Democrat whistleblower: Schiff, Swallwell, Dem staff leaked classified intel (08-12-2025--Hour3)

This episode is presented by Create A Video – A Democratic intelligence officer who worked for the Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee told the FBI back in 2017 that Reps. All Right, you remember a couple of it's probably a couple of weeks ago, now, had a discussion with Mike. He calls pretty frequently. He's and I've known Mike for years. He was he's a lawyer in town here. He's a Democrat, he's run for office, Democrat party official for a while, and he was arguing with me over the term the Russian collusion hoax. You remember this. If you haven't, you should go back and listen to the podcast. It's totally free. By the way, you should subscribe to the podcast too, because all good people subscribe to my podcast, and you don't want to be a not good person, right, So okay, so just keep that in mind. He was beefing with the term Russian collusion hoax. I'm not going to rehash the argument I was right, he was wrong. That's the short version. And so here's a story by John Solomon over at Justthnews dot com. We have a new development. Although I knew I mean old information, but now we know it. Here's the story a career intelligence officer who worked for the Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, which is also referred to as HIPSI, which is the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence HPSCI. And so you'll here referred to as House Intelligence Committee, the Intel Committee, or HIPSIE. So this intelligence officer who worked for the Democrats because you got you know, members of Congress who are Republicans, who are Democrats, and then you've got intel officers that work with these members of how of the House on this committee. And he worked for more than a decade for the Democrats on HIPSIE. And he repeatedly warned the FBI beginning in twoenty seventeen. So during the first year of Trump's first term, right, he was warning the FBI that then Representative Adam Schiff for Brains had approved leaking classified information to smear then President Donald Trump over the now debunked Russia Gates scandal, an Intel agent telling the FBI right out of the gate that Adam Schiff had approved leaking leaking classified information and doing so with the intent to smear Trump. He told them this in twenty seventeen. I mean, little did he know that. All the way up the chain of command, which are police chief in Washington, DC doesn't know what that means. But all the way up the chain of command in the FBI, they were all on board with the smear. So I assume that's why it never went anywhere. These are called three O two interviews. I guess it's a form that they fill out called the three O two the FBI three O two interview, and the reports from these interviews have been obtained by just thenews dot org and this the report states that the Intel staffer, who is a Democrat by party affiliation, and described himself as a friend to both Shiff now the California US Senator. He said he described himself as a friend to both Shift and to the Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Newness, so he got along with both of them. He's a registered Democrat, but he's like I was friends with both of them, and he said that he considered the classified leaking to be quote unethical, illegal, and quote treasonous, but he was told not to worry about it because Schiff believed that he would be spared prosecution under the Constitution's Speech and Debate clause. What is that about. This is the clause that allows cowards to go to the floor of the Senate or the House and make a speech and say whatever they want and never be sued for slander. They could say whatever they want on the floor. If they say this stuff outside of these speeches from the floor, then they can be sued. So and by the way, there's no legal rulings or anything like that to test the extent of this as it regards to classified leaking. But Shiff says, it's fine, don't worry. I got immunity. I can leak classified information. Think about that. This guy said he can leak this because I have protection when I'm speaking from the floor. This is such a bizarre excuse. And by the way, the stafford did not believe this. No publicly disclosed opinion from the Attorney General or the Solicitor General can be found making that determination as a matter of law. But officials told Just the News that DOJ officials showed little to zero interest in pursuing shift when the allegations were brought to them years ago, and they cited the very same excuse that Schiff offered. Quote. When working in this capacity, the staffer was called to an all staff meeting by Shiff. In this meeting, Schiff stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to the President of the United States Donald J. Trump. Schiff stated the information would be used to indict President Trump. Well, there is your smoking gun. He literally called a staff meeting and said we're going to leak this stuff and the purposes to get Trump indicted. The whistleblower told investigators. Remember here, it