[00:00:28] TheFederalist.com, Sean Fleetwood writes, quote,
[00:00:32] Pro-Hamas demonstrators took to the streets on Monday to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Iranian-backed terrorist group's attack on Israel that left roughly 1,200 civilians dead.
[00:00:45] Among the banners and posters and chanting, images of a Hamas fighter with a sign saying,
[00:00:54] Glory to my Palestinian brothers, victory is surely yours. Surely. Have you seen the video and the pictures? It's right there, guys. You're almost there. Victory is right there.
[00:01:10] Also, chanting and shouting, we don't want no two states. We want all of it.
[00:01:16] A man pulled out an Israeli flag from his coat pocket and he was summarily attacked.
[00:01:23] A brief scuffle ensued. A pro-Hamas demonstrator repeatedly hits the man with her tambourine.
[00:01:32] He sustained injuries to his head. He was bleeding. His flag got stolen.
[00:01:38] The anti-Semitic demonstrations also continued at Columbia University, where protesters shouted,
[00:01:44] Quote, resistance is glorious.
[00:01:48] That's what it's all about. This is just a fashion.
[00:01:51] That's what this is.
[00:01:53] The problem is it's going to seriously impact your future ability to get a job, you know?
[00:02:01] Demonstrators also took over the New York City subways.
[00:02:06] Not sure if there was a breaking of a bunch of glass.
[00:02:10] Of storefronts and stuff.
[00:02:12] That kind of thing.
[00:02:15] But, um...
[00:02:17] There's a message from Chip
[00:02:18] to Pete at thepetecalendarshow.com
[00:02:21] It says,
[00:02:22] As I recall, General Pershing wanted one more week for World War I
[00:02:27] to totally defeat the Germans.
[00:02:29] He believed that otherwise they would not understand that they lost.
[00:02:33] The war just ended and the average German did not believe they lost.
[00:02:37] It took nearly 30 years of horror to settle that issue.
[00:02:40] Likewise, Lincoln and Sherman wanted a hard war and a soft peace.
[00:02:45] The result was Sherman's march to the sea.
[00:02:48] I'm afraid we are on the threshold of really hard times.
[00:02:55] I did get a follow-up message from Kevin.
[00:02:57] I'll read in a second.
[00:02:58] Let me go over here first and talk with Chris.
[00:03:00] Hello, Chris.
[00:03:01] Welcome to the show.
[00:03:03] It's good talking to you, Pete.
[00:03:04] Hey, Chris.
[00:03:05] I like to call...
[00:03:06] I like to call into the Sun Tzu calendar radio program.
[00:03:11] Is that what I heard?
[00:03:13] I heard a little bit of art of war in that
[00:03:14] with what you were talking about there.
[00:03:16] I mean, look, I will disclose
[00:03:18] I have never read The Art of War,
[00:03:21] but I am aware of some of the concepts.
[00:03:24] Yeah, you really hit on some topics about war.
[00:03:27] It's not necessarily defeating everybody.
[00:03:30] I would direct everybody to read that.
[00:03:32] It's enlightening as far as how war should be
[00:03:34] fault and won and all that other stuff.
[00:03:36] It is on my list that I would like to read,
[00:03:40] but so is about 75 other books,
[00:03:44] and I read all day long,
[00:03:47] and so at the end of the day,
[00:03:48] it's like the last thing I want to do is read some more.
[00:03:51] So anyway, sorry.
[00:03:52] I got you on that.
[00:03:54] 11 months ago, I started listening to books in my truck,
[00:03:57] and I'm like blown away at stuff I don't know yet.
[00:04:00] See, that might be the way to go.
[00:04:02] That might be the way for me to go, too.
[00:04:05] But you get lost in your own thoughts sometimes.
[00:04:08] You have to listen to the book over and over and over again.
[00:04:11] At least I can do that.
[00:04:13] Interesting.
[00:04:13] I do that.
[00:04:14] I do that because I'm like,
[00:04:16] so I didn't hear something,
[00:04:18] but I get to listen to the book over and over again.
[00:04:20] So anyway, I'd also,
[00:04:21] and I believe this,
[00:04:23] what you're saying,
[00:04:24] I'm sure you've read the Hamas Charter.
[00:04:27] I've not read the whole thing,
[00:04:28] but I have read portions of it.
[00:04:30] And it's something,
[00:04:31] everybody should read that, too,
[00:04:33] because Hamas and the Hamas Charter at the very beginning,
[00:04:36] they said their faith,
[00:04:37] we're going to annihilate the people of Israel.
[00:04:40] They shouldn't exist.
[00:04:41] They say this in their charter,
[00:04:43] and what do we say the charter is?
[00:04:45] It's like their constitution, right?
[00:04:47] It's their vein of belief.
[00:04:50] It's their mission statement.
[00:04:51] Yeah, it's the mission statement for the people.
[00:04:55] So when you sit there and you say that,
[00:04:58] how can you debate with us?
[00:05:01] How can you negotiate?
[00:05:03] It makes perfect sense.
[00:05:04] There is no negotiation with this thing
[00:05:07] other than you will not,
[00:05:09] so when I take it to say it's a Hitler thing,
[00:05:13] we once took a stand of the world and said,
[00:05:16] well, the Hitlers of the world,
[00:05:17] they need to go because they think one group of people
[00:05:20] need to be totally annihilated.
[00:05:21] And I have no problem annihilating any people
[00:05:25] that believe this because it does us no good
[00:05:28] to let them exist.
[00:05:29] We either move them to change their minds
[00:05:32] or they need to be out because it destroys us as a people.
[00:05:37] Right, so that gets to the question of
[00:05:38] how do you go about persuading a society
[00:05:41] that has now been for multiple generations taught
[00:05:44] that the highest success,
[00:05:47] the highest form of success in their religion,
[00:05:52] in their culture, in their society
[00:05:53] is to kill Jews?
[00:05:56] Like how do you go about persuading people in that society?
[00:06:00] And the Israelis tried, right?
[00:06:02] They brought people in on the work permits.
[00:06:04] They gave them good paying jobs.
[00:06:05] They sort of tried to normalize relations
[00:06:09] with certain Palestinians,
[00:06:12] certain people coming in from Gaza.
[00:06:14] And what did they get for those efforts?
[00:06:16] They got their farms and their homes mapped out
[00:06:20] and then the maps handed off to Hamas
[00:06:23] and they got butchered.
[00:06:24] So I'm not sure, like I would understand
[00:06:28] the hesitancy for the war that Israel is now fighting
[00:06:34] if there wasn't all of these prior attempts already.
[00:06:41] Yeah, I get that.
[00:06:42] The indoctrination, I know,
[00:06:45] I want to say I've seen it from Iran
[00:06:47] that their children programs
[00:06:49] when you have pictures and they're teaching
[00:06:52] to kill Jews and stuff like that.
[00:06:54] So it's kind of a twofold.
[00:06:55] If you want to change the people,
[00:06:57] there's a twofold.
[00:06:57] First, you use the force of war
[00:07:00] to try to just camp them down enough.
[00:07:05] It's not worth fighting.
