All Right, so there is a case that the Supreme Court has agreed to take up or already sorry, they already took it up. The ruling is expected sometime in late June or early July. And it is about TPS Temporary Protected status. Okay, because the Trump administration removed TPS for a whole bunch of immigrants in America that came into the country under the Temporary Protected Status designation. He undid that for several countries, lawsuits filed. Of course, lower courts said the executive doesn't get to, you know, administer the law, so they. Ruled against him. They issued all these injunctions, right, this is part of the larger law fair model. And so the Supreme Court heard the case. Yesterday, the US House voted to discharge a petition. Okay, so this is it's like a fast track thing to like get it out of the committee structures and stuff. You're going to discharge the petition. So now you get full votes in both chambers. What is this petition about, Well, it is about TPS, the Temporary Protected Status for Haitians, just Haitians. Ballmakers voted two hundred nineteen to two oh nine, So six Republicans joined all two hundred and twelve Democrats and one independent to advance the petition. What it does is it extends TPS for another three years for Haitians. The discharge triggers a House vote on the petition, supposed to happen sometime today this afternoon. I'll check her on the break to see if it's if they've done it. The sponsor of the bill, Democrat Representative Ayana Presley from Massachusetts. The vote follows after a Haitian. This is according to Scott McClellan at town hall dot com. The vote follows after a Haitian allegedly beat a mother to death with a hammer outside of a Florida gas station. DHS identified the alleged attacker as Robert Jokin Jatsjochin Chin. Joaquin. Maybe it's Joaquin Robert Joaquin who is now in police custody. He was an illegal alien. He was caught and released at the border by former President Joe Biden's administration. In August of twenty twenty two. An immigration judge ordered him to be deported, but the Biden administration granted him a temporary protected status, but that actually expired. In twenty twenty four, President Trump shared a viral video of the fatal attack on Truth Social Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen slammed the vote. He said, unfortunately, TPS turns into a permanent status. I have a hard issue with TPS to begin with, because we don't never ended. We always extended people that have been here for thirty years, and then when we say we're going to end protected status for you, they end up coming in and saying, well, wait a second, it's inhumane because now we're married, we have a family, we have kids here, we have grandkids, we work here, and now you're sending me back home. But it was never supposed to be permanent. That's the problem. When you start extending these programs, they become permanent. Last year, DHS eliminated Haiti from qualifying for the TPS program, which I believe we set up that program for Haiti. The TPS status was awarded after the earthquake that hit Haiti, and that was twenty ten, so fifteen years. So how temporary is temporary protected status? And what's interesting is that the activist and the Democrats and the media, but I repeat myself, they they have been arguing that, Okay, fine, it's not you know, it's not about the earthquake anymore. It's basically that Haiti. Is a hell hole or another word that President Donald Trump used to describe that country, remember, and it prompted all of the the Hollywood types to say make Haiti or Haiti is great, or make Haiti great again or something like that, like we stand with Haiti, Haiti is beautiful. Remember all of that that big campaign last year whenever I know, it's very difficult to keep up with all of the news cycles. It feels like a decade gets crammed into a single month. But there was this. Huge pr campaign because Donald Trump called them blee poles, right, poop holes. That doesn't sound good either. Sorry, okay, yeah, but like not great places to live, and we shouldn't be taking these people in and all of this. And this was when the whole you know, they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats, that whole thing, right, I guess it would have been twenty twenty four. But so your argument now is that Donald Trump was correct. See that's the nice thing about being a leftists. You just get to adopt whatever argument is required for you to win this particular issue. And it doesn't matter if it conflicts with any prior stance you took on a similar or even the same issue. It doesn't matter. You can get away with it. As Donald Trump said, they just let you do it. Over at the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, they were celebrating at their website MIRA Coalition dot com. Laura Perros says TPS is a federal designation that allows people from countries experiencing armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions to allow them to live and work legally in the US. Many Haitians have relied on TPS for decades as a