doesn't matter if Trump would be found guilty or not. The point was the indictment, which is how you explain all of the indictments we saw. After Trump got out of office, right, they continued this same strategy. Why so they got to beat the drum and say indicted forty eight times, convicted felon. They get to say all of this and it didn't even matter. That's the irony here, is like they spent all this time and effort and taxpayer money, not only besmirching their own reputations and such, but actually elevating Donald Trump to the point where he carried every swing state. People saw what was being done to him and they were like, yeah, no, this is not good. This is not cool. The whistleblower told investigators that he stated this would be illegal. You can't do this, guys, that's what the staffer said. Upon hearing his concerns, Unnamed members at the meeting reassured him that they would not be caught leaking c classified information. So that's the that's their response, Like, guys, guys, we should not be doing this. You can't be leaking classified information. Number one, number two, you really can't be doing it just to try to get a guy you don't like politically indicted. And their response was, don't worry, We're not gonna get caught, which isn't That doesn't go to his concern. His concern is that it's illegal, but in their mind, it's not illegal if you don't get caught. It's sort of like the Costanza rule about lying George Costanza from the documentary series Seinfeld, Right, it's not a lie if you believe it, it's not illegal. If you don't get caught. The staffer made similar claims to agents in the FBI's Washington Field office as early as twenty seventeen, shortly after Trump took office for his first term. Shift Surprise Surprise has not returned calls for comment on this. The alleged leaks fall outside the statute of limitations for prosecution, so it appears Shift for Brains is going to skate on this all right. So John Solomon at Justthnews dot com reporting on this exclusive story that a Democrat whistleblower told the FBI that Adam Schiff had okayed leaking classified intel specifically to hurt Donald Trump. Some of the DOJ officials who declined to prosecute the leaking the rash of classified leaks during the Russia Gate affair still remain employed in positions of power, Solomon reports. Cash Bettel said, quote for years, certain officials used their positions to selectively leak classified information to shape political narratives. It was all done with one purpose, to weaponize intelligence and law enforcement for political gain. Those abuses eroded public trust in our institutions. Schiff previously served as the ranking member and then the chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence or Hipsy HPSCI Hipsy. Before he ascended to the US Senate, he pushed false allegations of Trump Russia collusion for many years. See that right there is why I call it the Russia collusion hoax, because it was a hoax that they were perpetrating. That guys like Schiff and also Swallwell, former paramour of Fangfang, that they pushed that Trump was colluding with Russia. Russia was colluding with Trump, but that was a hoax. So the Russia collusion hoax. Okay, That's why I call it that. He also was touting the Steele dossier, the discredited Steele dossier, even reading multiple baseless claims from it into the congressional record in March of twenty seventeen. The whistleblower began approaching the FBI in that same year, twenty seventeen. In one meeting, this Democratic HIPSI staffer, this intelligence officer, registered Democrat, worked for the Democrats. He told the FBI that retired Lieutenant General Mike Flynn, who was Trump's first national security advisor. He told the FBI that Flynn was going to be a specific focus of the committee as part of a broader effort to target Trump, which is interesting. I guess that the officer I don't know what intelligence agency he worked in, but apparently not the FBI, but maybe. But he goes to the FBI and he's like, guys, they're looking to target Mike Flynn. They're going after Mike Flynn. They're leaking classified information. And the FBI is like, okay, good to know. Yes, we'll take it under advisement and we'll check into it. Meanwhile, the FBI did what they sent agents to Mike Flynn and got him in a perjury trap, right because Mike Flynn thought that this was just a meet and greet, like hey, you're the new national security advisor. We're in the FBI, just want to drop in, say hey, we're in the Washington Field office whatever. And they start chatting and then Flynn tells them something about like oh no, I didn't have that phone call. We talked about something else or whatever, and then they were like got him. And Flynn never knew that he was being interrogated, that this was some sort of like criminal investigation. But this hipsy, this committee staffer, intelligence officer, Democrat, he knew what was going on, and he alerted the FBI like, hey, head's up. The FBI was like, yeah, sure, no problem, Yet we already talked to him. We're already nailing him. The whistleblower also