[00:07:07] And then you do like the hearts and minds
[00:07:11] kind of campaign.
[00:07:13] I think, I don't know if it was Hezbollah or Hamas.
[00:07:16] There was the son of one of them that got busted
[00:07:19] and when he went to their prisons,
[00:07:22] he was told that he was going to be tortured.
[00:07:24] Right.
[00:07:24] One of the founding members.
[00:07:26] Yeah, it was Hamas.
[00:07:28] He comes back and he's like,
[00:07:30] well, crap, they're not,
[00:07:31] I was lied to about how bad they treat their people.
[00:07:35] So the hearts and minds was like the second part of this,
[00:07:37] but the first part of it has to be
[00:07:39] you totally remove their will to fight.
[00:07:44] And then you try to show the love, per se.
[00:07:48] But at the same time,
[00:07:51] I don't want to go biblical,
[00:07:52] but we go biblical and back to the history
[00:07:54] and how this one side is always going to be at war with the world.
[00:07:59] I mean, they're always going to push back,
[00:08:01] so I don't know.
[00:08:01] But you still attempt to do the hearts and minds campaign.
[00:08:04] But the first thing is to take their will away
[00:08:08] to want to kill people.
[00:08:10] And you have to kind of kill enough of them to do that.
[00:08:12] Right.
[00:08:13] You have, right.
[00:08:14] So in order to stop it,
[00:08:15] you have to force them to stop
[00:08:17] because they are not willing to stop
[00:08:19] unless through force.
[00:08:20] That's the obvious thing.
[00:08:22] Now, there are going to be people who will stop
[00:08:25] without force.
[00:08:26] And I would submit they probably have already stopped.
[00:08:28] They're not engaging in that behavior.
[00:08:31] But if you have a critical mass
[00:08:34] in a population that is willing to do it,
[00:08:37] then that has to be rooted out.
[00:08:39] And the people who live amongst them,
[00:08:43] I think they have to be convinced also
[00:08:45] to not allow this behavior among themselves.
[00:08:49] And we're not there yet.
[00:08:51] That society.
[00:08:52] Yeah.
[00:08:52] I mean, like you mentioned the education campaigns.
[00:08:55] That's in Gaza.
[00:08:56] It's in the West Bank.
[00:08:57] This is what Hamas and Palestinian Authority,
[00:09:00] this is what they teach their children.
[00:09:03] And so that's a death cult.
[00:09:05] So like they literally have kids
[00:09:07] walking around dressed up as martyrs,
[00:09:09] carrying fake coffins, right?
[00:09:11] They celebrate this.
[00:09:13] So how do you break that?
[00:09:15] You have to make it so costly
[00:09:17] that people don't want to live
[00:09:19] under those conditions any longer.
[00:09:21] And then they are going to say,
[00:09:23] this isn't worth it.
[00:09:24] We're not going to engage
[00:09:25] in this behavior anymore.
[00:09:26] But there isn't any other way
[00:09:28] that I'm aware to get them to do it.
[00:09:31] Yeah.
[00:09:31] So, Chris, I appreciate the call.
[00:09:33] I mean, this is you have to remove
[00:09:35] the enemy's willingness to wage war,
[00:09:40] to commit violence.
[00:09:44] And after that,
[00:09:46] where I think the U.S. got into trouble
[00:09:49] was that they tried to impose democracy.
[00:09:54] They tried to impose upon people
[00:09:56] a governing system
[00:09:58] rather than letting them figure it out
[00:10:00] for themselves, you know,
[00:10:01] and letting them do the things
[00:10:03] and like trying to change their culture
[00:10:05] and all, like you mentioned,
[00:10:06] hearts and minds,
[00:10:06] like win over hearts and minds.
[00:10:08] We give them candy
[00:10:09] and all this stuff.
[00:10:10] And that part of the world,
[00:10:12] they respect force.
[00:10:14] They do.
[00:10:15] I mean, really everywhere
[00:10:16] around the world does.
[00:10:20] And that's...
[00:10:21] Israel knows this.
[00:10:22] And by the way,
[00:10:24] that's...
[00:10:24] They view us as out of touch
[00:10:26] with the way people think over there.
[00:10:30] So that's why they're not listening
[00:10:31] to anything Joe Biden is saying.
[00:10:32] Well, to be fair,
[00:10:33] I don't think they've ever listened to him.
[00:10:35] Anyway.
[00:10:35] You know, stories are powerful.
[00:10:37] They help us make sense of things
[00:10:38] to understand experiences.
[00:10:40] Stories connect us
[00:10:41] to the people of our past
[00:10:42] while transcending generations.
[00:10:44] They help us process
[00:10:45] the meaning of life.
[00:10:46] And our stories are told
[00:10:48] through images and videos.

[00:11:38] Last hour,
[00:11:39] I read a message from Kevin.
[00:11:41] He has sent a follow-up.
[00:11:42] Here's the follow-up.
[00:11:44] Pete,
[00:11:44] I also think you are thinking
[00:11:45] with a Western mindset.
[00:11:48] You won't break their hate
[00:11:49] and desire to destroy Israel.
[00:11:52] They can only postpone the attack.
[00:11:54] I have said this before.
[00:11:55] If my family and I
[00:11:57] lived in a neighborhood
[00:11:58] where all my neighbors
[00:11:59] wanted me and my family dead,
[00:12:00] I would leave.
[00:12:01] The U.S. would be very willing
[00:12:03] to give land
[00:12:04] to the state of Israel,
[00:12:05] but they would rather
[00:12:05] live in fear
[00:12:06] because their religion says
[00:12:07] that that land
[00:12:08] is their land.
[00:12:10] Neither side is applying
[00:12:11] the teachings of Jesus
[00:12:12] to love your enemy
[00:12:13] and pray for those
[00:12:13] persecuting you.
[00:12:14] He said,
[00:12:15] if your enemy is hungry,
[00:12:16] give them something to eat.
[00:12:17] If they are thirsty,
[00:12:18] give them something to drink.
[00:12:21] Okay.
[00:12:21] So,
[00:12:22] and that's the end of the,
[00:12:23] I think,
[00:12:23] hang on a second.
[00:12:24] Yeah,
[00:12:24] that's the end of the email.
[00:12:26] All right.
[00:12:27] So,
[00:12:27] let me go through this
[00:12:28] one at a time.
[00:12:28] Number one,
[00:12:29] I do have a Western mindset.
[00:12:32] I am a culturalist.
[00:12:33] I believe the Western culture
[00:12:35] civilization is superior.
[00:12:37] I do.
[00:12:38] I do.
[00:12:39] It has the free market
[00:12:43] constitutional order
[00:12:44] that the Western civilization
[00:12:45] has pioneered,
[00:12:46] I think,
[00:12:47] has lifted more people
[00:12:48] out of abject poverty
[00:12:50] over the course
[00:12:50] of its history
[00:12:52] than every other
[00:12:53] human system
[00:12:54] ever devised.
[00:12:55] So,
[00:12:56] I think the track record
[00:12:57] is pretty strong.
