Yesterday you may have been listening, well, I should say you should have been listening to Brett Winterbles Show three to six on WBT here and he mentioned the burn bags story, the burn bags. If you did not hear it, first off, shame on you listen to Brett. Second, FBI director Cash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump Russia probe that were buried in multiple burn bags. Burn bags are the way that you destroy documents designated as classified or above or higher. Okay, so you stuff the stuff into a bag of some kind of like and then you're going to torch that bag and then destroy all of the paper or if it's like thumb drives or whatever like it all gets destroyed. So he finds thousands of documents in these burn bags. And the burn bags were being held in a skiff. This is one of the was it. Secret compartmentalized facilities something yeah, something like yeah, skiff. It's like you're not allowed to bring a phone in there. You're not allowed to take pictures of anything, you know, whatever, Like you can go in and look at something. It's a secure location to look at stuff. Right. This was in the FBI, and it was an unknown skiff. They stumbled upon this secret room and they find all these burn bags, and upon finding the burn bags, they start looking through the stuff and in the burn bag is the classified annex or you know, supporting documentation that was deleted out of Special Counsel John Durham's final report. That's what is now being released today. That's what people are coming through right now, is this annex and the annex is the smoking gun. They failed to burn it. See, if you had put Hillary Clinton in charge, you know, she would have deleted all of those things like that would have been But apparently, you know, nobody thought in the Biden camp to put her in charge of the FBI, like that would have been the dj like that would have been the way to get rid of all the evidence. But for. That mistake or that overlooking of it, like I don't know, I'd be very curious to hear the story of this secret skiff and how it was how it came to be that all of these documents got loaded into this room and people forgot about it. Maybe they didn't know, or maybe somebody put it in there to protect it if nobody, like, like, how many people knew of this skiff because they said it was a previously undisclosed skiff. So but for those bags not being burned as they probably should have been, I don't know. If there's like a timeline that, like, you know, message retention, your email policy at work or something, you got to hold onto this stuff for a certain period of time, I don't know. But whatever the reason is, those bags were still in existence when Cash Bettel walked in the door and somehow they found this secret skiff, and that's why we've got the Durham the annex to the Durham Report. I think about all of the things that could have occurred that would have prevented this this annex from ever seeing the light of day. Right, First off, Trump, you know what, if he didn't win, right, you'd have another Democrat administration in there, and they would you know, they probably would have got around to burning it all. It's just it's pretty amazing. So that's what got released now. I remember reading this. At the time. This was a couple of months ago, I want to say, when Cash Bettel was on the Joe Rogan podcast and he had mentioned that he had found these burn bigs. So this has been a while in the making. They found the bags and they had to go through them all, and that's why today they're being dumb now. But there's redactions in there to protect sources and methods and such. Betel staff is also working to turn more over to Congress. Patel has been instrumental in unraveling the alleged Russia collusion narrative. He previously served as the chief investigator in the congressional probe into alleged Trump Russia collusion. He uncovered suspected government surveillance abuse that led to the appointment of the two special councils, Robert Muller and John Durham. Muller determined there was no collusion, and Durham concluded that the entire premise of the FBI's original investigation was bogus. Cash Betel served as senior counsel and a national security advisor on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence also referred to as HIPSIE HPSCI. He was the chief investigator when Representative Devin Nunez was the chairman. Newon, as you'll recall, was the guy who walked over to the Trump White House after his investigators, with Cash Bettel leading them, discovered the roots of this thing and what was being cooked up and went to tell Donald Trump. While Muller investigated, HIPSY opened its own investigation into alleged Trump Russia collusion. In July of twenty sixteen, during the election cycle, the FBI launched an investigation into whether the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia to influence the outcome of the election. That investigation inside the bureau was crossfire Hurricane. By January of twenty seventeen, Komy goes in and notifies Trump of the dossier known as the Steele Dossier, that contained salacious and unverified allegations about Trump's purported coordination with the Russian government. That, of course, that meeting then of course gets leaked by Komi, and that then allows media to run with this story. But even when the Steele dossier collapsed, right when it was debunked in legacy media outlets and Democrats were unable to defend the Steele dossier any longer. They always fell back to the DNC hack that we were