protection from deportation and a pathway to work authorization because that's what you get when you get TPS. Then you're allowed to be here, and that means you're allowed to work. Ending TPS would leave over three hundred and fifty thousand Haitian nationals at risk of deportation. The Trump administration moved to terminate TPS for Haiti in twenty twenty five. Courts have temporarily blocked that termination, but again this has gone to the Supreme Court, expecting ruling from them in June or July. Congresswoman Presley, who serves as co chair of the House Haiti Caucus. Did you know there was one? I was not aware. I was not aware that there is a House Haiti Caucus. Okay. I guess it's where like people who hate a lot of stuff, they all get together and talk about all the things they hate. I don't know. She represents one of the largest hate diaspora communities in the country, which I guess is in Massachusetts. The administration has argued that conditions in Haiti have improved sufficiently to justify ending TPS, but the evidence does not support that claim. Haiti's transitional government has expired with no succession plan, and the country is facing an escalating security crisis driven by heavily armed gangs that have expanded well beyond the capital. According to the UN, six point four million people are currently in need of humanitarian assistance, a level approaching what was recorded in the aftermath of the twenty ten earthquake. More than fifty five hundred people were killed between March twenty twenty five and January twenty twenty six as gang violence spread into agricultural and rural regions. Look, I gotta be honest with you. My entire life, Haiti has been a problem. Like I'm not aware of any moment since I became aware of Haiti's existence. Since that, there hasn't been abject poverty, violence, corruption. Right. We have been bailing out Haiti, sending them food and supplies and stuff for decades. So if Haiti is in a perpetual state of crisis like this, then there is no end to the the you know, TPS admissions. You might as well just have a completely open door policy to every Haitian. Right. So, this bill. Still needs to pass the Senate, still has to pass the House, and it's going to have to pass probably with veto proof majorities because Trump supports terminating TPS for Haiti, so he's probably going to veto it, and then you won't have enough votes to override the veto. Visit Creative video dot Com from the text line, and Ian says, Notice, Haiti is and has always been a basket case typical of former French colonies, where colonized people deliberately deprived, divided, and kept ignorant. Yeah. I don't know what's up with Haiti. I have heard this is an interesting theory. No way to really obviously prove or disprove it. But isn't Haiti. It's on the same island as the Dominican Republic, And I mean I can prove that. Sorry, that's not the part. This is the part that aren't they the ones that embraced voodoo? I kind of like, if I recall correctly, like that's like voodoo is a part of their culture. I mean they are there are Christians, and there are other other you know, religions that are that are there. But I remember hearing a line from somebody years ago and they said something like, you know, sixty percent of Haitians are a Christian, but one hundred percent follow voodoo. And I just wonder if the perpetual state of you know, poverty, corruption and misery may have something to do with the embrace of the occult, you know. I just I wonder and again no way to prove or disprove. Rodney says, I think the word caucus is another word for money laundering. It could be. Debbie says, why haven't these temporary people become US citizens yet? Are they prohibited from US citizenship? I don't know that's a good question, but yeah, if you've been here for twenty or thirty years under a quote temporary protected status, it kind of seems like there should have been a pathway there for you to become a citizen at some point. But I don't know. Maybe you're not allowed to, but I would think you could if you wanted to. And then there's this David Strawm at hotair dot com says, I would call this peak woke, but we will never reach peak woke, and I agree with that there is no such thing because again, there's no limiting principle on leftism. It's always just forward, which was. The name of the communist newspaper Forward, you know, in the USSR. It's always just forward. That's why progressives like progress. It's just progressive. It's always just got to keep moving the ball and the goalpost, right, just keep moving forward. And as I've said in the past, like, forward is not a direction that is always good. If I'm going towards a cliff, forward is very not good, right, So there is no way to there's no guardrails that they put up to say that, Okay, this is far enough. We got what we wanted because you're constantly in search of this hey Galian utopia that's at the core of your collectivism ideology. So you're constantly moving forward, moving forward, and destroying everything in the process in this eternal search