[00:00:26] [SPEAKER_02]: And again, thank you so much for your support. Oh wait a minute. Hang on a second

[00:00:29] [SPEAKER_02]: I just I said at the end of the last hour that Kamala Harris had backed

[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_02]: The idea of using lists of gun owners in order to send police door-to-door to cease firearms

[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm now being told though that she has flipped on that position. She no longer

[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_02]: She no longer

[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Holds that as one of her. I guess one of her values. Let's be clear. My values have not changed. Gotcha

[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so this is from the Washington Times

[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_02]: presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris once threatened to use databases of gun owners to send police to their homes to confiscate firearms

[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Which by the way, this is always a fun thought experiment to run through with your favorite gun grabby

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_02]: friend or family member

[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Whenever there is a discussion about

[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Taking guns off the street quote-unquote off the street which by the way

[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_02]: If you're thinking like off the street means illegal firearms being sold out of like the trunks of cars

[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_02]: You know to criminals that kind of thing. That's not what we're talking about really no, no it is

[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Is to go after the people who have legally purchased the firearm have them stored at their house

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_02]: use them for hunting or for sports shooting and go to the range or something and

[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_02]: They would like to take those guns which really aren't on the street except when they're being transported

[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Like to the gun range and then home

[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_02]: But a thought experiment to run through is okay, you know walk me through how that looks I used to do this with I

[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Still do it. I do this with public policy debates. I would ask politicians when they're advancing

[00:02:13] [SPEAKER_02]: You know certain

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_02]: policies

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_02]: And say okay, well, let's you know

[00:02:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Walk me through how this actually works

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_02]: tell me

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_02]: tell me the process and

[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_02]: So, okay mandatory buyback which not a buyback because the government didn't sell you the gun in the first place

[00:02:30] [SPEAKER_02]: So it's not a buyback. It's it's a mandatory sale, right? It's like an eminent domain

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_02]: It's taking so they're gonna give you some money

[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_02]: Whatever they value the gun at obviously because you're not gonna get to set the price

[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_02]: They'll set the price for you

[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_02]: And then they will force you to take their money, which is your money really and then they're gonna take your firearm

[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_02]: okay, so

[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_02]: let's say we start with the

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_02]: The long guns with the AR 15s. We're gonna start there. Okay. How many of those do you think there are in circulation?

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_02]: That they know of right?

[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's assume they know every owner of every AR 15

[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_02]: I

[00:03:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Soon they know that

[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say there are I don't know 10 million of these guns

[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_02]: I think there's way more than that

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_02]: But let's say there's 10 million I want to try to deal with some you know easy math for my purposes because when I was hired

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_02]: I was told there would be no math so

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_02]: 10 million of these AR 15 platform firearms or or long guns of the similar nature and

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say you get

[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_02]: 90% of the guns

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_02]: That then still leaves you with a million guns

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say that

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_02]: You know firearms collectors being people who collect them

[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say every one of the the people that remain with the firearms. They they have two so

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Out of a million guns

[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_02]: You got half a million firearm owners

[00:04:04] [SPEAKER_02]: How do you get those?

[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Walk me through it

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_02]: They obviously did not want to participate in your

[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_02]: In your eminent domain plan, so how do you get it?

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna go send some law enforcement to the people's doors. You know that I've got guns in there, right?

[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_02]: That's kind of why you're there

[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_02]: Do you think they're gonna turn them over?

[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, okay. Well, let's say out of the half a million. Let's say

[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_02]: 400,000 of them give up their guns when you show up at their door

[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, now you have a hundred thousand people

[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_02]: With these guns we're gonna be doing raids on a hundred thousand gun owners homes. Is that the idea?

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Assuming you could get law enforcement to do that

[00:04:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Do you remember what happened in Charlotte when they went to serve a warrant on a guy one guy?

