Congressional resignations and proof of the impeachment conspiracy | Hour 2

This episode is presented by Create A Video – After suspending his race for California Governor, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D) has now resigned from his congressional seat. In what appears to be a coordinated deal, Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales (R) also resigned after allegations of sexual misconduct with a staffer. Plus, newly declassified documents prove the first impeachment of President Donald Trump was a coordinate partisan hit.

Okay, so I kind of get the feeling that a deal was made in Congress, in the House specifically because yesterday we brought you the story of the emissions unregulated Eric Swallwell and how he had suspended his campaign for GOVNA. Now he did not drop out, his name will still be on the ballots. Currently a representative in the US House, he has now been accused of like four different sexual assaults, and as we covered yesterday, there are all these media people that were like, oh yeah, like people were, you know, whispering about all of these activities. And you know, the rumors about his behavior have been going around for a decade, and of course now you're getting more and more videos and his best pal, Reuben Diego, also a Democrat congressman. He was like, I had no idea he was living a double life. I mean, remember Diego was like the guy that was like paling around with Swallowell on trips and stuff. And Diego was the one that left his nine month pregnant wife for his mistress. Right, talk about a double life. So okay, So there's like that whole story. And it's like, obviously the oppo dump came because early voting is starting and they have the Democrats have to clear the field in California, right, because it's a quote jungle primary. There are like sixty one candidates and the top two in the polling are both Republicans at about twenty one and twenty percent, followed by Eric Swalwell. But then there's Katie Porter and Tom Steier. They're at like ten percent apiece and swallwoll is it like fourteen or something. And so obviously Democrats knew about Swallwell's seedyess and scuzziness, and so they line this all up and they just drop the hammer on him in order to get him out and so they can reorganize his support and maybe go more towards somebody else to clear some of these sort of like your top tier Democrat candidates, to clear them out, because they they a Democrat has to finish first or second. If they don't finish first or second, then in the general election in November, they will not be on the ballot. There will be no Democrat candidate for California governor and they cannot have that. So they started clear in the field. Well yesterday, then we get a statement from Swallwell again he's a member of Congress, sitting member of Congress, and all the Democrats that pulled their endorsements and pulled their donations and their support, right, they were like, he needs to drop out of the governor's race. Drop out of the governor's race. But nobody was calling for him to get to drop out of Congress, right, They were just saying get out of the race for governor, which kind of gave away the game a little bit there. But then yesterday he announces, quote, I am deeply sorry to my family, staff and constituents for mistakes in judgment I have made in my past. I will fight the serious false allegation made against me. That would be the sexual assault. He's under criminal investigation now. The DA's office in Manhattan, I guess is where this occurred allegedly, and and so they're looking into potential criminal charges against him. However, he says, I must take responsibility and ownership for the mistakes I did make. So he's basically acknowledging that he had affairs, and he's got, like I think, three young kids. I am aware of efforts to bring an immediate expulsion vote against me and other members of Congress. Expelling anyone in Congress without due process within days of an allegation being made is wrong. But it's also wrong for my constituents to have me distracted from my duties. Therefore, I plan to resign my seat in Congress. I will work with my staff in the coming days to ensure they are able in my absence to serve the needs of the good people of the fourteenth Congressional District. So he is. Resigning from Congress, and within moments of that announcement from The New York Post, disgraced Representative Tony Gonzalez, who dropped his reelection bid after revelations of his sexual advances on a subordinate who later fatally set herself on fire, plans to retire from Congress quote. There is a season for everything, and God has a plan for all of us, the Texas Republican wrote on Twitter last night. Gonzalez has been accused of sending leude text messages to at least two former staffers, including the late Reginas Santos Aviles, with whom the married father of six admitted to having an affair. His announcement came moments after Representative Eric Swolwell announced his resignation. Huh do you think there was a deal. Do you think that hakem Jeffries and Mike Johnson got together and they were like, tell you what you boot yours? Will boot ours? Batya Ungar Sargon. She's a writer. I think she writes a newsweek among other places. Does a podcast now she says that the Swallwell downfall is so cynical. Why now when the stories were known for years? The