[00:00:29] I got an answer about my question on the cow farts contributing to climate change. Walter says, only lactose intolerant dairy cows produce more farts than pastured cows. It's science. Thank you, Walter. I appreciate that. I was unclear on the science and data regarding that, so I appreciate it.
[00:00:50] Um, alright, so let's uh, I know I've been beaten up on leftists uh today. Now, I also, I should have said this earlier, um, I differentiate between leftists and Democrats, liberals. Now, not all Democrats are leftists and not all leftists are Democrats, but a lot of them are, right?
[00:01:19] Leftism is a particular strain. So, I do not use those terms interchangeably. And I think that the country and Democrats and liberals will be better off if they are to excise leftism from their party.
[00:01:42] But, but, they don't ask me. But, they don't ask me these things. But, if anybody's listening and you, you know, you want to, you know, what was the term? Put country above party, I think was, I heard somebody say that at some point. Um, that might be best for everybody. Leftism is a poison in the body politic.
[00:02:04] No better example is, uh, what we have seen in the days after the murder of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
[00:02:18] David Strom at hotair.com. You've heard me, uh, read from his writings. Uh, highly recommend the website, hotair.com. And, uh, he had a series of posts over several days.
[00:02:36] And, uh, the first, I believe this was the, well, it may, this may have been the first.
[00:02:44] So, yeah, I think the first one was, uh, maddening murderous Marxist momentum.
[00:02:51] And, you know me, I'm a sucker for alliteration. So, like, I'm going to read this piece.
[00:02:56] And, he says Marxist in a negative way.
[00:02:58] Which is the only way to really ever talk about Marxism because it is a poisonous religion.
[00:03:06] So, progressives, he says, uh, well, he says, has reminded us that the murder of Brian Thompson has reminded us of just how morally bankrupt the progressive movement really is.
[00:03:17] And, uh, I believe he's using the progressive term here much as I use Marxism.
[00:03:23] I use leftism. Progressivism is part and parcel, uh, of that ideology, that religion.
[00:03:32] Okay. Progressives have always advertised their ideology as a movement to make society more just, humane, and respectful of human rights.
[00:03:43] Okay. That's, that's the campaign.
[00:03:47] Now, how they actually operate once elected is a little different, but that's always the campaign.
[00:03:52] The first truly leftist movement, in fact, the origin of the term left wing, came from the French Revolution.
[00:04:02] It famously gave us the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen,
[00:04:07] spelling out the principles that were supposed to be embodied in the first French Republic.
[00:04:12] It was the preamble to the Constitution that was then forever suspended during the Republic because, well, you know,
[00:04:20] the way to utopia was through murdering everybody who didn't fit into it.
[00:04:25] In other words, leftism is about spouting these heady sounding utopian ideas while murdering all your political enemies.
[00:04:36] Okay. This has been evident throughout history.
[00:04:40] Real socialism's never been tried.
[00:04:42] I disagree.
[00:04:44] I disagree.
[00:04:46] Because what you think it does isn't what it actually does.
[00:04:51] Right.
[00:04:51] Your campaign slogans are not true.
[00:04:55] You may believe them to be true, but all the evidence shows they are not.
[00:05:01] And so when the, quote, real communism, real Marxism gets attempted and then always devolves into a whole bunch of murder and squalor,
[00:05:12] well, that's what it does.
[00:05:16] That is, in fact, real communism.
[00:05:18] In application, every leftist movement has been essentially the same.
[00:05:29] David Strom says, grand sounding principles justifying the murder and imprisonment of the enemies of the people.
[00:05:38] Brian Thompson's murder was most likely the product of a psychotic break by Luigi.
[00:05:45] But the left's embrace of it as some sort of act of justice is turning into a potential movement that is gaining momentum and could easily turn into a crime wave.
[00:05:56] Some leftists have been idolizing this maniac in the way that leftists always idolize the violent members of their leftist cults.
[00:06:05] He has become a sex symbol for some of these leftists.
[00:06:09] Others see him as a role model.