[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And he killed four law enforcement officials so people who say they want to reduce gun violence

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_02]: By doing this kind of a plan

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_02]: They're not actually going to reduce gun violence

[00:05:16] [SPEAKER_02]: They will actually lead to an increase in the gun violence because you're going to have gun violence when you go to take

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_02]: law-abiding citizens guns

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_02]: That's going to happen a lot

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_02]: So Miss Harris described her gun control stance in August 2019 at a Democratic presidential primary forum

[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_02]: That took place shortly after two deadly mass shootings in California and Texas

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_02]: She said she was quote prepared to take executive action to implement comprehensive background checks a crackdown on gun dealers and

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_02]: ban the import of so-called assault weapons

[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Which are guns that I think are black and are scary looking. I think that's what

[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_02]: qualifies them

[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Miss Harris said she knew how to enforce tough gun laws because as California Attorney General

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_02]: She allowed police to knock on the doors of people on a state list of prohibited gun owners and

[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_02]: People deemed a danger to themselves and to others quote

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_02]: We sent law enforcement out to take those guns because we have to deal with this on all levels

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_02]: The Harris campaign did not respond to a request for comment about her stance on the government

[00:06:24] [SPEAKER_02]: seizing Americans firearms

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_02]: But more recently

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Here's the flip an unnamed

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_02]: Harris campaign advisor told the New York Times that she no longer supports a mandatory buyback of civilian owned assault weapons

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Or several other progressive policy stances that she took during the 2020 presidential race

[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_05]: Let's be clear. My values have not changed

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Also

[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Have you seen her new ad?

[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm tough on

[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_02]: The border and illegal immigration and crime and all that have you seen the ad

[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_02]: It's called tougher. I don't know what she means by that tougher than what like what what are you comparing that to?

[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Tougher than you used to be is that what you're saying that you're tougher than or you saying you're tougher than

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Donald Trump is on the border. Is that the idea?

[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Well her new campaign ad tougher

[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_02]: includes images of the border wall

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_02]: That Trump built

[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah

[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_02]: The producers of the ad

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Clearly using the wall as a symbol of how tough Kamala has been and will be obviously in the future on the border

[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_02]: The ad includes three shots of the wall in just 30 seconds

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_02]: Big problem with all of this according to John Sexton at hot air comm

[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Kamala Harris has never been a supporter of the border wall

[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean if yes, I mean if you're just going to take all of her like

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Dozens of prior comments on the matter like 50 plus tweets or something on the matter. I mean then yes, okay fine

[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Then maybe she hasn't always been a big supporter of the wall. Let's be clear my values have not changed. Okay, right

[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Believe it or not credit where it's due

[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_02]: CNN's K file

[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Ran a story

[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_02]: About what Harris used to say about the wall before she started running for president in

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_02]: 2019 in her book called the truths we hold

[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_02]: That's literally the name of the book Harris called the wall

[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_02]: useless and said it was quote nothing more than a symbol a

[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_02]: monument standing in opposition to not just

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_02]: Everything I value but to the fundamental values upon which this country was built

[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_02]: a CNN K file review of Harris's social media posts

[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Found she criticized the border wall more than 50 times during the Trump administration calling it among other things stupid

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_02]: useless and a medieval vanity project

[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_05]: Let's be clear my values have not changed not at all

[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_02]: Not one bit

[00:09:15] [SPEAKER_02]: All right, so CNN I

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Am as shocked as you are

[00:09:21] [SPEAKER_02]: they did a review of

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Kamala Harris's positions on the wall which up until the release of a new ad

[00:09:30] [SPEAKER_02]: seemed to always be

[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_02]: opposing the border wall, but now

[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Sensing this might be a political liability for her

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_02]: They put out an ad

[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Called tougher and it shows the border wall and talks about how she's tough

[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_02]: She's gonna be tough on crime and tough on the border

[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Right sure

[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Here's the CNN segment

[00:09:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Tonight K file

[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Investigates in a new report you'll see first out front the K file team scoured Kamala Harris's tweets and statements going all the way back to

