All Right, so last hour went over some of the what's I would say seems to me but it really is like pretty obvious, you know, political machinations going on inside the Charlotte Mecklenberg School System and the election of six of the nine board members this November. A couple of messages I got on that one of this this advisor to the superintendent whose wife has contracts with the with the school system. And then people who the board members who voted against increasing the contract. Now they're being targeted and lo and behold this guy, Racky McGregor, the advisor to the superintendent. He is like he's pictured at these events with the opponents, with the challengers, so like it's pretty clear, he's working to defeat these people that opposed the contract for his wife or the increase to the contract. This Texter says Racky McGregor was an overpaid equity officer at no Vant Health. Guess which mayor used to be on no Van's board. Lying Viles all corrupt, Lying Viles. It's Viles. I'm sorry, Viylliles. The entire school system and the city and county leaders are corrupt. We need to expose all of the audit the county. Racky McGregor is also chairman of the board for Charlotte Works where Anna London is the CEO, right, And I mentioned that as well, And that's one of the that's one of the challengers that emerged after the contract dispute. So, speaking of superintendents, have you heard this story out of Iowa? The superintendent of the Des Moines Public School System, Okay, a guy by the name of Ian Andre Roberts. He was arrested by Ice late last week. Arrested by Ice. This is the superintendent arrested by Ice because he illegally overstayed his visa from nineteen ninety nine, a student visa twenty six years ago. Twenty six years ago, he got a student visa and he never left. Oh and now it turns out he has an active voter registration. Do you want to guess which party he affiliated with in Iowa? That's right, that's right. I will give you three guesses, but the first two do not count. If you guess Democrat, you are correct Democrat. He has been registered as a Democrat in Maryland since twenty twelve. The story of Roberts was bad enough from the onset, writes Rusty wise Over at RedState dot com. He entered the country in nineteen ninety nine on a student visa, ignored a final order of removal by an immigration judge in twenty twenty four, gaming the system to attain a full time superintendent position, in which he earned a salary of two hundred seventy thousand dollars. He fled from Ice during a chase where agents eventually found in his vehicle cash, a knife, and a loaded gun. In short, an illegal alien profiting off skirting the law represents everything cd about the failed immigration system in this country. The very thing democrats insist is not and could never happen, appears to have happened. Yet again, we have an illegal alien registered to vote. Robert's story encompasses nearly every element of this broken system. He appears to have taken advantage of weak immigration enforcement to remain in the country, fleshed out his criminal background with illegal weapons possession charges from twenty twenty. While illegally in the country, he took a high paying educational position away from a legal citizen, and is eligible to vote in all federal, state and local elections. Now keep in mind, Democrats have vehemently opposed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, or the SAVE Act. This was sponsored by Congressman Chip Roy, and it was designed to as the name, would indicate, safeguard our elections by ensuring only American citizens vote in federal elections. The bill passed the House in April and is currently pending in the US Senate. Meanwhile, a piece by David Mastio at the Charlotte Observer. He actually, though, is an opinion contributor. He is former speech writer for George W. Bush's administration, former deputy editorial page editor for the liberal USA Today and the conservative Washington Times. So he's been in the business for thirty years and he's got some of the numbers. Trump delivers on promise to boot a million undocumented immigrants, and I find this interesting. This is a former speech writer for George W. Bush, who famously attempted to do the path to citizenship amnesty deal. Remember, listen to what he says here in this piece and credit where it's due. Charlotte Observer published this. More than a million immigrants have already left the country. The majority of them, it appears, we're here illegally. That meets the one million per year goal announced by the administration as their target by Vice President JD. Vance. However, it is far fewer than enter the country illegally under President Joe Biden. See, this is part of the problem is opening the door, just letting anybody in. Streamlining that that's easy. You just let everybody in, don't care. Give him an app where everybody gets approval, right, tell them to come back for some court date seven years down the road whatever. That's super easy. The hard part now is to find all the people, round them up and get them out. That's the hard part. The Trump administration number is based on an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies, which is a Trump sympathetic organization we'll call it. Their analysis of the US census is monthly Current Population Survey found more than two million immigrants have left the country, largely self deportation. One point six of the two million were self deportations, which that is also part of them, that's part of the strategy. And this is why I do not care to hear the cries of Democrats and media, but I repeat myself about you know, oh, they're picking up people who just came here for a better life and they didn't engage in criminal activity. And I support going