specifically pointed to Representative Eric Swalwell, Democrat from Fangfeng, as a likely source of classified leaks. According to the FBI three h two report, this staffer also allegedly told a former Republican colleague on the committee that he was fired. He was terminated because Schiff's staff did not believe that he had adequate quote unquote party loyalty after he raised concerns about the leak's strategy. Well, I thought only Donald Trump aka Orange Hitler. I thought Donald Trump was the only one who valued that kind of loyalty and would exact revenge on people who were insufficiently loyal. Every allegation is a confession with these people. The whistleblower was interviewed not once but twice in twenty seventeen, and then four more times over six years. This guy gave six interviews over the course of six or seven years about the leaks from Shifth, but the Justice Department prosecutors never moved forward with any of it. Here's a great idea. John Solomon at Justthnews dot com reporting that a Democratic whistleblower intel officer Democrat who served with the Democrats on the House Permanent Select Committee told the FBI in December twenty seventeen during an interview at his home that the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence the hipsy work environment started to change around August of twenty sixteen as the election approached. Clinton Trump election, Democratic staffers revealed that they leaked during a September twenty sixteen staff meeting, so two months month and a half before the election, the staffers on the House Permanent Select Committee that were Democrat staffers for the Democrat members, they talked about how they were taking classified information to the media. The whistleblower told the FBI in December twenty seventeen that the HIPSI minority the Democrats viewed the twenty sixteen election and it's aftermath as a constitutional crisis, and that by February of twenty seventeen, after Trump took office. Quote, all hell broke loose. I was saying it at the time. Now I was not here at WBT, I was working up in Asheville, but I was saying it at the time. I continued to say it because the left has still not changed their hyperbolic catastrophism on Trump, that you know this is the end of the democracy, and that this is a constitutional crisis, and he's literally Hitler like all of these that beyond the pale accusations, it gives you a permission structure to do any thing. And this is precisely what I'm talking about. I guess I should leak classified information, whether it's true or not. But I guess I should leak it because I'm trying to save the democracy. Right, I'm trying to save the republic. I'm just kidding. Democrats would never call it the republic, but that anything becomes permission permissible. The Democratic minority leadership, by the way, the same thing they do the same thing with global warming, sorry climate change, right, they do the same thing with that. They do the same thing with education funding. They do the same thing with any kind of reforms to Social Security or Medicare, or hey, we don't want illegal aliens collecting Medicaid. So everything becomes like, oh my gosh, this is the worst thing ever. You're destroying everything. We're all gonna die, and so therefore I get to do whatever I want. The Democratic Minority leadership of the HIPSY was aware of the leak, but was under the impression that leaking the information was one way to topple the administration and fix the constitutional crisis. They thought they were doing the good thing. We're the moral people in this equation because it's literally Hitler Stalin Mao all rolled up into one. The Democrat whistleblower provided details to the FBI in August of twenty seventeen about a meeting that had occurred that previous February, so about six months prior, in which the staff meeting, the HIPSY staff meeting among these Democrats and members of Congress, the Democrat staffers and this intel officer where where the HIPSY staff director and the general council advised the Minority staff that he wanted to drive the quote Russian in involvement issue and wanted to drive it into a joint inquiry similar to the nine to eleven commission. That was the goal. He instructed the staff to use any resources they had developed within the intelligence community to gather facts. He wanted to make the information public and use the media to compel public opinion to bring about the joint inquiry. This was all by design, That's why it was a hoax. They knew what they were doing. They weren't being misled. It just wasn't like, oh, we just went where the evidence took us. The Democrat Stafford told the FBI in December of twenty seventeen that he believed, quote, this was an explicit request to gather classified information for public disclosure. Now, look, there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for why he would think that is because that's exactly what it was, right, That's what it was. And they specifically targeted Mike Flynn. Another staffer was asked about the Flynn information request at one of these meetings, and they quote