I joined Mark Starling on his morning show on WWNC in Asheville to discuss the December phone call that then-President Donald Trump made to the woman leading the investigation into voting irregularities in Georgia. Shortly after, major news outlets reported that Trump told her to "find the fraud" and she'd be a "national hero" if she did. Audio of the call has now been published and it shows Trump didn't say those things. How could so many reporters get this story so wrong?
