"Building a store of wrath" | Hour 3

I don't believe that I have spent any time Yeah, I don't think I have. Maybe Nick and Bernie can confirm. I don't think I've spent any time talking about the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. Not at all. I'm getting confirmation from both sources familiar with the matter, and they confirm. I have not spent any time talking about this trial. And truth be told, I have not spent really a lot of time at all following the trial. I see stuff. I read some of the stuff here and there, whatever. I've listened to some commentary on it over the past few weeks. It's very disturbing. It's sad. I think there are larger issues to pull out. I would prefer to. I. Would prefer to spend more time reviewing all of the evidence and stuff, but. This case went to the jury. And. Lindsay Clancy is the woman who is accused of and has admitted that she murdered her three children, very young children, by strangulation with exercise bands. She took them one by one into the basement, murdered all of them individually, and then made some superficial cuts on herself and threw herself out of the second-story window, which left her paralyzed. She had also apparently. sent her husband out to get food and then pick up something at CVS. So he would be out of the house. She had Google searches apparently also, um, on that would, that on various searches that could, that would help her in the planning of her crime. She claims to have been suffering from, or at least the defense claims that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Okay. The case is disturbing. Uh, we have seen this before, this kind of horrific crime. I believe it's called filicide. And, um, you know, we remember the Susan Smith, uh, she murdered her two young boys by drowning them in a lake, put, left them in a car, push the car and then claimed she got carjacked. Right. So this sort of thing does happen. Um, She claims to have heard a voice telling her, murder the kids, murder the kids, or else you won't ever be able to do it. This is the time to do it, whatever. And then as soon as she murdered them, the voice stopped, and a psychiatrist took the stand and said, that's not how psychosis works if you're hearing voices. They don't go away like that. Anyway. The jury went back into the back room to deliberate. They've been deliberating for 36 hours over the course of like a week, I think. It's like six or seven days they've been deliberating. And they kept coming back saying that they could not reach a conclusion. And I believe one of the days I saw that two of the jurors, there are 12 and nine of them are female. Nine are female. Three are male. And I know I am assuming gender. But nine presented as female. Three presented as male. And reportedly two of them wore pink shirts. Two of the female jurors wore pink shirts on one of the days. Final day of closing arguments maybe or one of the days they were there. And this got people speculating that they were on Lindsay's side because– You had all of these women showing up at the courthouse in support of Lindsay Clancy. Wearing pink. Bringing their own children. You had this social media. I don't even know what to call it. Just derangement of women posing, like taking pictures of them, like hanging halfway out a window. saying same Lindsay doing videos of them, like obviously not liking their own children, like doing things like that and saying same Lindsay. Like, so to be clear, like my belief on this is that like, this is evil, this evil, um, this kind of stuff, the, the, the killing of your own children, Um, like that's the kind of stuff that was the norm for a very long period of time. And, uh, I. Do believe that there, there is a larger battle going on. I do. I believe there is a, there is good. There is evil. There is God. There is Satan. And we're in the middle, right? Heaven above hell below. We're in the middle. This is the battle space. And people give in to their demons or demons. They give in to them. They welcome them in. I know she was on like a whole cocktail of various SSRIs and prescription drugs and stuff, was seeing therapists and counselors and all this stuff. And so you have all of these different components to the case. And as I said earlier, we can be sympathetic to somebody going through something like that. We should be. I am. However, the law must still be applied. You don't get a freebie to murder your children Because you were taking certain drugs. Like the drunk driver who murders people or kills people in a car accident. They don't get off because they were drunk. Because they were impaired somehow. And they didn't have a choice. They didn't know any better. They still get held accountable. Well, in jurisdictions besides Mecklenburg maybe. But like, you know, most of the time. So now today, we find out that the jury has been hopelessly deadlocked. And I got to tell you, I've, I've watched a lot of trials and this is like, to me, this is why I'm just, I don't understand like what this lawyer for the defense, he got up there and essentially disclosed that there was one guy on the jury that is refusing to to go along with the other 11 on a verdict. One guy. And that guy apparently refuses to go along with a not guilty verdict. And I got to tell you, I saw a clip from Pastor Howerton And he was talking about God is slow to anger, but we are building a store of wrath here, folks. If you're telling me that you can murder your three children, one of whom is an infant, you could just murder all of them, and that that's okay in Massachusetts, you're not guilty. So a Massachusetts judge said that he would declare a mistrial this morning after the jury failed for the third time to reach a verdict in the case. But Clancy's lawyer said he wanted to appeal to a higher court. Here is what he said. Clearly, Judge, we have a person who under their oath stood in front of you yesterday when you did the individual voir dire and according to this information, under oath, looked you in the eye and lied. That juror told you that he would be able to apply the law to the facts as you asked them. And based on this note from this juror, it clearly and unequivocally indicates that they are basically 11 to one. And this person will not apply reasonable doubt to the evidence to return a not guilty verdict. All right. So what did