Although I just give out the text line number, but it might not be working because. It's blown up. Gosh, man, you all crazy. Oh all right, so to reset the table. I was planning to move on. I have all this show prep, guys, I'm not even gonna be here next week, so had all these topics I was gonna hit real quick. But now I'm just gonna push it off because you got a lot of people weighing in on what we've been talking about for now the last two hours, which is the and it's not just the pre trial hearing, the probable cause hearing in the Charlie Kirk assassination trial, but it's also I mean, there are all sorts of related issues here. Obviously because it has become such a media circus. It's being used, in my opinion, as a psy op to demoralize people, to engender division. It robbed conservatives of a moment where the right had this moment where we could have united. We could have said, this is what the left wing rhetoric is driving people to do. Right, you don't want a society that is involved in all of this and whatever, And instead it got derailed into all of this dumb assery and the left. You notice they don't engage in this story. You notice that why is that? Why don't why don't these leftists engage in any of the Tyler Robinson Charlie Kirk conspiracy stuff? But because when your enemy is hurting itself, don't step in to stop them. So the left sees what the right is doing to itself and they have no desire to engage in a topic that would, rightfully so prompt people to then start criticizing them, because that's where it started. Right people, Right after Charlie Kirk's murder, people were pointing out the rise of violence among a very very small percentage of the American public, namely right the transgender community or yeah the community, because Tyler Robinson was not trans, but allegedly did it because he was in love with his roommate who was trans. Although interestingly enough, I noticed this in the the interviews that Lance Twiggs provided to law enforce or to the DA I believe it was, or maybe it was the state prosecutor that on that or in the interview, he presents as a man, I mean, has long hair, but he's got a very deep voice, and he's wearing a tie. And he's not presenting as a as a female. So I don't know if that's intentional, Like did the lawyers tell him like, hey, you want to you know, dressed this way? You know what? I don't know. I don't know. I just thought that's kind of interesting. Don't know if it means anything. It made mean nothing, But that's what people were talking about in the immediate aftermath. I know because I was because we had seen. Now at this point and since Charlie Kirk's murder, we've seen other cases very similar where people who are trans have engaged in violent acts. And so I mean, we had the Zizians, remember we talked about the Zizian cult, that transcult, whatever, and they murdered the Border Patrol agent and a couple of parents of one of their cult members, and some landlord out in California. So people were focused on that, and then all of a sudden it starts turning into this absolute poop show, and the Left now gets to just sit back and not engage with the topic and not have to worry about anybody coming after them on this. Convenient no how fortuitous. On Twitter, moral Compass says, I'm glad that there was this pre trial hearing because if Tyler Robinson takes a plea deal, we would have never gotten to see all of what we have seen and how it all connects. It's a great point. So this is a because Utah operates differently. They do this probable cause pre trial hearing, and so the judge will determine now whether the evidence presented during the hearing provides enough probable cause to go to a trial, and at that point, Tyler Robinson will enter a plea guilty or not guilty, right, or maybe there's a plea deal that is struck and maybe Robinson's that he did it, and then he goes off to prison for the rest of his life, but he avoids the death penalty. Because this is this is a death penalty case. Now the state does not have to accept that, but like, what do you do, right, If you're the state, you've got a sure win. If he's willing to take a life, you know, no death penalty deal, then you take the deal. But then you don't go to trial. And the Kirk family, this is I suspect why the Kirk family has been, through their lawyer, beseeching the court to allow every single piece of evidence to be published to the general public, to the media as it is presented in the hearing. And the judges tried to strike this balance because he doesn't want to be accused of, you know, tainting a potential jury pool if they allow too much stuff. So he's been trying. He kind of constructed these three tiers of you know, this will be fully public, this won't be completely public, you know, it'll just be for the gallery, but the media can't broadcast it. And then the most restrictive one being