[00:00:28] A lot of stuff to get to we are monitoring the vote on the FISA reauthorization they've been

[00:00:37] debating all morning they're actually in a vote right now on a bigs amendment Andy Biggs

[00:00:42] congressman offered an amendment and it's interesting in that both of these the underlying

[00:00:49] reauthorization bill and the amendment they've gotten support and opposition across party

[00:00:54] lines so like the whole fight is bipartisan on either side and for me it really just comes

[00:01:03] down to a simple question of whether or not the fourth amendment shall apply or not to

[00:01:09] the intelligence community in its collection of information on American citizens and when

[00:01:15] you're running three million annual quote queries which another word for query is search

[00:01:21] that's a search you're searching through three million Americans information that you scooped

[00:01:28] up and you can always make an argument right for investigating for for checking into

[00:01:38] you know the old sumire extended after nine eleven if you're not doing anything wrong

[00:01:42] what have you got to worry about right you can always make that argument that's all that

[00:01:46] all that is always the fundamental trade off liberty versus security right and it is why

[00:01:53] the founder the founding fathers put the fourth amendment in there is to prevent the government

[00:01:59] from conducting unreasonable searches and seizures and if you're scooping up information of

[00:02:07] three million Americans and doing quote queries or searches of them that seems to me to be a

[00:02:14] problem so find a way to guard against that and I would submit that they already have because

[00:02:22] they found a way to guard against that for themselves right when the members of Congress

[00:02:29] do an exemption for themselves so the intelligence community has to get a warrant to go after

[00:02:35] them and then they have to tell the members of Congress that they've been scooped up so why

[00:02:41] not something like that for me how come you get that and I don't right I don't even need to be

[00:02:49] alerted to it just as long as you go get a warrant at I mean like I'm willing to compromise

[00:02:56] here you don't have to tell me that you scooped up my information because I was talking to

[00:03:00] you know G hotties dot com or something but that would be G HOTT IES G hotties dot com it's like only

[00:03:11] fans anyway no like if you've got a car that why do you get a car about Congress heck

[00:03:18] am I don't get a car about how come you get to be notified I don't get to be notified

[00:03:23] heck of them they need a warrant for you but they don't need a warrant for me it's almost

[00:03:26] like there's a different application of the law right sorry just saw something move on

[00:03:35] I just so congressman Dan bishops he just spoke on one of the amendments that was offered

[00:03:40] up by what's his name Dan Crenshaw out of Texas and he offers an amendment to try to

[00:03:55] expand this 702 provision of the FISA act but that's redundant the FIS Act the FISA anyway

[00:04:04] he tried so he's trying to make it apply to the fentanyl drug producers in China or the

[00:04:12] the antecedent or no I guess that would be the precedent anyway the ingredients right the

[00:04:20] chemical components that are used to make fentanyl they're made in China and so he wants to be

[00:04:24] able to expand FISA to go after them and to go after the cartels and if you don't agree with

[00:04:29] this amendment then you just want everybody to get you know poisoned by fentanyl and I

[00:04:34] don't want to hear anybody else talking ever again about fentanyl and the crisis and anything

[00:04:39] like that because you obviously don't care and all this well Dan Bishop gets up there

[00:04:43] and he was like I've got your talking points for the reauthorization of the underlying

[00:04:49] bill the underlying FISA and in the talking points you know what it touts it touts that

[00:04:57] they can use this and have used it to successfully target cartels and Chinese manufacturers of

[00:05:03] the chemical components of fentanyl the very thing that Dan Crenshaw claims to be targeting

[00:05:09] in his amendment so why are you running this amendment well and Dan Bishops estimation

[00:05:15] it was because Crenshaw is trying to and this was also a bipartisan bill he was trying to

[00:05:21] blur the lines blur the lines between criminal activity and international terrorism which

[00:05:30] is what FISA was supposed to be about right so that's still going on right now I will

