Broadcasting live from the fascist gulag in West Charlotte awaiting my deportation, I think to El Salvador, but I'm not sure. So what is the number now? One hundred and thirty plus I think. Was the number. The most recent number that I heard. One hundred thirty plus people were picked up by Customs and Border Patrol agents that we're working this weekend. Outrage I'll be lee ensues. Let's start with the press release from the Department of Homeland Security. This was sent out on Saturday when they began their operations. The headline on the press release DHS launches Operation Charlotte's Web to target criminal illegal aliens terrorizing Americans in Charlotte, North Carolina and then it goes on to state sanctuary policies prevented nearly fourteen hundred detainers in North Carolina from being honored, putting criminal illegal aliens back onto Charlotte's streets. Today, the Department of Homeland Security announced DHS Law Enforcement is surging resources for Operation Charlotte's Web in North Carolina. This operation will target the criminal illegal aliens who flocked to the tar Heel state because they knew sanctuary politicians would protect them and allow them to roam free on American streets. Nearly fourteen hundred detainers across the state have not been honored, releasing criminal illegal aliens into North Carolina's neighborhoods. And then there's a quote from Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. She says Americans should be able to live without fear of violent, criminal illegal aliens hurting them, their families, or their neighbors. We are surging DHS law enforcement to Charlotte to ensure Americans are safe and public safety threats are removed. There have been too many victims of criminal illegal aliens. President Trump and Secretary Nome will step up to protect Americans when sanctuary politicians won't, and then they provide a handful of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens, including murderers, rapists, and pedophiles who were released back on to the streets in this state because of what they say sanctuary policies. They list Jordan Renato Castillo Chavez from Costa Rica arrested for indecent liberties with a child, first degree sexual exploitation of a minor, attempted statutory sexual offense with a child less than fifteen years old, and solicitation of a child by a computer. He was released after authorities failed to honor the ICE detainer. Jose Ulloa Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested for murder. He was released after authorities failed to honor the ICE detainer. Osmann Armando Pasarties, a criminal illegal alien also from Honduras, was arrested. I shouldn't do the sen that's more like it's more of a Middle Eastern pronunciation. I think so andorras. Here you go. He was arrested for statutory sex offense with a child, in decent liberties with a child, sex acts by a substitute, parent or custodian. He was released after authorities failed to honor the ICE detainer. Jefferson Moyses Martinez Soto, also from Honduras, sexual battery, resisting an officer, fleeing, and diluting arrest with a motor vehicle. Also released by local authorities who did not honor the ICE detainer request. William Santos Rocca from Guatemala arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. The next day arrested for a DWI. He had a previous arrest for a hit and run and multiple dwi's also released. Carlos Manuel Pertilla Corvara, criminal alien from l Salvador, was a rec for carrying a concealed weapon and discharge of a weapon. He also was released despite a detainer request. Olivian Isau Kilero Martinez, criminal alien from Honduras, a career criminal history which includes vehicle theft, larceny, trespassing, burglary, forced entry, property damage, possession of stolen property, and drug possession also released. These are the people that DHS highlighted, and every single time you notice in that press release, every single time they refer to the targets as what criminal illegal aliens, that's what they're targeting. Now that being said, if they come across you and they ask you for documentation, you should provide that to them. In fact, I know you guys aren't big on following the law and all, but it is actually the law. Did you know that? So the guy who had his window busted out because he was, you know, creating the viral video moment, hah, I'm here legally. I have a Green card or whatever it is. Or maybe he was a naturalized citizen. I forget what his status was, but he was here legally, but he refused to comply with the border patrol agents. He kept his window up and locked his doors and would not get out of the car, and so they busted out his window. If he had just shown you your documents, then you'd have been fine. I don't want to live in a country where the government can just walk around and demand your papers. You already do? You already do? In fact, it's one of the requirements when you get here. Like legal immigrants in the US, including non immigrants and law awful permanent residence, Green card holders are required by law to carry proof of their identity and legal status at all times. At all times, you're already supposed to be doing that. But once again, I understand, you know, you're out there advocating for the laws not to be enforced, So I understand why you might have this notion that, you know, laws aren't to be enforced or something. This applies to all non citizens present in the country in a legal status, and failure to carry and produce these documents can result in a criminal offense, a misdemeanor. That's the existing law. But outrage. We had one protester screaming in one of these videos from Charlotte, you know, because the protesters are swarming wherever they can find the Customs and Border patrol