I just saw somebody on Twitter who said that, and they were quoting somebody else, and I apologize that I saw the tweet and then I didn't pull it, so I cannot quote the person. But that history must be or yeah, history must be lived looking forward, but it can only be understood by looking backwards. And that's what we are doing. That's what I have been doing and why I keep bringing these stories to light because to understand and where we are right now, we have to go back and piece together the information as it becomes available and fill in the timeline, fill in the empty spots in our knowledge are blind spots, the gaps, and figure out what exactly occurred, who did what, so we can yes, hold people accountable but also understand where we are as we continue moving forward through history. Yesterday and the day before, I believe I covered pieces out of a website called justthnews dot com, pieces written by John Solomon, Solomon and Jerry Dunleavy, and the first one talked about the Democrat whistleblower on the House Intelligence Committee who work for Democrats. He was an intelligence officer and he was blowing the whistle back in twenty seventeen about the leaking to the media of classified information by Adam Schiff Eric Swollwell, Democrat staffers on the committee, and how this was intentional. It was in fact directed by Adam Schiff, who was the ranking member on the Intelligence Committee and soon became the chairman. After yesterday, we covered Jim Comey, the former FBI Director, and the use of a friend of his as a mole or as a cutout in order to leak classified information to the media. Today, just thenews dot Com, John Solomon and Jerry Dunleavy have another story based on newly declassified information from the FBI Director Cash Battel, a memo written in twenty seventeen. Okay, so keep in mind again what we were going through at the time, Donald Trump had just shocked the world he had beaten Hillary Clinton. But the memo, written in twenty seventeen, actually covers the year prior, starting in like January of twenty sixteen. But the memo was written in order to chronicle the extensive political obstruction that agents in three different cities faced from their own bosses and the Obama Justice Department during the twenty sixteen election. They were trying to do an investigation that was predicated a predicated crime, and so this is one of those terms that the FBI uses that you have to have a predicate. In other words, there has to be a good reason for this investigation to be launched. And so if there is a predicate, then they call it a PC predicated crimes predicated case. So the FBI agents began looking into a bunch of different aspects of the Clinton Foundation in twenty sixteen, and as they attempted to prove that there was a predicate for the investigation, they kept getting stonewalled by their bosses in particular, and d McCabe from the FBI later rose to the ranks of the deputy director under Jim Comey right, and then he took over for a brief period of time after Comy got fired by Donald Trump. He's now I think working at George Mason University. Because that's what happens if you're a Democrat and you are forced to resign, or you get fired in disgrace, or you lose elections. They find soft, cushy landing pads for you at Ivy League schools and pay you, you know, six figures. He also is a talking head for CNN. He's a pundit, so they're paying him as well. Then Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates also intervened. She was working for Loretta Lynch at the time, and she was quoted in the memo as saying, shut it down, stop investigating the Clinton foundation. In demanding that the detail of this is outlined in the detailed timeline of political impediments that FBI agents in New York City, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Washington, d c. Faced. The agents tried to get the help of federal prosecutors in the US Attorney's Office to try to determine whether or what crimes occurred while Hillary Clinton served as the Secretary of State, most notably because at that time, her family foundation solicited hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign and US interests with business before her department. This has if you are a listener to this station, if you are on the right, you have heard these stories about the Clinton Foundation for a long time. Books have been written about it. All this time. It's always been a bit of a head scratcher as to why nobody has ever investigated this, And now we find out that actually some FBI agents did investigate. They tried, but every time they tried they got shut down. The timeline was written by a Department of Justice lawyer who was assigned to the FBI under Comy, and this memo that this DOJ lawyer compiled was recently secured by top aids to Cash Patel, now the director of the FBI, along with corroborating internal emails, and then it was obtained by Just the News. Together, they make clear that both the DOJ and former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe placed significant impediments in front of agents who believed they had evidence to justify a public integrity criminal case. The declassified timeline revealed that as early as February of twenty sixteen that the Justice Department indicated that they would not be supportive of an FBI investigation. The timeline excuse me also shows that couple weeks later, still February twenty sixteen, McCabe ordered quote no covert investigative steps were allowed to be taken in the Clinton Foundation investigation without his approval. Those are direct quotes he apparently, according to the timeline which I have read, it's linked up at the website justinnews dot com. He repeated this command numerous times over the coming months. The roadblocks just kept coming. The timeline shows to the great frustration of the agents and the US Attorney's office down in Little Rock, Arkansas, which had moved to a fully predicated criminal investigation. So the US Attorney's Office in Arkansas, down in Little Rock, probably with a little bit of knowledge about how the Clintons operate down there, right, they were like, yeah, we're moving forward with this, but the DOJ said no, and you can't do any overt investigation, So no interviewing people. Right, If you want to look through some databases, maybe run some Google searches, it's all got to be in the background, because you know, there's an election and we don't want to be accused of interfering in the election. Officials just told just the News that the DOJ also has secured potential cooperation from current and former prosecutors and agents who are willing to assist any investigation in possible obstruction of the Clinton probes. So they've got people, They've got people in the field offices and in the US attorney's offices who are willing and maybe even excited to play ball to tell people what they know. Because you look at the timeline, a lot of that stuff is redacted. They know what happened. In fact, we did too from the Durham Report and the Horowitz Report, they talked about McCabe's efforts to obstruct normal investigations. Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York purportedly said in August of twenty sixteen that quote, they would not support the investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Why you ask, No explanation was given. They're just not going to do it. Here's a great idea. How about making an escape to a really special and secluded getaway in western North Carolina. Just a quick drive up the mountain and Cabins of Ashville is your connection. Call or text eight two eight, three six seven seventy sixty eight or check out all there is to offer at cabins of Aashville dot com and make memories that'll last a lifetime. So once the investigation into the Clinton Foundation had been delayed for a year and dragged past the November twenty sixteen election, According to this timeline written by a DOJ lawyer, DOJ officials under Trump then began to raise their concerns regarding the statute of limitations around the investigation, with one still unnamed official saying that they want you to close this chapter and move forward. So I don't know who that person was. I don't know if it was a Obama holdover. Right, we don't know who it is because the name has been redacted. But remember after Trump ran on the campaign promise of lock her up. As soon as he got elected, he told everybody, yeah, we're not going to go after anymore. She's a nice person. We're going to leave her alone. The Clinton Foundation. For people who are not aware of what the Clinton Foundation was, it was set up ostensibly to do charity work. Right the Global the Clinton Global Fund or whatever it was, right, and Clinton Foundation was part of the or the Clinton Initiative was part of that. This was after Bill Clinton was out of office. They launched this quote charity or maybe it's an NGO of some sort, and it was a way for businesses and other countries to funnel money to the Clintons and have him go around and do speaking engagements at costs somewhere in the neighborhood of you know, two hundred three hundred four hundred thousand dollars. That infrastructure remained in place while Hillary Clinton was a US Senator, while she was Secretary of State, while she ran for president, and the questions that were bubbling up throughout this time were who is paying into this fund and is that being used to curry favor or get things from the Department of State when she was the Secretary of State and a guy named Peter Schweitzer wrote a book. Excuse me, It was. Called Clinton Cash, and the allegations and the documentation that he provided in that book set off alarms in the Department of Justice in the FBI, and that's when they started looking into it, apparently, and what they found, at least down in Arkansas was enough for them to have a predicate for an investigation, but they ca on getting stonewalled by the DOJ, specifically by Andrew McCabe. He was the assistant director in charge of the FBI's Washington Field office, but he soon rose to the level of deputy director under Jim Comey, where the Justice Department Inspector General said he quote had an active role in the supervision of what was called the Midyear investigation. The midyear investigation was what they called the Clinton email server investigation, so he had an active role in supervising Hillary's emails, which, again, the smoking gun there is not the emails. The smoking gun is the server. You do not create your own home Brews server so you can run all of your emails through a server that only you control. You don't do that unless you want the control in order to destroy emails. That's the point. There isn't any other reason for you to have your own email server. The cost of it, the maintenance on it. You got to hire people to manage it and maintain it. There's no point to doing that unless you want to destroy all of the emails, which of course she did. And the theory has always been that this is where she was engaging in the Clinton Foundation efforts. All of that stuff that she was doing off book, the stuff that she didn't want people to see she was running. Through her personal. Email, which she then of course gave access to Uma Abdeen, who was her chief of staff, I believe, and uma Abdeen married to Anthony Wiener. And when they got Anthony Wiener's laptop because of all of his scandals, and they found all of these emails that were on his laptop because apparently Uma Aberdeen had either forwarded it, forwarded him these emails with classified information in them, or using his laptop and was pulling them up and downloading them as well. Uma Abadeen, by the way, divorced Anthony Weener after he was caught in that, you know, sexting with an underage girl who happened to be from Gaston County. As a matter of fact, she divorced him, and she is now married to Alex Soros, son of George Soros and the guy who is now in charge of the Soros Empire. That's who Huma Abadeen married recently at a very very very exclusive and expensive ceremony. I believe it may have been out on the East end of Long Island. It's a Pete tweet, and he says, don't forget the tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch right around the same time. Indeed, you are correct. It is mentioned in this piece at Justinthnews dot com. Uh real quick, let me go over and get Jeff on. Hey, Jeff, welcome to the show. Hey, hey, Pete. Always pleasure to listen to your show. Thanks sir. Why isn't the