[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_06]: 2017 and what they found was more than 50 instances of Harris slamming Trump's border wall

[00:10:13] [SPEAKER_06]: but now

[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_06]: New Harris campaign ads actually showcase that very wall

[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_00]: As a border state prosecutor

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_00]: She took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border

[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_06]: And on top of critical tweets Harris also wrote in her 2019 book quote

[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_06]: There was a bigger reason to oppose the border wall a useless wall on the southern border would be nothing more than a symbol a

[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Monument standing in opposition to not just everything I value

[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_06]: But to the fundamental values upon which this country was built

[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_06]: How could I vote to build what would be little more than a monument designed to send the cold hard message?

[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Keep out

[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Well K files Andrew Kaczynski joins me now so Andrew mean you you and you all have gone through

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean scoured an incredible amount of material tell me more about what you found

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's right

[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_01]: We found more than 50 of those those tweets criticizing the border wall before she used that in her ad

[00:11:11] [SPEAKER_01]: And I want people to take a look at just a few of what she said here

[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_01]: She called it wasteful useless a waste of taxpayer money a vanity wall project a wasteful border wall a

[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Stupid wall a medieval vanity project and an unnecessary wall and those are really just I mean there were more of those

[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Just like 10 or like 50

[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_01]: But there was really there was really a lot of this was the common

[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Refrain during the campaign you read that quote where she said it was against everything that not only she stood for

[00:11:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Everything America stood aboard button. She brought this up a lot take a listen to just one instance of that in 2019

[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_05]: It's the president's vanity project his

[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_04]: multi-billion dollar vanity project called a wall is

[00:11:56] [SPEAKER_04]: Nothing more than a distraction

[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_04]: From the fact that he actually hasn't focused on working people in America

[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_04]: He contrived a national crisis

[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_04]: around his big distraction

[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_06]: All right, so you go through all of that you've got all the tweets and yet all of a sudden in the ads

[00:12:16] [SPEAKER_06]: There's pictures of the wall and then you went through to look at that wall

[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Like what is that specific wall that's in her campaign ads now?

[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_06]: And you found something very interesting about this specific portion of the wall and what I think what's also really remarkable

[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_01]: This is like I mean you heard her talking about it there

[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Though Trump's wall in his campaign during his presidency

[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_01]: There was really no greater symbol of Trump's presidency than the wall in the way that Democrats were attacking him over the wall and his restrictive

[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Immigration policies, so we looked in that ad and what if you look at it that exact area of wall is in

[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Susabbe or sassaby, Arizona

[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_01]: And that is a portion of wall that was actually built by Donald Trump

[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_01]: It was built in an area where there was not previous balls actually pretty controversial when they were building it

[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_01]: At the time so just to see that and then there are other using his wall that he built to say look at what I did

[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_01]: And and the other images of the wall

[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_01]: We weren't able to pinpoint but there's there's tell-tale signs that that was a Trump wall because there's an anti-climbing plate on top

[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_06]: That became popularized during the Trump years. It's really incredible reporting and important. All right, Andrew Kaczynski and K file

[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Thank you very much

[00:13:26] [SPEAKER_02]: Credit where it is due now

[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm assuming that they're gonna be coming back with another hit on Trump

[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Because that's kind of how you do this sort of thing is like we're gonna we're gonna mildly correct

[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_02]: the Democrat and say hey

[00:13:42] [SPEAKER_02]: What are you doing here? And it just so happens to align with the questions that progressives are asking right because they see this

[00:13:48] [SPEAKER_02]: Ad they're like whoa. Whoa. Whoa. What is she talking about? Why is she running this ad?

[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_02]: What is she doing now if you are?