operators. They swarm all around them and they harass them and stuff, and one of them actually screamed, no one is illegal on stolen land. Yeah. I'm not trying to wrap my mind around that argument. No one is illegal on stolen land. Well, what about when the people who like Native Americans, wouldn't they be like if they're the rightful owners. Although my understanding is that like they would fight each other for, you know, for for you know, hunting grounds and that sort of stuff. They wore each other all the time. Also, yeah, I'm trying to think like the Spanish Europeans, like they did a lot of conquering, So I don't know, like who do we return the land to? Does that mean like no illegal activity? Like even if I'm a criminal alien and I'm engaging in crimes or something, does that mean like there's no law on stolen land. It's very very confusing, this philosophy. No one is illegal on stolen land. I mean, that's basically a recipe for no law. So at the Charlotte Observer, they had a bunch of articles about this all over the all over their website. I was gonna say the front page, but I don't know if anybody actually gets the dead Tree copy anymore. A second consecutive day of masked Federal Border Patrol agents in the Charlotte area Sunday led to more arrests and community concern around the region, with no indication when the government activity will end. I remember when I was growing up, I would see movies of immigration raids like this would be in the movies and TV shows. You would just see it. It was like a normal part of law enforcement. A raid on a business and then they bust for you know, bringing in ilegal labor. It's only been the. Last twenty five years that this has kind of been normalized. You know, stories are powerful. And this is from the text line. Uh, actually, hang on a second, let me scroll down to here and. There. Sorry, this from Joe. All legal immigrants that are protesting and making this more than it is can thank their fellow countrymen who have illegally entered here for making ice having to show up here and everywhere else. Right, Like this is We talked about this on Friday, right, I said, this is the response to the policy or a lack of enforcement of the policy of the law, not just in the Biden administration, but among local law enforcement officials like our own sheriff Gary not my fault McFadden, right, who ran on the platform of scrapping the two eighty seven g program which was used to and is used by like the vast majority of sheriffs in the state of North Carolina. And now, by the way, I've got another press release I'll get to. They're going to use that to try to track down all of the unaccompanied miners that the administration, the previous administration allowed to be released to sex traffickers and you know, criminals and such, and then they lost track of all of these kids. So McFadden ran on this platform. He wasn't the only one. All of the sheriffs that won was a twenty eighteen on the platform of breaking ties with ICE and two eighty seven G was just a way. It basically gave the sheriff's deputies access to the ICE databases so they could screen people and find out their actual identity and whether or not they're in the country illegally after they've been arrested. And this was too much. How dare you right? Some guy just got pulled over for his seventh duy. We don't need to be deporting him. This guy just whipped up on his girlfriend. We don't need to deport him. Oh, that guy's just stalking his ex girlfriend. We don't need to deport him. That's what they got arrested for. But it's not violent, you know, it's just stalking. It's just dui. So the second consecutive day, as the Charlotte Observer details, this was in the story from yesterday. So they started Saturday, they continued Sunday, they did, they're continuing today as we speak. Oh, By the way, Ice, you might want to go check out East Yeah, East Mech. I don't know what time it's going to happen. Oh, maybe it already happened. Eight am. Yeah, may have already happened. The East Mech walk out a student walkout, So you just stand outside the school. No, no, no, they're not going into the schools. But if the kids come out, you know, depending on like if they're on the sidewalk. Maybe no, I'm kidding. Students at East Mech High planned a school wide walkout as a form of protest of ICE being unwanted here. The student's main objective is to provide protection and cover to their fellow students of immigrant discent. I'm sorry, fellow students of immigrant decent. Oh gosh, I don't know who wrote this, but it is attributed to Joe Culman or Coleman from the Evening Muse. Isn't that a Is that a bar restaurant? Or is it like a poetry slam place in No Dah Evening Muse. Either way, Like, I don't know who wrote it, but like this is not a You're obviously not learning the language very well if you're sending out a press release, and it's not the only one. It's not the only typo in the press release either. But this is a new term too, students of immigrant dissent, which is what they meant to say, not immigrant decent. The students have organized a plan to wear all black today as well. They've also asked for support from parents, faculty, and staff. This is an extremely important human interest piece considering our youth are taking it amongst themselves. No, they would be taking can get upon themselves. It would take it upon themselves to stand up to this invasive government agency. Okay, spoiler alert. All government agencies are invasive. That's what government is. So when right, so when you advocate for more laws to be passed and such, always remember that when you pass laws, you have to have law enforcement agents that then go out and invasively enforce that law. So just may want to consider that going forward. You