[00:05:39] let you know sorry I just saw a tweet that came down from Daniel Bataglia who is with

[00:05:45] the McClatchy news organization she used to cover North Carolina politics but now she covers DC

[00:05:52] politics and so yeah so I'm seeing she sent out a tweet and then she said she deleted it

[00:05:58] because it was I'm deleting the tweet that was attached to this one because I inferred

[00:06:05] that Bishop was against FISA when he hasn't made his decision yet because he's waiting to see how

[00:06:10] the amendments shake out he also retweeted his thoughts on the bill sorry so okay so she was

[00:06:15] correcting something about Bishops it wasn't about the the amendment so all right she made

[00:06:20] a mistake that's fine she corrected the record good for her um so like I said well I'm monitoring

[00:06:25] it and will give me an update when I know anything more about that um what is this

[00:07:49] the oil issue right energy prices um the economy immigration foreign policy

[00:08:01] uh modern monetary theory crime right all of these different things he ties them all together

[00:08:09] he calls it the great illusion and he submits that it is in ruins the great illusion in ruins

[00:08:49] experiment for the first time in their lives a truly radical socialist program which supposedly

[00:08:57] fundamentally transformed the way America dealt with the border immigration the economy

[00:09:11] like religion gender abortion and schooling in a sense we were all to be lab rats to be

[00:09:20] experimented on by the radical left and their various critical theories now in the last year

[00:11:56] virtual receivership biden is polling at about 40 percent approval and behind in key swing states

[00:12:02] and most of the polling on the energy front he drained the strategic petroleum reserve right um

[00:12:11] now he's trying to pump more oil and gas so he's trying to appease iran he's pleading with

[00:12:17] the saudis that you'll recall he called pariahs when donald trump was the president right all in an

[00:12:23] effort to do what because he's got to try to replenish the reserves because he drained them

[00:12:29] ahead of the last election 2022 so now he's trying to to stabilize the prices so they don't

[00:12:37] go higher just as he's up for reelection so it's sort of a drill everybody else drill

[00:12:44] kind of approach not us we're not going to do it we're not going to be energy independent we're

[00:12:48] not going to rely on the fossil fuels because apparently gaya earth knows if the carbon that

[00:12:55] we're pumping into the atmosphere is initially sourced from iran or from

[00:13:01] um pennsylvania or alaska or louisiana or texas right so apparently gaya earth is as smart as covid

[00:13:16] these are very very smart things they know they know the righteousness they know the intent

[00:13:24] of the government to get rid of the

[00:13:27] illegal aliens

[00:13:29] um what else immigration biden fulfilled his agenda of getting 10 million illegal aliens into the country

[00:13:36] right got that done um destroying the border is going to ruin america for generations to come

[00:13:42] costing billions and billions of dollars in subsidies policing costs legal costs right to try to

[00:13:50] eliminate the amount of people that have come in just in four years is going to be really really costly

[00:13:57] it has put pressure on the housing markets on the labor markets have you seen the the labor numbers

[00:14:03] like the foreign-born workers they've been the ones getting most of the jobs whereas you look at

[00:14:09] the domestic born native born workers they have not seen the rebounding in their employment numbers

[00:14:17] what else um oh he says it's duplicity uh oh hang on so until the election right until the election

[00:14:27] the administration is thrashing about claiming that it never did such a thing at all right that

[00:14:33] it didn't do the thing on the border that we all know that it did because they told us that

[00:14:37] they were doing it when they undid trumps policies with 90-some-odd executive orders

[00:14:43] right and now we just got word what two days ago that they're now looking to re-implement one of those

[00:14:49] uh one of those uh acts right one of the rules in order to try to slow down to try to stem the

[00:14:56] tide well if you could have done it now why couldn't you have done it before and then

[00:15:03] there's foreign policy uh victor david hanson writing at victorhanson.com headline is the

[00:15:19] biden destroyed deterrence in an effort to beg appease and buy off america's enemies to behave