[00:06:11] Well, at least a role model for other people to follow.
[00:06:14] Right.
[00:06:15] Because most of the people who have been calling for the murder of CEOs are unlikely to have the stones to actually practice what they preach.
[00:06:22] They are they're proud enough about their commitment to the cause that they'll post hit lists online and hope somebody more courageous will follow through.
[00:06:31] Right.
[00:06:32] They're not going to do it.
[00:06:33] They're not going to do it.
[00:06:35] They're not going to do it.
[00:06:36] But, and by the way, we already have a copycat on that.
[00:06:39] Luckily, she just made the threats over a telephone call to Blue Cross and Blue Shield to a representative of that company.
[00:06:47] Made the threats and she got arrested and now she's looking at like 15 years in prison.
[00:06:52] As she should.
[00:06:54] Murder is not on the table as an acceptable response.
[00:06:59] It's not.
[00:07:00] Okay.
[00:07:01] It's not.
[00:07:05] I'll come back to this.
[00:07:06] The, uh, the hit list part because there's a, there's a, uh, a potential new product offering.
[00:07:13] Whether it's Hamas, Black Lives Matter, or murderers who shoot people in the back.
[00:07:19] Leftists true love is political violence.
[00:07:23] Leftists, leftists famously love Shea.
[00:07:27] Right.
[00:07:28] Who celebrated revolutionary violence and the murder of innocent people and nothing gets their blood flowing so much as a riot.
[00:07:36] A terrorist attack on the colonizers.
[00:07:39] Or the occupation of some building that's got really nothing to do with their cause, but is somehow associated with Western society.
[00:07:47] Don't be surprised if there is a spate of attempted assassinations.
[00:07:52] Anti-capitalism is in.
[00:07:54] And the cultural trends are moving decisively against the left.
[00:07:59] Leftists.
[00:07:59] So what, why, why is he predicting more of this?
[00:08:03] Because with the cultural trends moving against leftism, that creates frustration.
[00:08:12] And that's got little to do with the specifics of any particular policy that they are trying to advance.
[00:08:18] They are frustrated at the loss of cultural influence and relevance.
[00:08:23] So they're going to strike out.
[00:08:25] To deal with a growing anger of their decline in the tolerance by us, by the rest of society, at their brand of insane politics.
[00:08:40] Meanwhile, American Newswire reports a self-described socialist fashion brand is trying to capitalize.
[00:08:49] Think about that for a second.
[00:08:52] A socialist brand is capitalizing by selling stuff in a free, okay.
[00:09:01] So they're trying to capitalize on this murder.
[00:09:04] The celebratory air surrounding the murder of a father and husband simply because he was an executive has not been tempered by backlash.
[00:09:11] In fact, nearly two weeks after Thompson was gunned down outside the Midtown Manhattan Hilton Hotel, the founder of Comrade Workwear.
[00:09:19] That's the name of a company.
[00:09:22] Comrade Workwear.
[00:09:25] I'm sure they pay all the employees the same amount of money, right?
[00:09:28] Uh-huh.
[00:09:29] Okay.
[00:09:29] They devised a way for like-minded lunatics to readily identify other notable CEOs by stealing somebody else's idea.
[00:09:39] See, it is communist.
[00:09:41] Look at that.
[00:09:41] See that?
[00:09:41] They didn't even come up with an original idea.
[00:09:43] What did they do?
[00:09:44] They took one from the government.
[00:09:46] Classic commie.
[00:09:49] In a series of TikTok videos, James Haar explained...
[00:09:54] He really missed an opportunity there for a pirate line.
[00:09:57] But anyway, he explained how he had been prompted for the idea of a deck of playing cards.
[00:10:04] The most wanted CEOs featuring the likes of Jeff Bezos, the Murdochs, Howard Schultz, Elon Musk.
[00:10:14] And then the back of the card would have a bullseye, a little target on it.
[00:10:23] Which to me seems like way more egregious than a map that says, hey, we want to target these candidates for election defeat.