this is just for the court to see. That's what the autopsy report that they did not publish that for the media or the gallery. And that's to protect the constitutional right to a fair trial for the defendant. While also providing as much transparency and accuracy to the victim's family and the public. Right, had we not had this kind of a hearing and Tyler Robinson just takes a plea agreement, we may never have seen all of the evidence. We probably would not have they would not have released the evidence. Right. So I believe there's there's way more evidence than needed to go to trial, not alone in that opinion. We'll see. I suspect the judge will say, yeah, there's enough to go to trial. Now, what happens from there don't know. I think they're looking at like a September first trial start date. They talked about it this morning. They were looking at their calendars and stuff. So that may be what happens beginning in September, unless there's a plea agreement, and maybe the plea agreement doesn't doesn't get hammered out until you know, the day before trial, a week before trial, whatever. Like when you start seeing through discovery and you start seeing all of the evidence. When the defense team starts getting all of this evidence, they may tell their client like, look, dude, they have everything they need to hang you. So we can go to them and ask them for a plea deal. They may not take it, they may not want it, but we can do that to save your life. And we don't have a trial, all right, I have gosh, I got a ton of messages on the text line. I will try to get through all of them, because if you're you know, you've got thoughts on all of this, and this is this is very important for reasons we've gone over in the last two hours. Truth matters. That's what I'm that. That's what I'm looking at, the pursuit of truth, and the way I measure that is through a court of law, people going under oath, evidence being presented. That's what I'm going on, all right. Group travel videos from old memories to new adventures, preserving life's moments for a lifetime. You texted, I caved I'm gonna go through the text line. I got about thirty texts here, about more than that now, so let's go through some of them. This is from Monica. Oh, hang on a second, I've lost the place here. Okay, there we go. Monica says, so far, Judge Graf seems very fair and thoughtful. He does. I've been impressed with the judge during this pre trial probable cause hearing. He's been very succinct, accommodating but firm. I think he's been fair and yeah, I agree, thoughtful as well. And then Monica says, that's not evident quote unquote evidence. Also, Candace asserted that he wasn't even there. Yeah, Candis Owens said that Robinson wasn't there. Again. See here's the thing. People have said so many things that have been now debunked by actual evidence. Right. They said that Tyler Robinson never turned himself in, and now there's video that was entered into evidence of him turning himself in. He's there. There were accusations, allegations about the timeline. Oh that the you know, they say he had turned himself in before the messages were you know, his confession texts and stuff were sent that also is not true. We have the chronology of it. He sent the last text message or I think it was the discord post sent about an hour before he turned himself in. And then of course you have the Lance Twig's testimony where he said Robinson confessed, gave me the note, also confessed in the note, showed all the text messages where he confessed in the text messages. It's like, all right, Dave says, uh Pete. If I'm tracking with. You on your views of TV law. And crime shows, I agree crime is not solved in an hour. Dumb, dumb. I think those shows are ridiculous. I have never watched them. However, I will watch the heck out of real life police and courtroom stuff on YouTube. Yeah, that's why. Like if you watch court TV and you watch the live feed from court TV, it takes a long time and a lot of it is boring and tedious, but that's what trial is. A lot of the stuff is just you know, laying foundations, making sure that things check out, and you know, entered into evidence, hearing the objections and everything else. It's even worse when you actually sit through it all in the courtroom because usually the. Benches are not comfortable. Jeff with a g. Says, these questioning theorists remind me of Ronald Reagan's quote about liberals. The problem is they know so much that just isn't so. Uh. The hell yon. Easy to hold leverage over a patsy. So, Helen, are you saying that Tyler Robinson is a patsy? He got set up? Is that what you're saying? He's been set up and that's why he confessed. Ian Carroll needs to go back to UFOs in a big hurry to pave over the events spot. I heard. I've heard this as well. Yo, Well, how come they paved over the parking lot three days after the shooting or