[00:00:29] Wild ride it was if you were one of the folks trying to bust into the ICE facility, the ICE jail in New Jersey. Play a little bit of audio for you. I'm sure you've heard most of it, but we'll play a little bit.

[00:00:52] By the way, as you're listening to this, a couple things. I deleted out the F word and the MF word and this kind of stuff like that, too. You hear screaming. You'll hear top of the lungs screaming. Not fear, but I'm in charge. I'm going to do what I want. I'm going to push you. I'm going to shove you. I'm even going to punch you from behind. And I'm going to get away with it because I'm a congressperson. I did not schedule an appointment.

[00:01:21] There is no appointment for me to come to observe, to oversee, to exercise congressional oversight. Yes. Did you not see somewhere deep buried in United States code that a congress people could just show up unannounced and barge into any facility they want to? Any one period, even an ICE facility that has rapists, murderers, and gang members.

[00:01:51] Yes. I'm going to come in and I'm going to sneak in with a busload of criminals. More than 75 percent. I want to make sure I get my stats right. Yeah, that's exactly right from Fox News. More than 75 percent of detainees in this facility have been charged or convicted of a felony. Charged with or convicted of a felony. So, yes, I'm going to sneak in. It's like when you and I back in the day try to sneak into a movie or something or, you know, what have you.

[00:02:22] Like, I was kind of reminiscing in my mind, thinking about this right now, the drive-in theater. We used to drive into the exit when no one was looking. We turned the lights off and drive in there. Except this time, I'm going to be violent about it. I'm going to be violent about it. I'm going to push. I'm going to shove. I'm even going to punch. So, that is exactly what they did. They snuck in. They barged their way in. They pushed. They shoved. They intentionally went nuts and intentionally did chaos. And then they act.

[00:02:51] What they literally do is they accuse ICE of doing what they actually did. This is the gubernatorial candidate, the mayor of Newark. This is his, since he's one of the top contenders for the New Jersey governor. This is his plan. This is his campaign.

[00:03:14] His campaign is I'm going to sneak in, tussle with, and refuse to obey ICE officials. And when I get arrested, I'm going to accuse them of doing wrong to me. Look at me. I'm famous now. I'm a victim. Are you stupid enough to believe that? I hope so. Now, one of the things I want to tell you is this. If you watch this video, and you can see it on my Twitter feed from yesterday evening,

[00:03:42] we were getting more of this stuff broken down, including slow-mo, where they're going, and you see her, the woman at the center of this who must be arrested, by the way. And that's one of the questions I wanted to ask you about. What would you like to see happen to these congresspeople? I'd like to see them arrested. I'd like to see the DOJ show up at their home or their office. It's kind of reminiscing about the Trump administration when they show up at the home

[00:04:09] with 10 agents with rifles unnecessarily. I'm not saying they have to do that, but I'd like to see them show up at their homes and say either come out and surrender or we're going to come in and we're going to grab you. That's what I would like to see. Or in broad daylight at the office. Unannounced. Don't do any deals. Show up and cuff them and stuff them. What if you or I busted into a facility, a jail, that held rapists, murderers, and gang members?

[00:04:38] What do you think would happen if we snuck in and then we tussled with, pushed, and punched? If you look at the slow-motion video I was referencing, it's on my Twitter feed, at Chris Croc Show. That's at Chris Croc Show. C-H-R-I-S-K-R-O-K. At Chris Croc Show. If you look at it, you'll see one of the main characters in all this, the congresswoman from New Jersey. You will see her punch with her left, I believe her, well, I couldn't believe it was right or left hand,

[00:05:07] but you see her punch the upper left shoulder of an ICE officer with a dark blue Navy ICE police shirt, excuse me, windbreaker from behind. That's what you will see. That's LaMonica MacGyver, the New Jersey congresswoman. I got a lot more to say on this, but of course, your call as well at 704-570-1110, 704-570-1110. Let's go to Craig. Craig, you are on the Peak Calendar Show.

[00:05:36] Chris Croc Fillion on News Talk 1110 and 993 WBT. Hi, good morning. Good morning. Good afternoon, I guess we should say, right? Yeah. Well, these politicians have now assaulted federal officials. They are now criminals. Are they going to be above the law?