[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Republicans

[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Formerly I guess or current but never Trump Republicans and

[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_02]: You see Kamala Harris flip-flopping like Sarah Longwell has seen Sarah Longwell is

[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_02]: CEO of Longwell partners couldn't see that coming publisher at the Bullwark

[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Right, that's where the the Never Trump Republicans went and she says

[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_02]: I am shocked to see a presidential nominee engaging in politics by taking more broadly popular positions

[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_02]: So engaging in politics is flip-flopping to her

[00:14:34] [SPEAKER_02]: So okay, so now we know Harris is a liar right Kamala Harris is a liar

[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_02]: about one of these two positions and

[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_02]: possibly

[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Her values. Let's be clear my values have not changed right so she's lying about something

[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_02]: But that's okay because to Sarah Longwell

[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_02]: She's just she's just doing politics just doing politics. She's a politician engaging in politics. Oh well

[00:14:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Lie to me daddy or mommy I guess in this case just lie to me some more lie to me harder like that's it

[00:15:05] [SPEAKER_02]: That's that's your defense

[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_02]: So sad

[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_02]: All right real quick

[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Let me introduce you to my friends Gabriel and Michelle to lifelong North Carolinians who are passionate about everything North Carolina

[00:15:59] [SPEAKER_02]: all right, um

[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_02]: John Sexton at hot air calm in his piece titled flip flop and you don't stop

[00:16:09] [SPEAKER_02]: He says I think we all know what's really going on here

[00:16:12] [SPEAKER_02]: with the use of the border wall in the video ad campaign or a

[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_02]: campaign ad rather that

[00:16:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Was just released called tougher

[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Where Kamala Harris is you know showing how tough she is on crime and the border and everything else and

[00:16:31] [SPEAKER_02]: She shows they show in the ad

[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_02]: three

[00:16:34] [SPEAKER_02]: times

[00:16:36] [SPEAKER_02]: the border wall

[00:16:37] [SPEAKER_02]: which she has

[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Repeatedly and for years opposed and and put down mocked it ridiculed anybody and Trump especially

[00:16:47] [SPEAKER_02]: for for supporting

[00:16:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Sexton says we all know what's really going on here

[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_02]: The border is a political problem for Harris and the Democrats so they are shifting their rhetoric and their ads

[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_02]: They're shifting it to the right to blunt those criticisms. It really is that simple

[00:17:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Harris will flip-flop on anything to get elected if she has any real core values or beliefs about the border

[00:17:14] [SPEAKER_02]: She is more than willing to keep them a secret until November right. Here's the thing. I

[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_02]: said this at the time after

[00:17:22] [SPEAKER_02]: The CNN interview with Dana Batch who by the way is now being disrupted at her book tour by Palestinian Hamas Holies

[00:17:31] [SPEAKER_02]: so

[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_02]: She said this line I keep playing the clip. Let's be clear my values have not changed right I said at the time

[00:17:39] [SPEAKER_02]: That is the message to the progressives. That's what she is keep trying to convey to them

[00:17:45] [SPEAKER_02]: That I'm not really flipping on all of this stuff

[00:17:48] [SPEAKER_02]: My values haven't changed my value because that she was asked about her

[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Reversal on Medicare for all on the electric vehicle mandate and she kept she kept saying my values haven't changed

[00:18:02] [SPEAKER_02]: But her policies have no her position her publicly stated positions have changed

[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_02]: But she doesn't believe that

[00:18:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry. That's what the message is. Don't worry my values haven't changed if I get a legislature

[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_02]: That gives me bills that I have previously supported

[00:18:25] [SPEAKER_02]: But I'm saying I don't anymore

[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_02]: But if Democrats win and we control everything I will totally do this stuff. Don't worry

[00:18:34] [SPEAKER_02]: There is a clip now from Chuck Schumer

[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_02]: Regarding immigration and this is what we have to look forward to if the Democrats take control of

[00:18:48] [SPEAKER_02]: The legislative branch the Senate in the house. I think there's like 30 some odd seats that are

[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, gonna determine the house makeup

[00:18:58] [SPEAKER_02]: as I mentioned prior

[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_02]: if

[00:19:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Monta if the Democrats lose Montana and Republicans hold