whenever it was? Well, because the parking lot wasn't the crime scene. The crime scene had already been processed, right They the crime scene was the amphitheater where Charlie Kirk was killed, and then the roof of the Low C building and the parking deck. But the parking lot between the two was that was not part of the crime scene. So, and it's not that they were in a big hurry. If you've ever done work like this, had work like that done, it's booked way before you got to go out for request for proposals, and you got to check out the bids, and then you got to award the contracts, and then the contractor has to mobilize and all of that. So chances are that was probably already in the works before the shooting. Why did they do that? Well, if you see the video, the parking lot was in need of repair. Very disappointed at Sean Ryan's recent turn. Yeah, he had. Of all times, you put Candice. Owens on your program a week before the pre trial hearing. Yeah, the helliatt says, I think Robinson is dumb. Uh. Yeah, I'd agree with that. Jeff says, pardon me for being out of the Charlie Kirk conspiracy loop. But what actually is the rationale the evidence doubters have. I don't know. They're all they're all different theories that are out there. They're accusing all sorts. I mean, you know, the the big one that that that titilates and excites a lot of the the Candace Owens crowd is u that Erica Kirk and turning point us A and the people that you know worked with Charlie, that that they murdered him, that they were involved, or they knew about it beforehand and didn't stop it, or varying degrees of that, And I suspect it's, you know, Kennice Owens is a malignant narcissist. That's that's my diagnosis of her. And I'm not qualified at all to make it, but I but I do. And so I just I've heard enough about her behavior towards people in the conservative world that this is the way she behaves, and she goes scorched stirth on people like that. And maybe part of it is that, you know, Charlie didn't pick her to be his bride. I don't know, he distanced himself from her before, like a while before, like a couple of years before, but just you know, did not want to antagonize the arsonist, so tried to keep her away, Like she was not invited to speak at his funeral, right she was not. She wasn't part of his events for a while prior, so. Seems like they were on the outs and she took that personally, and maybe this is her way of burning burning down TPUSA, which by the way, is a pretty effective vehicle for driving turnout among young people and to the benefit of the Republican Party. So if you're trying to divide the MAGA base and the Republican support, cast dispersions about one of their turnout machines. People. I say this all the time. I guess people don't believe me. When you get online, you are in an informational battle space, so just be aware. I have a correction to make here. Last hour, I said that the trial may be starting, or the trial would be starting September first, So apparently the judge is not. So they did conclude today with the probable cause pre trial hearing, but the judge is not going to be deciding this until after closing arguments. Four hours of closing arguments. That's what's scheduled for September first. So we now have to wait another six weeks. And that, my friends, is the real case against Tyler Robinson. Now you know now I'm kidding. I'm kidding. We got interrupted there by an EAS severe thunderstorm warning. If you were listening on the live feed, I'm not sure if you get those EAS warnings. So that's why we cut the mics. Well, the government cut the mics because I was just about to lay out the entire conspiracy. No I was saying that. The the judge in this case will determine on after Well, sorry, the judge in the case today said you're gonna have closing arguments. That's going to happen on September first, scheduling four hours of arguments. After that, then comes the probable cause determination as to whether to send the case to trial. So that's what we got to wait another six weeks, So you're on the clock, Candace. By the way, Jason sent me the following text or Twitter exchange I should say, between Gary Milton. I played a clip of him. He goes by the name Paramount Tactical and former Green Beret, does a YouTube channel and show about tactical firearms and ballistics and all this stuff. And so he asks her. Did Candace ent her simp minions, just move on from the whole exploding Mike or what And her reply, apparently this morning was not at all even more convinced at this pre trial. Been on vacation, but don't worry, we'll be back next week. So, of all weeks to take off, Canas took this week off. So I can only imagine what she's developing to respond to all of the pieces of evidence that have obliterated her conspiracy theories. Jennifer says, as an avowed conspiracy theorist, I resent being lumped in with the