[00:05:58] I mean, if they don't receive anything, if they don't receive the same sentence that another person was, not like some deferred – they'll probably get deferred community service or something. They're not even going to be convicted. But if they are not above the law, they will be sentenced and they will serve jail time, and their people in their districts will go without representation. If that doesn't happen, they are above the law. Yeah, exactly.

[00:06:22] You know what this – some people are saying this is reminiscent of the insular – they call the so-called fake insurrection, you know, where you barge into the Capitol without permission to be in there, and you're trying to take over and stuff like that. But – so this is worse. You're literally – well, it's about the same, actually. You're barging in, except this time you're physically attacking, shoving, punching.

[00:06:49] And one of the DHS spokespersons said it was body slamming. Body slamming is when you pick somebody up and slam them on the ground like in wrestling. So it wasn't that. Slamming your body into somebody is, I guess what you'd call it. But, Craig, I agree with you. I agree that these folks need to be charged. Every one of these people that went in there, every one of them needs to be charged with trespass. Criminal trespass, I think, is what the charge is against the mayor of Newark who's trying to run for governor. And I think in addition to that, assault and obstruction.

[00:07:18] In fact, one of the representatives I want to play some audio from in a minute. Boy, this woman's lying, like insane lying. Representative Watson Coleman. She admitted to literally, she said she conceded that she and Representative Menendez, the congressman who's the son of the jailed, former disgraced Senator Robert Menendez, had attempted to shield Raz Baraka, the governor of, well, the gubernatorial candidate and mayor of Newark.

[00:07:48] They admitted to attempting to shield him from the agents when they came to arrest him. That is obstruction. Remember what Tom Holman said, if you obstruct, if you get in the way of our operations, we're arresting you and we're charging you. If we don't do this, if the Trump Department of Justice doesn't do this, then they're like a Biden or an Obama Justice Department or an Obama-Biden government who does not hold people accountable because they don't want it to look bad. We must do this.

[00:08:18] I agree with you 110%. I appreciate your call. All right. If you're listening to this show, you know I try to keep up with all sorts of current events. And I know you do too. And you've probably heard me say, get your news from multiple sources. Why? Well, because it's how you detect media bias, which is why I've been so impressed with Ground News. It's an app and it's a website and it combines news from around the world in one place so you can compare coverage and verify information. You can check it out at check.ground.news.com.

[00:08:48] Slash Pete. I put the link in the podcast description too. I started using Ground News a few months ago and more recently chose to work with them as an affiliate because it lets me see clearly how stories get covered and by whom. The Blind Spot feature shows you which stories get ignored by the left and the right. See for yourself. Check.ground.news.com. Subscribe through that link and you'll get 15% off any subscription. I use the Vantage plan to get unlimited access to every feature.

[00:09:18] Your subscription then not only helps my podcast, but it also supports Ground News as they make the media landscape more transparent. If anything, we were pushed and shoved and found in a very vulnerable situation for the three of us. But there's no.

[00:09:36] That is one of the representatives that should be arrested and charged with obstruction by her admission to shielding Raz Baraka, the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, who's a gubernatorial candidate from New Jersey. This whole thing was a stunt. The Democrats broke into the ICE jail facility which houses killers, gang members, and rapists, among others.

[00:10:00] 75% over 75% are convicted of felonies or have are charged with felonies. So they broke into this thing by sneaking with a bus as we now know. But listen to this. The lady you just heard from there is Congresswoman. Where is it? Her name is Congressman Watson Coleman. I think it's Betty or Betsy Watson Coleman. Watson Coleman.

[00:10:25] Anyway, she is alleging that ICE is manipulating the video. Any video you see that makes it look like they were assaulting the officers has been manipulated and is fake. Quote, we were there for a tour, she said. Let me ask you a question. Have you ever shown up for a tour and expected to get in when you don't have reservations?

[00:10:50] Would you expect to show up at a prison, let alone a federal prison, and just get a tour, whether you're a congressperson or not? Quote, we were there for a tour. Hi, I'm here for the tour. Who the heck are you? Where are you from? I'm a congresswoman. Great. Make an appointment. We'll see you soon. Here's the public relations office. I mean, this is, they're literally making up all this. This is all a lie.