hacked. Russia hacked us, they hacked our emails, and they did it to help Trump. They always fell back to that. And with the last round of declassified documents getting dumped by Tulca Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, we now know that that too was also a lie that the intel agencies, the FBI and the NSA, they said, there's low confidence that Russia was involved in that at all, and there's no technical evidence. And the only accusation that Russia was involved was coming from CrowdStrike, which was a private firm that's basically an appendage of the Democrat Party that they reviewed the servers and they reviewed the email intrusion and all this, and they said it was Russia. And when the FBI said can we look at the servers, Democrats said no. And when they asked CrowdStrike, hey, give us your intel or the evidence rather that proves the Russians were involved. CrowdStrike didn't have any and that was part of a long term project, as the Durham Annex describes now, a long term project that was hatched actually at the beginning of twenty sixteen, in like January, a Clinton campaign to demonize their words, to demonize Trump, and putin to tie them together. They were already shopping this around. So when the hack occurs in the summer, CrowdStrike says, oh, this will fit nicely into this narrative it was the Russians. And then the Steele dossier is produced, is manufactured, Oh, this will fit nicely into this campaign, and then that makes its way into and they all knew the Intel Agency heads the Clinton campaign, the Obama administration, they knew it wasn't true, but they did it enemy and at what cost? What have been the ramifications to that. Here's a great idea. How about making an escape to a really special and secluded getaway in western North Carolina. Just a quick drive up the mountain and cabins of Asheville is your connection. Aaron Monte is an independent journalist. He was on the Megan Kelly Show yesterday, I think or day before, and uh was talking about this newly declassified information that shows about the you know, the the DNC hack and leak operation was never connected to Russia. There was never are evidence that connected them to that. But the intel leaders said it was like they just rewrote this this confidence rating from low to high and then spoke on behalf of the entire intelligence community. And this is more contrary to what that texter said last hour, This is more important. This is more than just about Donald Trump. Why are we supposed to take these people's word on faith, especially given their record, and as a journalist, I mean, look, I'm not a Trump guy, I'm not a fan. But it's not for unelected intelligence bureaucrats to decide, you know, who gets to be in power, what the foreign policy of the US is. It's for the elected president, right, And what we saw here was just a contemptuous response to an election in which the wrong guy in the eyes of powerful people won and so they did work to undermine him. And no matter where you are on the political spectrum, you shouldn't support that. Bingo. We had an election, your guy didn't win. That doesn't mean that you then get to kneecap his entire administration. And so this kind of distrust not just among you know, Democrats against Trump, but Republicans, Trump's supporters against their government, and Americans against each other. Right, I mean, how many Democrats sat around Thanksgiving Day tables with that Maga uncle and made all these accusations that Trump was a Putin stooge and a puppet of Putin? And how many jokes did Stephen Colbert make about Donald Trump's relationship with Vladimir Putin? Trick question? The answer zero, becau Stephen Colbert doesn't actually tell jokes. That's it's more than just about Donald Trump. At the heart of this is an elitist He's this is what Aaron Monte said, It's an elitist contempt for their fellow Americans. And he is exactly right. They are contemptuous of not just Trump, but of you if you support Trump. Because there was this partisan effort, you know, started by Hillary Clinton, to frame Trump as a Russian asset and blame Russia for his election. Rather than look at the. Clinton wings own dysfunctions, their own failures, everybody went along with it, and we're still paying the price because now, you know, people still want answers, and you know, Trump voters, especially were you know, dismissed with contempt as malleable dupes who were brainwashed by Russia into not voting for you know, saintly Hillary Clinton. And so there's also this elitist contempt underpins all this. So accordingly, people in the media don't want to be embarrassed for going along with a massive scam, and that's why we're it's still very difficult to get account and that's why they're still not reporting on the countervailing facts, the low confidence assessment from the FBA. In the NSCA, no one ever acknowledged the CrowdStrike. The Clinton campaign contractor had admitted under oath they had no evidence of Russian hacking and leaking. No one, no one. They don't report it. Journalism is about covering a story with a pillow until it stops moving. Like that's like, that's the now more than ever true axiom. The Mueller investigation mate said in this interview, it's a very lengthy interview runs. I think the. Show itself was like two hours, and his interview took up over an hour. I think of that program, the Megan Kelly Show. So I'm just giving you the highlights here. But he said at one point that the Mueller investigation was launched to make this narrative look