So in a sign of perhaps maybe our encroaching march towards full Brazilian politics ourselves here in America, we have more and more people who are licking their chops at the prospect of total victory in the House and Senate races here in the midterms next week. And once they get the power, they're really looking forward to throwing a bunch of their political opponents in prison for the rest of their lives. And this will would also work as a deterrent effect. Now, lest you think that I am being hyperbolic or I'm just like, oh, you know, Pete, you're just saying all of that to scare people and to, you know, paint the Democrats as as the boogeyman and that they're terrible and all of them. What about Trump? What about what about Trump? What about Trump? Right. I am just going by what they are saying. And so I just listen to what these leaders say. Now, I don't know if they intend to follow through with it, much like like, OK, for example. Do you remember there was a guy running for president of America a while ago, but he was running for president and he would lead his rallies in a chant of lock her up, lock her up. Do you remember that? I remember that. What was that guy's name? It'll come to me anyway. And they would always chant, lock her up. And they were talking about his opponent, who was the favorite to win the race. Everybody thought she was going to win. What was her name? Melanie Mallory, something like that. Clinton. Yes. Hillary Clinton. And she had been accused for many, many years of all sorts of things. But the yes, I know. Trump and Hillary. Yes, I am aware. Thank you, Bernie. You don't need to. That was the joke. Good job. Yes. So Hillary Clinton is was the target of these la corrupt chants. And, well, the left was very upset about all of this. They were very mad. How dare you? This is not who we are. This is a threat to the democracy. This is banana republic type stuff. This is what they do in Brazil. No, I'm kidding. They weren't saying that. But, like, you might as well. This was so bad because Trump was threatening to lock up Hillary Clinton, which, of course, we remember when he won in 2016, despite all the polling and all the experts, everybody saying that he could not win. There was no chance he could win and everything else. And then he did win. And then we had, remember, Democrats and the media, but I repeat myself. investigating whether or not Vladimir Putin came to America and cast like millions of votes or something for Donald Trump, that maybe Trump was an asset. Maybe they had compromise on Donald Trump. He was he was being blackmailed and he's always been an authoritarian at heart and he loves Putin, Putin, all of this. Right. And then you have the Steele dossier and all of that came out trying to hamstring him and put his people in prison, right? They brought charges against many of the people in Trump's orbit, right? And then, of course, you'll recall Donald Trump dropped the hammer on Hillary Clinton and, you know, put her on trial in a show trial and put her in prison for the rest of her life where she died in prison. Oh, no, wait, that did not happen. Remember, that did not happen. Huh. Wait a minute. So Donald Trump was chanting along with his crowd. And to be fair, the crowd usually started those chants, lock her up, because he was railing against her as being corrupt. And they all started chanting, lock her up, lock her up. And then he got into office and he did not actually lock her up. Remember? And he angered a lot of his supporters who thought that he was going to lock up Hillary Clinton, which a lot of his supporters wanted him to do because they believed that she had engaged in all sorts of nefarious acts and corruption. And of course, we find out, of course, like, yeah, she was part of a much larger operation doing exactly that. And he probably should have. And if they had, you know, had. I don't know, legit investigators at the FBI that actually looked into it. They would have uncovered all of the stuff that we now know to be true with the Steele dossier and all of that. But I digress. I digress. So I'm curious when now I hear Democrats who are talking about not simply impeaching the president to get him out of office and impeaching members of the cabinet to get them out of their offices. I saw Hakeem Jeffries, Timu Obama, basically, he was out there talking about impeaching Pete Hegseth. And remember what we talked about last week with the color revolution, the people who got fired out of USAID and these ex-military, ex-diplomats, ambassadors and left-wing NGOs and all of these organizations that are laying plans for a color revolution after they ascend to power in the election. next week. You know, this is part of the issue that they're going to try to make is the, quote, legitimacy, illegitimacy argument that the only legitimate powers are then held by the governors in fighting back against the authoritarian federal government. And it's a nullification crisis that they are trying to create, basically, that they're planning to create. And part of the problem in that plan is they have to, well, it would be easier, let me say it like that, It would be easier to have somebody as Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War or whatever. Like, it'd be easier to have somebody in there that's more of a go-along, get-along kind of a guy, you know? Somebody who could essentially lead the U.S. military in a coup, basically, to allow that to occur. And Pete Hegseth is... probably not the guy to do that. Right. From what, from what I have seen so far from Pete Hegseth, I don't think he's on board with that operation. Okay. So you get rid of him. You can impeach him, get, try to get him out of, uh, out of the office. Right. And maybe then the color revolution has a better chance of succeeding in essentially kicking out the president, impeaching him, charging him or something. Right. Um, but that's just the president. What you want to do is to send a message of deterrence, deterrence for being a conservative, right? You don't want anybody ever again to be able to pull off