It's never made sense to force people to wear a mask outside. Good ventilation has always been an ignored key in reducing coronavirus transmission. But after a year of mandating it, the North Carolina Governor says we are free to be maskless outside. (Gee! Thanks!) Also, he expects to lift all other restrictions on capacity, distancing, and gatherings on June 1.... but NOT the mask mandate for INDOORS.