[00:11:16] It's a choice to get in there, get physical, to break in, and then to say we're victims. This is all a plan. It's amazing how they're just like insanely bald-faced lying to all of us and pretending like they're the victim. It's Chris Kroc filling in for Pete Callender, of course, on News Talk 1110 and 99.3 WBT. Pete will be back tomorrow. 704-570-1110 is our number.

[00:11:44] 704-570-1110. Here we go. Congresswoman Watson Coleman says, we were there for a tour. Giving the impression that the tour was planned, quote-unquote, says the Daily Wire, and they were supposed to be there. She then went on to say that they eventually got, quote, access to the facility, living out that they waited for the gate to open and snuck in and barged their way in. I like the term that Fox News used to describe what she did, what they did. They barreled in.

[00:12:12] They barreled in unprovoked through law enforcement at the gate. That's exactly what they did. It's embarrassing, really, when you think about it and look at it. I want to ask you a few questions on this. Is this how you want your politicians to operate? Do you want your politicians, whoever your congressperson is, do you want them to show up unannounced at places that you or they are concerned about, whether it's operating up to snuff?

[00:12:40] Do you want them to show up unannounced and to just shove and push federal officers and sneak in? Is that how you want your representatives, your congressfolk, your senators, et cetera, to operate? Your governor? Your mayor? What do you think should happen to these people accused of assault? Because I got to tell you, I think every one of these people should be charged with a trespass. Most should be charged with obstruction. And some should be charged with assaulting a federal officer.

[00:13:09] And the main person I'm thinking about is Congresswoman LaMonica MacGyver. If you watch the slow-mo video that I mentioned, it's on my Twitter feed and it's out there all over the place on the Twitter sphere and wherever you want to look, or X sphere if you want to call it that.

[00:13:24] If you look at that, you'll see not only that she shoved with her right arm an officer in the greenish type of militaristic-looking federal ICE outfit, but you'll also see that she punches the back left shoulder of a separate officer who's wearing a navy blue windbreaker that says police ICE on it.

[00:13:48] So that Congresswoman LaMonica MacGyver, she's got to be charged with assaulting a police officer, obstruction, and trespass. And I think that Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, that's who you just heard audio from, Bonnie, not Betsy, Watson Coleman, she admits to shielding Mayor Roz Baraka, the Newark, New Jersey mayor, and standing in the way. So she should be charged with obstruction and trespass.

[00:14:17] Of course, I'm not a federal attorney here, but, you know, U.S. attorney like Alina Habba is, but nonetheless, wherever the appropriate charges are, I think they need to be. Unless you don't mind this, literally just showing up on an ounce, busting in, assaulting officers, pushing your way in, and then demanding stuff. By the way, do you know what the results of this were? Do you know that they were demanding a tour, which all they had to do was schedule one and they could have got one? Do you know what they found out when they got in there and toured the ICE facility?

[00:14:47] Well, I'll tell you how Fox News described it this morning. There are phones to the consulate, whatever, you know, whatever consulate they want to reach out to, the phones to their consulate everywhere, all around this facility. It does not look like a jail, does not feel like a jail. They are not locked in their cell. It is a door like at a school. In fact, she says, the reporter for Fox News this morning said it literally looks like a school. So they don't have locked doors at night. They have phones everywhere that they can call their consulate.

[00:15:18] There are signs everywhere saying, do you want to self-deport? If you do, we will pay for the flight and we'll pay you $1,000 cash. So Trump's program for self-deportation is being offered in the ICE facility. I'm going to pause the rest of my description because I want to go first to one of our calls. We have Marvin. You are on the phone. You are on News Talk 1110, 993 WBT. Chris Kroc filling in for Pete Callender on the Pete Callender Show. Hello, Marvin.

[00:15:48] Hello. This one question. From my understanding, and it was because of Fox News, every person that was there actually are on a committee. And that committee is designated by Congress to investigate all facilities that are under penal systems. So we'll make this one penal, we're holding facility, out of limits.