what Donald Trump pulled off, which is to beat the deep state, quote unquote, to beat the Democrats and the media. But I repeat myself as to beat them in the election. As I've said for many years now, um, in the Democrat mind, you may win an election, but you may not govern. Okay. You can promise all sorts of things, but don't you dare try to deliver them because we will block you. In fact, that's one of the four B's of the color revolution plan. They have the, their plan is the four B's and the number one B is blocking. And there are all sorts of forms of blocking. One of them is, you know, violent insurrection, any kind of activity that, if you will, fiery but mostly peaceful riots in order to induce a reaction and then use that reaction to claim that the reactors are illegitimate. But one of the other blocking techniques is inside the government. And this is what the right has been referring to for the last decade as the deep state. These are people in bureaucratic positions inside the The government infrastructure that throws sand in the gears, anytime a Republican comes in that tries to undo the excesses of the left, the bureaucrats act as a blocking tackle, basically. They'll slow it down. They'll gum up the works. They'll lose paperwork or whatever. They have their ways. They know the systems, and they will be in those positions long after the Republican... is out of office, right? They just need to wait them out. That's been what we have seen as a steady march for the last 50 years, that the government just gets bigger and bigger and bigger, and it becomes more and more further entrenched in the Democrat Party, right? That explains Northern Virginia, all those government jobs, all those people, and they vote and they flip the whole state, right? Which brings me to Alyssa Slotkin, the former CIA... operative who is now a senator who would like to deter people from becoming Republicans and joining the administration and lending any kind of help or support to any kind of Republican government. She won that race by like 0.3 percent. OK, she is much like the Abigail Spanberger. They run as moderates and like Roy Cooper, although he's not CIA, as far as I know. Just don't ask him that because you might get a cease and desist letter. So, yeah, they both Spanberger and Slotkin, former CIA. They run for these offices. They pretend to be these like moderate moderates. Democrat, suburban soccer mom types. And they get in there and they just start going off like on the far left stuff. So sure enough, it did not take long for Slotkin, who, remember, served under John Brennan, that commie, to show her true colors. This is from Miranda Devine at the New York Post. The Michigan senator told students at the University of Chicago how she plans to use the power that will come to Democrats if they win Senate control in the midterms. She wants to unleash a barrage of political investigations on Trump officials in order to frighten young people away from taking jobs in the administration. Here's what she said. So that's what I'm saying. I want to look at these signature cases and not just focus on the president, but on the people who enabled him. I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration? Like, that sounds fun. I might get an opportunity. I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want. And so let me avoid participating in that. I want that deterrence message. She wants the deterrence message sent. Okay. In other words, do not ask what you can do for your country if you're a Republican. Right. Serving in the government can only be done by by Democrats. Now, she has tried to say like, oh, no, no, I'm only talking about, quote unquote, signature cases. But the deterrence message is is the goal. That's what she just said there, too. So she wants everybody to focus on because she got a lot of blowback from this and rightfully so. But she's been trying to clean this up saying, oh, no, it's just, you know, Christine Noem, the dog killer. We're going to go after her for corruption. No, Doug Burgum. And I'm like, that guy's still in the he's still at interior. I hadn't heard anything about Doug Burgum in a while, but apparently they got their eyes set on Doug Burgum. They got they're going to go after all of these. All of these Trump administration officials. And the point, as she just said, is to deter young people. And what's the point of that? Well, much like Vladimir Lenin said, you know, give me a generation, I'll give you the revolution. Right. They recognize Democrats recognize that you got to get at the kids when they're you know, they got the young skulls full of mush, as Rush would say. So you got to get to the kids. And if you can convince the kids that they are not go that they they don't have a path forward to any kind of successful career working for a Republican administration, and then they don't. And if they're not going to work in the administration, they don't get the experience. And what happens over the long term? Your bench dries up. Much like the Democrats. you know, attempts to get somebody to run for president. Like, you end up with a not very good bench. You end up with people that have no experience, they don't work in the government sector, and so you don't have anybody with the expertise needed to come in and clean the place up if Republicans win back control. That's the point. Slotkin, who fancies herself as a future president, oh my used the same signature cases language in a speech at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace back in September when she named Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, and then Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem as the Trump officials that she would target for political prosecutions and would see them jailed for 20 years apiece. That's what she is offering. That's what she is pushing. That's what she's promoting. That's her campaign message. And it's a message much like lock her up. Right. That's a message that the base is very happy to hear and to chant along with her. Now, will they follow through? I