credible, and that's why you ended up with those, you know, the charges of some random guys in Russia, you know, and it's like, what were they doing. They they spread some memes on Facebook, like that's what we're that's the result, and you can't even extradite them whatever. But that was the point. It was to lend some degree of credibility to this narrative that was cooked up by the Clinton campaign, and then they handed it off to the intelligence agencies, especially after they lost the election. Right then the intel chiefs they continue down this path. And the ramifications here were Global says Mate. The indictment of George Popadopolis and Harder Page and Michael Flynn. Michael Flynn who was accused of lying to the FBI about discussing sanctions with the Russian ambassador, when if you actually read the transcript of this wiretap conversation, they're not even talking about sanctions, talking about the fact that Obama had kicked out a bunch of Russian diplomats, and all Flynn basically said was, listen, We're going to come in soon. Things will be different. So don't retaliate, you know, too harshly, because we want to have good relations. We don't want this to go out at hand. That's all he said. And he gets indicted and he's forced to resign. He's basically sabotaged by the FBI and all this, and they actually this was it's pretty well established that this was a deliberate effort. So, I mean, there's so much malpractice here, so much deception. And it was again, no matter where you think. About Donald Trump, why do we accept the intrusion of the national security state into the democratic process? And geopolitically, it had many consequences. You know, Trump went on the campaign trioll was talking about getting along with Russia, which I think is a good thing. Why do we want to have tensions with another nuclear arm power Between the US and Russia, both countries can destroy the world many times over, So I think it's good to have cooperation and diplomacy with Russia, and Russia Gate basically made that impossible. In fact, Trump even complained about that in the fall of twenty seven teen, he said, Russia, it's going to get people. Killed Ukraine war. Right, this is beyond this is just beyond Trump. But let's hear what Sean has to say about it. Hello, Seawan, Yo, I think Shawn's on mute. Check your phone, Sean, I think you're on mute. You've muted yourself because I it sounds like I can hear something there. I don't know. Maybe he's stuck in a drive through. I don't know. Seven four, five, seven eleven ten Sean was going to Apparently he told Nick the call screener that this is. He's gone. Yeah, he's gone. He told Nick the call screener, Well, he's the producer, but he's also call screening right now. That this is old news, is what he said. This is old news, which is what democrats and media. But I repeat myself, that's what they're saying. If they're even saying anything at all about this, why. Shut up? That's it. That's what that is, Pete. You need to shut up about this. Sean doesn't care if my topics are timely. He doesn't care. Sean doesn't call in on stuff that's you know, happening right now, which by the way Sean three quarters of the word news is new, and what is new is the Durham annex that just dropped today today, that's new. So it's not old news, it's new news or just news, right. But also part of doing journalism and news is that you fill in the details of a story. When a story is unfolding over a long period of time and new details emerge, you go back to that story and fill in the details. You create the record. That's what's occurring right now. It has taken nine years. It's not the fault of me, and it's not the fault of Donald Trump or any of the people that are declassifying the stuff now. It's the fault of the people that buried it, thinking that they had buried it so deep nobody would find it, stuffed it in burn bags, hidden in a secret skiff room, thinking it would be destroyed and ooped. Somebody apparently forgot to destroy them, and luckily we got a hold of them. Cash Betel's FBI got a hold of it, and that's what was published today. So no, it's not old news. From it says, if you were to place odds on any big names going to jail over this hoax, what would you place some at I think Brennan is the most vulnerable. John Brennan, former CIA director, He's the most vulnerable because he's the one that perjured himself under oath, saying that the Steele dossier did not inform the intelligence community assessment, when in fact it did, which we just found out last week. Old news regarding the Durham annex that dropped today newly declassified. If it's so bad, why didn't John Durham charge anybody with anything? I'm assuming he knew about this information. That's a fair question. Let's ask John Durham. Let's get him in there. Did you know about this? What did you know? What did you see? Why didn't you include this whatever? Yeah, that's the next that's the next part of the investigation. If you want to hold people accountable with criminal charges, that's what people keep saying, right, people need to go to jail, and I agree, But this is part of that process. You've got to get this all out there. You've got to get the investigative pieces correct. Aaron Matte was asked, was this ordered by Barack Obama or did it come from Brennan and Obama just agreed to it. We're not really sure. Here's Monte said. Obama to me was pretty malleable. So I don't know to what extent this is Obama running the show or just Obama standing down to John Brennan and