Candace crazies. Therefore, we should henceforth call them canspiracy theorists. Canspiracy theorists, Trent says, all these people who have an open mind when it comes to the theories of who and why Charlie was killed suddenly become real closed mind did in the wrong way when facts prove their theories wrong. Right. That's how you know they're not actually just asking questions. They're making assertions in the form of questions, but they put it in the form of a question, so they don't actually have to make the assertion with any evidence. Right Number two, Trent says, OJ got off on the criminal charges, but was found liable in the civil case, which basically said he was responsible for the murders. Yes, but it is a lower evidentiary standard in the civil case. That's true. Marty says, I think it's right to call it the Charlie Kirk murder trial because we do not want to make that idiot famous. That's a fair point, Marty, Laura says, is it that some of these crazy Candice followers are just driven by pure adrenaline. I mean they range from very educated or intelligent to those who are quite all together, who are not quite all together mentally. I cannot identify with this kind of thinking. No, because most irrational, most rational people cannot identify with the irrational. This is why, like after a mass. Shooting event or something, people like they try to understand why. It's like, yeah, but you're trying. You're trying to look at something from a rational and sane perspective to try to gain some understanding. But they that's not the act of a rational, sane person. Jason says, I saw the video of the guy standing in the front row to Charlie's left and saw a guy push a button that was close to his shoulder at the exact moment that Charlie was hit. Not everything is a conspiracy theory, I understand, but that seemed extremely coincidental that a guy pushed a button at the same at the moment. Yeah, or I don't know, I'm just gonna throw this out there. It could also have been the guy that confessed like five times whose grandfather had the gun that they found at the scene wrapped in a towel with his DNA all over it, owned the rifles, got his DNA all over, and the dremal tool that was used to etch the bullets that were also found in Tyler Robinson's apartment, that all had his DNA on it. And I'm thinking, like, that's a more solid connection than a guy on a video in the vicinity of Kirk who happens to press. A button on something. Yeah. I mean, like that's it again, Like, just look at the amount of evidence pointing to this one thing, and then you having a question about something is not proof. I just saw the video. Okay, it's a double text. Ian says, anticipate the likes of Owens and Carlson shall call Israel warning Trump's a Trump of the assassination plot, bogus manipulation. Oh yeah, I thought about that too. Ian. The Israeli intelligence said Ron wants to have a plan to whack Trump, and so people will say, oh, that's them trying to get Trump to you know, continue the fight. And sure. Walt says, I own a three six. I've shot animals from Alaska to North Carolina. The shock to the body, the energy dissipation alone will kill you. It'll turn muscle into jelly. I had to stop hunting with mine. It was damaging too much meat, and these were side chest shots. I've been a lifelong hunter. I know what will bring game down. But we aren't talking about game. Okay. Michelle says, what's wrong with the app today? I don't know. David says, come on, Pete, they found the killer in thirty three hours. That proves it's a conspiracy, right, Well, they found him because he turned himself in. I agree with you most of the time, but you leave my nine to eleven conspiracies alone. I don't know what happened that day, but the official story doesn't make sense. Yeah, it kind of does. Wife and I are both conservatives, but are on opposite sides of the Kirk murder trial. I love the line you said a few months ago. If you hear hoof beats around the corner, think horses, not zebra's. Yeah it's again. I am an Okham's raiser kind of a guy. The most obvious, simplest, easiest to explain explanation is probably the truth. It's probably the correct explanation. Kevin says. Candie Owan's all about the eyeballs and the money that comes from those eyeballs. Be patient. She's going to go too far and be another Alex Jones and to depate. There are going to be a lot of laws to file against her after the trial. Seven oh four number says, if Robinson is acquitted, does that mean we get to riot and pilfer? I don't know, maybe, Brenda says the bullet I don't understand. Did it dissolve in Charlie's body? Can you help me understand that it did not dissolve in his body. They got pieces of it out of his body and they were presented as evidence. It broke apart, frangible. It just like disintegrated when it hit bone. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