[00:15:52] is in an existential fight for its life and so there isn't any weaponry that's off the table

[00:15:58] if you're israel because if you lose everybody dies so um

[00:16:08] anyway the more that uh the biden administration fled from afghanistan in humiliation the more it

[00:16:14] appeased russia as it masked on ukraine's border the more it snored as a chinese spy balloon

[00:16:19] traversed the united states the more it put it put early holds on aid to ukraine the more

[00:16:25] assured putin a minor offensive into ukraine would not elicit a u.s response so all the more

[00:16:31] convinced putin that he could take ukraine without an american pushback the chinese could threaten

[00:16:38] taiwan hamas to prepare for the massacre of jews right so here we are in ukraine with some 800

[00:16:46] thousand dead wounded and missing ukrainians and russians the administration has no clue

[00:16:51] how to stop this it's a you know this this uh violence the entire therapeutic approach to foreign

[00:16:58] policy lies in ruins also the middle east national security advisor um jake solvents quiet portfolio

[00:17:07] the quote quiet portfolio that he inherited from trump has just blown up not quiet anymore

[00:17:15] biden's now scrambling to stop the israeli response biden is now replanting yet now that

[00:17:21] israel has like has hamas cornered in rafa now we're getting messages from the administration

[00:17:28] i don't know if you should be doing that and they're they're blathering on about uh they

[00:17:32] got to send me he's got to send more trucks yeah more aides got to get through hundreds of aid

[00:17:37] trucks are going into gaza every single day okay biden is now replaying the 1950s cia stereotype

[00:17:47] of the ugly american as he does his best to overthrow the net and yahoo government and to

[00:17:52] allow the trapped hamas remnants to escape and claim victory over the zionist entity despite

[00:17:59] butchering more jews in a single day than any time since the holocaust the biden administration

[00:18:05] meanwhile is stealthily communicating with the israeli opposition party trying to figure out the

[00:18:10] best way to join forces to get net and yahoo out mass protests in the streets of televive attest

[00:19:31] monetary theory printing all of the money spread it around to those who have none

[00:19:37] while you diminish the value of the money that people do have leads to hyperinflation high interest

[00:19:43] rates in all of these cases the woke genie is out of the bottle it's not going back in it's

[00:19:50] going to be hard for the administration to assure the public that things are wonderful

[00:19:57] much less to reverse these policies see and that's that's what we are witnessing right now

[00:20:02] you can see it's sort of like clean up on aisle biden right where all of these

[00:20:09] different issues in these areas where the left got room to run as far left as fast as possible

[00:20:16] and they did so and now they're trying now they're trying to scramble and cover up

[00:20:23] the ramifications of their policies right you've got the hey why don't you drill over

[00:20:29] there and bring the oil over here so we can kind of prop up the the reserves we can keep the prices low

[00:20:36] right you've got oh we're really tough on the border and oh it's those republicans that didn't

[00:20:40] pass this this really bad border bill they're the they're the problem not us

[00:20:45] right instead of nonstop distraction of j6 right abortion on demand

[00:20:58] the you know attacks on trump and the democrat say like all of all of these arguments that they

[00:21:03] are making is not going to uh it's not going to uh keep people from seeing with their own eyes

[00:21:09] in their own communities and in their own bank accounts right the actual reality of these policies

[00:21:16] the fallout the ramifications of these policies the long-awaited great fundamental transformation

[00:21:24] finally got its moment and it crashed and it has torched the nation the middle class americans most

[00:21:32] of all that's victor david hanson um speaking of the uh speaking of the war in gaza so hamas

[00:21:43] uh now says that um they have they have been mistakenly reporting the death toll

[00:21:53] i know i'm as shocked as you are if you can't trust hamas um really who can you trust so

[00:22:02] hamas now says that israel has killed 22 000 not 33 000 gossians and for the hamas apologists

[00:22:13] hamas agists hamas olologists anyway uh for the apologists for hamas they are like well that's