for utopia, which of course is unattainable anyway, he says create. So here's the story out of California. This is nuts. They created a program in California to give free sex change surgeries to transgender homeless. Illegal aliens, which is. Like in the oppressor Oppressed Olympics here like that that could be like that could be the gold medal in any category you got because you got transgender homeless illegal aliens and you get free sex change operation and services like in the hormones or the hormones. And all that stuff, right, the HRTs and stuff. So this story was uncovered by Christopher Rufo, who did an actual act of journalism by actually going to various shelters and talking with people. It all started actually with a tip. Rufo was informed that homeless illegal aliens were flocking to California to get free sex changes, which is a tip that is so crazy, right, Like, I know, Rufo, he's out west. I think he's in Oregon maybe and so maybe, Okay, it's not that. It's not that far of a drive or a flight for him to go do some journalism in there. And and so he did it, like like if I had gotten that tip, I would not have Like, I'm not going to travel all the way across country just to chase down a tip like that because it sounds so nuts. So he decides to check it out, and sure enough, it's true. It's hard to imagine it's true. But then again, it's California. So now California, despite having claimed that no Medicaid money federal money Medicaid money is being used for illegal aliens because they are ineligible due to federal rules, turns out it does in fact use quote unquote state dollars to provide medical coverage. That's their state program see medical Medical except it's still coming from the same pot of money you're taking federal funds and putting it into medical and then you're using medical funds to pay for this stuff. It's a different pocket in the same pair of pants, if you will. Among the shelters residents, this is from Christopher Rufo's report at his website Christopher Ufo dot com. Among the shelter's residents was a group of Hondurans who identified as transgender. This was at the MSc South shelter. He spoke with two Honduran men, one named Laika and one named Alondra, both identified as transgender women. Both indicated that the local government gave them shelter and food. Laika, who wore long hair and red lipstick, was candid about this arrangement. He confirmed he was an illegal immigrant and that the shelter doesn't ask questions about immigration status. Dengo medical, he said, meaning I have medical, referring to the state healthcare program, which under Gavin Newsom began providing full scope coverage to illegal aliens, which includes transgender procedures or quote unquote gender affirming care its gender denying care. Actually, he said he was receiving cross sex hormone therapy and bore the physical signs of having done so. Alondra, a muscular man in a camouflage shirt and dyed hair tied behind his head, said he had been in the United States after claiming asylum. According to the translator, the city government had offered to pay first and second month's rent on private apartments for him and Leika, but neither one of them accepted the offer. Why well, because they wouldn't be able to pay after the second month. California is bleeding red ink and its budget has exploded under Governor Newsom. One of the reasons why is that the state has been expending enormous resources to provide services. To illegal aliens. Meanwhile, the lengths to which California lefties will go to keep going down this path are impressive. Ask former Representative Swallwell about that he was sacrificed to ensure that Tom Steier would become the next governor of the state, and what Styre is promising is more lawlessness. He put out a statement with his platform on immigration number one, Abolish ICE number two, put ICE agents in jail and treat them like the mob. Three, bring those kidnapped and detained by ICE back home, and give the Attorney General power to imprison ICE agents. And their leadership taxpayer funded legal representation and support for illegal aliens. Oh, and also ignore a Supreme Court ruling that allows ICE to use the reasonable suspicion for arrests. As I mentioned earlier, right, that's Tom Steyers plant, by the way, when he was a hedge fund manager. I believe one of his lines that he invested in was detention facilities for ICE. Not sure people know that. Let me get to the text line here. Gary says the temporary protected status and illegals don't need citizenship. It's about flooding the system and breaking our current system so they can replace it with more government control and eventually backdoor socialism. That is the Cloward and Piven strategy. This couple sociologists or something like that, left wing activist types in academia back in the sixties and seventies, and they crafted this plan, and this was the purposes. You just overload the system, the welfare system benefits everything. You just overload everything, and. Then people will be clamoring for a solution because there