[00:13:00] That being said,
[00:13:01] I am very aware
[00:13:05] that folks
[00:13:06] in the Middle East
[00:13:07] do not think
[00:13:08] like I do.
[00:13:09] So,
[00:13:09] I disagree
[00:13:11] that I'm thinking
[00:13:11] about this
[00:13:13] from a Western mindset.
[00:13:14] In fact,
[00:13:15] Kevin,
[00:13:15] I think
[00:13:16] you might be
[00:13:17] because you cited
[00:13:19] the teachings
[00:13:20] of Jesus.
[00:13:21] They're not Christians
[00:13:22] over there.
[00:13:23] I mean,
[00:13:24] there are some Christians,
[00:13:25] but
[00:13:26] mostly not
[00:13:28] thanks to the colonizers
[00:13:29] of Islam.
[00:13:30] Right?
[00:13:30] They forced all the Christians out,
[00:13:32] those that they didn't kill
[00:13:33] or convert,
[00:13:34] all of the rest
[00:13:35] have to leave.
[00:13:36] So,
[00:13:37] the only place
[00:13:38] really
[00:13:38] where Christians
[00:13:40] can live freely,
[00:13:41] practice their religion
[00:13:42] and such,
[00:13:43] is Israel.
[00:13:44] Right?
[00:13:44] So,
[00:13:46] they're Jewish.
[00:13:47] They're not Christian either.
[00:13:49] So,
[00:13:50] I recognize
[00:13:51] that they have
[00:13:52] different ideas
[00:13:53] about these things
[00:13:55] than I might.
[00:13:57] And,
[00:13:57] so I,
[00:13:58] again,
[00:13:59] I disagree
[00:14:00] that I'm,
[00:14:02] that I'm applying
[00:14:03] a Western mindset
[00:14:05] to them.
[00:14:06] When,
[00:14:07] in fact,
[00:14:07] I think I'm doing
[00:14:08] the opposite.
[00:14:11] I recognize
[00:14:12] that you're,
[00:14:12] that you can't break
[00:14:13] hate,
[00:14:15] but you can make
[00:14:16] the penalty
[00:14:16] so severe
[00:14:17] that people don't
[00:14:18] engage in violence.
[00:14:20] People hate Jews
[00:14:21] all over the world.
[00:14:23] They don't engage
[00:14:24] in terrorism though.
[00:14:25] So,
[00:14:26] why?
[00:14:28] Because the juice
[00:14:30] is not worth
[00:14:31] the squeeze.
[00:14:32] I said juice,
[00:14:33] juice with a
[00:14:33] U-I-C-E there,
[00:14:35] not the juice.
[00:14:36] The juice
[00:14:36] isn't worth
[00:14:37] the squeeze.
[00:14:39] The penalty
[00:14:40] is so great
[00:14:41] that they're not
[00:14:42] interested in doing it.
[00:14:44] So,
[00:14:44] they just seethe
[00:14:45] in their hatred.
[00:14:46] They post stuff
[00:14:47] online.
[00:14:49] Maybe they attack
[00:14:50] some Jewish person
[00:14:51] in the street
[00:14:52] when they think
[00:14:52] they can get away
[00:14:53] with it.
[00:14:53] Something like that.
[00:14:56] You say they can
[00:14:57] only postpone
[00:14:57] the attack.
[00:14:58] Okay,
[00:14:59] good enough.
[00:15:00] Your terms
[00:15:01] are acceptable.
[00:15:02] Seriously.
[00:15:03] I'm not,
[00:15:03] like,
[00:15:04] I don't think
[00:15:05] that there's ever
[00:15:05] going to be
[00:15:06] peace forever.
[00:15:08] I don't,
[00:15:08] utopia
[00:15:09] is not
[00:15:09] one of the
[00:15:10] options
[00:15:10] available
[00:15:11] to the world.
[00:15:12] It's not.
[00:15:13] There will
[00:15:14] always be evil,
[00:15:15] right?
[00:15:16] There will
[00:15:16] always be people
[00:15:16] that engage
[00:15:17] in violence
[00:15:18] against innocent
[00:15:19] people for
[00:15:20] various reasons,
[00:15:21] rational and not.
[00:15:25] And as for
[00:15:25] your example,
[00:15:26] if I lived
[00:15:26] in a neighborhood
[00:15:27] where my neighbors
[00:15:28] want me and my
[00:15:29] family dead,
[00:15:29] I would leave.
[00:15:31] Right?
[00:15:32] But that's why
[00:15:32] they set up there
[00:15:33] was because
[00:15:34] literally everywhere
[00:15:35] they go,
[00:15:36] everyone wants
[00:15:37] them dead
[00:15:37] because they're
[00:15:38] Jewish.
[00:15:39] And so they said,
[00:15:40] you know what?
[00:15:40] We can't trust
[00:15:41] the local government
[00:15:43] to protect us
[00:15:44] because they just
[00:15:45] let people murder
[00:15:46] us all the time.
[00:15:47] So,
[00:15:48] we're going to
[00:15:49] protect ourselves.
[00:15:49] And they got
[00:15:51] some land,
[00:15:51] they bought
[00:15:52] some land,
[00:15:53] and they made
[00:15:54] their own country.
[00:15:58] And here's the
[00:15:59] thing.
[00:16:00] They want to
[00:16:00] keep it.
[00:16:01] They want to
[00:16:02] stay and fight.
[00:16:03] I got no problem
[00:16:04] with them doing so.
[00:16:06] I have no problem
[00:16:07] with them fighting
[00:16:07] in the way that
[00:16:08] they think they
[00:16:08] need to fight
[00:16:09] in their neighborhood.
[00:16:10] I'm not going
[00:16:11] to come in there
[00:16:11] and tell them,
[00:16:12] no, no, no.
[00:16:13] Here, let me
[00:16:14] take this one arm
[00:16:15] and tie it
[00:16:15] behind your back
[00:16:16] and now fight
[00:16:17] these people
[00:16:18] with the one arm.
[00:16:19] Mm-mm.
[00:16:20] That's,
[00:16:21] I,
[00:16:21] I meant it
[00:16:23] when I said it.
[00:16:23] I am okay
[00:16:24] with Israel
[00:16:25] doing what it
[00:16:26] thinks it needs
[00:16:27] to do
[00:16:27] because it's
[00:16:27] a sovereign
[00:16:28] country.
[00:16:28] They can do
[00:16:29] their own thing.
[00:16:30] They're in an
[00:16:31] existential fight
[00:16:32] for their lives.
[00:16:33] So,
[00:16:35] that's it.
[00:16:38] I'm not interested
[00:16:39] in giving up
[00:16:40] the entire,
[00:16:40] so what?
[00:16:41] So,
[00:16:41] would you prefer
[00:16:43] what you turn
[00:16:43] over all of
[00:16:44] the nation
[00:16:46] of Israel?
[00:16:46] You kick out
[00:16:47] all the Jews.
