[00:00:23] This podcast is also supported by North. Okay, so just want to get that on the record, too. There's been no endorsement by Donald Trump that we are aware of, and he's not planning
[00:01:42] any speeches, I think, at any Republican conventions anytime soon.
[00:01:48] That appears to be correct. a week or inside of that even. So, conceptually it's fine. I have early voted myself on a number of occasions, but I think we've got to shrink the window. I am in favor of day of election voting. I think that that helps to increase the voter integrity. Although I wish that North Carolina would do away with same day voter registration because theoretically someone who's not a citizen
[00:03:03] could come in and register that day and vote. We could really get off on some topics here. you go back and look what happened in twenty twenty i mean president trump was winning by a landslide if people blame these machines the machines are not perfect and again there are their problems in machines and i think the machines were generally calibrated uh... to favor by and by the way it's not just a million there's yes and s and heart intersivic there three major uh... voting machines that are used throughout the united states
[00:04:21] uh... i think they thought
[00:04:23] by the wind
[00:04:25] by ten o'clock but trump was as the polls close and a lot of states that you just mentioned, they don't start even counting the early votes absentee ballots until the polls close.
[00:05:45] So what happens is the red mirage, trust in the electoral system. And when you have six states shut down, like we saw in 2020, that is unprecedented. Historically unprecedented. And here comes the vote theory. And I know for a fact, in Michigan, for example, I was interviewing some of our Republican poll workers, and in fact took some affidavits.
[00:07:01] And we were seeing absentee ballots for military members as you know, and spent a total of 16 years in the Navy Bob active, most of the rest of the time was resurver and had been involved in a number of, you know, high-profile cases since getting out. I was involved, for example, in the pardon of
[00:08:21] Lieutenant Clinton Rance. You've heard about that probably came out was at the end of the COVID scare when we didn't know who's going to be in theaters. But so I've been involved in that. I was able to get the House Armed Services Committee when Matt Thormberry was chair to start an internal investigation through former Congressman boy so i'm a country boy heart despite all the other stuff i just told you i got you uh... the website is brown for nc dot com don browns my guest don brownies running for congress this is the uh... the eighth congressional district right um... which i used to know all the districts were but after several years of litigation i
[00:11:03] no longer i i know we have fourteen right i don't so what are the what are the got Scotland and you've got Robison and so I've been under Robison County twice the last few days. It's got about a two hour drive, an hour and a half depending on traffic and everything but it's a pretty big district. Yeah. Geographic wise and most of the population is up here but they're good sort of to the earth people in every one of those counties and we're very, very concerned about keeping
[00:12:22] the regulatory of state off their backs.
[00:12:25] We're concerned about the Lumbee getting the Lumbee Fairness Act passed. who would support the calling of a convention of states and article five convention in order to uh... get congress to uh... pick up certain items right and that i recall you did you were not in support of that that that is problem with a one-minute gone to type of what i'll have i'll love what bt did
[00:13:40] and i thank you
[00:13:41] there wasn't enough time for an adequate explanation right
[00:13:44] which i did the follow up to propose a line item veto amendment so that a why i i couldn't give you a flat up straight answer when we go to those i don't i don't know what type of amendment you're talking about as did argue that's there ignoring the constitution anyway which is true uh... you know look at look for example i mentioned a moment ago article four section for says the united states shall give the states not only republican former government shall protect the states against invasion
[00:16:20] so that means every branch of the government the president
[00:16:23] the congress and the supreme court have a constitution response to the sub
[00:16:27] responsibility to protect against invasion you don't have to have passing some sort of bill like the Senate messed around with these, you know, I don't call it the the Democrat open border policy. I call the Democrat rhino of a border policy. Democrat rhino, because you had a bunch of rhinos in the dog-on-senet collaborating with the Democrats saying, hey, oh, you will close the border if you spend 90 something billion on Ukraine. And by the way, if there's an emergency, you can still have five, they're
[00:17:43] not serious about closing the border. We once a year. So there you go. Thank you, William. Just once a year though, William. I want to be peace guests every week. Come on, William, but thank you very much for this comments. I appreciate you, man. So what is one guy in Congress?
[00:19:03] What kind of impact can you have? I love having conversations about a constitution. I love the constitution. I'm a student in the constitution. But we don't know who we are. We think we're a democracy. We are a constitution republic, Article 4, Section 4, which is Hallmark by checks and balances. You know, presidential veto, Congress is going to run the veto, Congress engages in taxes, you know, Supreme Court has its role.
[00:20:22] And then there is the great electoral college, which is one of the greatest checks and balances
[00:20:26] in the most.
[00:21:40] No, I like something the most.
[00:21:41] Everybody wants, you know, so how do you separate?
[00:21:44] We have to first understand that these problems called a central bank digital currency. And when they do that, you think if they had control back during COVID, when they were forcing people to wear useless mask and line, you took the vaccination, you won't get to COVID. And then when you get the COVID, oh, I'm glad I had the vaccination. A lot of you know what's off.
[00:23:00] You think they had control then.
[00:23:01] That was a test run for what happens when they destroy the dollar and replace it with
[00:23:06] a central bank digital currency. have been abusing the court system for years. You go back to Tom DeLay, they went after him. He led the impeachment against Clinton. They couldn't defeat him. He was winning 70% of his constituents down in Houston, being reelected. They get him convicted. He has the conviction over turned $11 million later. The former governor of Virginia, Bob McDonald and his wife, Margaret, there was a law in Virginia that said, hey, a governor can accept
[00:24:23] a gift as long as properly reported. That's what McDonald did. The same line of the movie, they were drawing him and quartering him. Yeah. And he screams freedom, freedom. That's what this is about. American nationalism, undergirded by the Constitution is about freedom. One world government philosophy, undergirded by secular humanism is about tyranny and government control. So sometimes when I speak,
[00:25:44] I close my speeches with six semper tyrannis, dust over to ty sleep. That's part of it. If you seem to sound of freedom, you see when you look at the border crisis, as I've said before, it's not about poor medicine guy waiting across the Rio Grande who gets the job for 10 bucks an hour painting your fence. That guy should obey United States law. But we've got a three full crisis to the border. We've got fentanyl, we've got child sex trafficking,
[00:27:00] and we have sleeper sales, okay?
[00:27:02] So I'm proposing and I will write proposed the death penalty
[00:27:05] for anybody engaging child sex trafficking, second amendment if they brought a k-47s over here and a hundred and seven thousand americans were killed in one year can you imagine the hue in the cry they would go ballistic this fintan is a chemical weapon it's not a drug it's chemical weapon so these these are an example of how i will put meat on that another thing i will prosecute i will i will propose rogue prosecutor laws to
[00:28:22] prosecute the likes of jack smith and this banny will us that i heard you Carolina Readiness Supply at CarolinaReadiness.com, whether you're looking to expand your emergency preparedness supplies, or you have no idea where to even begin, Carolina Readiness Supply can help you. Quote, anyone who covers this White House knows he's showing the signs of his age. He whispers, he shuffles, he misremembers.