No Kings, anti Ola Garky party once again pulled out the Pelosi hook to yank someone off stage because they thought they could win with somebody else, this time literal billionaire Tom Stier. There are a lot of people who are thinking that this is what the move was meant to do, was to help elevate Tom Styer because Katie Porter is the other Democrat at the top of the list here in the polling at least, but she's only cracking like ten percent. But Katie Porter is just a terrible person. It's like the stuff that she has done on camera with witnesses, like she right, she's berated her her staffers during zoom calls and stuff. She's like notoriously one of the worst people to work for on Capitol Hills. She treats her staff like garbage. This has been caught on video. As I mentioned, she is the one who dumped the scalding mashed potatoes on her ex husband's head, which led to the X becoming part of that title. Right, like that's and that's the one. By the way, that the San Francisco Chronicle, who did the story on Swallwell and these allegations, they then wrote a piece saying that she's kind of like the you know, like the like school mom or something like, you know, correcting everybody and maybe that's what we need though in. The governor's mansion. So the San Francisco Chronicle that that blows up this story moments before CNN gets like the identical story. So that tells me it's an OPO dump. And then Brian Stelter, who's a potent for CNN, the media analyst guy, and he's like, this is just. A great example of investigative journalism. It's like, no, it's not. It's actually the opposite of that, because these allegations have been swirling for a decade. Right, that's like, this is not a shining moment for investigative journalism. It's only it's only now that you can tell the story because Democrats now see a path forward if Swalwell is out, much like they did to Joe Biden, the No Kings people, the democracy lovers, right Michael Knowles from The Daily Wire. He says, so the Democrats improve their chances in the California governor's race and also avoid putting their members on record in a vote to expel Swalwell, and all it cost them was a replaceable congressman whose seat will now be filled by another Democrat. You got to give the devils their due. They are good at this game. Indeed, Indeed, and I've said this for years, this only works when you know that you have a compliant media, Because that's why the story didn't get covered. You know, stories are powerful. They help us make sense of things, to understand experiences. Stories connect us to the people of our past while transcending generations. They help us process the meaning of life and our stories are told through images and videos. Preserve your stories with Creative Video started in nineteen ninety seven and Mint Hill, North Carolina. All right, let me read some of the emails or some of the text messages rather before I get to the newly declassified document dump that proves the Trump impeachment, the first one was a hit job. Alan says, always funny to hear the journalismist journalism, journalmen, journalismers, that is what I call them that. And when they claim without evidence or there were whispers, dude, it's your job to find the evidence or to follow the whispers, right exactly, Like I'm hearing some things, but I'm just hearing these things. And if only there was a profession that we had that could track this stuff down. Seven oh four number asks why didn't the women come forward sooner? Are they just supporting him because he supports their cause? Yeah, I mean that's that could be part of it. They're afraid of retribution, right, I mean he's a powerful guy, you know. It was. I read a political story about how a bunch of influencers YouTubers actually helped to push this story because there was like some YouTube chick and she was like reached out to him and then put it up on Instagram like oh I just had lunch with Swallowell or whatever, and like a couple of women in the replies were like be careful with him, and oh like they were, they were making some comments, and so she started reaching out to some of these people. So Katie Porter is a living nightmare, says David. Yeah, she's just awful. If the government. Uh okay, these are all on the last hour's topic. I'm not going back to the marijuana topic. Jeff wants to know where do these guys like the Texas Republican with six kids even have time to have affairs anyway. That's where there's a will, there's a way, I guess. I mean that's what that's DC. And that's the thing, like how much of DC runs on blackmail? Right? You get people involved in compromising situations in such and now you can control them, you know. All right? So big document dump occurred thanks to the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rick Crawford, working with the Director of the National Intelligence Director Tulci Gabbert, they declassified a bunch of documents regarding the twenty nineteen impeachment of Donald Trump. For the perfect phone call. It was perfect, many people say it was perfect. There's more perfect than any phone call ever with the Ukrainian president Voldemir Zolensky. Remember that, Oh what do we know now? Well, We've got to go back about five and a half years. Seems like a lifetime ago. But this is the quote deep state. When people use that term, this is what they're talking about. A former inspector