[00:16:48] You got to move
[00:16:48] all the Jews
[00:16:49] out and then
[00:16:50] give it all
[00:16:51] to the Palestinian
[00:16:52] people so they
[00:16:53] can have their
[00:16:53] own country,
[00:16:54] I guess that's
[00:16:54] the idea,
[00:16:55] and tear down
[00:16:56] all of the
[00:16:57] monuments and
[00:16:58] all of the
[00:16:59] historical markers
[00:17:00] and all of the
[00:17:00] history of the
[00:17:01] Jews and the
[00:17:02] Christians because
[00:17:03] that's what
[00:17:03] they're going to
[00:17:03] do.
[00:17:04] That's what they
[00:17:05] have done.
[00:17:06] So,
[00:17:07] I mean,
[00:17:08] that is one,
[00:17:08] that is one way
[00:17:09] to do it.
[00:17:10] Retreat and
[00:17:10] surrender is
[00:17:11] definitely one
[00:17:12] of the options.
[00:17:13] The Jews are
[00:17:14] not interested in
[00:17:14] that.
[00:17:15] Not anymore.
[00:17:17] So,
[00:17:18] that's where
[00:17:18] we are.
[00:17:19] All right,
[00:17:20] holiday season
[00:17:21] approaches and

[00:18:24] slash Pete

[00:18:26] out.
[00:18:26] That's
[00:18:28] simplyncgoods.com
[00:18:29] slash Pete
[00:18:30] and thanks for
[00:18:31] being a part of
[00:18:31] Simply NC Goods'
[00:18:32] story.
[00:18:33] I do have a clip
[00:18:35] to play on the
[00:18:36] Israeli issue and
[00:18:37] a couple of
[00:18:38] messages here.
[00:18:40] John says,
[00:18:41] Israeli Prime
[00:18:42] Minister
[00:18:42] Golda Meir said
[00:18:43] there will not be
[00:18:45] peace until the
[00:18:45] Arabs love their
[00:18:46] children more than
[00:18:48] peace.
[00:18:49] And I believe
[00:18:50] that is correct.
[00:18:51] I got a message
[00:18:52] from Russ who
[00:18:54] says,
[00:18:54] I saw a quote
[00:18:55] from Dennis Prager
[00:18:56] that went something
[00:18:57] like,
[00:18:57] the most important
[00:18:58] question in the
[00:18:59] Israeli war is
[00:19:01] what would happen
[00:19:01] if Israel laid
[00:19:02] down its arms
[00:19:03] today?
[00:19:05] And what would
[00:19:06] happen if their
[00:19:06] enemies laid down
[00:19:07] their arms today?
[00:19:08] I've seen many
[00:19:10] interviews that
[00:19:11] Prager has given
[00:19:12] over the last year
[00:19:13] on this topic
[00:19:13] and he hammers
[00:19:15] this point
[00:19:15] home.
[00:19:16] If Israel's
[00:19:18] enemies laid
[00:19:19] down their
[00:19:19] arms, the
[00:19:20] war ends.
[00:19:21] If Israel lays
[00:19:23] down its arms,
[00:19:24] they are all
[00:19:25] dead.
[00:19:27] There is no
[00:19:28] negotiation anymore
[00:19:29] at this point.
[00:19:31] I don't see,
[00:19:31] like, to me,
[00:19:32] there's no,
[00:19:33] that's what Israel
[00:19:34] is fighting for.
[00:19:36] And their people
[00:19:37] understand this.
[00:19:40] all of the
[00:19:41] polling has
[00:19:42] gone one
[00:19:43] direction.
[00:19:44] It is all
[00:19:45] about getting
[00:19:46] rid of the,
[00:19:47] getting rid of
[00:19:48] Hamas,
[00:19:49] getting rid of
[00:19:49] Hezbollah.
[00:19:50] They are sick
[00:19:51] and tired of
[00:19:52] having to deal
[00:19:52] with this.
[00:19:55] Russ goes on
[00:19:56] to say,
[00:19:56] if I recall,
[00:19:57] one of the big
[00:19:57] failures in the
[00:19:58] Afghanistan project
[00:19:59] was the U.S.
[00:20:00] support for
[00:20:00] different leaders
[00:20:01] than the people
[00:20:02] wanted.
[00:20:03] U.S.
[00:20:03] State Department
[00:20:04] wanted a
[00:20:04] Western-educated,
[00:20:05] easily controllable
[00:20:06] guy who hadn't
[00:20:07] lived in the
[00:20:08] country for
[00:20:08] years.
[00:20:09] The people
[00:20:09] supported a
[00:20:10] Northern Alliance
[00:20:11] guy who had
[00:20:12] fought against
[00:20:12] the Russians
[00:20:13] and fought
[00:20:13] with us.
[00:20:14] He was nearly
[00:20:15] universally respected
[00:20:16] even by a lot
[00:20:17] of Taliban,
[00:20:18] but our think
[00:20:19] tank elites
[00:20:19] didn't like him.
[00:20:21] We made
[00:20:21] choices like
[00:20:23] that across
[00:20:23] the board.
[00:20:25] And to
[00:20:26] the emailer,
[00:20:27] Kevin,
[00:20:28] why do all
[00:20:28] the people
[00:20:29] who quote
[00:20:29] the always
[00:20:30] be nice
[00:20:31] Jesus forget
[00:20:32] about the
[00:20:33] table flipping,
[00:20:34] sell your
[00:20:35] cloak,
[00:20:35] and buy a
[00:20:36] sword Jesus?
[00:20:37] Jesus preached
[00:20:38] love and
[00:20:38] kindness,
[00:20:39] but never
[00:20:39] weakness.
[00:20:43] And then
[00:20:44] let's see
[00:20:44] here,
[00:20:44] I've got,
[00:20:46] okay,
[00:20:47] so hang on,
[00:20:47] this is from
[00:20:49] Bob,
[00:20:49] sadly enough,
[00:20:50] sorry,
[00:20:52] sadly,
[00:20:52] enough of the
[00:20:53] radical Islamists
[00:20:54] must be
[00:20:54] eliminated such
[00:20:55] that the
[00:20:55] remainder see
[00:20:56] that it is
[00:20:56] pointless to
[00:20:57] continue the
[00:20:58] jihad,
[00:20:59] never-ending
[00:20:59] effort on
[00:21:00] behalf of
[00:21:00] civilization.
[00:21:01] right?
[00:21:03] You're never
[00:21:04] going to
[00:21:06] eradicate evil.
[00:21:09] So,
[00:21:11] this is the
[00:21:12] fight.
[00:21:12] And I
[00:21:13] understand a
[00:21:14] lot of
[00:21:14] people do
[00:21:15] not want to
[00:21:15] engage in
[00:21:16] the fight,
[00:21:16] and they'll
[00:21:17] just remove
[00:21:17] themselves from
[00:21:18] the situation.
[00:21:19] And we,
[00:21:20] in America,
[00:21:21] we have that
[00:21:21] luxury.
[00:21:23] Israel does
[00:21:23] not.
[00:21:24] Let me go
[00:21:25] over to
[00:21:25] Earl.
[00:21:26] Hello,
[00:21:26] Earl,
[00:21:27] welcome to
[00:21:27] the show.
[00:21:28] Yeah,
[00:21:29] how you doing
[00:21:29] today?