will be so much division and cost. And then part of it is ushering in a universal basic income, taxing the rich into oblivion. Like all of the you know, the holy grails for the left. Jeff points out that locusts move forward. Yes, they do, that's true. Greg says, wait a minute, Pete, I thought that the Clinton Foundation had rebuilt Haiti. Doug says, I went to Haiti on a quasi mission trip in nineteen eighty nine and one day we visited Mir du Noor and it was supposedly the Voodoo capital of the world. And there was a little pond in the center of town and they sacrificed chickens and you could just feel the evil hanging in the air. I've never been more schemed out than I was when I visited that place. And it's such a beautiful island geographically, topographically, all the natural amenities that you would want in a Caribbean island, and it's just been squandered. And whether it's voodoo or government mismanagement or what, it's just a real shame. Yeah. I mean, look at Dominican Republic is on the same island, and it's a destination for travelers and tourism. You know. Debbie says Ai says, fifty to ninety percent practice the religion you mentioned often alongside Catholicism. Yeah, That's what I said, Like I remember this quote was that, like it's like, yeah, you have this huge, you know, Christian population, but it's but even more practice voodoo. Stanley says, we have all these. Stories coming out of California regarding how federal tax dollars are being wasted and abused. Now they want to pass a law, the Nick Shirley Act, that forbids journalists from recording in public, which is the predominant way all this fraud has been exposed. If news organizations can't record in public, what else is considered news? Yeah, this is the Democrat response is to try to block independent journalists, YouTubers, influencers, whatever, civilians just regular citizens with a cell phone. They want to now prevent them from doing these types of stories. And on a parallel course, they're trying to I think this was in California, but it may have been in where did he do the leering centers? Nick Shirley did the you know, the learning centers, but they misspelled learning with all the Somali fraud in Minnesota. Yeah, Yeah, they were trying to do like another track where you couldn't investigate, where the state could not investigate fraud Virginia, I think did a similar proposal like they they they're they're trying to blind themselves the government from doing any kind of auditing of the books of any of these nonprofits that get taxpayer grants. This is this is what we are fighting. Yes, Gabby, I am off tomorrow. What do you think I'm cutting the grass? Don't water? We on a shortage. What do you think about moss taking over your yard? Well? I don't know. Do you have an H O A? I mean I like that, Yes, I do consider Catholicism and Christianity to be the same seven O four number, But you disagree. I eighty five southbound completely closed Dixon School Road. All right, we'll pass that along. You can call, by the way the some please seven o four six six' nine. Tips seven oh four sixty sixt' nine. Tips that's the traffic, number all. Right. Over in THE, uk they have an asylum system that is similar to the one we have here In. America the purpose of the system is to ensure that the state does not deport anybody who is in danger of being killed if they were to be, deported that's the whole. Point and you claim asylum someplace Right now this may come as a shock to some, people but this asylum system is being. ABUSED i. KNOW i would have never, guessed but, yes it is being abused in THE uk and In. America here in THE, us particularly over the course of The biden, administration the system was widely abused by migrants who were in reality here for, jobs but they had learned from other migrants or from progressive groups that by claiming asylum at the border they would allow they would be allowed to enter the country and then it would probably take as long as seven years before their case would be decided by a. Judge, now in the vast majority of, cases the judges state the, obvious which is that economic migrants are not covered by asylum, laws so then an order of deportation would be. Issued but by that point the migrant might HAVE us born, children whether they did or, not ice would almost never come for, them regardless of what the judge, said so as long as they didn't get convicted of a, felony they were allowed to stay. Anyway in THE, uk the asylum system is similarly designed to protect people who might be in danger if, deported but THE bbc engaged in an act of. Journalism they went under cover and they report that this program has created an incentive for legal advisors to recommend to their clients that they love about their sexuality in order to convince THE uk authorities that they will be targeted if they get sent. Home in, short if you are going to claim asylum in THE, uk just say you're gay and you can. Stay that's what they. Found a Shadow this is THE, bbc a shadow industry of law firms and advisors is charging thousands