general. Now, these are the people in all of the government agencies and departments and stuff. You have these inspectors general, and they're the ones that are supposed to assess, you know, whether there are illegal activities going on, investigations and all of that. Okay, so there was an inspector general in the intelligence community. He fast tracked a whistle blower complaint. Okay. The whistle blower we have since identified, even though remember there was a time when you weren't allowed to say his name. Don't you say his name? There were congressional hearings and as soon as anybody started to come close to saying his name or where he worked, they're like, no. He's a whistleblower. Whistleblower. So that quote whistleblower. His name is Eric Cheramela, I think is how it's pronounced Charromela. He was identified years ago, and. He was the one that did the whistleblower complaint that led to the first impeachment of Donald Trump in twenty nineteen, and the Inspector General knew that he was a registered Democrat, he was a Joe Biden loyalist, and he was with Biden on the Ukraine trip. But the Inspector General still determined that the complaint was a matter of urgent concern that appeared credible, even though the DOJ said there's nothing here. Oh, also, Cheramela didn't hear it. He didn't even hear the phone call. It was hearsay. The documents also revealed the anonymous whistleblower secretly met with the Democratic staff of Adam Schiff. Four brains. He was at the time the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and he met with those staffers, those Shiff staffers before he submitted the whistleblower complaint, and he lied in the whistleblower complaint under direct questioning Cheramela, the whistleblower admitted that he failed to disclose the contacts with Shiff and his staff in the interviews that he did with the Inspector General investigators. He did not list them on the forms, so he covered that up, and then the Inspector General covered that up. They redacted all of that, so even the House Intel Committee could not see all of these contacts, could not see these connections. Justice Department insiders, by the way, this is Paul Sperry's piece at the Federalists dot Com. Justice Department insiders say the document's factor into an ongoing grand jury investigation. So there is a grand jury investigation going on right now into an alleged grand conspiracy by former Obama and Biden officials to illegally target Trump in political espionage activities. The inspector General's name in this case is Michael Atkinson. He was the top quote watchdog in the intelligence community. He did not question Cheramella's political motivations, didn't question his truthfulness, didn't his credibility. He conducted no investigation of Cheramella's interactions with Schiff's staffers to see if political bias played any role in the preparation of his complaint, which alleged that Trump had quote clearly committed a criminal act in that perfect thirty minute phone call with the Ukrainian president. There were dozens of people reportedly listening to that phone call. Trump said, I would like you to do us a favor, you know, help investigate Biden's son Hunter, Biden's role in the Beisma scandal, and it was later alleged that Trump held up Ukraine funding to force that assistance, which never came. The whistleblower was not in the White House at the time to witness the phone call, and he relied instead on the account of former White House colleague and political ally Alexander Vendmann, who is now running for US Senate in Florida as a Democrat. We have these documents now that have been declassified because the seven year statute has expired. That's the reason why these documents have been made available now. The Inspector General Michael Atkinson. Atkinson, he was the Inspector General for the intelligence community. He was an Obama holdover. He formally notified. Adam Schiff of the whistleblower complaint in September twenty nineteen, which paved the way for its release to the public. By allowing a second hand hearsay complaint to be processed, Atkinson bent the rules of his office because hearsay is not supposed to prompt this kind of an investigation. He also transmitted the information to Shift over the objections of then Acting National Intelligence Director Joseph Maguire, who had a legal opinion from the DOJ, which overruled Atkinson's determination that the complaint was credible and urgent enough to warrant disclosure to Congress. Atkinson then calls the FBI director, Christopher Ray's chief of staff, and briefed him on the complaint before filing a criminal referral with the Bureau to investigate the allegations. The two committee briefings that HIPSEI they call it House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The two committee briefings that were held spanned more than ten hours, conducted behind closed doors in a secure underground facility in the Capitol. The contents of those classified sessions have long been the source of mystery. The whistleblower Cheromela handled the controversial Ukraine portfolio for Joe Biden as an intelligence analyst who was detailed to the White House from the CIA. Charamela was a CIA analyst, as Real Clear Investigations previously reported, Obama's CIA director John Brennan was a key player in advancing the Russia Gate hoax, the Russia collusion hoax, that