[00:16:14] And every time I turn around, this radio station, they love to talk about with Fox News. Fox News is the only news outlet out there. That's right. Before you get into the second point, I want to address your first point. And you said, aren't they allowed to exercise their oversight? Absolutely. But let me ask you a question. Let me ask you. Do not need an appointment to oversight. Hold on. Yes, you do need an appointment. When? Are you saying?

[00:16:43] Let me ask you a question. Instead of you yelling at me, instead of you yelling, calm down. Calm down. We need to have a two-way conversation. Because you're acting like the Congress people do. They show up unannounced. They snuck in. They snuck in behind a busload of criminals. Okay? So you think congressional oversight. What would be wrong with them scheduling an appointment? First of all, someone that does the inspection. I'm just going to ask you a question.

[00:17:13] What's wrong with them? Yeah, what's wrong with them? Excuse me. Let me finish someone who does inspection. The whole point is to go unannounced. Can I put you on hold? I don't want to rush you. Can I put you on hold? I don't want to rush you. Okay? I want you to be able to finish. We'll have a little more discussion. Stand by, brother. Here's a great idea. And they have pet-friendly accommodations. Call or text 828-367-7068. Or check out all there is to offer at cabinsofashville.com

[00:18:39] and make memories that'll last a lifetime. People just are afraid of this un-American hyperactivity, this weaponization of law enforcement, and the consistent lying. They made this a violent scene that we were unfortunately all a part of, and it's something that should really shock all Americans. You know what's interesting? You just break into a facility, you sneak in with a bus. There's no legitimacy to that. You sneak in, and then when law enforcement stops you

[00:19:08] because it's a federal prison, it's a federal ICE facility holding prisoners that are rapists, murderers, and MS-13 gang members who behead people, when you do that, they don't know who you are. You're just barging in. And you can scream and yell at whatever you want, but you're assaulting officers, you're disobeying them, you're trespassing, you're barging in. I want to go back to our caller, Marvin, who has called in.

[00:19:37] Marvin, first of all, thank you very much for holding, and if you want to chime in on this whole thing with the scandal, these congress folk showing up unannounced, barging in, sneaking in with a bus load of prisoners, and then shoving and pushing and even punching and elbowing officers, federal officers, ICE officers, and such, all in the name of, quote, congressional oversight, quote, unquote. Quote, of course, this is News Talk 1110 and 1993 WBT.

[00:20:06] Chris Rock, fill in for Pete Callender on the Pete Callender Show, our number 704-570-1110. Several lines open as well, but I want to ask you a few questions. First of all, Marvin, thank you for holding. Oh, you're welcome. Okay, so what's wrong with the congressional folks scheduling an appointment? What's wrong with an appointment? What's wrong with, what is wrong with a committee, OSAC committee? Hold on, you're answering a question with a question. Just answer the question.

[00:20:35] This is not hard. This is not brain surgery. What's wrong with scheduling an appointment to conduct congressional oversight? Because they don't have to. Period. Period. What do you mean they don't have to? They charge. Okay, so can they just barge into NASA and... Oh, yeah. Okay, so if there's a, for example, if the shuttle's about to take off, and they barge into NASA, and they get evaporated, that's all normal. It's like, well, it's congressional oversight. This is how it works.

[00:21:06] They wouldn't do that. What do you mean they wouldn't do that? This is a busload of ICE prisoners, and they snuck in. Because you find nothing nefarious? You find nothing nefarious? You can't do a lot of the planes when an aircraft is about to take off. Just like if they went out to the runway and sat in front of a plane taking off from airport. So you find nothing nefarious about sneaking in with a bus? I mean, it's unbelievable you would try to justify that.

[00:21:34] What I find is that if they had done video, when they first make this announcement, why not show it? I'm sorry, what? When the representative, I think it was attorney general, came out and said they had video showing all this activity, but they would not release it. Why not?

[00:22:03] Well, they've released a lot of stuff. Have you seen one of the congresswomen, I think her name is MacGyver, have you seen her elbowing and then punching in the back an ICE officer? And what did you see before that? Four guys grabbed over the arm. She slung her arm back and hit one person behind her. Yes, they should. You know why? They don't know who she is. Four people grabbed her. She pulled her arm back. You hear the ICE also about her. But wait a minute.