Hillary Clinton. But regardless, Obama's fingerprints are on this. And if you look at the timeline September twelfth, we now know this has just come up from Tulca, gabberd NSA, FBI say they have low confidence in the Russia hackge Hacking League allegation. Okay, October seventh, Even though that's the view of the FBI and NSA, Obama gets the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of the National Intelligence to put out a statements saying the intelligence community has high confidence that Russia is behind the hacking, contradicting what the FBI NSA were concluding. Right. Also, keep in mind State Department Intelligence, and the Pentagon were excluded from this assessment. Yet the Obama administration came out and said this is what the intelligence agency, the intelligence community agrees with high confidence, and it wasn't true. They did not agree and there was not high confidence. If the FBI UH was originally dissenting, they originally said no low confidence NSA said low confidence, then why did they flip? And like, how do you explain Jim comey Right, here's Mante's. Guests on that. At the time, they were relying on CrowdStrike to investigate the DNC server hacking, and Crowdstrke wasn't cooperating. And I suspect, you know, obviously someone like Peter Struck, who was the lead FBI agent on Crossfire Hurricane, he was all on board with framan Trump as a Russian agent. You know, there's text messages of him disparaging Trump, disparaging Trump voters, his bio and also talking about the Russians is you know, f and savages. So you know, his view is pretty clear. Not everybody and the FBI was on board with this. And I think what happened with Comy this So Comy after Trump wins, he gets blamed because of his handling of the Clinton email investigation when he came out right before the election and talked about the FBI going back into the laptop and uncovering the Anthony Wiener stuff. So Comy is under a lot of fire now from the Clinton wing. And so I think Comy being the sick of fant that he is decided just to completely shift gears and go along with anything that was asked of him, and that's why we now learn he was pushing for the Steele dossier to be included in the Selden's Community Assessment. And funnily enough, I mean, maybe this is a coincidence, but you know at that December ninth meeting between Obama and his top. Principles where all of a sudden, the narrative really shifts. So you know, James James Clapper's there, John Bryan is there, Susan Rice is there, but representing the FBI and the NSA are not the respective heads of the FBI in the NSA, James Comy and Mike Rodgers were not there at that meeting. The FBI was represented by Andrew McCabe, who was a hardcore Russier gator. He's the one who in May of twenty seventeen opened up a new probe of Trump while he was a sitting president as a potential Russian asset. So mccaid is there, not Comy, and the head of the NSA, Mike Rodgers, also was not there. And maybe that's just a coincidence that the heads of these dissenting agencies weren't there, or maybe they weren't there, and they were told basically in their absence afterwards, the fall in line. And that's at least what I think Comy did. That makes sense. That's a plausible theory. Don't know if it's true. It's plausible though. Remember also Brennan was shopping the Steele dossier to members of Congress. I talked about this last week, And remember Mitch McConnell rejected the Steele dossier and Harry Reid did not. In fact, Harry Reid wrote a letter to Obama saying, you need to investigate this right. This needs to get into the bloodstream. And remember it was Harry Reid who famously said, after he had smeared Mitt Romney, said, oh, he hasn't filed his tax returns and all of that. And then it turned out that that was a lie. He had file tax returns and everything. And what did Harry Reid say after the election Romney lost? He said they didn't win, did he? In other words, the ends justify the means. I will smear somebody like this if it means they don't get power. Mate called this a propaganda campaign. That's what this was. And then he used a term that I've been using for years blue anon. You've heard QAnon, right, the conspiracy theories on the right, and everybody's like, oh, those QAnon. And all that. Well, Democrats suffer their own conspiracy theories as well. This was like prime example number one, bluing on and there were damaging effects to the body politic It increased political polarization, It undermined confidence in our institutions and law enforcement. Right. I don't think you get J six without this. All right, if you're listening to this show, you know I try to keep up with all sorts of current events, and I know you do too, And you've probably heard me say get your news from multiple sources. Hello, Ray, Welcome to the program. Hey Tell, I'm just calling in to say that we can't save this republic and make it better without everybody rowing in the same direction. We've got people now in the lifeboat, some rowing back towards the Titanic, some rowing away, and what we need is to persuade everyone to row away from it. And you know, I would ask people like shown to have an open mind and look at this for what it is, which is an attack on not on Democrats, but on our republic. And also people need to remember that, you know, like the ten percent that would have voted for Trump had been known about the truth about the laptop and now this this information coming out about the Russia hoax. You know, they've got to realize that