know, when you're when you want government to do more and more and more stuff. So that was their announcement. I guess had already happened tod eight am. I don't know, Yeah, I don't know if it happened or not at East Mech. Anybody with East Mech ties let me know if the walkout happened so exciting. Do you ever have a walkout in your school? That was a big deal. That was a big deal. It was because when and oh gosh, I'm drawing a blank. The Wonder Years, the TV show The Wonder Years, and Kevin, the main character, walked out of his classroom on this day when they were planning to do a walkout, but he actually just went to the bathroom and it prompted the walkout. And after that episode aired then it was like, we're going to do a walk out for this or for that. Everybody was talking walkout, So it just thanks a lot Wonder Years. Here's a great idea. Where Gifford's every town, USA? Et al? Right? Where are all the gun control groups? I heard a lot of end of the world hysteria from them when the state was considering constitutional carry. Not a peepe about failure to prosecute firearms charges for illegal aliens and other criminals. Though, Yeah, they never talk about that topic. It's always it's always, you know, gun control laws. We want to take guns from the legal gun owners. They never focus on cracking down on, you know, felons with firearms. Rand says, Pete. Been listening to your show since you were up in Ashville. Well, thank you. The reporting at the top of the hour news doesn't mention the level of criminals that you are citing on your broadcast. Why do you suppose that is Well, I mean I just read from the DHS press release and the newscast. I mean they've only got like two minutes to run through a bunch of stories. You know, you are citing the facts from the Boyd to Patrol news release. Appreciate your show. I'm a good fan. I'll be the judge of that. No, I'm kidding, I appreciate that. Let me see here. This is from Tim regarding Ice and Charlotte. They have arrested something over one hundred illegals. I read over the weekend that it's estimated there were fifty eight thousand in Mecklemburg County. No wonder that we hear about hit and runs every day on wbt's traffic reports. Well, now, come on, North Carolina has its share of terrible drivers too. Don't even get me started on all the people from South Carolina's I'm kidding. I'm just kidding. Bad drivers. No, no ethnicity. Or state restraints, you know. But yes, that is a problem for insurance rates when you have people who don't have in insurance and you have people who aren't you know, carrying insurance, they get into a car accident, they flee the scene because they're afraid of being arrested and deported. Yeah, that's that's been a problem for decades. I've told this story before I was a reporter here at BT. This would have been probably some time around early two thousands, when after nine to eleven, people became became aware of and then outraged by the fact that these terrorists were, you know, allowed to come into the country and overstay their visas. And all of a sudden, people started paying attention to immigration, and there were all of these news stories that started coming out. And back then, like the news reporters would identify if somebody was an illegal alien in their stories. If somebody is getting arrested, you know, charged with you know, some vehicular crime or something, they we would put that into the news stories that was reportable and reported. Not so much anymore, not so much anymore. But I remember going to Gaston County. Congresswoman Sue Myrak was there. Sheriff Jim Pendergraph from Mecklenburg went out there, if I recall correctly, and they had like a community meeting to talk about illegal immigration, and there was a family. They went to Gastonia I believe it was Gastonia and where Myrak had an office, and there was a because there was a couple from Gastonia or Gaston County rather, who had been killed in a car accident down at the beach by an illegal alien. I believe he was drunk at the time and killed this like family. So like, this is not a new thing. It's been going on for decades literally, and so yeah, like this is why you're seeing the enforcement now. This is what this is what should have been occurring, And the reason why it looks like it does right now is because it wasn't occurring for so long and By the way, if you're a business and you're in the news talking about how half your staff isn't showing up because they're afraid of they're afraid of being deported, do you realize you are admitting to a crime. You're employing these people. It's illegal, Jay says. The lady who owns my house cleaning service texted me today saying the ladies are too afraid to head out this week to clean houses. Imagine my shock when I found out I was employing an illegal alien. Lamma. So yeah, yeah, I don't know. When this became like acceptable to just say, oh, yeah, you know, we have a very large illegal workforce, we employ illegal aliens, and then to tell reporters this and have it reported in the news and people think that, like, I guess there's no ramifications for that. I guess not. Early Sunday morning, Greg Bovino, the Border Patrol official leading the operation in Charlotte as well as other cities, posted on Twitter that Border Patrol agents arrested eighty one people in the Charlotte area over five hours on Saturday. He said many of those taken in had significant criminal and immigration history. Although it was not immediately possible to independently verify that assessment. One advocacy group, Cimbra ANDC decried the government's actions as a quote day of shame. Why why is it a day of shame? Why is law enforcement shameful? Why is enforcing law shameful? It is not shameful. What's shameful is the is the blind eye that has and turned to this issue by politicians, administrations, business owners and citizens of America. Again that you're seeing this operation like it looks now, we're seeing it because of the lack of enforcement for decades. Y'all brought this on yourselves, like you local officials, the scrapped cooperation with two eighty seven G and with Ice and all of that. You know, set up these sanctuary cities and such, and you made it all welcoming and inclusive and no human is illegal and all of that. You created the magnet. You drew a lot of people here, and now you're drawing the enforcement. All right, if you're listening to this show, you know I try to keep up with all sorts of current events, and I know you do too, And you've probably heard me say get your news from multiple sources. Up there at the University area, a US citizen weaponized his vehicle, driving a large van directly at CBP law enforcement while they were conducting an operation. He and there's video went viral over the weekend of the van trying to run over and then escape these agents. He fled the scene, starting a dangerous high speed chase through a densely populated area. During the chase, he attempted to ram into law enforcement vehicles, posing a serious public safety threat. As agents were boxing him in, the driver proceeded to ram law enforcement vehicles in an attempt to escape. When the driver was arrested, a firearm was found in the vehicle. One law enforcement officer was injured. The perpetrator, according to Homeland Security, has prior arrests for resisting law enforcement, public disturbance, and intoxication disruptive conduct. Meanwhile, from dhs I mentioned this earlier pulled out the press release here. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement launched an initiative within North Carolina as well as other states all of their two eighty seven g partners aimed at protecting the four hundred and fifty thousand unaccompanied children or UACs illegally smuggled over the border and placed with unvetted sponsors under the Biden administration. This new law enforcement partnership, known as the UAC Safety Verification Initiative, represents ICE's commitment to protect vulnerable children from sexual abuse and exploitation through collaboration with two eighty seven G law enforcement partners. The primary focus of this initiative is to conduct welfare checks on these kids to ensure that they are safe and not being exploited. Secretary Nome this support to Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. Nome is leading efforts to rescue and stop the exploitation of these kids. Many of the kids who came across the border unaccompanied were allowed to be placed with sponsors who were smugglers and sex traffickers. The Trump administration has located more than twenty four thousand, four hundred of these children in person in America through visits and door knocks, and then they give examples. The UAC Safety Verification Initiative began on November tenth in the state of Florida and is now rolling out with other two eighty seven G partners across the country. Examples of ICE administrative immigration arrests based on sponsors criminal activities. They've got cases out of Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and here in North Carolina. ICE arrested a Guatemalan alien sponsor who had been criminally arrested by North Carolina law enforcement for attempted murder. All right, let me head over to the phone line, said Jim, Welcome to the show. Hey, you were talking about the local officials allowing this to happen. Yes, well, the local official that turned Mikelenburg County into the disaster it is as far as the two eighty seven G program is Gary mcfadd. Correct. Yeah, he ran in twenty eighteen on the platform to scrap it, and then he immediately did when he got elected. He ran on the platform that it was racist, didn't he didn't have like a celebration cake or something, and then he cut into it or something. They chopped it up. Well, he was He was such a wonderful individual because it had up until then the Sheriff's office had all He's honored immigration detainers and Sheriff Pendergraph joined the two eighty seven G program. Sheriff Bailey kept it up, Sheriff Carmichael kept it up, and it was a functional program that got criminal illegals back into the hands of immigration. And McFadden not only did he scrap the two eighty seven G program. He has never in his entire time in there ever honored an immigration detainer. Yeah. Yeah, no, Remember Jim Pendograph implemented the two eighty seven G program. We were one of the first counties in the country to do it. And then he took a job with the Trump with the Bush, the George W. Bush administration, even though he was a Democrat, and he flew all over the country helping other sheriff's offices set up two eighty seven G programs for themselves and it got. The criminals who were illegally in the country out of the country. Yeah, it was functional. Yeah, Jim, I appreciate the call man. Thank you. I'm gonna get to ed on here. I only got about thirty seconds, but you got it. Add thirty seconds. What is formally undocumented mean with the city council member here? Oh yeah, the guy who just won the seat for city council. He was brought here as an illegally. He was an illegal alien. But according to him, he has been naturalized now he is a citizen as of I think twenty twenty one. I'd like to see that. I also like to see if he signed up the selective service. Yeah, fairpoint ed. Thanks for the call. Yeah, I appreciate it. I do have something from him, but he yeah, he says he got his citizenship in twenty twenty one and it's JD. I forget his I forget his name. It's in my stack of stuff here though. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