he just disclose there? That there is one man on the jury who, that is refusing to acquit. And some other juror told the judge that this is the reason he's not doing it or whatever. He won't go along with us. And so the lawyer just essentially doxed the guy. There were only three dudes on the jury. So the lawyer doxed him. So this guy's life is about to become destroyed by leftists, the delusional, the insane, the They're going to find out who this guy is. It's a 30% chance, right? So you just go track down each of these three jurors and you find out who it was that would not acquit her. And then he's going to be targeted. Please say a prayer for him and his family and their safety. All he did was show up for jury duty. And here's the thing. like you're not, if you're looking at the evidence and you don't believe that it warrants acquittal, you're looking at it. And he's like, no, I think she did it beyond a reasonable doubt. She looked up how long it takes to make it to the grocery store and to get to CVS. And then she took a phone call mid murdering and acted completely calm to the, to the husband telling him to go get, you know, the, the CVS prescription, whatever. Like, we're supposed to believe that this was not premeditated and planned and the meticulous orchestration by an evil mind. Right? We're supposed to believe that, no, no, no, it was the drugs. It was her hormones. And that's what made her kill all three of her children. Which, by the way, I'm not sure if you feminists are aware of this or not, but like making the argument that women can't be trusted around their children because of hormones. Like, well, if I can't trust you to not murder your own children because of your hormones, then I really can't trust you in any kind of position of authority. I'm sorry to say this. Which is going to kind of set back the women's rights movement by about, I don't know, 300 years or so. Like you can't, you can't be in charge of corporations. You can't, I mean, because if you're going to kill your own kids, like you have no problem killing other people's kids. I mean, you can't be teachers anymore. Sorry. I got to get you out of all of the schools and stuff. Cause like, how are we supposed to know whether or not you're hearing these voices? How are we supposed to know this? Shipwrecked crew. I think his name is Ed Shipley. I think his name is Ed. He's a, lawyer and he says you cannot remove a holdout juror based only on the fact that they're a holdout in this kind of deliberation every juror is under oath to vote based on their view of the evidence they're not in they're not there to change their vote just to reach a verdict each juror has to be individually convinced or not convinced by the evidence So you have 11 jurors that want to acquit. They think, yeah, there's reasonable doubt that she, what, didn't kill the kids? No, that's already been admitted. The question is whether or not she goes to an insane asylum and then maybe gets out. And by the way, there's precedent for this kind of thing, too. I was reading the other day about a woman who murdered her three kids in the bathtub, drowned them all. And when they. They said she was insane, so they institutionalized her, and then they cured her. And she got back out and got married again, or maybe it was the same guy, I don't know. But then she got, she had three more kids. And then she killed them, drowning them in the same bathtub. Don't know if she was on all the SSRIs. This did occur, like, I don't know, 80 years ago. So I don't understand why this guy, why this lawyer is doing this, except obviously he's trying to get his client off. Right. But this, like, this is be like to disclose this information. And then he's saying that, Oh. It's that because he's bigoted against disabled individuals, that's why he's appealing to that States. What essentially is their Supreme court is that, is that he's bigoted. This juror is bigoted. It says, the court's refusal... Oh, here it is, from Bill Malugin at Fox. Includes the accusation, the lone holdout juror of being biased against those with debilitating mental illness, which is a protected category. So he's biased against the criminally insane? Is that the idea? Do we have the.... So the jury's been released. The judge spoke to the jury. So the judge already said he was going to declare a mistrial. So they asked for an appeal to the Supreme Court, and the judge gave him an hour, but that was like two hours ago. And now they're back in the courtroom. So the judge in Massachusetts in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial refused to remove the single holdout juror, which is what the defense was demanding. Um, the sole holdout was according to the defense attorney who was reading something from the jury foreman for woman actually, um, that, uh, that this person was the obstacle to acquitting to doing a not guilty verdict to just let her go. One guy, one guy on that jury who was not crazy. I thought this might end in a hung jury, and I thought maybe there would be one or two women, basically, that would. Refuse to convict her. I saw somebody point out, I think it was Lauren Chen, said basically you've got what? Nine women, two weak men, and one guy holding the line. Like, if that is not a metaphor for our society right now, good Lord. From the text line, Jennifer says, I've been astounded at the level of evil in her supporters as well. It's extremely hard to watch this and not believe we are doomed as a society. But then again, what do we expect from women who voted to have the right to have an abortion all the way up until birth? And that did just happen in Massachusetts. They just signed a law to allow abortion to until the moment of birth. And along these lines, Beth's favorite Russ said, I'm probably showing my naivete, but I really think from investigation, charging, trial to verdict should only be about establishing the facts. Did the person do the act? Sentencing is the only time extenuating or mitigating circumstances should apply. Also, I think that Pastor Josh Howerton clip about storing up judgment. also mentioned, and he did, that a significant portion of the population has had or participated in an abortion. It would be very difficult to reconcile your own actions and still convict a mother of killing her children after they were born. And you are