Inspector General for the h whether it be for the d o J or the FBI. I don't know if that Horowitz or who it is. I don't know. Why don't they fired? All this happened on their watch. Why why are they not fired? You know? A great sinstrom put a report saying that horror Witz is part of the what they called the council you know, right, you know, the heads of the deep state type of thing, if you will. But why isn't Inspector General fired? That's all I want to know. I don't know where Horowitz is now, but he, like he did in his findings say that McCabe Andy McCabe did not fully comply with his own refusal when he finally recused himself from the from the case. I mean, he did point out some of the stuff. I don't know where he is now, if he's still a DJ. I kind of feel like I thought he had been moved to somewhere else, But I don't recall, and I don't know if he's even still employed. He may have retired by now, I don't know. But yeah, it's the call, and I appreciate the call, Jeff. These like it's good to get the information, but people now want some action taken right and we know there are some criminal referrals, grand jury indictment referrals, so we'll see. But that's why this is important, because if we don't keep this front and center, it's very easy for the people to ignore it. So McCabe was the assistant director. He rose to deputy director under Jim Comey, and the Inspector General said that McCabe had an active role in the supervision of the Clinton email investigation called the Midyear Investigation, and he had oversight of the Clinton Foundation investigation until he recused himself from those investigations November one, twenty sixteen, just days before the election. But by that time, most political fallout against Hillary Clinton from the FBI probes had already been neutralized. Let me skip. Ahead here because I want to make sure I get to all of this. So you had the New York Field office, they initiated a preliminary investigation, the Little Rock Field office they did as well. The Washington Field Office they did as well. All in January of twenty sixteen. The Durham Report previously said that the FBI's Little Rock investigation was launched in part due to an intelligence product and corroborating financial reporting that a particular commercial industry likely engaged a federal public official in a flow of benefits scheme. Namely, large monetary contributions were made to a nonprofit under both direct and indirect control of that federal public official in exchange for favorable government action and or influence. That was from the Durham Report, which indicates that this is the Clinton probe. This was what the agents were working on. The Durham Report does not identify the public official or the industry, but that they had intelligence and they had corroborating financial reporting, so they followed the money and it led to the Clinton Foundation. Durham also said that the FBI's Little Rock and New York investigations quote included predication based on source reporting that identified foreign governments that had made or offered to make contributions to the foundation in exchange for favorable or preferential treatment from Hillary Clinton, and he does name her and the Clinton Foundation. Despite this evidence, the FBI timeline stated that DOJ indicated they would not be supportive of an FBI investigation on February one, twenty sixteen, so they had the evidence. There was a meeting between officials from the New York and Washington Field offices. It's not clear whether the Little Rock Field office was there also, but this was on February seventeenth, twenty sixteen. According to this timeline, again compiled by a DOJ lawyer, Andy McCabe led the meeting and was advised by the New York Field office about a confidential human source who quote possibly had information on this matter. During the meeting, McCabe directed that no overt investigative steps were to be taken on the Clinton Foundation investigation without his approval. All overt investigative steps related to the Clinton Foundation would re acquire his approval, with the exception of speaking to open. Confidential human sources. In other words, if you already had a file opened on some source, you had already been talking to them McCabe was like, you can talk to them, but anything else has to get my approval. But then they hobbled the investigators when the FBI offices were then directed not to open or recruit any new confidential human sources, and no additional overt investigative steps were authorized. Back to the Durham Report, it says mccab initially directed the field offices to close their cases, but following objections, he agreed to reconsider the final disposition of the cases. So he tried to shut it down, but the field officers were like, no, they objected. Paul A Body, then the assistant director in charge of the World Washington Field Office, described McCabe as negative, annoyed, and angry about these cases, with McCabe saying that the DOJ is saying there's nothing here, There's no there there, Why are we even doing this. In March, the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas informed the FBI's Little Rock investigators that Saliates, Assistant US Attorney or sorry, Assistant Attorney General, that Sallyates ordered the federal prosecutors to quote shut it down, which brings us to the meeting on the tarmac between Loretta Lynch, the Attorney General, and former President Bill Clinton, where they just happened to be coincidentally at the same airport in Phoenix on June twenty seventh, twenty sixteen. They both claim to the DOJ watchdog that they did not discuss the midyear in investigation or any other DOJ investigations during their lengthy but private conversation. Remember, they kicked all of the security, all their staffers, kicked everybody off the planes, and they met on Clinton's plane for like an hour. Lynch later admitted to the DOJ Inspector General that the meeting went on and on and that it was just too long a conversation to have had. But they were talking about grandkids. Remember that was their cover story, that former President Bill Clinton was just showing her pictures of his grand babies and she was showing him pictures of the grand babies or