[00:22:20] still a lot and well way to rejoice oh yeah celebrate it's still 22 000 dead right okay yeah yeah no i

[00:22:26] get that that that response i get it but here's the point is that up until now we've been told

[00:22:31] that two-thirds of the 33 000 have been women children civilians whatever israel is saying that

[00:22:38] those numbers are are inflated and they've killed like 15 000 uh hamas fighters

[00:22:45] i don't know whose numbers to believe by the way you don't either right however one thing to

[00:22:53] keep in mind is that if hamas has now been forced because remember this all started and i brought

[00:22:58] the story to you a couple of days ago or maybe a week or so ago where um somebody ran a statistical

[00:23:04] analysis on the numbers and they were like there's no way this is statistically possible

[00:23:10] the these numbers cannot happen like literally mathematically cannot happen and after that

[00:23:18] now the uh what do they call it the uh the health ministry the health ministry which is hamas

[00:23:25] and they control it it's the uh it's the nonviolent wing of the hamas party right the

[00:23:31] gaza health ministry they had bogus casualty numbers here's the here's the thing

[00:23:38] if you take those new numbers now it's like 22 000 and you take the israeli reported numbers as well

[00:23:45] and those are actually like closer to uh confirmed right they've got they've actually

[00:23:51] got data that supports their numbers what you are looking at now is somewhere in the

[00:23:56] neighborhood of about a one-to-one combatant to non-combatant death toll ratio one-to-one

[00:24:09] and apparently in warfare particularly urban warfare that is unheard of

[00:24:16] it's way more civilian deaths are way more particularly when you are fighting an enemy

[00:24:24] that purposefully embeds itself in the civilian population so you kill the civilians that's the

[00:24:31] point they want you to kill the civilians so this way they can use that use those deaths for PR purposes

[00:24:41] for propaganda um colman hughes was on the joe rogan podcast a couple of days ago colman he's

[00:24:49] fantastic he's got a podcast i highly encourage people to watch it um he uh but he was on rogan's

[00:24:55] podcast a couple of days back and he said uh that there are two wars and i think he was quoting

[00:25:00] somebody else but is he's exactly right there's the military war and then there's a propaganda war

[00:25:05] and israel is fighting the military war and losing the propaganda war hamas it's the inverse

[00:25:12] and the message see here's the thing when when hamas is rewarded for losing the military

[00:25:18] battle but winning the propaganda war you are sending the message not just to hamas but to

[00:25:24] enemies all over the world that you can win doing this and if that's the way you want to

[00:25:31] fight wars going forward then keep encouraging the hamas tactics right because you're going to

[00:25:38] get more of it the mainstream media activists commentators politicians even the president

[00:25:46] right they've all cited the gaza health ministries bogus casualty numbers countless times

[00:25:52] and uh hamas has now admitted that yet maybe they don't have the data to actually back up all of those

[00:25:59] numbers they don't know how many of the actual deaths are victims of hamas i don't either you

[00:26:06] don't either nobody does we have seen plenty of videos of hamas fighters shooting at civilians

[00:26:12] as well so we don't know how many civilians are actually killed by hamas we don't know that

[00:26:18] right they heard them into the line of fire because again they benefit hamas benefits from

[00:26:22] the civilian casualty counts and if you are not if you're out there waving the palestinian flag

[00:26:28] and you're putting on the the was it the cafe whatever it is the little head wrap deal

[00:26:33] right it's like a fashion statement like you're doing these things to show your support for

[00:26:37] you know baby be heading rapist murderers if you're if that's your team right you have to

[00:26:43] acknowledge or you lose all credibility right you have to acknowledge there is a there was a

[00:26:49] propaganda benefit for civilians to be killed for hamas and there was a there's a propaganda

[00:26:57] downside for israel to kill civilians if you can't recognize that then you lack any

[00:27:05] credibility to discuss the topic or you are also a propagandist all right that'll do it for this
