[00:01:44] And it, I've never seen anything like one of the exchanges that occurred between two of

[00:01:49] the witnesses at the table.

[00:01:50] So remember, you've got Tony Bobbalinsky, former business partner of Hunter Biden.

[00:01:55] You've got Lev Parnas who used to work for Rudy Giuliani and then got charged with a

[00:02:01] bunch of election fraud, financing fraud and stuff and served some time then rolled over

[00:02:10] and now he's you know anti-Trump.

[00:02:11] He's originally from Ukraine.

[00:02:13] That's important for a reason you'll hear later on.

[00:02:15] And then there's a fellow by the name of Jason Galanis who is currently incarcerated.

[00:02:20] He is a former business partner of Hunter Biden.

[00:02:23] Okay, so those are the three witnesses.

[00:02:26] Devon Archer, another business partner of Hunter Biden did not show nor did Hunter Biden

[00:02:30] himself.

[00:02:31] Okay, so let's start with representative Dan Goldman or as I call him Dan Goldman.

[00:02:37] He's a Democrat.

[00:02:38] He's a lawyer.

[00:02:39] He first kind of rose to prominence before he became an elected official.

[00:02:42] He was one of the lawyers who were working for the Democrats on the impeachment stuff.

[00:02:48] And so he got a lot of face time and then he parlayed that into a run for Congress.

[00:02:53] And so he gets a couple of shots at Bobbalinsky and Galanis to you know people yield him

[00:02:59] the time because he's a lawyer and he knows what he's doing and he led impeachment and blah,

[00:03:03] blah, blah.

[00:03:04] So he brings behind him a fellow holding a very, very enlarged blurry photo held up behind

[00:03:12] Goldman and Goldman tries to get Hunter Biden's former business partner Tony Bobbalinsky

[00:03:18] to admit that it was a photo of Mark Meadows, Trump's chief of staff, former congressman

[00:03:26] from North Carolina.

[00:03:27] Right?

[00:03:28] Wearing a red I guess mega hat that that's Mark Meadows and Bobbalinsky at a Trump rally

[00:03:33] in Georgia.

[00:03:34] That's what he's trying to get Bobbalinsky to admit that this is the picture of you and

[00:03:39] Meadows except you really can't tell anything from the photo because it's so blurry and

[00:03:46] blown up but the photo was allegedly taken by Cassidy Hutchinson who was Mark Meadows's

[00:03:52] former assistant.

[00:03:54] And she flipped, you'll recall for the J6 committee she has a book out now and she claims

[00:03:59] that Meadows handed Bobbalinsky some envelope of something.

[00:04:03] I don't know what's supposed to be in it not sure money or I don't know.

[00:04:07] That's the allegation.

[00:04:08] Bobbalinsky says that's a lie and this is how it proceeded.

[00:09:45] Without the support of the United States and NATO, millions in Ukraine will suffer and

[00:09:50] If we allow Russia to defeat Ukraine, eventually that suffering will reach American shores.

[00:21:28] to my lawyers and I asked them something doesn't start in a feel on right and they went

[00:21:33] and hired another law firm to give me a full FCPA workup to go through the details of

[00:21:38] what could be done and what couldn't be done.

[00:26:29] Mr. Bob Linsky, Hunter Biden portrayed Chairman Yee, the chairman of CFC, two Jim Biden

[00:26:41] Not only is it accurate and it wasn't just Hunter Biden, it was James Gailier, Rob Walker.

[00:26:46] I wouldn't have used the word protiche.

[00:26:48] They just basically, you don't run China's largest state-owned energy company with

[00:26:52] out being close to Chairman.

[00:26:54] Correct.

[00:26:55] Fair enough.

[00:26:56] And by the mid 2000s, Chairman Yee ran a business empire estimated as much as you can

[00:27:02] estimate a Chinese state-owned enterprise.

[00:27:04] Tens of billions including and from an national security standpoint, this is the critical

[00:27:09] piece here including implementing China's Belt and Road initiative.

[00:27:13] Not just all over the world right here in the United States, is that accurate?

[00:27:17] 100%.

[00:27:18] So CFC was effectively the shadow arm of the Chinese government deploying tens of billions

[00:27:24] of dollars around the world, very well documented.

[00:27:27] And it's peak I think it was doing $50 billion of revenue per year, one of the top five largest

[00:27:32] diplomacy where they are taking electrical grids, they are bribing officials.