[00:10:35] Which is what Sarah Palin was accused of prompting the attack on Gabby Gifford all those many years ago.
[00:10:42] Because they had put up a map in like a campaign office or something and it had these different congressional districts that had targets on them.
[00:10:48] Like this is where we're going to be focusing our efforts.
[00:10:52] And then Gabby Giffords gets attacked by a raving lunatic with no discernible political philosophy.
[00:10:59] And they blamed Sarah Palin for that.
[00:11:02] That's the stochastic terrorism.
[00:11:04] And here you have these commies putting together a deck of playing cards.
[00:11:09] It's a hit list.
[00:11:10] That's what that is.
[00:11:12] Commies going to commie.
[00:11:13] For over a month now, I have been reminding you to preserve your precious photos and slides, films and tapes with Creative Video based in Mint Hill.

[00:11:24] Moments from years past that are irreplaceable.
[00:11:27] If you've thought about saving these memories before they fade away, you are not alone.
[00:11:31] This is Creative Video's busiest season.

[00:12:07] Get your memories in now and beat the holiday rush.
[00:12:10] Visit createavideo.com to learn more.
[00:12:13] That's createavideo.com.
[00:12:15] I mentioned this totally ironic and contradictory left-wing, what is it, Comrade Workwear, a fashion brand.
[00:12:29] The CEO is talking about creating a deck of playing cards with a whole bunch of CEOs' pictures on them and on the back, targets for like the back of the playing card.
[00:12:43] And Mark says, the leftists even stole the playing card idea from the army.
[00:12:48] I'm old enough to remember when they went after the leader of Iraq and Saddam was the ace of spades.
[00:12:53] Indeed.
[00:12:54] Indeed.
[00:12:54] I have one of those decks of cards.
[00:12:57] I own one.
[00:12:59] A listener gave me one of these 15 years ago.
[00:13:07] And it's a full deck.
[00:13:09] And all of the people in the jack, the queen, and the king, and the ace are the wanted pictures, basically, of these Iraqi officials.
[00:13:23] And they did that because when the guys are sitting around killing time, they're playing cards, and it's a way for them to remember the faces.
[00:13:35] So this way, if they are out in the field and they encounter one of the most wanted, they know who it is.
[00:13:41] And they've got a deck of cards on them, and boom, there you go.
[00:13:44] Oh, I know that guy.
[00:13:44] I've seen his face.
[00:13:45] He's been, you know, in my deck of cards for the last two tours.
[00:13:51] Yeah, so the commies stole the idea because that's what commies do.
[00:13:54] They don't innovate.
[00:13:55] They just steal.
[00:13:58] Also, as I'm watching this response on the left to the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, I thought of Moe Davis.
[00:14:10] Does that name ring a bell?
[00:14:12] Not the guy who won Superintendent of Public Instruction.
[00:14:14] That's Moe Green.
[00:14:15] Moe Davis.
[00:14:17] Moe Davis ran against Madison Cawthorn.
[00:14:21] This would have been 2020.
[00:14:27] And he was the one that posted a whole bunch of these violence fetish tweets.
[00:14:36] Remember that guy?
[00:14:37] Talking about stomping necks and grinding their necks into the pavement with the heel of your boot until you hear the snap.
[00:14:47] All that stuff.
[00:14:48] There is a fetishization of violence on the left.
[00:14:56] And it's getting worse.
[00:14:58] It's getting worse.
[00:15:01] I'm seeing polling.
[00:15:33] I'm seeing polling.
[00:15:34] Multiple outlets have done polling.
[00:15:54] That's not a surprise.
[00:15:56] The guy who shot up the guy who shot up the ball field tried to assassinate a whole bunch of Republican lawmakers.
[00:16:01] He was a Bernie bro.
[00:16:02] He screamed out, this is for health care.
[00:16:05] As he was opening fire.
[00:16:08] Among voters with a postgraduate degree, 15% consider the killer a hero.
[00:16:15] Bachelor's degrees, only 8%.