[00:21:30] Hey,
[00:21:30] I'm good.
[00:21:30] What's up?
[00:21:32] So,
[00:21:34] Israel has
[00:21:35] been fighting
[00:21:36] for their
[00:21:37] survival since
[00:21:38] the biblical
[00:21:38] days.
[00:21:40] There are a
[00:21:42] lot of
[00:21:42] Muslims that
[00:21:43] are peace
[00:21:44] loving,
[00:21:45] but the
[00:21:46] ones that
[00:21:47] gain control
[00:21:47] of the
[00:21:48] country
[00:21:49] are,
[00:21:52] interpret
[00:21:53] Muhammad's
[00:21:54] words as
[00:21:56] the Israelis
[00:21:57] need to be
[00:21:58] slaughtered,
[00:21:58] the Jews
[00:21:59] need to be
[00:21:59] slaughtered.
[00:22:00] They teach
[00:22:01] that to
[00:22:02] their
[00:22:02] children.
[00:22:03] They've
[00:22:03] been teaching
[00:22:03] that to
[00:22:04] their
[00:22:04] children
[00:22:05] since
[00:22:05] biblical
[00:22:06] days.
[00:22:07] It's
[00:22:08] going to
[00:22:08] be,
[00:22:09] I don't
[00:22:09] see how
[00:22:10] you break
[00:22:11] it unless
[00:22:12] you totally
[00:22:14] annihilate
[00:22:16] the violent
[00:22:19] people that
[00:22:20] are running
[00:22:21] the violent
[00:22:22] Muslim groups
[00:22:23] that are
[00:22:23] running those
[00:22:24] countries.
[00:22:24] All right,
[00:22:25] so hang on,
[00:22:26] hang on,
[00:22:26] Earl.
[00:22:27] Let me disagree
[00:22:28] with you on
[00:22:28] a general
[00:22:30] point,
[00:22:30] which is we
[00:22:32] have examples
[00:22:32] of Muslim-run
[00:22:34] nations,
[00:22:34] Muslim-majority
[00:22:35] nations that
[00:22:36] do not engage
[00:22:36] in that kind
[00:22:37] of behavior.
[00:22:37] In fact,
[00:22:38] we had a
[00:22:39] long history
[00:22:39] of it,
[00:22:41] like for
[00:22:41] example,
[00:22:42] Lebanon
[00:22:42] before Hezbollah
[00:22:43] took over,
[00:22:44] right?
[00:22:44] Iran,
[00:22:45] Persians,
[00:22:46] right?
[00:22:46] Like before
[00:22:47] the Mullahs
[00:22:47] took over.
[00:22:48] So there
[00:22:49] were societies
[00:22:49] where they
[00:22:51] lived peacefully
[00:22:52] with their
[00:22:52] neighbors,
[00:22:53] that they
[00:22:53] were not
[00:22:54] engaged in
[00:22:54] this kind
[00:22:55] of behavior.
[00:22:55] But what
[00:22:55] occurred was
[00:22:57] tyrants,
[00:22:59] autocrats,
[00:22:59] despots,
[00:23:00] right?
[00:23:01] These criminal
[00:23:03] organizations,
[00:23:04] essentially,
[00:23:05] that take
[00:23:05] control of
[00:23:06] the government,
[00:23:06] they get
[00:23:07] recognized as
[00:23:08] the legitimate
[00:23:09] government,
[00:23:10] they then
[00:23:10] impose tyranny,
[00:23:12] and they
[00:23:12] use,
[00:23:13] because their
[00:23:14] people are
[00:23:14] oppressed,
[00:23:14] as all people
[00:23:15] living under
[00:23:16] tyranny
[00:23:16] become,
[00:23:17] right?
[00:23:17] They are
[00:23:18] oppressed,
[00:23:18] and then
[00:23:19] they use
[00:23:20] the Jews
[00:23:20] and America
[00:23:21] as the
[00:23:22] pressure release
[00:23:24] valve.
[00:23:24] And they
[00:23:25] point to
[00:23:25] the Jews
[00:23:26] as the
[00:23:26] reason why
[00:23:27] your life
[00:23:28] sucks,
[00:23:28] and that's
[00:23:29] not true.
[00:23:30] Yes,
[00:23:31] that's what
[00:23:31] I'm saying.
[00:23:32] There are
[00:23:34] peaceful
[00:23:35] Muslims that
[00:23:36] want to
[00:23:37] live in
[00:23:37] peace,
[00:23:38] but when
[00:23:39] these groups
[00:23:39] take over,
[00:23:42] it just
[00:23:44] comes straight
[00:23:44] back to
[00:23:45] annihilating
[00:23:46] Israel.
[00:23:46] All Israel
[00:23:47] wants to
[00:23:48] do is
[00:23:49] live in
[00:23:50] peace,
[00:23:51] and you
[00:23:53] know,
[00:23:53] you can't
[00:23:54] live in
[00:23:54] peace
[00:23:55] when,
[00:23:56] you know,
[00:23:57] every time
[00:23:58] you turn
[00:23:58] around,
[00:23:59] you know,
[00:24:00] some group
[00:24:00] is trying
[00:24:02] to slaughter
[00:24:02] you.
[00:24:03] Yeah,
[00:24:03] I agree.
[00:24:04] So I
[00:24:04] think that
[00:24:05] they're
[00:24:05] going to
[00:24:05] try to
[00:24:06] solve this
[00:24:07] as best
[00:24:08] they can
[00:24:08] for as
[00:24:08] long as
[00:24:09] it'll
[00:24:09] last.
[00:24:10] So,
[00:24:11] Earl,
[00:24:11] I appreciate
[00:24:12] the call.
[00:24:12] Let me
[00:24:12] play a
[00:24:13] clip here.
[00:24:14] Kamala Harris
[00:24:14] sat for
[00:24:15] an interview
[00:24:15] with 60
[00:24:16] Minutes,
[00:24:18] and CBS
[00:24:19] News has
[00:24:20] since gone
[00:24:21] back and
[00:24:21] edited her
[00:24:22] answer.
[00:24:23] I've got
[00:24:23] the actual
[00:24:24] answer,
[00:24:25] and then
[00:24:25] I've got
[00:24:26] the edited
[00:24:26] version.
[00:24:26] The actual
[00:24:27] answer was
[00:24:28] what aired
[00:24:28] initially,
[00:24:29] but now
[00:24:30] they have
[00:24:30] gone back
[00:24:31] and stuck
[00:24:32] a different
[00:24:33] answer she
[00:24:34] gave after
[00:24:35] the question.
[00:24:37] This is why
[00:24:37] you can't
[00:24:38] really trust
[00:24:38] 60 Minutes,
[00:24:39] because it's
[00:24:39] not a full
[00:24:40] raw tape
[00:24:41] interview where
[00:24:42] you see
[00:24:42] the whole
[00:24:42] thing.
[00:24:43] Well,
[00:24:44] here,
[00:24:44] see if you
[00:24:44] can detect
[00:24:45] the difference
[00:24:46] in the
[00:24:47] answers.