[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Florida and Texas

[00:19:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Rick Scott and Ted Cruz if they both hold on to win reelection

[00:19:14] [SPEAKER_02]: Then and all things remaining the same with West Virginia going Republican because mansions not running again

[00:19:20] [SPEAKER_02]: And it's expected. I mean, that's like a Republican plus a billion state now

[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_02]: So, you know the only one that could win that state was mansions as a Democrat. So

[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_02]: With him gone that's going to go Republican. That's the idea and then

[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_02]: That leaves Montana with John Tester

[00:19:37] [SPEAKER_02]: And if he is defeated which it looks like according to the polling, that's the way it's trending for him

[00:19:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Then the Republicans win control of the Senate

[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_02]: And Democrats have said they will expand the Supreme Court and then pack it with a bunch of Democrats

[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_02]: So they will then get to reinterpret

[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Existing law overturn stuff and make law

[00:19:58] [SPEAKER_02]: They'll they can engage in all the judicial activism they want

[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And when it comes to this topic of immigration, here's Chuck Schumer

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_03]: The only way we're going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants the dreamers

[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_03]: And all of them because our ultimate goal is to help the dreamers

[00:20:15] [SPEAKER_03]: But get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here

[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_02]: So amnesty

[00:20:25] [SPEAKER_02]: so the thing that they have denied

[00:20:28] [SPEAKER_02]: For all these years that they want open borders and they want as many people to come in so they can give them

[00:20:34] [SPEAKER_02]: Amnesty so they can turn them into Democrat voters

[00:20:38] [SPEAKER_02]: And whenever we point this out they accuse us

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_02]: Of conspiracy theories or something

[00:20:45] [SPEAKER_02]: There he is saying it

[00:20:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Right there that's it

[00:20:48] [SPEAKER_02]: That we we got to get amnesty for all of these 11 million or however many there are

[00:20:53] [SPEAKER_02]: That's the that's the purpose

[00:20:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Next

[00:21:00] [SPEAKER_02]: This is from Chris Silliza

[00:21:02] [SPEAKER_02]: He is a columnist I want to say

[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not sure is he the Washington Post now

[00:21:08] [SPEAKER_02]: But he said he got a list of nine

[00:21:11] [SPEAKER_02]: He calls them areas or issues I guess

[00:21:14] [SPEAKER_02]: In which Harris has shifted views on her current position

[00:21:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Or her position is unknown

[00:21:21] [SPEAKER_02]: number one

[00:21:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Banning plastic straws for environmental concerns. She is no longer for it

[00:21:26] [SPEAKER_02]: According to a report in axios

[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_02]: now

[00:21:30] [SPEAKER_02]: You have to keep in mind here none of these reports

[00:21:34] [SPEAKER_02]: That cite her flipping or flopping

[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, none of these reports actually quote her

[00:21:41] [SPEAKER_02]: They're all just staffers aides consultants or whatever strategists. They're people in the campaign. It's never her

[00:21:48] [SPEAKER_02]: She she's never saying it herself. It's just people in the campaign anonymous sources inside the campaigns

[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_02]: So that's not actually

[00:21:57] [SPEAKER_02]: An admission that she has flip-flopped

[00:22:00] [SPEAKER_02]: But they rely on the media to carry their message

[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_02]: So they will anonymously say something to the media. Oh, she doesn't believe that anymore

[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_05]: Right because of course let's be clear my values have not changed right

[00:22:13] [SPEAKER_02]: So she could oh I was just some intern in the campaign said that I didn't say that

[00:22:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Where have I ever said I'm now

[00:22:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Against banning plastic straws

[00:22:23] [SPEAKER_02]: She wanted a mandate for automakers to only make electric and hydrogen vehicles by 2035

[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Again, the Harris campaign won't say whether she's still for it

[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Banning fracking because of concerns over global warming and potential water contamination now. She no longer favors a ban

[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_02]: A mandatory buyback program for assault weapons as part of her gun safety agenda. She has dropped this idea