on after the criminals, but not just everybody. Right, But here's the thing. You can't possibly deport everybody the amount of personnel time. I mean, we're on a clock here, right. Even if Trump is able to do this, if he can maintain a million deportations per year, he's only going to be able to do four million, and Biden let in somewhere around twenty, so he doesn't have enough time. So you've got to convince people that staying is not worth the risk of being deported, because if you get caught and sent home, then you're not going to be able to apply to ever come back. So get your affairs in order, sell your possessions, move your stuff, go back to your countries of origin. And that is happening. That is happening, and that's part of the strategy, as it should be. By the way, DHS adds another four one hundred thousand deportations of undocumented immigrants so far this year to get to its two million claim. Then there's the Pew Research Center, not exactly Trump friendly terrain. There, they reached similar conclusions, releasing a report that found through the month of June they were one point four million fewer foreign born people in the US since Trump took office. Trump has had three more months now to add to that number. And if you look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, that data shows a similar decline in the foreign born worker population. The CBO is also basing its population estimates in future years. They're adjusting them downwards based on the deportations and the self deportations the people leaving due to these policies. And here's the thing, this is what Trump was elected to do. So when I was a kid, my grandpa died with Alzheimer's, and before he died, my mom and my took care of him as he got worse. Forty years ago, there were no treatments and not much support for caregivers and family. But things are different today because of the work of so many people, including the Alzheimer's Association of Western Carolina. It's a great organization with awesome people with huge hearts. I've been a supporter for twenty five years. This cause means a lot to me. I participate in the annual Walk to end Alzheimer's and I'm leading a Charlotte team again this year, and it's called once again Pete's Pack. You can sign up and you can join the team and walk with us. It's on October eighteenth, that truest field. Sign up at alz dot org slash walk and then you can search for my team name Pete's Pack. There's also a link at thepetepod dot com. There's also a link in the description of this podcast. Also, I'll be am seeing the Gastonia Walk on October eleventh, and so you can make a team and join that one too, or make a donation and help me hit my goal of five thousand dollars. If you do, I really appreciate it. There are a bunch of other walks all over the Carolinas you can go to alz dot org slash walk for all the dates and locations were closer than ever to stopping Alzheimer's. Can you help us get there? Will you walk with me? For a different future, for families, for more time for treatments. This is why we walk, all right? So I did get this from Bob that they in Iowa with this superintendent that got arrested by Ice is in the country illegally for like the last fifteen years, and the Des Moines Public Schools superintendent they revoked his license, I guess his teacher license or something. They revoked it after his arrest by Ice, which is good. That's good. And by the way, the woman who was I think the chair of that board of education that hired that guy, I think she's running for governor or US Senate or something. And yeah, like that's not a convenient timing for her. So back to this David Mastio piece at the Charlotte Observer again, this is a George W. Bush speech writer. He said, Trump is doing what he was elected to do with the deportations. He is tearing up a bipartisan policy of turning a blind eye to the Somewhere between ten and twenty million undocumented immigrants who have made America their new home in recent years. This after waves of millions of previous undocumented immigrants were legalized in the nineteen eighties and nineteen nineties. For twenty five years, the Democrats and the Republicans struggled and failed to address the issue while public resentment boiled over. Democrats seemed too intent on catering to those who broke our laws, with state by state efforts to give undocumented immigrants various forms of welfare, subsidized health insurance, and education benefits. Republicans claimed to be different, but were too afraid of being called racists to rally strong opposition. Of course, Americans are fed up. The result is one of the main reasons for the Trump earthquake remaking our politics. Right. He is the response to the inaction of the quote unquote elites, or as I call them, the foe elites, the foe lites. He is the response and another example of a thing that never happens just happening again. This in North Carolina, Columbus County, a man from Canada A has been indicted for illegally registering and voting in federal elections. In twenty twenty two and twenty twenty four. According to the indictment, sixty nine year old Dennis Bouchard allegedly lied about being a US citizen so he could vote in federal elections, which included the twenty twenty four presidential race. He allegedly voted in New Hanover County as well as Pender County. A press release from the US Attorney's Office claims Bouchard never required US citizenship despite having lived in the country since the nineteen sixties. He's been here sixty plus years. Despite his status as an alien. Bouchard certified that he was a US citizen on voter registration applications in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty four when he cast a ballot in both of those elections. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison for each count. See this is we were talking about this yesterday played the SoundBite from Congressman Kevin Kylie from the congressional hearing that was held in Charlotte about crime and what Kylie said, this is criminology one oh one. Right. If criminals do not believe that they're going to be punished, you will get more criminal activity, and when people think that they can vote in our elections despite not being a US citizen, and they think that they won't ever be prosecuted, because, let's be fair, they really haven't been getting prosecuted for I don't know my entire adult life, Like I remember doing stories of people who were going through voter roles, checking addresses and such, the Voter Integrity Project being one of them, filing lawsuits trying to get prosecutors to take these crimes seriously, and they just couldn't get any traction. And now you've got enforcement. Now the signal goes out that we will enforce this and you will go to prison. And another thing that could never happened just did this time up in Virginia. Do you remember the HB two debate and people were worried that if you give men access into female only spaces that certain predators would take advantage of those new hunting grounds that are made available to them. And everybody said, well, we're just being transphobic, we're just being bigots. So no, this is you got to think like a criminal. Well we have an example of it again. All Right, so the thing that doesn't happen has once again happened. And if you are old enough to remember the HB two debate about ten years ago or so, you remember the kind of attacks that were levied against people like me who were pointing out the very real problem that when you open up women's locker rooms and bathrooms to men who claim to be women, you are now creating ample new hunting grounds for predators, because that's where they go when people are like, oh, I can't believe that you know this person that's a you know, a youth leader, or they work with kids, they're a teacher, whatever, I can't believe that they would abuse the kids, Like, oh, I can, Like, that's what was it, Billy the kid who said he robs the banks because that's where they keep the money. That's why they go to work with kids, because that's where they're hunting for their next victims. And so when you say all these locker rooms now get opened up to men who claim to be women, you're going to have predators who claim to be women, and nobody can say anything. This is why, like I gave this example to when I was because I was up in Asheville at the time, working up there. And he's back in the house now. Brian Turner is his name, state representative from Bunkhom County, Ashville area, and he was in studio with me. We were talking about he's a Democrat, we were talking about the HB two stuff, and he has a daughter and at that time, I want to say, she was like twelve or thirteen, and I said, well, let's say because at this point we were talking about the Charlotte Local Ordinance, And I said, well, what if you You know, you're on a layover flight into Charlotte and all the bathrooms are now, you know, unisex, anybody can go in whatever, and you and your daughter are flying through. You're on a layover and you get off your plane and your daughter says, I'm going to go into the restroom. And as she's walking in, you've see me follow her into the bathroom. What are you going to do? And he was like, well, are you presenting as well? I said no, I said, just you see me walking in, and he fumbled around. He couldn't answer the question. He's a nice guy and everything. I got along fine with him, but he could not answer the question. Eventually, I finally kept dragging him back to the question, and he finally said I would call security or something, because he was he was trying not to, like, also get trapped, because he would have to then make assumptions about my gender identity based on how I present myself in outward appearance, and so he didn't want to. He didn't want to anybody by saying well, I can look at you and see that you are a dude. He didn't want to. He couldn't say that. So he's trying to figure out how am I supposed to protect my kid from seeing you walk in behind her into the bathroom in a very large airport. You don't know what could happen in there. And I said, Brian, I don't think that's true. I don't think you're calling security. I think you're walking in right after me, as any father should. And that's why you have sex designated spaces. It's for the women's protection. And then usually you would hear who Pat McCrory wants to be the potty police, and I said, no, Pat McCrory is not the potty police. He was the governor at the time signed HB two. The Republicans are not the potty police. You know who the potty police are? You? Me, everybody, We're all the potty police. In a high trust society, we self police this stuff. So when you see me follow your twelve year old daughter into a bathroom, you police that. You are the first responder. So up in Virginia, get this. There is a registered sex offender up there named Richard Cox. Are you serious? Really, I'm living in a simulation. This is not real. This has got to be some sort of a simulation. So Richard Cox registered sex offender. Arlington police say he exposed himself to women and children in women's locker rooms at two high schools and an Arlington rec center. In Courtland. Last week, new details emerged that prosecutors say show Cox was intentionally tracking children not only in Arlington County, but also in Fairfax County. On Thursday, in Arlington, police detective testified in an Arlington courtroom that she found child pornography on his phone and that she found Fairfax County rec