conspiracy theory that claimed the Trump campaign had coordinated with the Kremlin to win the twenty sixteen election. As soon as Robert Muller issued his report that there was no evidence to that fact. That's like the next day is when the whistleblower complaint went out. Charamela remained in the White House during the first several months of the Trump administration, where he worked closely with national security analyst Sean Misco. Misco went on to become a key impeachment staffer for Adam Schiff. Atkinson previously worked this is the inspector General. He previously worked as senior counsel too. Mary McCord, an Obama appointee in the National Security Division of the Justice Department. McCord, also a Democrat, was involved in the ouster of Trump's first national security advisor, Michael Flynn. McCord later worked as a legal consultant to Democrats in both impeachments of Donald Trump. Schiff, now Senator, sealed the transcripts of the Inspector General's testimony before the committee and so the public cannot see them, could not see them, and they are the only impeachment witness transcripts out of eighteen that were never released. Why because he covered for Charamela, Shift classified the documents as secret, preventing Republicans who attended the briefings from even quoting them. Then House Intelligence Member John Ratcliffe, who is now the CIA director, said Shift's office coached the whistleblower, Charamela, on how to file a complaint under Intelligence Community whistleblower protections, and then steered him to Atkinson, who facilitated the processing of his complaint despite numerous alarms that were sounded by Justice Department lawyers who reviewed it. They were like, guys, this guy he's not just a registered Democrat, but like he's got all of these other connections to Ukraine, to Biden. He worked on Biden's campaign, he worked on the Ukraine portfolio. He was there on the trip when Biden made the threat to the Ukrainians. It said you better fire that prosecutor or you're not going to get a billion dollars in aid. And remember what Joe Biden said, right, So the tournament fired him and they ah the quid pro quote. Former CIA analyst Fred Flights said cloaking the Biden Cia detail ease what they're called in the whistleblower statute, gave him cover from public scrutiny by making Cheramella anonymous. So then he was able to hide his background and his motives. Here's what Ratcliffe said. Factoring all of. This, I can tell you one thing that we've learned very clearly, and that is that the Inspector General for the Intelligence community can provide no information about the contacts between the HIPS Majority and the whistleblowers prior to his involvement. So the only way that we'll be able to get that information is from the HIPS Majority themselves. They are fact witnesses in the same investigation that they are now running. Nowhere else in the United States of America can you be both a fact witness and the prosecutor or investigation in anything, much less an investigation to remove a president from office. It's entirely inappropriate, and Chairman Shift should be disqualified from running an investigation where his committee members or staff are fact witnesses about contact with the whistleblower and the whistleblower process. Right. So, back then October eighth, twenty nineteen, media reports revealed the whistleblower and shifts staff had concealed their contacts with each other prior to the filing of the complaint. The whistleblower called up the Inspector General's office calls up Atkinson's office and says, let me explain why I made these false statements, both in writing on the forms and verbally to you. And what Ratcliffe says is the whistleblower got caught. That's why he did that. He got caught communicating and coordinating with Shift. He said. The truth about what happened is documented in the transcript of Atkinson's testimony, which is why Schiff sealed it up, marked its secret and refused to release it. Didn't want anybody to see the transcript where it was laid bare that there was coordination ahead of time. This from Hans Monkey. He is the author of Swift Voting America. He says, one of the most corrupt episodes in American public life, and it's a very crowded field. Is the way legacy media, social media platforms, and big tech all colluded to prevent anybody from naming, let alone publishing Charamela's name. Given this guy's history as an anti Trump operative, that blackout robbed the public of hugely important information and directly fed into the false impeachment of a sitting president. But it goes even further than that. The same fake news outlets enforcing that Silent had previously run stories defending him against reporting that later turned out to be accurate. There's a lot to unpack in the newly released Ukraine impeachment documents, but the too long, didn't read part is already playing. To see there was a massive, coordinated, behind the scenes effort to frame Trump over a perfectly ordinary phone call. That plot involved the Vinman brothers, Eric Charamella, Adam Schiff, fake news organizations, and the Inspector General, who played a key role in getting the whole thing off the ground. And it's only coming out now because the statute of limitations has expired, meaning nobody can be held to account. Molly Hemingway from the Federalists points out the most dystopian