[00:22:33] They didn't even know who she was. She just showed up and barged in and snuck in. And you expect them to let her just go? What if it was you and me? What if it was two jamokes like you and me doing that? Would you expect to just barge in? If Charlotte Police, well, say if Charlotte Fire Department would go to a business, and because they weren't doing that business, and the owner had locked the door, city ordinance would give the fire department a surgeon knock that door open.

[00:23:03] It's not the same thing, brother. It's had to go inside that facility. Yeah. Whatever they decide. Can I ask you a question? 24 steps. All right. So let me ask you this. How is breaking in oversight? I didn't see them break anything. I ain't seen nobody knock a few things. They simply broke in with the fence, with the bus, and security. Will you admit that they snuck in? They're worried about security.

[00:23:32] Somebody should have been there with the bus, gate closed, on board, standing in front of it. Nobody would have passed it. That's true. Okay. So you actually agree that they could have stopped them at the gate, and if they kept charging, arrested them. But since they snuck into the gate, because if somebody's trying to break into a prison, you should arrest them, right? Well, that's a good question. I don't remember anybody really breaking into prison. No, no, no, no. I know that. But I'm asking you a question, though.

[00:24:00] Sir, sir, if you break into a prison, should you get stopped and arrested? If you break in, you say you get stopped and arrested. There you go. What if you sneak in? What if you sneak in instead of breaking into a prison? And then once they find out who you are and why you're there, you think I got two choices. So Congress people... You're trespassing or you're authorized to do that. Congress people are above the law if you agree with them. Let me ask you something else, too. How about January 6th?

[00:24:26] Those are voters conducting congressional oversight of their Congress. On January 6th, they did the same thing. They went in there and they were doing oversight. What is that? I can understand that when I look at TV, I saw people with weapons, gins, guns... Weapons? Pepper spray, bad press, beating police almost to death. Yeah. I saw Congress people shoving... I saw Congress people assaulting, shoving, pushing, and even punching ICE officers.

[00:24:56] Let me ask you another question. Why do you care so much? Why do you care so much about... Hold on. Hold on. Why do you care so much about illegals? When our own people are hungry, our own people are hungry, our own people are hungry, they need jobs. Why do you care so much about illegals, let alone 75% of them, over 75% of them, are convicted felons? What about my conversation has anything to do with illegal aliens?

[00:25:26] What about my conversation has anything to do with illegal aliens? All right. Hey, can you answer that question or not? Otherwise, I'll have to let you go. Why do you care so much about illegals, especially when over 75% of them are convicted felons or charged with a felony? Well, that's what you say. Until a heavy equipment is conducted, they are just like any other citizen, any other person in the world... All right. I got it. Listen, one last question is, why do you care so much about illegals? That's all I want to know. Why? Why do you want to put them out so bad? Okay. You want the illegals.

[00:25:56] I got it. Thank you for your call. I appreciate it. No, no. We're good. We're good. Thank you very much for your call, my friend. I just... That's one of the biggest things I have in my mind with all this. I swear to you, here's the biggest thing in my mind. Man, this is so fake. The American people, 70 million or so, they voted for Donald J. Trump for number one to get these 12 million people that have invaded this country, many of whom are criminals hurting

[00:26:23] us, killing us, raping us, stealing from us, robbing us, beating us, to get them the heck out of this country. And this guy's thing... He doesn't... You know what? I honestly think... I'll tell you what. I can't speak for Marvin, but I got to tell you something. I got to tell you, I don't think he would give a frog's fat, you know what, about those people in that thing, in that facility, unless he saw... I'm sorry. He wouldn't care. The only reason he cares is because he sees stuff and goes, oh my gosh, I'm a Democrat. I say, oh my gosh, I got to be outraged. I'm out. He's being...

[00:26:52] I swear to you, my thought, and I could be wrong. You can tell me wrong. No, he's being programmed to care about this. He's allowing himself to be manipulated and care about... He doesn't give a frog's fat, you know what, until he sees something on TV. You think he cares about a felon or a convicted felon at a nice facility 30 minutes from his house right now, or two hours from his house in rural North Carolina, wherever it would be? You know what I'm saying? No. No. Only when you see something in the media, then you go, oh, oh, oh, oh.