don't know. They've already impeached Trump twice. So I kind of feel like they would do that. And also there's that whole Jack Smith lawfare thing. like going after people that were selling MAGA hats, you know, getting all of their information, debanking people. Like, I kind of feel like there's a bit of a history here when the left has the reins of power that they do actually do this. All right, real quick. Every government number gets revised, right? Every projection gets walked back. Gold does not file corrections like GovCo. Revelation Gold Group helps families hold physical gold and silver, including in a tax-advantaged gold IRA. It's real. All right, so back to Miranda Devine's piece at the New York Post about Alyssa Slotkin, ex-CIA analyst, now senator, threatening to go after Trump administration officials and throw them in jail as a deterrence message to any young person that would even think about serving in the Trump administration. Or, I guess, any other Republican office or something? I'm not sure. Devine says it's one aspect of the psychological warfare she learned in her former Intel career. Last year, Slotkin and five other national security Democrats... quote-unquote national security democrats launched a propaganda video implying that trump was giving illegal orders to the military this is what got her uh lumped in under the banner of the seditious six remember them they pretended that the video was just a public service message to inform military members that they were not obliged to follow orders of the commander-in-chief right if If these are illegal orders, you shouldn't be doing these things. And then they tried to, like, walk it back and tell everybody, like, you're just stupid for misunderstanding what we were really saying. It's like we're just saying don't follow illegal orders and all of this. But now we know, thanks to what we covered last week, the color revolution plan that is being operationalized. right, via the UDA, the United Democracy Alliance, and their member organizations, this is part of their plan, right? It's to seed the fields, is to make people be on You know, be on guard to be on the lookout for anything like this that may happen. And then, boom, red line crossed. We declare a legitimacy crisis. Governors take power from the federal government. This is their plan. Right. And then we just kind of hunker down and fight it out until the 2028 election. And then we we pitch ourselves as like we're the party for the democracy and they're the party of the tyrant. Right. That's the idea. And if you want the federal government to be legitimate again, you have to put us in charge of it. Nobody else can restore legitimacy. Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth accused the six senators of sedition and Slotkin later admitted in an interview. interview that Trump had actually never issued any illegal orders. And basically, the video was a psychological operation. It was a sigh up. But they got away with sowing doubt among the troops. And that's really the important thing. Slotkin and her fellow CIA wolf in sheep's clothing, Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger, are especially dangerous because they present themselves as non-threatening soccer mom types when they really are hardcore ideologues who have learned the dark art of manipulating democracies around the world to suit their purposes. Therefore, Slotkin speaks in the language of calm, reasonable moderation, but she governs like a revolutionary. The Senate is stuck with her until 2030. But the last thing conservatives should do is sign their own death warrants by bolstering her numbers, sitting on their hands for this election or even voting for the other side out of resentment over Trump not delivering every single thing he promised in two years. Despite the gloomy polls and the wall-to-wall negative media coverage, the Senate is, in fact, winnable for Republicans, even if the House follows historical precedent and falls to the Democrats. As Harry Enten... At CNN, the chief data analyst over there pointed out the other day, polls are within an average margin of error. So the Senate is too close to call at this point. And then, of course, there's the Fetterman wildcard. What will he do? There's a lot of speculation that he will flip parties. I have no idea if he will or won't, but that's the scuttlebutt. So then Slotkin is asked about... After she makes these comments, Donald Trump and Republicans, they go after her for these comments that she made, you know, about sending a deterrence message to the young. So nobody goes into public service in a Republican administration. And and I believe now she's looking also at an ethics complaint against her, which she said they just filed because she's a woman. OK, sure. Yeah. Whatever, lady. That's it. I mean, look, unfortunately, this is not my first rodeo. Less than a year ago, he took me to the grand jury and tried to criminally indict me for a 90 second video, freedom of speech. And this is a, it's. A coordinated manufactured response because they don't want to be talking about the midterms or the economy or the war in Iran, but also because they want to intimidate you to be quiet. I mean, this is literally how they work. So by the way, You hear what she says there. I know the room audio is pretty bad, but she says, oh, this is an intimidation tactic is to is to is to start like going to a grand jury to see if she's committed a crime as a sitting U.S. senator threatening, you know, to jail political opponents and such. Oh, this is just intimidation. Well, what is it that you think you did? What do you think you were doing when you said you want to prosecute and jail people that you want a deterrence message sent. That's what you're doing. Like they speak this language of democracy and that they're the only ones who can defend it while engaging in this rhetoric that is quite the opposite. And I guess the real problem is that people like me have noticed. That's the real problem is that I've noticed her saying these things And this is not this is