part of this entire affair, Chief Justice John Roberts, when he was presiding over the impeachment, he would not allow Eric Charamella's name to be said in the Senate at trial. At a trial, and when YouTube Soviet style erased his name off of a whiteboard. When Rand Paul wrote Cheramela's name on a whiteboard, YouTube went in and blurred it out. Whistle blower. He's a whistleblower, and according to the Inspector General Michael Atkinson. Oh, no, there's no problem with bias here at all. And oh, by the way, he changed the form to allow for the hearsay. And then here's James Clapper, former Intel chief under Obama, saying this was like the most magnificent complaint ever. Your thoughts about the whistleblower complaint which was unclassified and released. Him, Well, first of all, I've seen a lot of whistleblower complaints during the time I was Dan I and this had to be the best composed, best written, best documented such complaint I've ever seen. It was hearsay, obviously done by a seasoned, mature, capable intelligence professional, written like an intelligence document, and its very clear points out what he knows, what he does, and he or she whoever it is. So I thought it was very compelling. Very compelling, best written complaint ever, complete hearsay, no direct knowledge of anything. The newly released memos also laid out multiple self admitted potential biases, his work for Joe Biden, his Democratic registration, his knowledge of corruption related discussions on Ukraine, his view that he had been pushed out of the Trump National Security Council because of right wing bloggers. He said he had to he had to leave his job because of the right wing bloggers had identified him as some you know, Democrat operative. Some of the revelations were not made public until Sunday, and many were concie from the Very House investigators. When the Intelligence Community Inspector General appeared before members in October twenty nineteen, the Inspector General did not include details to the committee relating to Charamela's work with Joe Biden, with his long term focus on Ukraine, with his travel to Ukraine with Joe Biden, and his presence at the discussions about the alleged corruption of Ukrainian prosecutors. All admitted to by Cherumela to the Watchdog investigators, to the Inspector General's office. All were related to the allegations raised by Trump with Zelenski. This is literally what Trump was asking Zelenski about on the phone call, and the guy who was on the trip that was being asked about by Trump files the whistleblower complaint based on hearsay that he didn't even hear, and then he coordinated with the Democrats before he files the complaint, and all of that information about his biases were redacted from what was given to the House Intel Committee. Atkinson redacted all potential biases to make it seem like it's an intel professional, perfectly well written right. Atkinson asked the question is he always asks everybody's like, if somebody wanted to make a claim that you were biased in any way, what could they point to? And Charamela self identified these areas three topics that would demonstrate bias. Two of the three buckets of Charamela's self admitted potential biases were redacted. Then the only thing that came out in the hearing was that he's a registered Democrat. And now all that can't be I mean, that's not enough. I mean half America is registered Democrat. That's not a big deal. Well, it is a big deal, though the redacted part that the House Committee wouldn't see that he worked with Joe Biden as the expert on Ukraine. He traveled to Ukraine with Joe Biden, was part of the conversations where the corruption of the Prosecutor General was discussed. Trump and his allies have argued that Biden improperly used his position as Vice president to pressure Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor. The guy's name was Sholkin, and he wanted him fired to protect Hunter Biden from an investigation into the corrupt Ukrainian energy giant Beisma, where he had a job, a job where he had an appointment that netted him like fifty thousand dollars a month ten percent for the big guy. Democrats said the focus on Beisma was part of an effort to hurt Trump's main rival in the twenty twenty contest. Oh, you're just asking about this because Joe Biden is going to beat you. The former president, sorry, former vice president had threatened to withhold a billion dollars in US loan guarantees if Ukraine did not fire Choken, who was criticized by some in the West for not doing enough to crack down on corruption. And then Biden went to a Council on Foreign Relations panel discussion and he bragged about ordering Ukraine to fire Choken or else they would lose their funding. The second section, he said, the complainant, Charamela said, it is a very stressful job in the Trump White House working for the NSC, and he became the target of right wing bloggers and conspiracy theorists and later received death threats, which caused him to leave the White House position and return to the CIA. He believes that a former colleague at the NSC and current Hipsie staffer for Devin Nunez. I'm thinking that's Cash Bettel provided the bloggers with information about Charamela for use in his threatening blogs, So that would give you a reason to file a false whistleblower complete. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