this is for the republic. It's not for one party or the other. Yeah, no, you're exactly right, right, this goes well beyond Donald Trump, Like, it's not about him, it's about the intelligence leadership colluding with one political party in order to undermine the will of dare I say it? The democracy? Right? Like? Yeah? I mean we hear this all the time from the Democrats about how the democracy is at stake and everything. Yet this is a this is a fundamental attack on the democratic process. People put somebody in office to set policy and do these things, and you didn't like it. So you, as the intel leadership, you're just going to create fake stories about this guy and you're going to promote them as if they're true in order to undermine his presidency. That then usurps the will of the people that put him there. And one of one of the things people might real quick. You know a lot of people love their side and they're not about to see with an open mind the other person's side. But I have searched myself, and as much as I like Donald Trump, you know, I've probably put aside some of these personal uh indiscrepancies if he's committed any But if I found out that he had did what uh you know Obama or some of them did, I would turn on him in a heartbeat. Well, I mean that's what Democrats hope the Epstein files will do. That's why they keep pushing it. They keep they and they're saying that all of this is a distraction from the Epstein files. Well, that's the personal thing I was talking about. You know, I wouldn't I'd consider that. But I mean if if he tried to subvert our democratic process to still an election or keep someone getting elected, that would be a whole different matter to me than the personal things. Well, I'd say Democrats would point to January sixth and say that he did that. Oh yeah, right, you got some good points. Yeah, I mean that's what they would say. So Ray, I do appreciate the call. Thank you, sir, thank you to take care. This is from a tweet from Sarah. It's a Pete tweet. If the outgoing George W. Bush administration had done to Barack Obama what is being alleged to have been perpetrated by Hillary Obama and federal agencies against Trump. The legacy media and Democrats would have a completely different reaction. Absolutely correct. That is absolutely correct. Mike Bens the from the Gray Zone, that's his publication and web channel, his YouTube channel. He's a former State Department intel guy and he's fantastic. I enjoy. Watching and reading his stuff. He just tweeted that Hillary Clinton, based on this new information from the Durham Report annex, Hillary Clinton is guilty of criminal conspiracy conspiring with intelligence and White House officials to violate the CIA's Charter and Executive Order twelve three three three, explicitly prohibiting the agency from conducting intelligence operations against US citizens within the United States. So those are some possible charges. Somebody asked about the statute of limitations on perjury. I don't know what the specific law is. I know there is a statute. I think it's five years. But if you continue doing things to advance that lie, like if you bury classified information in a burn bag, let's say, and then lie about it when the information is discovered, I think that's when the clock would start running. To know that you had perjured yourself, that's when the clock starts. So the clock may now start for John Brennan right now. This from John Solomon from Just the News. He says, this is the smoking gun evidence inside Durham's, the Durham Annex. If it is authenticated by further investigation, it means liberal mega donor George Soros' team, the George Soros Open Society Foundations. Their guy Leonard Bernardo is his name, or Lenny, and he was in charge like Eurasia Affairs or whatever. And there are emails and memos and stuff from him talking about the coordination with the Clinton campaign to launch this smear. They knew the Clinton plan. Bernardo knew the Clinton plan for the rush Gate hoax four days before the FBI opened its probe. Obama knew, Brendan new and Komynu. Here's part of the memo that Bernardo wrote. He says, HRC Hillary Rodham Clinton, HRC approved Julia's idea. That's one of Hillary's advisors approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections. That should distract people from her own missing email, especially if the affair goes to the Olympic level. The point is making the run the Olympic level he's talking about there is Remember they were attacking Trump something about the Olympics and his ties to shady deals with the Olympics. I think we're in Russia. Whatever the point is, making the Russian play a US domestic issue, say something like a critical infrastructure threat for the election to feel menace, since both Potis and Vice Potus have acknowledged the fact that the intelligence community would speed up searching for the evidence that is regrettably still unavailable. According to data from the election campaign headquarters of Hillary Clinton obtained via the US Sorels Foundation, Clinton approved a plan of her policy advisor Juliana Smith to smear Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion by the Russian special services in the pre election process to benefit the Republican candidate. They say this was a long term campaign, that this would this demonization campaign would be a long term campaign. And then they said that the intel agencies would add quote oil to the fire. The Russians knew that. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