not healthy for the republic. Pointing that out, though, I guess, yeah, it's just because she's a woman or something. Let us jump over to the text line. This is from Andy, who says, do as I say, not as I do. These politicians need to be called out for their hypocrisy. Great show as always. Thank you, Andy. Appreciate it. Brad says, someone must have told her to say all that because everybody knows Democrats don't know what a woman is. True. Yeah, that is true. Steve says, awesome transition between hours one and two today. Thank you. Along similar lines, how did prediction markets become the swaying method over polls in one year? I think a couple of reasons. Number one, polling is broken, has been for a while. People don't trust them. And number two, people use those prediction markets and it's betting, it's gambling, and they are putting up their own money. So the idea there is sort of like the wisdom of the crowd where you get a lot of people together and from all these different backgrounds. And number one, they're putting their their own money on the table, right? So they're not going to be making bets to lose, right? And then you have the wisdom of the crowds, which is that you get enough of these people that are actually paying money to make the prediction. They don't want to lose their money. And so what is the general sense of where they are putting their money? And so you, not that everybody is going to make the right decision, but everybody together may end up in the right place. However, as the counterfactual on that, I would, I would simply point out the, the, uh, the TV game show, the traders where like all of the faithfuls who are trying to find the traders amongst them, they all just kind of just go along like lemmings and fling themselves off of cliffs and vote out faithful people and ignore the traders. So, uh, yeah, that, I mean, that, that's the idea I think is that people are searching for an alternative and in media, um, they're all about the horse race. They don't want to cover the actual issues, right? You're not getting, like, you won't get in, like, the mainstream media, legacy media stuff. You're not going to get deep dive stuff like we're doing on these different issues on this program and others. Like, you're not, you just don't get it. They prefer to cover a campaign as if it's a horse race. So-and-so's in the lead. The polling shows they're winning. Oh, now there's a change in the polling. Oh, they're raising more money. They're not raising enough money. Oh, their message is this on the campaign airwaves. They put out this campaign ad with all this money and who's funding them and all of this. It's not about what these people stand for, what their issues are. I mean, again, Roy Cooper is running around the state saying make things cost less. That's it. That's his whole thing. And threatening people with litigation if they ask if he has any kind of neurological issue. Um, Tracy says, why do we keep hearing and seeing the same rhetoric from the same people in the same States? The Russian collusion was dead on arrival, but the Democrat party kept beating the drums on that. It went nowhere. Well, we, we didn't know it was going to go nowhere. Right. Right at the beginning of that, like that was the, that was the push. We don't know how that, how that could have shook out. Right. Um, you know, the Hunter Biden laptop, had that thing not become public, there would still be a lot of information that we did not know, right? People are sick of the lies and fraud. I hope and pray America will come together. So the, yeah, so the reason why they keep doing it is because even if it doesn't succeed in creating, you know, prison sentences and that sort of thing, or impeachments, which remember, they did impeach Donald Trump twice, right? So they tried, They're going to keep trying. Their base demands that they do so. This doesn't stop until Trump is out of office. And then there will be somebody else who will be deemed to be worse than Trump. Just like Trump was worse than Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney was worse than John McCain. John McCain was worse than George W. Bush. Everybody is the worst while they're running against a Democrat. But then when they lose or they die, then all of a sudden Democrats in media, but I repeat myself, they then have, quote, strange new respect for the Republicans, but only after they're dead or out of office. That's it. John says the predictive markets are better than polls. Part of the information that the betters are using are the polls. So it's kind of circular. Yeah. And this is why the betting markets have their own problems. For example, You got people that have inside knowledge that are also making bets. And so you don't know how that's impacting what you're seeing when you're looking at the odds and the amount of money that's being spent and all of that. So, yeah, I mean, in some regards, they can be better than the polling in some in some cases and in some aspects. but they have their own issues. Again, this is why I don't make predictions on elections. I don't understand what the value is. Unless you're putting money and you're gambling on who's going to win, there isn't any value to me speculating on who's going to win an election. What does that mean? What does that do? I say, so-and-so is going to win. And then if they don't win, now it's like, oh, Pete made a bad prediction, so we can't trust him. Or that person does win and I run around saying, I predicted that person would win. And so now I have to keep a scorecard of every single election and all the ones I got right and wrong and what my record is and all of that. It's just, there's very little juice from that squeeze. Now there are some people that's all they do. So all they do is make predictions and I would ask to see their records, but they don't ever show you their record. Isn't that interesting? Like they just, Like, I think if you're going to be in the game of making predictions, you should have a little like a batting average. All right, that'll do it for this episode.