of pounds to help migrants pretend to be gay in order to stay in THE. Uk there is a slogan or a song there, People I'm i'm just throwing it out. There if, not, like what are we even doing? Here from the text, Line michael says they should make the guys kiss each other to prove. It seven oh four, number Says pete t shirt idea if you're gay you can. Stay oh that's Also, michael, sorry say gay to stay. Right so, yeah this is the. Brand this is the slogan say gay stay IN. Uk the that's the. Trick that's the fraud being implemented in THE uk via the asylum. PROGRAM bbc reports in the first part of a major undercover. Investigation we reveal how migrants whose visas are due to run out are being given fake cover stories and instructed how to obtain fabricated, evidence including supporting, letters photographs and medical. Reports they then apply for, asylum claiming to be gay and in fear for their lives if they return To pakistan Or. Bangladesh this group now makes up thirty five percent of all asylum, claims which topped one hundred thousand in twenty twenty. Five this is a, choice, People you are making a choice. Here when you vote for people that allow for this fraud to, occur you are enabling. It Raymond, ibrahim we had him on the Program, historian and you, know whenever he says, that whenever he hears people, like, OH uk is being invaded in all, this he's, like it's not being. Invaded you're inviting, THIS. Bbc. Says our undercover reporter was even told that he could bring his wife over From pakistan once he got an asylum in THE uk and then she could make a fake claim pretending to be a. Lesbian they have an entire cottage industry set up to facilitate. This THE bbc went beyond tips and sent people undercover to meet with some of the legal. Advisors these people are charging thousands of dollars for their advice on how to game the, system as well as help generate documents that will PASS. Muster that would include like a letter from a group about providing support to gay. Migrants it also might include a visit to an actual gay, club where somebody would then take a couple of photos of the migrant to document their identity as a gay. Person so you're gonna bring, like is this like a field, Trip. Like you're gonna load up everybody on a, bus get a whole bunch Of pakistani, men all claiming to be gay but aren't, gay and you're gonna bring them all to a gay. Club and then they're gonna like go into the gay. Club you're gonna snap some pictures like up on the you, know like they have the selfie, wall you know where they set up a little selfie, station so you can go and get a picture of yourself at the gay, club and then that becomes evidence to present to the government that, look look how GAY i. AM i went to the bottoms up, Cafe, like come, on what would a non Gay pakistani man? Do that the men trying this scam are Disproportionately. Pakistani from The Daily, caller THE bbc attended an Id milan. Party the event was organized By WORCESTER lgbt and build itself as a quote as a safe inclusive space for LGBT q plus asylum. Seekers so a very specific kind of event. Here it's you got to be an asylum seeker and you gotta BE lgbt. OR q OR a plus and whatever that. Entails WORSTER lgbt claims to work exclusively with LGBT q plus asylum seekers and. Refugees they have a very specific set of. Skills, yes it's called, fraud that's what you're. Doing, however THE bbc went to this event and discovered that the attendees that the guys that are, there they they have no intention of even pretending to be. Gay one man Named fahar told an undercover reporter, quote most of the people here are not. Gays shocking. Quote oh this was another guy Named zishan who, says quote nobody is gay, here not even one percent or, gay not even point zero one percent are. Gay gay sexual activity is illegal In. Pakistan homosexuality is illegal In bangladesh, too and if you are caught or i guess even accused of participating in the gay sex, acts that carries a maximum penalty of life in. Prison so it's not too surprising that men from these nations would scramble to distance themselves from a homosexual. Label an UNDERCOVER bbc reporter spoke To Tenisa, khan a woman who reportedly works as an advisor To worcester lgbt this organization that focuses specifically on assils and refugees that are LGBT q pluses And Con i'm not kidding that's her, name It's. Con she told the reporter to apply for asylum on the basis of being. Gay he says to, Her he's not. Gay con, says, quote listen to, me there is nobody who is. Real there is only one way out in order to live here, now and that is the very method everyone is. Adopting just say, again all, right that'll do it for this. Episode thank you so much for. LISTENING i could not do the show without your support and the support of the businesses that advertise on the, Podcast so if you'd, like please support them too and tell them you heard it. Here you can also become a patron at My patreon page or go to dpetecleanershow dot. Com, again thank you so much for, listening and don't break anything While i'm. Gone