[00:16:17] If you don't have a college degree, 9%.
[00:16:23] People who talk politics every day are also more likely to consider the killer a hero.
[00:16:29] So the headline is that 30% of progressive Democrats and 34% of younger voters are all in on the killing.
[00:16:38] 34% of younger voters.
[00:16:40] Like, this is a problem.
[00:16:43] This is a very big problem.
[00:16:45] Democrats, you guys need to clean yourselves up here.
[00:16:49] You've got people in your ranks that are cool with murdering people for politics.
[00:17:01] Ordinary Democrats are kidding themselves, David Strom writes, if they believe progressives are merely a bit too enthusiastic and maybe a little unrealistic.
[00:17:09] No, they aren't.
[00:17:10] They are revolutionaries who, if they could, would tear down society and replace it with their French Revolution-type regime.
[00:17:19] Progressives are the enemies of civilization.
[00:17:23] Commies lie.
[00:17:25] Leftists lie.
[00:17:26] That's why they call themselves progressives.
[00:17:28] They're not.
[00:17:29] They are the opposite of that.
[00:17:32] Which brings me to Blue Sky.
[00:17:33] I mean, not literally.
[00:17:34] That place is a cesspool.
[00:17:35] I'm not going over there.
[00:17:36] I probably wouldn't even last.
[00:17:38] Like, I don't know how.
[00:17:40] Maybe I should set up an account just to see how quickly I get blocked.
[00:17:44] But Blue Sky advertises itself as the alternative for Twitter, formerly known as X.
[00:17:52] And for the compassionate and nice lefties.
[00:17:55] Right?
[00:17:56] It claims to be less toxic and a place for civil discussion without all the misinformation that's over on Twitter.
[00:18:02] Well, that's crap.
[00:18:04] Blue Sky is a leftist sewer in which anybody who deviates from leftist orthodoxy is not only shunned, but outright threatened with death.
[00:18:16] That's what's happening over on that platform.
[00:18:18] If you are not a leftist or you're not leftist enough.
[00:18:22] Like, if you're a liberal.
[00:18:24] If you're merely a liberal.
[00:18:26] You're just a Democrat.
[00:18:27] You're not a full-blown leftist.
[00:18:29] You're going to get this kind of hate on you.
[00:18:33] If you don't know, there's a guy named Jesse Singal.
[00:18:37] He is one of the leaders of the gender-critical movement focused mainly on saving kids from alphabet ideology and its sick consequences.
[00:18:46] David Strom writes at HotAir.com.
[00:18:48] He holds, this guy Jesse Singal, holds the heterodox view that children should not be sterilized and mutilated.
[00:18:56] A view that is as toxic in the eyes of the Blue Sky crowd as CEOs should not be randomly shot in the back.
[00:19:03] Right?
[00:19:03] These are equally rejected by the Blue Skiers.
[00:19:08] It's not randoms either.
[00:19:10] It's not a bunch of random people on Blue Sky that are calling for Singal's death or doxing him.
[00:19:16] Right?
[00:19:16] Publishing his personal information.
[00:19:18] Obviously hoping somebody's going to carry through on the death threats.
[00:19:22] No.
[00:19:23] The people that are doing the doxing and the death-threatening?
[00:19:27] Journalists.
[00:19:28] Vice presidents at companies like Microsoft.
[00:19:31] Prominent lefties who jumped off of Twitter because they said, oh, that's too toxic over there.
[00:19:37] The claim, as with all such leftist calls to violence, is that holding disapproved views and expressing them is a form of violence and should be suppressed or their holders destroyed.
[00:19:51] Look, I said this is the path we were on when they were running around saying, punch a Nazi.
[00:19:56] And a Nazi is anybody I disagree with.
[00:19:59] That belief, that, I can't even call it logic, that way of thinking only leads to violence.
[00:20:07] That's all it leads to.
[00:20:09] It is a rationalization, a justification to hurt people because you don't like an opinion that they have.