[00:24:47] But it
[00:24:48] seems that
[00:24:48] Prime Minister
[00:24:49] Netanyahu
[00:24:50] is not
[00:24:51] listening.
[00:24:52] Well,
[00:24:52] Bill,
[00:24:54] the work
[00:24:55] that we
[00:24:55] have done
[00:24:56] has resulted
[00:24:57] in a
[00:24:58] number of
[00:25:00] movements
[00:25:01] in that
[00:25:02] region by
[00:25:02] Israel that
[00:25:03] were very
[00:25:05] much prompted
[00:25:06] by or a
[00:25:08] result of
[00:25:09] many things,
[00:25:10] including
[00:25:10] our advocacy
[00:25:12] for what needs
[00:25:12] to happen in
[00:25:13] the region.
[00:25:13] What the
[00:25:14] hell did
[00:25:15] she just
[00:25:16] say?
[00:25:16] I have
[00:25:16] no idea.
[00:25:18] Okay?
[00:25:18] No idea
[00:25:19] what she
[00:25:19] just said.
[00:25:20] It's a
[00:25:21] Kamala
[00:25:21] word salad.
[00:25:23] So,
[00:25:23] here's the
[00:25:24] edited version.
[00:25:25] See if you
[00:25:25] can spot
[00:25:26] the difference.
[00:25:27] Prime Minister
[00:25:28] Netanyahu
[00:25:29] is not
[00:25:29] listening.
[00:25:30] We're not
[00:25:31] going to
[00:25:31] stop
[00:25:32] pursuing
[00:25:32] what is
[00:25:33] necessary
[00:25:34] for the
[00:25:34] United
[00:25:35] States
[00:25:35] to be
[00:25:35] clear about
[00:25:36] where we
[00:25:36] stand
[00:25:36] on the
[00:25:37] need
[00:25:37] for this
[00:25:38] war to
[00:25:38] end.
[00:25:39] She said
[00:25:40] that before
[00:25:41] he asked
[00:25:41] that question,
[00:25:42] by the way.
[00:25:42] That's what
[00:25:43] they went
[00:25:43] and put
[00:25:43] in.
[00:25:44] That's
[00:25:44] what 60
[00:25:45] Minutes
[00:25:45] has done.
[00:25:46] See,
[00:25:47] so when
[00:25:47] people don't
[00:25:48] believe 60
[00:25:49] Minutes,
[00:25:50] this is not
[00:25:51] an irrational
[00:25:51] thought.
[00:25:53] This is
[00:25:54] why.
[00:25:55] You guys
[00:25:56] have destroyed
[00:25:57] your own
[00:25:57] credibility.
[00:25:58] The lack
[00:25:59] of trust
[00:25:59] we have
[00:26:00] in the
[00:26:00] institution
[00:26:01] that is
[00:26:02] CBS
[00:26:03] News
[00:26:05] is of
[00:26:06] your own
[00:26:06] doing.
[00:26:07] So when I
[00:26:07] was a kid,
[00:26:08] my grandpa
[00:26:08] died with
[00:26:09] Alzheimer's.
[00:26:10] And before
[00:26:10] he died,
[00:26:10] my mom
[00:26:11] and my dad
[00:26:11] and all
[00:26:12] of us really
[00:26:12] helped take
[00:26:13] care of
[00:26:13] him as
[00:26:14] he got
[00:26:14] progressively
[00:26:14] worse.
[00:26:15] 40 years
[00:26:16] ago,
[00:26:16] there were
[00:26:17] no
[00:26:17] treatments
[00:26:17] and not
[00:26:18] much support
[00:26:19] for caregivers
[00:26:19] and family.
[00:26:20] Things are
[00:26:21] different today
[00:26:22] because of the
[00:26:22] work of so
[00:26:23] many people,
[00:26:23] including the
[00:26:24] Alzheimer's
[00:26:24] Association of
[00:26:25] Western North
[00:26:26] Carolina.
[00:26:26] It's a great
[00:26:27] organization with
[00:26:28] awesome people.
[00:26:29] They've got huge
[00:26:30] hearts.
[00:26:31] I've been a
[00:26:31] supporter for
[00:26:32] 25 years.
[00:26:33] This cause
[00:26:33] means a lot
[00:26:34] to me.
[00:26:35] I participate
[00:26:35] in the
[00:26:36] annual walk
[00:26:37] to end
[00:26:37] Alzheimer's
[00:26:38] and I
[00:26:39] am leading
[00:26:39] a Charlotte
[00:26:40] team this
[00:26:40] year.
[00:26:41] It's called
[00:26:41] Pete's Pack.
[00:26:42] You can sign
[00:26:42] up and join
[00:26:43] the team
[00:26:43] and walk
[00:26:44] with me.
[00:26:44] It's on
[00:26:45] October 19th
[00:26:46] at Truist
[00:26:47] Field in
[00:26:48] Uptown.
[00:26:48] Sign up at
[00:26:49] alz.org
[00:26:50] slash walk
[00:26:51] and then just
[00:26:51] look for my
[00:26:52] team,
[00:26:52] Pete's Pack,
[00:26:53] and there's
[00:26:54] also a link
[00:26:54] in the podcast
[00:26:55] description here.
[00:26:56] Also,
[00:26:56] I'm going to
[00:26:57] be emceeing
[00:26:57] the Gastonia
[00:26:58] walk on
[00:26:59] October 5th
[00:26:59] so make a
[00:27:00] team and
[00:27:00] join us
[00:27:01] or make a
[00:27:02] donation to
[00:27:02] help me hit
[00:27:03] my goal.
[00:27:03] I would really
[00:27:04] appreciate it.
[00:27:04] There are a
[00:27:06] bunch of other
[00:27:06] walks around
[00:27:07] the Carolinas
[00:27:07] and you can
[00:27:08] go to
[00:27:09] alz.org
[00:27:10] for all of
[00:27:11] the dates
[00:27:11] and locations.
[00:27:12] We are closer
[00:27:13] than ever to
[00:27:14] stopping Alzheimer's
[00:27:15] and if you
[00:27:17] can help us
[00:27:17] get there,
[00:27:18] we would
[00:27:18] really appreciate
[00:27:19] it.
[00:27:19] Will you come
[00:27:20] walk with me
[00:27:20] for a different
[00:27:21] future,
[00:27:21] for families,
[00:27:22] for more time,
[00:27:23] for treatments?
[00:27:24] This is why
[00:27:25] I walk.
[00:27:26] Kamala Harris
[00:27:27] is vapid.
[00:27:28] Well,
[00:27:28] I mean,
[00:27:28] she is and
[00:27:29] she's really
[00:27:29] bad at
[00:27:30] politics.
[00:27:30] Kamala Harris
[00:27:33] is not a
[00:27:34] good campaigner.
[00:27:35] She's just
[00:27:35] not.
[00:27:36] She's not a
[00:27:36] good public
[00:27:37] speaker when
[00:27:38] she doesn't
[00:27:38] have a script
[00:27:39] to read in
[00:27:39] front of her
[00:27:41] and she
[00:27:42] is not a
[00:27:42] very good
[00:27:43] politician.
