walking with a straight leg. He's not bending his leg, and that tells me he's got the long gun in the pan leg. That's how he concealed it going from the car to the roof. Somebody else pointed out here that you could use the screwdriver to adjust the scope, but that I don't know. I've never used a scope. Another thing of note, the perpetrator stated he wanted to carry his act to the grave. He really wanted to be caught because when keeping a real secret, you must not ever tell anyone, right. But see, this is the thing. In order to be a true ally like you have to be willing to engage in the violence. This is a message that the trans community, the antifab or trantyfive. You merge the two because there's a big overlap of that. Then diagram. This is what they This is what they talk about that if you're you know, an ally, you're not trans yourself, but if you are one of their allies, you have to be willing to stand in front of the trans because they're such a small pop ulation. This is what they post on the message boards. I've seen it. I've seen their comments. One last thing before I close this hour, and we're going to get into this andy no audio in a minute, as well as the media. But there are two paths that we can walk, and so you can be filled with rage and anger. I have been as well. I'm very frustrated and angry too, But we want to pray for people to turn away from the darkness, evil destroyed Charlie Kirk's earthly body. His family, wounded millions of people. In the process. Evil also destroyed that killer too, his life's over. It destroyed his family as well. Because that's what evil does. It destroys. It never creates. It just destroys. Only God creates. So I pray for people to turn away from that evil and for us to create and in doing so glorify God. That's my prayer. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