Center children's swim class schedules on his phone. He had downloaded the girls' swim club schedule so he could go and victimize them. Although Arlington is charging and prosecuting Cox for his alleged crimes in Arlington, Fairfax County Police have not charged him for his visits to three Fairfax County rec centers where children were present last year. Cox, who is a biological male and when you look at his mugshot, he does not even appear to be trying. Okay, he's not even trying to present as a female, Okay, aside from the long hair, but he's like mainly bald, so it's like that strangly long like top of the head, all bald and then just like side chops going just not at all trying. Okay, Fairfax County have not charged him. Cox told the Fairfax County rec Center staff that he was a woman, and per their policy, he was allowed to use their locker rooms. Visit creative video dot com. Inez Stepman, who is a Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute. She just tweeted about the uh or. She tweeted yesterday, I guess I'm just seeing it now about the this Iowa des Moines, Iowa Public School superintendent. She says, this is an incredible story that says so much about our education system. Blue Dish strict in a red state has years of school board meeting notes with quotas for persons of color hiring for the district, which is illegal. By the way, They hire the superintendent in twenty twenty three despite having a domestic criminal history. He turns out to be an illegal alien with deportation orders against him. He then resists ice arrest. We discover he's also then a registered voter in a different state. The Red state legislature hasn't even made everify mandatory for state hires. The school board puts the arrested guy on leave with pay, because that's how things work in big ed. She says, it's like the conclusion of every stupid leftist idea for the last five years found human form in this story. Yeah, pretty much. The things that never happen seem to be happening a lot like the story of Richard Cox sex offender. I know, and yes, John from New Jersey on the text line as I'm sorry with that name, he was destined to become a sexual something. Yeah, I mean, uh yeah, that's it's very Dickensian, I shall say. So excuse me. So you got Arlington County in Fairfax County, Virginia. This guy has victimized women and children in both of these locations, and in Arlington County they're prosecuting him. Okay, but he also went to the Fairfax County rec Center three different times apparently and told them he was a woman, and per the county's transgender policy, that means he's allowed to use the women's locker rooms, which is where he exposed himself allegedly to women and girls in the locker room, because that's how they get that's their turn on. So the people who are like, well, he just wants to, you know, live his true self. No, he's he's he's getting off on this stuff. This is sickness, okay, and you're victimizing women and children. Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano was asked if they were going to investigate and charge him or indict him. He didn't. His office did not respond. The Fairfax County Police Department told seven News that it conducted a full criminal investigation into Richard Cox's actions and there is no probable cause to support charges in Fairfax County at this time. No probable cause. The Virginia Attorney General, Jason Mayaris said Cox was hunting girls in Fairfax County quote to date he's still despite multiple exposure incidents. The Fairfax Jax County Commonwealth's Attorney has refused to initiate proceedings against him, and since Fairfax did not arrest and charge him for his visits to the rec centers, the state Attorney General said that enabled him to then visit the Arlington locations and expose himself there to women and girls, because had he been arrested in Fairfax, then he would not have been able to victimize more women and children in Arlington. He should have been prosecuted when he used his state issued driver's license to get access also at the Fairfax County Planet Fitness to get into the women's locker room, and it was right next door to a childcare center, which is a violation of his terms of probation because he's a registered sex offender, and because the local DA refused to do his job, then that means he was allowed to then go into Arlington multiple times and into these swim classes. Seven News reported earlier this year that before Cox visited rec centers in Arlington and Fairfax Counties, he visited two Fairfax County Planet Fitness locations where he once again claimed he was a woman, and then was allowed to use the women's locker rooms at Planet Fitness. Mayars, state Attorney General in Virginia is calling on the Virginia General Assembly to pass legislation to allow his office to prosecute sex crimes when local prosecutors will not. Good luck with that, if memory serves. Virginia's legislature is controlled now by Democrats. I don't believe they're going to be giving you that kind of power, mainly because you're a Republican, but also mainly because they care about trans people and you're a bigot and if you know women and children have to be exposed to mail genitalia from perverts. Small price to pay to combat the systemic and institutional bigotry of Western society. Arlington allowed Cox to use the women's locker rooms at Washington Liberty High School, Wakefield High School, and Barcroft Sports and Fitness Center, based on Arlington's policies that allow people to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on their gender identity, not their biological sex. If only we could have predicted that this might have happened. All right, that'll do it for this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