[00:27:37] They take us collateral, not just grids, ports, airports, key infrastructure that the Chinese

[00:27:44] government could then leverage and use against any country but also here in the United States.

[00:27:50] I mean, that's how the Belt and Road initiative works.

[00:27:53] Heck, I was just in the Armed Services Committee with a Commander of Endo Peicom, our Pacific

[00:27:58] Command talking about how China is basically gobbling up infrastructure around the world

[00:28:05] including here.

[00:28:07] So this is the key.

[00:28:09] This is why it's so scary right?

[00:28:13] Because you've got people and there are all levels of the government that have been taken

[00:28:18] the money.

[00:28:19] And this is part of the Chinese debt diplomacy, Belt and Road initiative where they come

[00:28:26] in, they offer you low interest loans or whatever, you put a collateral, maybe it's the

[00:28:32] asset they build like an airport or docs, shipyards or something.

[00:28:39] And then you can't pay it back because it's got some escalation clause or something or

[00:28:44] it's Chinese construction so it's probably not built very well.

[00:28:47] I kid, I kid.

[00:28:50] Well they did offer them an extended warranty but no and then they repossess it.

[00:28:55] They come in and they take it over.

[00:28:57] And now they've essentially built an airport in your country.

[00:29:01] Now they control your shipyards and docs, right?

[00:29:04] That's the concern here.

[00:29:07] Why the mid, what 2015, 2016, Hunter Biden's developed a very lucrative business relationship

[00:29:16] by 2017.

[00:29:18] Hunter Biden's forward such a partnership with Chairman, yay that he planned to share an

[00:29:22] office space with him and then just removed Vice President Biden at the House of Sweden

[00:29:30] and Washington DC, correct?

[00:29:32] Correct.

[00:29:34] So here's what's interesting.

[00:29:36] Building on Chairman Fox's question within days of him leaving the Vice Presidency, ostensibly

[00:29:43] for work performed three million dollars flows through these shell companies that we've

[00:29:49] depicted here.

[00:29:50] Look at that.

[00:29:51] I mean you could see how complicated this is but the key piece is the flow to Halle Biden

[00:29:58] to Jim and Sarah Biden, to Hunter Biden and his various affiliates.

[00:30:03] And the kicker here Mr. Chairman is that we know Hunter is then complaining about paying

[00:30:11] all his dad's bills.

[00:30:12] He's complaining to the other relatives saying you free loaders, I'm having to use all this

[00:30:16] money to pay the big guy's bills, house renovations and all kinds of things, correct?

[00:30:21] Correct.

[00:30:22] Correct.

[00:30:23] And for the American people to understand, the three million dollars was three of twenty

[00:30:27] million dollars that the Biden's expected to be paid for the work in 2015 and 2000.

[00:30:33] Mr. Chairman.

[00:30:34] And that's not just my word that is documented.

[00:30:36] That's all document and bank records, text messages, emails and Mr. Chairman.

[00:30:41] Bob Menendez's wife can't get paid by the Egyptians and then provide that money over

[00:30:47] to pay go barbabs, Senator Menendez's bills.

[00:30:52] I can't have my daughter get paid by, I don't know, Kazakhstan, Russia and China and then

[00:30:57] pay my bills.

[00:30:59] And we know also that they had combing gold funds with the vice president of the United States

[00:31:03] when we talk about crimes.

[00:31:05] Let's talk about the crimes.

[00:31:06] We know he perjured himself, that's a crime.

[00:31:09] We know he was acting as a foreign agent.

[00:31:12] And was he registered under fora?

[00:31:14] Was he registered as a foreign agent?

[00:31:16] Was his dad complicit in him acting as a foreign agent through meetings and denners and

[00:31:21] what have you?

[00:31:22] That's crime.

[00:31:23] That's crime number two, he was clearly acting in that capacity.

[00:31:27] We have the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and we already have them thanks to the work of

[00:31:32] this committee for tax evasion.

[00:31:34] So Mr. Chairman there are multiple crimes that this committee has established ample evidence.

[00:31:42] We must move to impeachment.

[00:31:45] We cannot allow this to stand and I look forward to seeing those references to the Department

[00:31:50] of Justices for this alone.

[00:31:52] This is a critical national security issue.

[00:31:54] The Chinese Communist Party call it the Prinslings.

[00:31:58] They don't go after the principal, they want to influence, they go through the sun and

[00:32:01] it is right out of their playbook and they've done it at the highest levels of the United

[00:32:06] States government.

[00:32:07] All right.

[00:32:08] And then finally Matt Gaetz wraps it up by going back around to Bob Olinsky and I thought

[00:32:13] he actually had one of the best questions I've heard in a very long time at a congressional

[00:32:19] hearing.

[00:32:20] Matt Gaetz did.

[00:32:21] I know you know me, I'm not a huge Matt Gaetz fan but I thought he had a really good question

[00:32:26] here for Bob Olinsky which shed light on Bob Olinsky's thinking at the time and also I think

[00:32:35] he brought into focus what is it stake and what the purpose of all of this is and the

[00:32:40] real danger that Bob Olinsky saw and that I see and that doesn't seem to be breaking

[00:32:46] through because Democrats keep talking about how there's no evidence, no evidence and

[00:32:50] there is evidence.

[00:32:52] Here is Gaetz again.

[00:32:53] There's serious business person Mr. Bob Olinsky right?

[00:32:56] I am unlike the convicted felon next to you.

[00:33:00] You've served in the military, right?

[00:33:03] Correct.

[00:33:04] You've done big deals, complicated deals, deals that involved foreign businesses, right?

[00:33:11] Correct.

[00:33:12] And so what I'm trying to figure out is when you came to realize that you showed up at

[00:33:17] the wrong party because you kind of strike me as a guy who showed up to do a legitimate

[00:33:22] business deal and you ended up instead at a bribe.

[00:33:27] And so as you're looking at CEC, as you're having this meeting with Joe Biden, as Hunter

[00:33:33] Biden is introducing you to his web of contacts, when did you go from serious business man,

[00:33:40] Tony Bob Olinsky working to make a buck in a capitalist system to a guy worried that

[00:33:46] you had been unwittingly ensnared into Hunter and Joe Biden's bribe operation with the Chinese

[00:33:52] Communist Party?

[00:33:53] I appreciate the question.

[00:33:54] That's a great question.

[00:33:55] It wasn't an aha moment.

[00:33:56] It was more of a process.

[00:33:58] I am a serious businessman demonstrated by the different deals I've done around the

[00:34:02] world and the success of them, but it started.

[00:34:05] Remember the Biden family wasn't my entry into this James Gilear who I'd known for over

[00:34:10] 10 years who traveled the world doing business kept trying to get me involved.

[00:34:14] I really had no interest, no interest.

[00:34:16] I got, I sat down in the spring of 2017 to walk through things and then I quickly

[00:34:22] put together two businesses, Sino-Hokinonita.

[00:34:26] After the meetings in Los Angeles with Hunter and Joe Biden, it started, sort of bells

[00:34:33] and whistles started to go off when Jim Biden used the term plausible deniability.

[00:34:37] Plausible deniability is the first moment straight from the lips of Jim Biden right on

[00:34:42] the heels of your discussion with Joe Biden where you start to think this might not be

[00:34:47] legit.

[00:34:48] Correct.

[00:34:49] At the time could have tested that because I reached out to them saying, listen, I'm

[00:34:53] a former naval officer.

[00:34:55] I held a Q security clearance.

[00:34:57] I couldn't collect.

[00:34:58] Somebody couldn't take me to dinner for $50.

[00:35:01] This just does not make sense to me.

[00:35:03] But you proceed.

[00:35:04] But you proceed and then later this thing starts to get a lot uglier.

[00:35:08] What's the moment you go from okay your spidey senses are up, you're analyzing this

[00:35:12] to now you know this is a crime that you are bearing witness to?

[00:35:15] The end of July when the Biden family put them right front and center in the middle of

[00:35:21] a $9 billion transaction between the Russian state-owned energy company Rosneft and CFC

[00:35:29] a surrogate for the Chinese Communist Party.

[00:35:31] And was there ever a time in the deals you were involved in where you started to see the

[00:35:36] money move around the legitimate business enterprise and toward the pockets of the

[00:35:42] Biden's?

[00:35:43] Well the challenge Mr. Gates with that is at the time they move the money right you guys

[00:35:48] have the text messages where Hunter Biden shook down director Zang but I was not aware

[00:35:53] of that.

[00:35:54] I spent a year asking questions of this doesn't make sense to me whereas the money I stepped

[00:36:00] in and had lawyers work to dissolve the two entities.

[00:36:03] I didn't know till years later that they had defrauded me they had gotten paid all this

[00:36:07] money and all this craziness.

[00:36:09] It seems pretty simple this is either a bribe or a business it was a bribe from the Chinese

[00:36:14] Communist Party.

[00:36:15] Right okay so this is one of the things that Democrats attacked Bob Olinsky over they

[00:36:21] would say it's never directly to him but they would characterize him as he's disgruntled

[00:36:26] that oh they you know he wanted to be in the Biden's orbit and they never let him in

[00:36:31] and then you know he had a failed business deal with them and so he's like going after

[00:36:34] them for vengeance or something but what he is just described there was that they siphoned

[00:36:40] money out of whatever this legitimate deal was that he thought he was working on and

[00:36:44] they kept it right they shook down the Chinese business partner slash government official

[00:36:53] they shook them down get our money right we're sitting here I'm sitting here with dad

[00:36:56] and you know you better give us our money and then lo and behold the money comes through

[00:37:01] the portoni doesn't get any of it he has to dissolve the two companies and he never got

[00:37:06] paid and I don't say that lightly there's 1200 pages eight days of testimony in the southern

[00:37:16] district of New York I encourage everyone watching me hearing me say this they're publicly

[00:37:21] available go read them our Department of Justice outlines an intimate detail the corruption

[00:37:28] and bribes that cfc was deploying to political officials all over the world it wasn't

[00:37:33] all I'm going to believe that they did this in every other country but with the Biden family

[00:37:38] it was pristine it was an actual clean business that's absurd and you came to know that

[00:37:44] and that's when you blew the whistle right that's when you started to get to get worried

[00:37:48] when you saw Joe Biden away from it there's the whistleblowers I can't give them kudos

[00:37:52] enough for the bravery and the risk they put their family in they published stuff where

[00:37:57] I am voicing the concern of the rosnift deal and you animated your concerns when you saw

[00:38:02] that this wasn't just a corrupt bribe a corrupt business deal happening to a guy who used

[00:38:07] to be vice president when you see that Joe everyone's made a big deal like you're a bad

[00:38:10] guy that you showed up at the debate or you're trying to give life to these facts that you've

[00:38:16] observed that it's so bad that you did that during a political contest but observing this

[00:38:22] it kind of seems like it would be unpatriotic for you to stay quiet of course and so I mean

[00:38:27] Joe Biden running for president clearly motivated the Chinese to consummate this bribe did

[00:38:33] it also motivate you well I didn't want to go public I wanted to simply unload all the

[00:38:39] facts personal experiences it's funny there's 18 people in this committee with law degrees

[00:38:44] including I think Mr. Swallow evidence first hand testimony is the most powerful evidence

[00:38:50] you have I've given it Mr. Galanis has given it along with a whole host of other witnesses then

[00:38:57] on top of that I have thousands of documents and pages of of legals and stuff like that

[00:39:03] well that's what I wanted to simply give this information yeah Congress and Senator

[00:39:07] don't question any of your facts no one brought a single piece of evidence that in that even for

[00:39:12] a moment discredited any of the truthful testimony that you've given us know they didn't

[00:39:16] expire to you back to the man yields back all right there you go that was it I thought like that

[00:39:22] that exchange right there I thought was was pretty powerful and he strikes me as an as an honest

[00:39:29] broker he does Tony Bobo Linsky the you know the fund saying his name aside he strikes me as a

[00:39:38] as an honest broker and if Republicans were smart they would be taking that those comments

[00:39:46] and they would be amplifying those comments instead of the you know the preening speeches and such

[00:39:52] because this is like the Democrats want to minimize this and make jokes about all of this stuff

[00:39:56] and Marjorie Taylor Greene holding up the you know the salacious pictures and stuff of Hunter Biden

[00:40:01] from the laptop it's not that's all distraction the key here is what Bobo Linsky just said like

[00:40:08] they're compromised right they've done this the Chinese CFC has done this to foreign governments

[00:40:16] and and officials all over the world why do you think they wouldn't have done it here to our guys

[00:40:23] right that are in business with them that I am telling you we were working on deals with them

[00:40:30] and there is actually as the Congressman Walt said there's a strategy they call it the

[00:40:36] prinsling strategy where you don't go after the top guy you go after their kids because they'll do

[00:40:42] anything to save their kids you know they may not be they may take the take the hit why they'll

[00:40:48] like you know what I don't care you know I messed up you know burn me to the ground that's fine

[00:40:53] just as long as my kids you know they can have a life afterwards but you get the kids jammed up

[00:40:59] and now the parents will do anything to get the kids out why wouldn't they do it to us