something. After the meeting, the DOJ's ethics office concluded that Loretta Lynch did not have to recuse herself, and Lynch decided not to voluntarily recuse herself either. She claimed to the Inspector General Horowitz that stepping aside would have created a misimpression that she and Bill had discussed inappropriate topics, or that her role in the mid year investigation some how was greater than it was. See. So that's why she did not recuse herself, because she didn't want to give the impression she was doing anything unethical, even though the mere meeting itself appeared unethical. It's a convenient excuse if you're going to engage in unethical behavior and illegal activity and then you say, no, I'm not going to recuse myself because I'll give the impression that I was giving that I was engaged in illegal or unethical activity. Like that's a very convenient excuse, right, It would give that impression because. You were That's why it looks like that. You know, stories are powerful. Visit creative video dot com. Here's a message from Sean who says Trump didn't drop the case and say she's a good person. After he won. He said he decided not to go after her because it would be bad for the country, which I agreed with at the time. But after all the legal stuff they tried to railroad him with, I have changed my mind. Lock her up. So just as a point of clarification. November twenty second, twenty sixteen, CBS News a quote from Donald Trump during an interview with CBS quote, I don't want to hurt them. I don't want to hurt them. They are They're good people. I don't want to hurt them. That was his explanation for why he did not want to go after them. First, he was saying, I'm going to think about it, and then he at one point claimed that he never said lock her up. So Jim comey, you'll recall, cleared Hillary Clinton of criminal wrongdoing for transmitting classified information on an insecure and private email server in a speech he gave on July fifth, twenty sixteen, just weeks before green lighting the Crossfire hurricane investigation later that same month against Donald Trump, and a message from the text line also that the NYPD sex crimes investigation into then Uma Abadeen's husband, Anthony Wiener, helped prompt some of this disclosure. Investigating detective discovered Hillary clinton emails and the server when they seized with a search warrant computers from the Wiener residents. That is correct, right, If these Democrats with their laptops weren't so careless, like we wouldn't know anything about the Hunter Biden and stuff. By the way, Hunter Biden apparently was wearing an Antifa hat during that interview last month with that YouTuber didn't even realize it anyway. The key here is note the difference in approach, Right, the difference in approach with the Hillary investigation versus Crossfire Hurricane. Right, they obstructed, they slow walked it, they impeded it, they shut it down when it was Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, when it was her email server, when it was transmitting classified information over an unsecured server, mishandling classified information. Right, that approach sort of kid glove treatment versus dropping the hammer on Trump in Crossfire Hurricane. But also, as we went over yesterday, with the leaking of the classified information, passing it along to people that shouldn't be getting it and seeing it. Note the difference in approach. Right, you get these whistleblowers that are telling the DOJ, hey we got leaks targeting Trump. These are unethical, it's illegal, and it's coming from these congressmen Shift and Swallwell and their staffers on the House Select Intelligence Committee. And what happens nothing, It all gets shut down. But Donald Trump takes some documents to his house in mar A Lago and it's a pre dawn raid. It's searching through you know, the underwear drawer. Right, It's this full blown guns drawn, drop the hammer approach. That's what we're talking about with regard to the weaponization of the government against political enemies. And this was perfected from the Obama administration when all of this started against Trump, and it persists even to this day. There are people still in GOVC. There are people still at the federal level working for the Trump administration in his agencies that were part of the quote unquote deep state efforts. Let's see here. Horowitz's twenty eighteen report concluded that Jim Comey's actions that seemingly exonerated Hillary Clinton were quote extraordinary and insubordinate when he announced Clinton would not be charged, saying we concluded that Comy's unilateral announcement was inconsistent with Department policy and violated longstanding DOJ practice and protocol by, among other things, criticizing Clinton's uncharged conduct. We also found Comy usurped the authority of the Attorney General and inadequately and then completely describe the legal position of prosecutors. It's like, why did he do that? This is still one of the unexplained questions. Why did Comy do this? He could have done it in order to insulate Loretta Lynch, which at that point was under fire because of her meeting on the airplane with Bill Clinton, and so it was like, I'm going to take this from her, and I'm going to do this myself, right, and then I'm going to put this all to bed. Could be a god complex, right, that could be it? He like, that's very possible. With Jim Comy, Peter Struck, remember him, disgraced fired FBI special agent. He testified that in twenty eighteen that the FBI quote did not have access to Clinton Foundation emails that were on her private server because of a consent agreement negotiated between the Department of Justice attorneys and Council for Clinton. So they entered into an agreement knowing that the investigators were looking at the Clinton Foundation, and they said, we'll enter a consent agreement and we won't take any of your emails to help our own investigators. Struck wrote that of course he prioritized the Crossfire hurricane investigation over the Clinton email investigation because quote, there was simply no equivalence between the two, which is what somebody who is making decisions based on partisan motives would say, All right, that'll do it for this episode.
