Data shows the closure of schools is having catastrophic, long term impacts on children

The political pressure to keep schools closed - despite mounting and incontrovertible evidence of the terrible consequences - is one of the most shameful aspects of the pandemic. Todd Fuller is Operations Research Analyst with a Master of Science in Analytics, five analytics certifications, and a BS in Applied Mathematics. He examined data from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School district and found kids are failing at rates 250 - 350% over similar periods from previous years - in both Math and English Language Arts. Meanwhile, more research finds it's safe to re-open schools for more than half of counties in the USA.