[00:20:19] And that is the destruction of a civil society.
[00:20:23] That's why I spend so much time talking about this stuff.
[00:20:26] All right.
[00:20:27] Hey, real quick.
[00:20:27] If you would like to get your product or service in front of about 10,000 people multiple times a day, send me an email at Pete at the Pete Calendar Show dot com and ask me about advertising.

[00:20:51] And I can show you how it works.
[00:20:52] Run the numbers with you.
[00:20:53] Again, that's Pete at the Pete Calendar Show dot com.
[00:20:58] So David Strom at hot air dot com.
[00:21:01] This is the piece, the final in his series headlined Blue Sky's death threat problem.
[00:21:07] Talking about Jesse Singal.
[00:21:10] Who he says, Jesse is not the enemy.
[00:21:15] Because he's a conservative.
[00:21:16] He's not.
[00:21:18] He is the enemy to these leftists that have taken over Blue Sky.
[00:21:22] This competitor to Twitter.
[00:21:25] He's the enemy to them because he's a heterodox liberal in the mold of J.K.
[00:21:32] Rowling.
[00:21:34] That's it.
[00:21:36] He's he's on the left.
[00:21:38] But he's not on the the gender identity.
[00:21:42] The.
[00:21:43] Train.
[00:21:46] Strom goes on to say that leftists.
[00:21:48] Have fled Twitter because.
[00:21:51] Why?
[00:21:51] Not because it was toxic.
[00:21:53] No, they fled because they don't own the platform anymore.
[00:21:57] And that means they don't get to determine what is read or what is written.
[00:22:04] That's the problem for them.
[00:22:05] That's why they all started going over to Twitter.
[00:22:09] Conservatives got banned off of Twitter under the pre Elon Musk ownership regime.
[00:22:15] And that's why they tried to go out and start.
[00:22:18] Parler or Parlay.
[00:22:20] Gab.
[00:22:21] I think there may have been another truth social.
[00:22:23] Right.
[00:22:24] Those started up because of the censorship of Twitter.
[00:22:30] Elon opens Twitter up and the leftists leave.
[00:22:34] What does that tell us?
[00:22:37] Strom.
[00:22:38] Again, the core of leftism is totalitarianism and the preferred means of achieving its goals
[00:22:45] is violence against dissenters.
[00:22:49] Leftism speaks of protecting the weak and depressed.
[00:22:53] But most of its adherents are actually members of a privileged elite who hope to
[00:22:59] sucker in the bottom quintile of society to use them as the brown shirt enforcers.
[00:23:05] As much as leftists talk a big game about the working class, their messaging only appeals
[00:23:11] to each other and to outcasts who fail to fit into a well-functioning society.
[00:23:19] They are trying and occasionally succeeding in creating a Frankenstein coalition of the dysfunctional
[00:23:27] in society and the over-educated elite who desperately want power.
[00:23:34] I have said since I was probably 19 or 20 years old that everybody is a freak.
[00:23:42] Everybody is unique, unusual.
[00:23:46] There are happy ones and there are unhappy ones, though.
[00:23:50] And usually the happy ones recognize that they are unique and they're okay with that.
[00:23:54] And then there are other people that are not happy with their uniqueness, their freakishness,
[00:23:59] and they attempt to mold everybody else so they don't feel quite so unusual.
[00:24:06] Now, I thought I just developed that theory, you know, in the haze of a dorm room.
[00:24:11] But I think I might have actually been on to something back then.
[00:24:15] They are the ones who celebrate the Luigis.
[00:24:18] They look down on the Daniel Pennies and are embraced by the cultural elite.
[00:24:24] Their goal is to become the leaders of the revolution, the ones who control the guillotine,
[00:24:28] and to revel in an orgiastic spasm of violence that wipes away all they hate about civilization.
[00:24:35] Leftism is poison.
[00:24:37] All right, that'll do it for this episode.
[00:24:39] Thank you so much for listening.
[00:24:40] I could not do the show without your support and the support of the businesses that advertise