[00:22:48] [SPEAKER_02]: Has she

[00:22:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Let's be clear my values have not changed

[00:22:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Decriminalizing crossing the border from a criminal offense to a civil one

[00:22:56] [SPEAKER_02]: She reportedly no longer supports that or does she don't know

[00:23:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Reparations for slavery which many progressives argued for during the 2020 primary

[00:23:05] [SPEAKER_02]: He says her position is unclear

[00:23:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Building a wall on the southwest border a defining trump promise that many democrats have fought

[00:23:13] [SPEAKER_02]: She accepted it as part of that bipartisan very bad border bill

[00:23:18] [SPEAKER_02]: That republicans killed and now of course she's using it in her ad campaign

[00:23:22] [SPEAKER_02]: The wall a federal jobs guarantee that was part of her green new deal proposal

[00:23:28] [SPEAKER_02]: She reportedly is no longer for that

[00:23:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Medicare for all which harris embraced in her first year as senator now. She has backed off this again

[00:23:36] [SPEAKER_02]: None of this is confirmed in any kind of an explanation by her

[00:23:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Except for the fracking thing where she was asked by dana bash about that and she just said well

[00:23:48] [SPEAKER_02]: We can get to our goals without banning. Okay, but how about regulating it out of existence? How about that? Not exactly a ban

[00:23:54] [SPEAKER_02]: You just make it unprofitable to operate them and to do the the fracking

[00:23:59] [SPEAKER_02]: All right

[00:23:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Hey real quick if you would like to get your product or service in front of about 10 000 people multiple times a day

[00:24:35] [SPEAKER_02]: On the email pete at the pete callinershow.com

[00:24:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Let me just go ahead and start reading them

[00:24:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, this is from joseph who says pete

[00:24:47] [SPEAKER_02]: I can see kamala cackling while saying it was a campaign. It was a campaign when asked about flip-flopping. Yeah

[00:24:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's what she said remember to uh, steven colbert

[00:24:57] [SPEAKER_02]: uh, when he asked her about why

[00:25:00] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, she called joe biden all of these nasty names and you know

[00:25:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Was just landing haymakers his teeth were like chicklets on the floor, which was just stupid stuff and

[00:25:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Kamala harris explained it quote-unquote explained it by just laughing her way through

[00:25:17] [SPEAKER_02]: It was a debate in other words

[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_02]: We lie

[00:25:22] [SPEAKER_02]: See I lie about everything in a debate. It's just debate stuff. We just lie. What are you talking about like?

[00:25:28] [SPEAKER_02]: So that's what she'll say now it was a campaign

[00:25:33] [SPEAKER_02]: um

[00:25:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Kamala's flip-flops this is from bob said spoken like a woman in a woman in 2019 2020 who suspected that she had reached a political ceiling

[00:25:46] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, denise says this upcoming debate is totally unfair to trump instead of a one-on-one debate. Trump has to debate one

[00:25:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Kamala as in before she was anointed and

[00:26:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh kamala b and then kamala a as in after she was anointed

[00:26:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Actually, I think she should have to publicly debate herself before she debates trump seems fair to me

[00:26:12] [SPEAKER_02]: As it stands now, it's one against two or at least give to kamala

[00:26:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Or at least give kamala two separate podiums to speak from something's got to give right

[00:26:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, and you're not even counting the moderators there too

[00:26:25] [SPEAKER_02]: um

[00:26:26] [SPEAKER_02]: Greg says this is on the um

[00:26:30] [SPEAKER_02]: The school shooter's father being charged

[00:26:34] [SPEAKER_02]: Because he gave the he gave his kid an ar-15 for christmas

[00:26:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Like two months after the fbi shows up saying your kid apparently made death threats against the school saying he's going to shoot the place up

[00:26:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Greg says as a former teenager

[00:26:52] [SPEAKER_02]: I am okay with buying guns for your kids. However, however

