North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced his latest edict -- that he shall not move the state out from under the current COVID restrictions (what he deemed as "Phase 3") for at least another three weeks. He is encouraging businesses and law enforcement to start cracking down on people who don't wear masks or social distance, because he says THAT'S the reason we're seeing more cases now.