opined, everything is directed at Trump and trying to get him impeached. Flynn just happened to be the issue of the day end quote. They financially ruined him, professionally ruined Flynn, ruined him. But hey, you know what, we were trying to get Trump impeached, so it's all worth it, so you can you can excuse really anything in order to get rid of Hitler, right. The Democrat whistleblower also told the FBI in December twenty seventeen that quote a particular leak from the summer had caused him to quote confront the committee members on this issue. He said that a particularly sensitive document was viewed by a small contingent of staff, as well as Shift and Swallwell, and within twenty four hours the information appeared in the news, almost verbatim. The staffer told the FBI that it was suspected that Swalwell played a role in the leak, and noted that Swalwell previously had been warned to be careful because he had a reputation for leaking classified information. An FBI agent had spoken with the same agent the same guy had spoken with a Republican staffer, and that Republican staffer on this committee talked about the sudden firing of a minority staffer. Guess who that was. It was the whistleblower. You know, stories are powerful. They help us make sense of things, to understand experiences. The FBI agent ostensibly trying to track down like whether or not this whistleblower from the Democrat staff was correct and what he was saying about leaking classified information to the media as a purposeful, intentional strategy to indict and impeach Donald Trump. Right by Schiff Swallwell, they directed the HIPSI Committee staffers to leak, and so an FBI agent goes and he talks with a Republican staffer as part of this investigation, and the Republican staffer mentioned to the FBI agent, Yeah, there was this Democrat intel officer who got fired very abruptly. He told the FBI agent that the Democrat staffer had told him that he was quote suddenly fired due to a perceived lack of party life loyalty. That's the whistleblower. The Republican staffer told the FBI agent that the Democrat staffer had told him that there was allegedly quote a systematic process through which leaks were effected, and that quote he had been fired because there was an expectation of leaking and he refused to participate. They fired the guy for not engaging in the illegal, unethical activity. That's how the Democrats on the Intel Committee rolled right. The collusion hoax was in fact a collusion, but it was collusion among the Democrats on the Select Committee along with the Intel agency chiefs. The GOP staffer went on to say that the FBI or to the FBI that the Democrat staffer, the whistleblower, had said, quote, this was not a one time thing, but rather, under the system established by Schiff and his staff, director, notes would be run up to Schiff himself, after which a decision was made as to who would leak the information. This was not some rogue staffer, Schiff went on in twenty eighteen. August of twenty eighteen would go on to baselessly claim, quote, I think there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy in plain sight. Again, that's why I call it the Russian collusion hoax. They use those words, the Democrats use those words. Shiff used these words. Shiff claimed again in April of twenty nineteen, quote I've been very clear over the past year, year and a half that there is ample evidence of collusion in plain sight. Robert Mueller Special cat report in March of twenty nineteen, though did not establish any criminal collusion between Trump and Russia. The DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz vindicated Devin Nuness and showed Shiff was wrong, not just wrong, but lying. John Durham's twenty twenty three report concluded, quote, neither US law enforcement nor the Intel community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Schiff has mentioned three times, by the way, in that Durham report and get this story. A university researcher who refused to investigate Trump Russia allegations was then threatened by a Schiff staffer. Durham's report said, there were two researchers that we believed to be from Georgia Tech, were on Capitol Hill in November twenty eighteen. They were meeting with the Hipsey staff regarding a pending cybersecurity federal research contract. During the meeting, Hipsey staffers cut off the presentation to show researchers a news article instead about Trump and Russia and Alpha Bank, which was another hoax that they perpetrated. Schiff's staff told the researcher they needed the university's help with the matter. The researcher said that that would be inappropriate for a public university to do this. A staffer from the office of Senator Jack Reid, Democrat from Rhode Island, also allegedly said, quote, we are now in charge, while a Hipsey staffer said their boss schiff would soon take over leadership of Hipsey, and the researcher took those comments at as a quote mild threat. Keep in mind the House of Representatives censured shift. Joe Biden pardoned him. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