correct. Josh Howerton also talked about the fact that according to the statistics, somewhere around 25% of all women have had an abortion. And if you look at the stats, it's actually 56%. Of women in their 20s. Okay? So you had nine women on this jury. That means if it's 25%, there's two to three of them. Just by the stats. There could be more. And so if you have killed your own baby, How do you convict another woman for doing the thing that you did yourself? This is very dark stuff, people. Ann says, I dare submit that if God is slow to anger, and I believe he is, humankind has been accumulating a store of wrath for a long time. Sheldon says, I guess now we'll be letting all the women out of jail who killed a child. In Massachusetts? Yeah. Trent says, between this and abortion, we are at the equivalent of the people who threw their children into the fires at the Valley of Hinnom for. The idol Baal. Baal. I never know how to pronounce that. Except back then, they did it thinking that they were going to get better crops or something else nonsensical. Today. We just discard children for nothing. May God have mercy, for I believe his wrath is coming. And Kevin says the feminists state that men kill their children too, and that's true. However, the difference is us men don't stand outside the courtroom with blue shirts to support the murderer. Scriptures talk about the end of times. 2 Timothy 3.3 said the natural love between a parent and child would disappear. Hopefully we won't have to put up with these things much longer before God steps in. John says, stand for what's right, even if you stand alone. And I concur. Here's a little segment we do every Friday when we choose to, when we can, with our pal Brett Winterbull. We call it pre-gaming with Brett, sometimes with Brett Winterbull. Brett, how are you? I'm great. Look, it's beautiful outside. It's warm outside. Very warm. It's really nice. Very, very warm. So we have a judge declared a mistrial. Yes. In the Lindsay Clancy case, the trial. So that means the state can prosecute again. Yes. And it is apparently thanks to a single male juror. Yes. Who held the line and said, no, I'm not acquitting this woman. Yep. Do you know who Sean Davis is from the Federalist? Absolutely. Okay. I'm going to read this to you. Okay. Get your reaction. He says, here's what you can intuit about what happened in that jury room. Number one, the TikTok Karens on the jury tried to henpeck the only sane juror there into letting a demonic baby killer go free. And number two, that did not work. So the TikTok Karen who got herself elected foreman tried to get him thrown off the jury by lying about him to the judge. Number three, that did not work. So now the defense attorney working in concert with the TikTok Karen foreman is trying to gin up a public lynch mob against the only sane juror to intimidate him into freeing a demon who strangled her own children. The obvious problem with trying to incite a mob is of deranged TikTok Karens against a grown man is that unlike the babies, they all fantasize about strangling, the TikTok Karens don't have the hand size or grip strength to strangle a grown man, which only enrages them more. Wow. There's a lot there. There's so much there that... Yes. And so all they have is henpecking and emotional extortion, and when those don't work, all they can do is screech. Yeah. All right, so. Which would you prefer to focus on, the trial or the moonbat brigade that has amassed outside of the courthouse and their ilk? Look, it's both. I mean, you have that. It's intertwined. You can't untwine it in that. I don't think that's really a word. It can be. I like it. Untwining. We're untwining. Okay. Yeah, yeah. But you have to go all the way back to the founding— In, in Massachusetts. Okay. Okay. Oh, I know where you're going. All right. Go, go, go. And so when you go all the way back there, all the, the Puritanism and all that kind of stuff, it is, look, I went to college there. Yes. I was in, I was in college there for, for a while and I graduated and I got out of there as fast as I freaking could. Cause I wanted to get to New York. And then L.A. So that place is bonkers. I've had opportunities in my life to go back to Massachusetts. I absolutely not. It is awful. It is despicable. So the historical roots. Oh, gosh. These are the people that burned a bunch of people at the stake. Of course. Accusing them of witchcraft, which by the way, also ginned up by, by young females, much like social media. But in the day back then it was just, you know, I'm going to fake a convulsion on the floor and call. You a witch. And then we're going to drown you or burn you or whatever. And in case like, In case you weren't aware, like, they actually, they hold tours. Oh, yeah. Like, you can go and see the site of the Salem witch trials. Of course. And, oh, look at this, and charge money, and like. Yeah. And it's like this ghoulish thing. Have you ever been there? No. If you go there, I've been there. I've been there a couple of times. You've been to Salem? Oh, heck yeah. Yeah. And. Does it feel evil? No. it, it, it feels, it does, it does feel evil when you're, when you're standing there. I believe it because it's a whole, it's, it's, it's a dark place where they, you know, you look at the houses, the. Way they're built and all this, they're dark. I mean, you can, you can see all of it. And I, I, I thought I didn't like it at all. I was, I went twice and, and then I didn't go for a third time. Cause I was like, okay, I already saw what I, what was going on. Wait, wait, wait. Did, you didn't like it so much that you went twice. I went with, yes, yes. I was a guy. I was a guide the first time I was taking somebody to go see it. Oh, gotcha. And then the second time I went to go see something else adjacent to it. And then I didn't go Salem adjacent. Yeah. But remember, remember who took the stuff and, uh, you know, you, these people were all nuts and they were, you know, consuming all these different things. And, It's not my cup of tea. They were burning holes in people's tongues. Well, yes, of course. And they just did the abortion up until the point of birth up there. Oh, she's a psycho. That you want to talk about. She should be the person that's in the. I think she was the foreman. She is horrible. Yeah, I think she may have been a terrible human.