[00:27:43] Her instincts
[00:27:44] are terrible.
[00:27:46] So Hurricane
[00:27:46] Milton is
[00:27:47] forming,
[00:27:48] has formed,
[00:27:49] in the
[00:27:49] Gulf of
[00:27:50] Mexico.
[00:27:51] It's down
[00:27:52] in the bottom
[00:27:53] left part of
[00:27:54] the Gulf and
[00:27:55] it is moving
[00:27:56] eastward
[00:27:57] and kind
[00:27:58] of north
[00:27:59] a little
[00:27:59] bit.
[00:28:00] Okay?
[00:28:00] So it
[00:28:01] looks like
[00:28:01] it's going
[00:28:02] to track
[00:28:02] right over
[00:28:04] sort of
[00:28:05] the long
[00:28:06] thin part
[00:28:06] of Florida.
[00:28:08] That's the
[00:28:08] technical
[00:28:09] definition.
[00:28:09] hurricane.
[00:28:11] And it's
[00:28:12] a category
[00:28:12] four hurricane.
[00:28:13] It was
[00:28:14] category five
[00:28:15] and now it's
[00:28:15] slowed down
[00:28:16] a little bit.
[00:28:17] But you're
[00:28:18] still talking
[00:28:18] winds of
[00:28:18] like 170
[00:28:19] miles an
[00:28:20] hour sustained
[00:28:21] like 170.
[00:28:24] That's
[00:28:24] devastating.
[00:28:25] This is
[00:28:26] going to be
[00:28:26] very, very
[00:28:26] bad if it
[00:28:27] stays this
[00:28:27] strong.
[00:28:28] So hopefully
[00:28:29] it's weakening
[00:28:30] but it's
[00:28:30] going to be
[00:28:31] very bad.
[00:28:32] And so
[00:28:32] now,
[00:28:32] yeah,
[00:28:33] Kamala
[00:28:33] Harris who's
[00:28:34] trying to
[00:28:34] be president
[00:28:36] and acting
[00:28:36] like she's
[00:28:37] the president.
[00:28:38] As if
[00:28:39] she's supposed
[00:28:39] to be
[00:28:40] coordinating
[00:28:41] stuff with
[00:28:41] Governor Ron
[00:28:42] DeSantis.
[00:28:45] Here's what
[00:28:45] she said on
[00:28:46] the tarmac.
[00:28:51] Actually,
[00:28:51] you know what?
[00:28:52] Hang on.
[00:28:52] This is two
[00:28:53] and a half
[00:28:53] minutes and
[00:28:53] I don't even
[00:28:54] want to hear
[00:28:54] it all.
[00:28:54] I'm going
[00:28:54] to skip
[00:28:55] ahead halfway.
[00:28:59] She wants
[00:28:59] people to
[00:29:01] apply for
[00:29:01] the help.
[00:29:02] resources
[00:29:02] were created
[00:29:03] for just
[00:29:03] these kinds
[00:29:04] of moments
[00:29:04] in an
[00:29:05] emergency
[00:29:06] situation
[00:29:06] knowing that
[00:29:07] folks are
[00:29:08] entitled to
[00:29:10] have the
[00:29:10] relief that
[00:29:11] they so
[00:29:12] rightly need
[00:29:13] at this
[00:29:13] moment in
[00:29:14] time.
[00:29:15] So listen
[00:29:15] to your
[00:29:16] sheriffs
[00:29:16] around the
[00:29:18] places that
[00:29:19] have been
[00:29:19] impacted by
[00:29:20] Helene.
[00:29:20] Listen to
[00:29:21] your local
[00:29:21] sheriff who's
[00:29:22] going to tell
[00:29:22] you straight
[00:29:23] about what's
[00:29:24] available to
[00:29:25] you and
[00:29:25] how for so
[00:29:26] many reasons
[00:29:27] and ways
[00:29:28] there are no
[00:29:28] conditions attached
[00:29:29] to the relief
[00:29:30] that's available
[00:29:30] to you.
[00:29:32] Governor DeSantis,
[00:29:33] NBC is reporting
[00:29:34] Governor DeSantis
[00:29:35] is ignoring
[00:29:35] your calls
[00:29:36] on hurricanes
[00:29:38] resources
[00:29:39] and help.
[00:29:40] How does
[00:29:41] that hurt
[00:29:42] the situation
[00:29:43] here?
[00:29:44] Softball.
[00:29:45] You know,
[00:29:45] moments of
[00:29:46] crisis,
[00:29:47] if nothing
[00:29:47] else,
[00:29:49] should really
[00:29:49] be the moment
[00:29:51] that anyone
[00:29:51] who calls
[00:29:52] themselves a
[00:29:52] leader
[00:29:53] says they're
[00:29:54] going to put
[00:29:54] politics aside
[00:29:55] and put the
[00:29:56] people first,
[00:29:57] people are in
[00:29:58] desperate need
[00:29:58] of support
[00:29:59] right now
[00:29:59] and playing
[00:30:00] political games
[00:30:01] with this
[00:30:02] moment in
[00:30:02] these crisis
[00:30:03] situations.
[00:30:04] These are the
[00:30:05] height of emergency
[00:30:06] situations.
[00:30:07] It's just utterly
[00:30:08] irresponsible and
[00:30:09] it is selfish
[00:30:10] and it is about
[00:30:11] political gamesmanship
[00:30:13] instead of doing
[00:30:14] the job that you
[00:30:14] took an oath to
[00:30:15] do, which is to
[00:30:16] put the people
[00:30:17] first.
[00:30:18] The iron law
[00:30:19] of woke
[00:30:20] projection.
[00:30:21] She is guilty
[00:30:22] of that which
[00:30:22] she accuses you.
[00:30:23] She is projecting
[00:30:24] upon to
[00:30:27] DeSantis
[00:30:27] what she is
[00:30:29] doing.
[00:30:29] She is engaged
[00:30:30] in political
[00:30:31] gamesmanship.
[00:30:32] She has no
[00:30:33] authority.
[00:30:34] She is the
[00:30:34] vice president.
[00:30:35] She does
[00:30:36] nothing.
[00:30:37] She has no
[00:30:39] role,
[00:30:40] no authority.
[00:30:41] So,
[00:30:41] either she is
[00:30:43] the acting
[00:30:43] president right
[00:30:44] now,
[00:30:45] which doesn't
[00:30:46] seem like she
[00:30:46] is because
[00:30:47] when she went
[00:30:47] on to The
[00:30:48] View,
[00:30:49] Joe Biden
[00:30:49] did a live
[00:30:50] press conference
[00:30:51] conference where
[00:30:51] he said,
[00:30:53] Ron's got his
[00:30:54] phone number,
[00:30:55] his personal
[00:30:55] number.
[00:30:56] Call me if you
[00:30:56] need anything.
[00:30:57] He actually
[00:30:57] said,
[00:30:59] but everybody
[00:30:59] understood what
[00:31:00] he meant.
[00:31:01] And so,
[00:31:03] he is kneecapping
[00:31:04] her.