[00:27:23] Why do you care so much about illegals, dude? They're stealing our jobs. They're suppressing our wages. There's so much more on that, but all right, we're going to take James in a minute, plus your call at 704-570-1110. All right, so spring is here, a time of renewal and celebrations. It unfortunately did not have to be like that. They created that confrontation.

[00:28:47] They created that chaos. Ah, yeah. Sneak in with a bus. And when the cops stop you, the feds stop you because you're barging into an ICE facility, a jail, then you push, shove, punch, do whatever it takes, obfuscate, etc. Hey, by the way, Marvin, our last caller, was so angry about these illegals. I don't know why, but this facility, congressional oversight that he was so worried about, all they had to do was schedule an appointment because guess what they found even when they barged in?

[00:29:17] Quote, there was no complaint from any of these liberal Democrats. None. Not one complaint. They saw nothing wrong with the facilities. So they assaulted officers for nothing. Nothing could have changed with a scheduled appointment versus a barging in. There's no oversight. It's breaking into a facility or trespassing on a facility and then assaulting officers. This is not normal. This is not okay. And they plan to do it. This is their campaign. This is their plan. We will break the law and then claim we're the victims when we assault the cops. We'll claim we're assaulted.

[00:29:45] All right, let's go to James. James, you called in on News Talk 1110 and 993 WBT. It's Chris Kroc, of course, filling in for Pete Callender on the Pete Callender Show. Hello, sir. Hey, just one quick thing. Uh-huh. I worked for the sheriff for 30 years. Nobody can just wander in to a secured facility. It's not legal. You're wrong. You're wrong.

[00:30:13] Congressman can just show up unannounced and barge in, even without you knowing who they are. Not unless they want to get put in handcuffs and processed into the building for trespass. Exactly right. So tell me this. Do you want to see these folks prosecuted for trespass, for obstruction, and for assault? Well, if they assaulted a police officer, depending on what state you're in, that's either a class A misdemeanor or a minor felony. And yes, they should be.

[00:30:41] However, considering it's in northern New Jersey, you're not going to find the district attorney. Good news. Good news. It's a federal facility. Guess who the Department of Justice is run by? Donald J. Trump. Guess who he has as an interim U.S. attorney for New Jersey? Alina Hava, his spokesperson. Well, with all due respect, I'll believe that one when I see it. But yes, they should be. Wait, wait, wait. You don't. Okay. So you don't think the Trump administration is going to prosecute them because it's so sensitive, because they're barging in and they're congresspeople?

[00:31:10] I don't think they're going to prosecute them because it's probably not worth the headache. You mean like the political reaction? Oh, well, see, this whole thing's for political reaction. This is the hero that they have decided to die upon. They may be in the next direction. They shoved a pile of dirt on there as a hill. They jumped in the middle of it and they claimed they're the victim. It's all them. But listen, if you don't prosecute this, which Trump administration is leaving the door open on that.

[00:31:39] They're actually saying there may be charges coming. If you don't prosecute this, then this is the new norm for Democrats. You literally illegally crash into places. You assault them, claim you're assaulted, and you get away with it. But we've been arguing that point for the last 20 years that I recall. Well, I'll tell you what, I think the Trump administration, they're not ashamed. They're not afraid. They do things that are really, really have real big stones, real big cojones. And so I hope they do charge them.

[00:32:09] I think if they don't, it's going to be a bad move. They're assaulting officers and trespassing. Thanks for your call. Appreciate you very much. All right, we've got much more to do on this coming up next. I want to get into the free airplane, quote-unquote, from Qatar. Should we be against that? Should we be suspicious of it? We'll take some more of your calls as well and talk more about the ICE facility with all these prisoners. Hey, I didn't give you all the perks of staying at this prison where the Democrats trespassed in and assaulted officers at on Friday afternoon.

[00:32:38] I'll give you the rest of the perks and how awesome this place is. It's pretty nice. All that's next. Chris Kroc in for Pete Callender on News Talk 1110 and 99.3 WBT. Our number is 704-570-1110, 704-570-1110. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