[00:26:57] [SPEAKER_02]: The only time that kid can access the gun is with dad

[00:27:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Around it is to be locked in a safe and the kid may not have access to that safe

[00:27:07] [SPEAKER_02]: The teenage mind is too volatile. They think the world ends when a girl breaks up with them

[00:27:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Access to guns is not a good idea under any circumstance for teenagers

[00:27:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Um ron wants to know does pam ever do news and bruise? Yes, uh, she does

[00:27:25] [SPEAKER_02]: Joseph it's a peat mail. I also advocate for holding politicians like andrew kwomo responsible for the people that they have killed

[00:27:35] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh from covet. Yeah

[00:27:38] [SPEAKER_02]: um

[00:27:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Regarding the waiting and traffic affecting people's votes today

[00:27:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh john in fort mill says what happens when disgruntled voters have to wait in line to vote

[00:27:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Will they stick it out just to stick it to trump? It's a good question. I don't know

[00:27:53] [SPEAKER_02]: uh

[00:27:55] [SPEAKER_02]: D k says

[00:27:56] [SPEAKER_02]: No matter how many people come into the usa day after day and year after year the illegal alien number democrats quote is always

[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_02]: About 11 million

[00:28:04] [SPEAKER_02]: We all know that it's multiples of that and the feds refuse to keep track of them after they enter

[00:28:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Somehow the 11 million number never budges

[00:28:14] [SPEAKER_02]: That's a good point

[00:28:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Speaking of which a venezuela national

[00:28:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Who is allegedly a ranking member of a well-known gang?

[00:28:23] [SPEAKER_02]: Was arrested in charlotte over the labor day weekend

[00:28:26] [SPEAKER_02]: Eliezer

[00:28:27] [SPEAKER_02]: kashogi

[00:28:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Mujica rojas also known as la fresa

[00:28:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Was arrested in charlotte on sunday

[00:28:35] [SPEAKER_02]: He is an alleged member a lieutenant of the venezuelan-based gang trend a ragua and was wanted in texas

[00:28:42] [SPEAKER_02]: He's accused of illegally entering the us in 2022 and then lying to get an employment authorization card

[00:28:49] [SPEAKER_02]: The man reportedly swam across the rio grand and entered the us near eagle past texas

[00:28:57] [SPEAKER_02]: He was first arrested in july of 2022

[00:29:01] [SPEAKER_02]: In florida based on domestic violence charges, but those charges were later dropped

[00:29:06] [SPEAKER_02]: He reportedly made an asylum claim in august of 2023

[00:29:13] [SPEAKER_02]: His employment authorization card was approved

[00:29:16] [SPEAKER_02]: this february

[00:29:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Authority says associated with crimes like homicide

[00:29:21] [SPEAKER_02]: kidnapping terrorism human trafficking drug trafficking

[00:29:26] [SPEAKER_02]: And he's accused of evading police in september of 2023

[00:29:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wait a minute evading police in september of 23, but somehow or another

[00:29:35] [SPEAKER_02]: He got an employment authorization card approved in february of 24

[00:29:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Hmm. So five months after evading police. Oh, also he was he had an arrest warrant issued in december

[00:29:49] [SPEAKER_02]: of 2023 yet still

[00:29:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Got himself an employment authorization card

[00:29:57] [SPEAKER_02]: meanwhile the united states has uh

[00:30:00] [SPEAKER_02]: arrested the peruvian gang leader

[00:30:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Of los killers

[00:30:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Wanted for 23 killings in his home country. This was up in new york

[00:30:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the immigration problem and it is a problem. It is a crisis

[00:30:17] [SPEAKER_02]: It's a problem for kamala harris, which is why

[00:30:22] [SPEAKER_02]: She put out the ad touting how tough she is

[00:30:26] [SPEAKER_02]: with images of the border wall

[00:30:29] [SPEAKER_02]: And donald trump proven correct once again when he said quote, they're not sending us their best

[00:30:35] [SPEAKER_02]: All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening
