All right, so last hour I talked about the report on debanking that dropped yesterday, published by the U.S. government, that shows the truly massive scale at which conservatives and Christians were targeted by banks for, quote-unquote, debanking, discrimination, basically. Viewpoint, religious, political discrimination. That's what occurred, right? And these banks, these people that worked inside of these ESG departments, these people would go and investigate their own clients, their own customers, right? If they found, if they were running some sort of flagging operation, they do keyword searches. Oh, my gosh, I found an LLC set up by, you know, well, Pete Callener, And Pete's got an LLC and it's called MAGA Merch LLC. And he's selling bumper stickers and Donald Trump t-shirts. We're going to cancel his account. We're going to debank him. You can no longer do business with our bank. We don't want you as a customer. Simply because I'm selling MAGA hats. Or I'm anti-abortion. Or I believe in traditional marriage and I have a nonprofit that I've been running and no, no, that's not allowed anymore. Right? This is, this is an authoritarian tyrannical mindset. That's what we're up against. Almost all the topics I do on this show for years, they always had, well, okay. Aside from like the, the, the mayonnaise thing, as the superior condiment to all others, aside from that one. Everything is, I approach all of this stuff through that same sort of lens. Because that's who I recognize. When there are people, and maybe it's just my, you know, nascent oppositional defiance disorder, I am a bit of a contrarian, I have been told. And maybe that's where this comes from. But when people try to tell me what I can and cannot do and what I can and cannot say, what I can't believe in or what I can't reject, I bristle at this because I recognize it for what it is, which is you trying to force me to do something with which I disagree. And that is at the core of leftism. It is. This is at the core is that you are not an individual. with your own unalienable rights, with your own individual beliefs that you can live out in practice in your own life, right? You are simply a part of a larger machine. You subordinate yourself to the system. That's what all of this stuff has in common. So we go over the debanking stuff in this report from the last hour, 639,000 people or complaints that were investigated, tens of thousands of documents reviewed. That's not all. Do you remember, oh, those heady days? Do you remember the rise of the school board meeting protests, parents that were angry at critical race theory stuff getting jammed down their kids' throats? Remember all of that? So get this, earlier this month, there was a report published about what exactly the Biden administration did. And let's be clear, Biden didn't know that all of this stuff was going on, right? I don't believe that. Like, I do not hold the idea that Biden was in cognitive decline, but also aware of everything that all of his minions were doing, because that to me, that doesn't make sense. I believe he was He was carted around like a weekend at Bernie's prop. And, you know, he was a figurehead. And, yeah, they would include him on some stuff. They'd push him out onto stage, watch him trip over some sandbags and the like, maybe fall off of a bicycle. But he was not involved in the minutia of all of this stuff. He had all these people around him, and they just ran wild. I think that's a more believable, more logical theory, right, of what was occurring. And the people that were running wild were going as far left as fast as they could. And we got a glimpse of the utopia that these people imagine. And it was debanking conservatives, right? It was attempting to bankrupt Donald Trump, throw him in prison for the rest of his life, seize all of his properties and businesses, right? We saw that. And it was going after parents who objected to their kids being shown essentially porn in their schools, in their school libraries. No, I don't want my child to do these privilege walks. No, we should not be viewing everybody primarily through the prism of race. We should not be telling certain groups of kids they are oppressors or other kids that they are the oppressed based simply on the immutable characteristic of their skin pigmentation. These are not things that are helpful to the society, but also not helpful to the child, not helpful to a human being to tell them that they are constantly the victim and nothing you do will ever get you ahead. That is blackpilling people. It's the same thing that the right is doing to itself as well. That's why I push back on this crap from the right when they do it. This idea, oh, everybody's out together. They're all keeping us down. There's nothing I can do. You are just surrendering agency. And I don't know why people, I do. I actually, I do know why people do it. Because it's easy. And it makes, there is some comfort there. There's some comfort that none of my problems are of my own doing. So therefore, I don't have to make any changes in my own life. I don't have to do any difficult things to change my own station, right? I can just blame everybody else, complain about it all the time, and then I feel better. While never actually improving your circumstances. It's easier. It is. It's easier to stay at home, not go vote, not volunteer for any local civic organizations or churches or nonprofits or political campaigns, right? It's easier. I get it. It's easier to sit around, not do anything, maybe doom scroll for a couple hours a day and post some stuff on Facebook. Or TikTok or wherever. That's easier. I get it. But you're not helping yourself and you're not helping the society. You're surrendering. Because there are people on the other side of this political aisle that are very motivated. See, because they need you. See, that's the thing about Marxism and Marxists. They need you. just like in Atlas Shrugged, right? They need you to keep producing. So you sitting at home and not caring about, you know, who's governing you and the regulatory regime that they want to construct that will indenture you to their system so they can just like attend rallies and marches and make up songs. Oh, speaking of making up songs here, I just came across this. They got a new protest song, apparently, in New York. These are the DSA folks in New York. When there's no NYPD Oh, when there's no NYPD They're all women. How I want to be in that number When there's no NYPD. Oh, when there's. I mean, okay. So the, the lyric there is when there's no NYPD. Oh Lord, I want to be in that number. Like, I don't know what number you're talking about. Maybe like a statistic of murders or rapes or something, but so they're saying when there's no NYPD. And then the other verse starts off when the revolution comes. I'm not sure how clearer they need to be for us. Thank you sir you know the more i think about this uh... this whole d s a uh... socialism alleged socialism thing in america for the only conclude in stepping back and looking at the big picture is upon studying history there's really no difference between what's been happening in America and what happened in Germany before, well, Adolf began to implement his Menkampf. Yeah, there are a lot of similarities between the Weimar Republic and our current state. When you start taking people's liberties away by saying, no, you can't bank because you don't think this way, that's pretty, pretty mucked up. Yeah, you start othering people and denying them rights and access to the economy and the society and, you know, places of public gathering or whatever, like you start othering people and you codify this stuff and it becomes sort of built into the society, then, yeah, then you can start justifying all sorts of other more egregious things against those people as well. Yeah, it's not a good path at all, at all. So how do we stop it is the big question. Well, I think you can do your part right now by voting. Absolutely. Yeah, that's one of the ways that you push back on this stuff is you don't give them any sniff at power. I don't know that this is a good question or not, but are Dominion voting machines trustworthy? Do we have Dominion voting machines? No. Yeah, I poll watched back in March, and oh yeah, oh yeah, a bunch of them. Well, did you find anything untrustworthy while you were there? I was only an observer. I could only observe, literally couldn't touch anything. And this is right here in this state of North Carolina, in one of the 100 districts of voting areas. And the most interesting thing to me, so I, you know, the person who's overseeing what I'm doing told me to take a picture of the counter before and after. But I also saw people, I observed people driving up in vehicles, and they did not have appropriate identification and so forth, but they were still allowed to vote on a digital pad. Now, I just find all of those are provisional voters. Well, that's what they call them. Yeah. Yeah. That's what they call it. But JP, I look, okay. I don't know every single, every single theory that you may have about the voting, the election system. Like I can't go through every single theory that you've got here. Cause you went from dominion voting. Now you're on this, the, the, the, the iPads or whatever. So like, I can't run through every single thing because I don't know what you saw. I don't know all of the different, I don't know where you were. I don't know what all the incidents are about. Right. So what, but, if you're trying to make the case that people need to go and vote in order to try to stop this thing that you don't want happening from happening, I don't think it's a great idea to then turn around and say, yeah, but why bother voting because everything's rigged, right? Well, ask for a paper ballot. Well, that's fine. You can advocate for paper ballots. I'm not saying you can't do that. However, what you're also indicating is that Everything is rigged anyway, so you're not going to be able to get people to implement a paper ballot system unless you put people in office under the current system. Does that make sense? It does. The one thing that I would leave, encourage you to, there are three issues on this. the voting ballot and people need to really be educated on them. Yeah. I spent, uh, I spent over an hour talking about it on Monday. I spent another 20 minutes in the first hour talking about the three amendments today. Vote yes on all three. Don't stop. Don't stop. Cause people need to know. And yeah, no, I answered the texts. Yeah. I answered the texts as well. I mean, capping income tax rates, capping property tax increases and man and mandating voter ID for absentees. Absolutely. Put them all in the constitution. I don't even know why people are wondering about these questions. Like I haven't heard. What's that? I said, right. No, you're right. Yeah. Like I'm getting questions from people and I don't understand. Like the language is pretty clear. Like, do you want, do you want in the, in the event Democrats retake control of the state, do you want them to be able to raise the income tax rates above, above the current three and a half percent? No. So, all right. Vote yes on the, on the amendments. Like to me, it's pretty clear. It is. But, you know, I've been told for years by business coaches, you've got to talk to people as if they're in third to fifth grade. So keep it up. All right, JP, I appreciate the call. Take it easy. Let me jump over and talk with Ernest. Hello, Ernest. Pete, thank you for taking my call. One quick comment, then I'd like to get into the real reason I called you. Look, if you want to stop left-wing banking abuses like we've seen from Bank of America, you've got to put people in jail. And it's a simple thing. If you want to stop this open border every time the Democrats... would get in power and try to put another $ 10 million in. You've got to prosecute these people and put them in jail for that. They wouldn't go to the American people to vote for it, so they're doing it on the side. So I made that argument in the first hour of the program. We spent the whole first hour talking about the Bank of America fines. I'm re- supporting that. But look, I hear all this doom and gloom about the Democrats taking the House and the Democrats taking the Senate. Maybe a civics lesson would be good for people, because if they do achieve those goals... It's going to be bittersweet or it could be the worst nightmare they had when the chickens come home to roost because they will not have the executive branch or the judicial branch. They will not have the Department of Justice. They're going to have infighting between the so-called moderates and all of these left-wingers that are trying to become moderate by disavowing everything they've said to try to get elected. They're going to push through bills that the American people don't support. And Donald Trump is probably going to go before the cameras and take his pen and veto this, explaining to the American people, this legislature voted for this. This congressman voted for it. He told you he didn't like this. He told. If they don't have the executive branch, they're not going to push through their agenda. Yeah, they'll have the power to subpoena. Yeah, but they'll have the power to impeach. They'll have to rely on the Department of Justice. They'll have the power to impeach. They'll have the power of the purse strings and the people like in North Carolina, this U.S. Senate race. Whoever we elect to this Senate seat, they're going to be there for six years after Donald Trump is long gone. They can impeach all day long, but they have to achieve getting him out of office on that basis, and there's no way they're going to be able to do that. You sure about that? You sure there wouldn't? You sure? Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. You think that if Democrats secure, let's say, 52 of the seats in the Senate, you think that they wouldn't be able to peel off eight Republicans to vote to take out a lame duck Donald Trump? No, I don't think that. And besides, I think Trump, if Trump was smart, he would announce he was going to resign office before the end of his term. Why would... That way- So you let J.D. Vance run as an incumbent with this economy? Well, again, my point for you is no one's talking about the reality of what it's going to mean in terms of legislation for these social Democrats. And also, in order to get these bills, they're going to have to move back way left of center and expose themselves. It's going to be a reality check for the American people to see who they exactly have put in office and what their purposes are. And that's what I'm saying. It's not easy for them. And then they will also campaign on, these are the things that we wanted to do and we weren't able to do, so we need the White House again. And the historical odds would be in their favor. The historical odds would be that a Democrat would win in 2028. Well, that may be. Yeah. See, so that's why, like, I'm fighting every fight along the way. I'm not giving up the House and the Senate races without a fight. I'm going to fight all the way through. And if we lose, we lose. That's fine. Not fine. It's not going to be fine. But I recognize the power of the executive branch. Absolutely. However, I also recognize the power of the Article 2 branch. or the Article I branch, and that to me is pretty powerful, and they could just slow down everything the executive branch wants to do. And also, if they keep their power, if they get into power, and then they're able to solidify that in the 28 election, then we're in real trouble. I'm looking at a longer game here than just that. Ernest, I appreciate the call. All right, real quick. Every government number gets revised, right? Every projection gets walked back. Gold does not file corrections like GovCo. Five years ago, then Attorney General Merrick Garland, St. Merrick Garland, peace be upon him, released his memorandum laying out what his corrupt Department of Justice could do to assist in investigating and prosecuting the parents accused of being domestic terrorists. What did they do to earn such a designation? Well, they spoke out against far-left initiatives and draconian COVID policies at school board meetings. The Democrat AG's memo followed a National School Boards Association letter that begged President Biden and his politically driven DOJ to recognize the quote-unquote immediate threat that these parents pose to America's public schools and their leaders. The letter urged Biden to treat the parents' confrontational behavior like it was, quote, equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism. Right. Being angry at a school board meeting. I mean, I thought that was as American as apple pie, but no, that's domestic terrorism. We know that the NSBA, the school board association, got a wave of criticism from various affiliates and they were forced to apologize for the letter. that was penned by the association president, Viola Garcia, and interim CEO, Chip Slavin. The association acknowledged, quote, there was no justification for some of the language included in the letter, and the executive office had not consulted with state affiliates. Despite that admission, Merrick Garland refused to rescind his memo. And federal law enforcement officials opened 25 preliminary assessment files into school board threats. Six of the assessments operated out of the FBI's Counterterrorism Division. 17 involved the Criminal Investigations Division. And two involved the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate. It appears not a one of any of these targets were ever prosecuted. Now, thanks to a new report from the Department of Justice, we now know that the Biden White House was squarely behind Garland's effort to find a federal hook to prosecute parents and school policy protesters and to nail them with federal crimes. That finding contradicts a school boards association independent review that found absolutely no collusion with the Biden administration. That was not happening. That thing that was not happening apparently actually was happening. The 2026 report to expose the weaponization of government against parents in schools was released by attorney general Todd Blanche. The DOJ bowed to political pressure to push a plan of attack that agents themselves in correspondence with each other described as, quote, stupid, ridiculous, and, quote, a partisan exercise aimed at those who do not support the administration. Officials in the Department of Justice, including both career officials and Biden administration political appointees, initially pushed back on doing so, including by questioning the constitutionality of the request. This is from the report. Notwithstanding the internal pushback, the DOJ moved ahead with issuing the Garland Memorandum based on pressure from Biden administration officials in the White House and leadership at the Office of the Deputy Attorney General at the DOJ. The letter from the School Board Association to Biden in September of 2021 followed months of growing frustration from parents across the country over closed schools, mask policies, vaccine mandates, and social engineering curricula driven by the racist critical race theory instruction in their classrooms. The School Board Association, NSBA, or NSPA, as I call it, they have admitted that it had been coordinating with the Biden Department of Education since July of that year. to provide talking points and push back on critics regarding critical race theory and transgender policies that are creating hostile situations for school board members. See, so we're going to do these radical things, and when we do these radical things, parents get upset, and so we need to work with the Department of Education to shut down those parents from objecting to what we are pushing down their throats and their children's throats. Man, woke one was crazy, huh? Man. So glad that's all over, right? Yeah, no, it's not over, folks. It's not over. Trump's victory did not end woke, okay? It's just waiting. In 2023, interim staff report of the House's Judiciary Committee and the Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government found, quote, the absence of a legitimate nationwide basis for the Attorney General's directive to insert federal law enforcement into local school board matters. What does that mean? There was no legitimate reason why Merrick Garland should have sicked the feds on these parents. No legitimate basis. The documents also shed light onto how the administration, the Biden administration, worked with education special interests to generate what's called the predicate for the Attorney General's directive. It appears from these documents and the information received that the administration's actions were a political offensive meant to quell swelling discord over controversial education curricula and unpopular school board decisions. I don't know about you, but like, I didn't see this coming at all. I mean, I couldn't, it was so difficult to ascertain what was going on as it was occurring. It actually was not. It was quite clear what was going on. When the school board association letter dropped, it kicked off a flurry of activity at the DOJ. Unsurprisingly, high ranking officials in the Biden administration then pushed to treat protests of school policies as possible violations of federal criminal law, right? So school boards ask for the feds to get involved. Feds send out the memo. Memo goes out and then everybody is now emboldened to do whatever they can to all get behind the crackdown on parents. FBI officials, some, were still trying to talk some sense into DOJ leadership. Quote, This is potentially dangerous ground to blanket label generalized activity that constitutes domestic terrorism regardless of federal violations. This was according to Steven Jensen, who worked at the FBI, sent this in an October 1st email noting that What would have been clear to less politically motivated DOJ officials that not every opponent of a school board action is a domestic terrorist. Apparently, not everybody understands this. Like, you could just disagree with the school board, you know, making your kid do a privilege walk or telling them that they're an oppressor. or that they're somehow institutionally systemically racist because they were born a certain race. Right. Right. Or, hey, maybe we shouldn't lock all the kids out of schools for a year and a half. That might not be a good thing. That you thinking these things does not make you a domestic terrorist. An FBI person had to tell leadership this. And then they, of course, ignored it. From the text line, awesome, Andy. says it seems like with each passing investigation, we are finding out that all the things we were told weren't happening turned out to be exactly what they look like. However, we're still supposed to believe that Biden beat Trump there in square. Sorry, brother, not buying it. Um, chip said, well, I mean, look, Roy Cooper's running the same playbook that Biden did seems to be working for him. So maybe that's the playbook. Just, I just don't show up anywhere and don't do anything. Chip says, I googled the constitutional amendments on the North Carolina ballot, and interestingly enough, the League of Women Voters are against all three. Imagine that. Yeah, surprise, surprise. The League of Women Voters, at one point, maybe 25, 30 years ago, that was sort of the last time they They were actually nonpartisan, but they've just been completely corrupted over there. They're just leftist. Let's see. Scott says, Pete, you're on fire today. Great segment. Thank you, sir. This is why I listen. And yes, you converted me in the mayonnaise is the best condiment. Yes, that is true. It is the best condiment. It is the superior condiment. Tom says, That is exactly right. Which kind of lends itself, I think, to what you're saying. If you decide to sit the election out to teach the Republicans a lesson, the consequences could be very dire. Robert says, Is there going to be a Talktober meet and greet this year? No, it's just all on the live streams. We've been doing that for the last. Year. We did that last year, maybe the year before. Holly says, my 82-year-old mother and her 77-year-old sister are hearing you for the first time today. I think they've developed a crush because of the way you say democracy. I'm going to show them your picture. Well, thanks, Holly. Uh, and hello, Holly's mom and aunt. Um, Kelly says, I, when there's snow in Waikiki, I don't know. Um, what is this? True, true dad. Okay. I don't know what that means. Um, they don't want Trump supporters, but they want to assist in laundering cartel money. Again, I say, Hmm, yes. Is it specifically there for bank of America? Like you're overlooking all the money laundering for the cartels and the Russians and the tricoms. You overlook all of that and you could find a billion dollars, but you're, you're Johnny on the spot. If someone's selling a MAGA hat, you're going to debank that guy. Oh, I could sniff out the fascist there. Okay. Um, When the School Boards Association letter dropped, it kicked off this flurry of activity. And this guy, Steve Jensen from the FBI, is like, guys, just because people oppose school board policies doesn't make them domestic terrorists. The next day, a draft, it was announced that this memo from Garland was going to be going out talking about. parent protests, and threats against election officials. The memo would also instruct U.S. attorneys, offices, and FBI divisions to convene meetings with state and local law enforcement regarding both kinds of threats. And the news was not warmly received. One attorney said leadership, quote, might as well rename the damn thing the Anti-MAGA Task Force. Another responded, stupid, stupid, stupid. Another attorney said, wrote that making the DOJ, FBI, the threats police lacked any sort of a limiting principle. And these attorneys were correct, right? They were saying these things to their management and to their colleagues. They were like, hey, this is dumb. This is stupid, stupid, stupid. There's no limiting principle here. Where does this end? The DOJ was not the only agency that got weaponized. Garland's team wanted to involve the National Security Division in matters involving parents and school boards. The Department of Homeland Security circulated a threat assessment titled Threats to Public Schools Likely Elevated Due to Opposition of Mask and Vaccine Mandates Perception of Critical Race Theory. Again, like, This thing like, oh, they perceive CRT is going on. No, you guys talk about it, right? This is always, these are always the steps. Step one, deny that the thing is occurring. Step two, after there's evidence presented that this thing is occurring, you say, okay, fine, it's occurring, but it's not a lot. It's just a teensy weensy little bit occurring. It's not a big deal. Then when you find out, oh, it's more than just a teensy-weensy little bit. It's actually pretty widespread. It's infected all of the schools, K-12 and higher education. Then it's like, okay, fine, it's happening. And okay, fine, it's all over the place. But here's why that's a good thing. It is always the same pattern with these people. So they said, yes, the agency rated this as medium confidence potential threats to school personnel caused by misinformation and disinformation regarding CRT curriculum. And if any of this sounds familiar, it's because this is the same thing the Biden Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency was saying at the same time, online censoring conservatives and taking down their social media accounts for the same reasons. It's almost like there was some coordinated effort. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