[00:31:06] That is the
[00:31:07] second time he
[00:31:08] has done
[00:31:08] counter-programming
[00:31:09] to Kamala
[00:31:10] Harris with
[00:31:11] some sort of
[00:31:12] a live
[00:31:13] presser.
[00:31:13] And Ron
[00:31:14] DeSantis said,
[00:31:15] I never got a
[00:31:16] call from her.
[00:31:17] Nobody on my
[00:31:17] staff has gotten
[00:31:17] a call from her.
[00:31:19] Ron DeSantis
[00:31:20] does not need
[00:31:21] to take a call
[00:31:22] from Kamala
[00:31:22] Harris so she
[00:31:23] can pretend
[00:31:23] that she has
[00:31:24] authority to
[00:31:25] release resources
[00:31:26] or coordinate
[00:31:27] with him.
[00:31:28] You have no
[00:31:28] role.
[00:31:29] You have no
[00:31:29] constitutional
[00:31:30] authority to
[00:31:31] do anything.
[00:31:32] You are
[00:31:33] campaigning.
[00:31:34] That's all
[00:31:35] she's doing.
[00:31:37] And she's
[00:31:37] trying to
[00:31:38] insert herself
[00:31:39] into the
[00:31:40] hurricane
[00:31:41] preparations
[00:31:42] like she's
[00:31:43] been doing
[00:31:43] with the
[00:31:44] hurricane
[00:31:45] recovery and
[00:31:46] relief operations
[00:31:47] in western
[00:31:48] North Carolina.
[00:31:49] And it's
[00:31:49] not necessary.
[00:31:50] You're not
[00:31:50] doing anything.
[00:31:51] Okay, fine.
[00:31:52] You want to
[00:31:52] show up and
[00:31:52] show your
[00:31:53] support?
[00:31:53] Cool.
[00:31:54] Stay off to
[00:31:55] the perimeter.
[00:31:56] I say that
[00:31:57] for any of
[00:31:57] these people
[00:31:58] that require
[00:31:58] airspace to
[00:31:59] be shut
[00:32:00] down when
[00:32:00] they fly
[00:32:01] in.
[00:32:02] Stay outside
[00:32:03] the blast
[00:32:04] zone.
[00:32:04] You know?
[00:32:05] People are
[00:32:06] being rescued
[00:32:06] off of
[00:32:07] mountaintops
[00:32:07] and stuff.
[00:32:07] We don't
[00:32:08] need you
[00:32:08] there.
[00:32:09] But here
[00:32:09] she is
[00:32:10] claiming
[00:32:11] somehow or
[00:32:11] another that
[00:32:11] Ron DeSantis
[00:32:12] needs to
[00:32:18] when you
[00:32:18] have no
[00:32:19] authority to
[00:32:19] do so.
[00:32:20] Unless she's
[00:32:20] saying she
[00:32:21] does have
[00:32:21] the authority
[00:32:22] in which
[00:32:22] case then
[00:32:22] she would
[00:32:23] be the
[00:32:23] acting
[00:32:23] president
[00:32:24] which in
[00:32:24] that case
[00:32:24] tells me
[00:32:25] that the
[00:32:26] guy who's
[00:32:26] sitting in
[00:32:27] the seat
[00:32:27] isn't actually
[00:32:28] in charge.
[00:32:29] Is that
[00:32:29] what you are
[00:32:30] saying Madam
[00:32:31] Vice President?
[00:32:32] No, it is
[00:32:33] not.
[00:32:34] In fact, she
[00:32:35] has hang on.
[00:32:36] Let me grab
[00:32:36] this real quick.
[00:32:37] Harris vouches
[00:32:38] for Biden's
[00:32:39] mental fitness.
[00:32:40] Vice President
[00:32:41] Kamala Harris
[00:32:42] has full
[00:32:43] confidence that
[00:32:43] President Biden
[00:32:44] has the
[00:32:44] stamina and
[00:32:45] around-the-clock
[00:32:46] clarity of
[00:32:46] mind to
[00:32:47] handle the
[00:32:48] domestic and
[00:32:48] international
[00:32:49] crises in
[00:32:50] front of him
[00:32:50] according to
[00:32:51] a Harris
[00:32:51] spokesperson.
[00:32:52] Okay, well
[00:32:52] it wasn't
[00:32:53] actually her
[00:32:53] that said
[00:32:54] it.
[00:32:54] It's one of
[00:32:54] her spokespeople.
[00:32:55] So, you
[00:32:56] know, plausible
[00:32:57] deniability
[00:32:57] there so she
[00:32:58] can say
[00:32:58] something else.
[00:32:59] But then
[00:32:59] again, she
[00:33:00] goes on to
[00:33:00] The View
[00:33:01] and she
[00:33:01] tells Sonny
[00:33:03] Hostin or
[00:33:03] Hostin,
[00:33:04] whatever her
[00:33:04] name is,
[00:33:05] who gave
[00:33:06] her some
[00:33:07] hanging
[00:33:09] curveball
[00:33:09] across the
[00:33:10] middle of
[00:33:10] the plate
[00:33:11] for her
[00:33:11] to whack
[00:33:11] out of the
[00:33:12] park and
[00:33:12] she whiffed
[00:33:13] on it.
[00:33:14] She's like,
[00:33:15] tell us the
[00:33:15] difference.
[00:33:16] What would
[00:33:16] you do
[00:33:17] different
[00:33:17] between you
[00:33:18] and Joe
[00:33:18] Biden?
[00:33:19] And Harris
[00:33:19] says,
[00:33:19] nothing.
[00:33:21] So,
[00:33:22] what have
[00:33:23] you been
[00:33:23] campaigning
[00:33:23] on?
[00:33:24] Turning the
[00:33:24] page and
[00:33:25] all of
[00:33:25] this stuff
[00:33:25] and now
[00:33:26] you just
[00:33:26] get on?
[00:33:26] Like I
[00:33:27] said,
[00:33:27] she's a
[00:33:27] terrible
[00:33:27] campaigner.
[00:33:28] Just awful.
[00:33:29] All right,
[00:33:29] that'll do it
[00:33:30] for this
[00:33:30] episode.
[00:33:31] Thank you
[00:33:31] so much
[00:33:32] for listening.
[00:33:32] I could
[00:33:33] not do
[00:33:33] the show
[00:33:33] without
[00:33:34] your
[00:33:34] support
[00:33:34] and the
[00:33:35] support
[00:33:35] of the
[00:33:35] businesses
[00:33:36] that advertise
[00:33:36] on the
[00:33:37] podcast.
[00:33:38] So if
[00:33:38] you'd like,
[00:33:39] please support
[00:33:39] them too
[00:33:40] and tell
[00:33:40] them you heard
[00:33:40] it here.
[00:33:41] You can
[00:33:41] also become
[00:33:41] a patron
[00:33:42] at my
[00:33:42] Patreon page
[00:33:43] or go to
[00:33:45] thepetecalendershow.com.
[00:33:46] Again,
[00:33:46] thank you so much
[00:33:47] for listening
[00:33:48] and don't
[00:33:49] break anything
[00:33:49] while I'm
[00:33:49] gone.
